Sheffield Wednesday have enquired about Bournemouth midfielder Lee Tomlin.

Bristol City face stiff competition from Birmingham for Gillingham midfielder Bradley Dack. It is likely that it would take a fee upwards of 2 million pounds for Gillingham to accept.

Middlesbrough are looking to bring in McCormack and Rhodes. Not sure on the details of the transfer but what i do know is that they want both of them.

Hmm not sure we can afford both, love to see it mind not sure were upwards of 20 million would come from if it's a gamble by Gibbo to me it's worth taking because I think with one of them we'd be assured of promotion with both think it be nailed on.
Not sure about financial fair play rules and how that would effect the deal either.

James Husband, Adam Reach, Kike, Adam Forshaw and Tomas Meijas are being used as part of the deals.

I have been told this morning that Kike, James Husband are part of a 5 million up front and 5 million in add ons deal.

Adam Reach, Adam Forshaw and Tomas Meijas are part of a similar financial package to land Jordan Rhodes.

The McCormack deal is almost done by all accounts. Middlesbrough are also working on a James Morrison deal.

James Morrison is out for 8 weeks so I doubt we will sign him this window as he wouldn't be able to complete a medical. I really hope we can get either McCormack or Rhodes. I prefer McCormack and wasn't keen on Rhodes for the money at the start of the season but in the position we are in now and having to watch David Nugent for 6 months I now think either is well worth the price. We just desperately need a ST who can put the ball in the net. Don't want to see Husband or Reach go as no cover for LB and Reach is much better than De Pena and will be much better than Adomah in time but for me the rest can go although its a shame about Forshaw he just isn't going to play and won't sit on the bench.

Morrisons contract is coming to an end in the summer and he is free to discuss terms with other teams. Middlesbrough are very interested in bringing him back to the club.

There should be no cheap option to Alan Judge, he proved how good he is last week against us, we have the funds for him so buy him, we always seem to settle for second best and that gets us nowhere. BUY ALAN JUDGE!
