To the guy who says "the ground is delayed because a new design is on the table for 80,000 seater". This is not true so i don't believe his Sheikh mohammed link either.
The staduim has been delayed because LFC owners did not come up with the £5m cash needed to start the work, Lfc were annoyed because £5m of local funding disapperaed due to the delay and they did not have the capital to replace the £5m. They were refused the loan to borrow it. Hence the statements saying the delay is due to credit crunch. Trust me tis is true, i work for the guys with the build contract!
If the molineux boys don't win promotion this season expect a bidding battle to commence between villa and everton for a certain micheal kightly!!!
Maurice Johnston currently manager of Toronto Fc is being lined up to succeed Gordon Strachan at Celtic. Strapon is unhappy with the continual interference in his private life and is actively searching for a new club in England. Johnston has tendered his resignation and it appears it's only loose ends need to be tied up.
By the end of the season West Ham United will have new owners. I am not sure who yet but there will definately be cash injected into the club ready for the next season. With the money coming in there will be a lot of business happening at Upton Park next summer.

At a meeting yesterday, Simon Dvey told Barnsley chairman the players he wants to sign now or in Jaunuary. They are set to sign Aaron Mokoena on loan from Blackburn Rovers until January, a possibility of a loan deal for Steve MacLean from Plymouth with a view to a permanent £250,000 deal in and South African midfielder Kagiso Dikgacoi as they will fight for his signature against Fulham.
Also, the board had a meeting about appointing Gerry Francis as manager if Davey does go.
  ––Watford FC/Wolverhapton Wanderers News––

As some may know, Darren Ward is on loan at Watford. This is becase he had a 'clash of personalities' with the Wolves manager, Mick McCarthy.

Having spent time at Vicarige Road before, he is enjoying being back at Watford, and is keen to make the move permanent.

Unfotunatly this is unlikely to happen, as Watford cannot afford the transfer fee. If Watford's finantial state does improve in the near future then it is likely that Darren Ward will become a Watford player on a permanent basis.

Even if the transfer to Watford does not come through, other clubs are said to be interested in Ward, who will apparently do anything to avoid returning to Wolves under McCarthy.

Heard this from quitea reliable source, so hopefully my first rumour posted will be a correct one!

Question to the guy who said:
"Liverpool have now convinced Sheik Mohammed and Ansil of India that Liverpool F C are worth the 750 million that Hicks and Gillette are asking the ground is delayed because another design is on the table with an attendance of 80,000 it is their joint desire to pass Real Madrid as the most glamourous club on the planet. Signings in January will be four for the first team plus two youngsters The four players will be Dario Srna,Valencia,Bale and Afeley the yongsrers will be from the spanish youth and brazilian youth these are not rumours check the press in a few weeks as they are always months behind my contact"
So does this mean they will make a joint bid?
My uncle saw jullio cruz of inter and garry meggson outside a posh restaurant in bolton talking over what looks to be a proposed move to the club after cruz has fallen out of favour at inter
Must have been on another PLANET over the last few weeks because as far as I know Lloyds TSB havent bought over HBOS – rather they have just been in talks to do so – DEAL IS STILL TO GO THROUGH!!!

Anyways GERS havent been in a good financial status for years– not exactly been a big secret, but its not a serious as some on here have you believe. .they have less debts than a lot, yet more than others. .

Expect Novo, Adam, Beasley, Dailly and Hemdani to be released or sold in January
Rangers do bank with Lloyds TSB. They (Lloyds TSB) took over HBOS last month. MIH is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Rangers do not bank with TSB but mr murry does, and hes in seriuos trouble now money wise. Im a financal advisor with a rival bank and it is well known Mr Murry is in a spot of bother, hence the cueller deal going through 3 days after he stated he wouldnt at a supporters meeting.

The Truth in Rangers are in a bad way financially and there is not going to be a quick fix for them unfortunetly, Mr Murry wants out of rangers but would only leave them in a worse financal state than they are in.

Despite all the protestations saying otherwise, West Ham will be owned by Anil Ambani within a month. Sheffield Utd will be paid off out of court for an undisclosed figure and with a gagging clause. However do not expect to see Man City type wild bids. Zola will be told that he is expected to build the team at a sensible rate. Next summer will be far busier with a large transfer budget being made available. There have also been inquiries from a number of other potential investors including the DIC group.
To the guy who said Rangers don't even bank with LloydsTSB, where have you been recently, pal?
HBoS is a major stakeholder in MIH. MIH owns Rangers, which banks with HBoS.
HBoS has recently been rescued by LloydsTSB. Therefore, LloydsTSB now owns a large part of Rangers, and is now Rangers banker. Geddit?

Money used in the summer for transfers was borrowed. Rangers now owe the bank £20 million, and any buyer would have to buy out the £50 million MIH used to underwrite the previous undersubscribed share offer, as well as the existing debt.
Pegleg may be rich, but he ain't going to pay the bank from his own pocket.
Rangers are finished, as are consequently most other Scottish teams.
It must be a sad day when you have clinch on to hope that the superior team goes bust because a bank takes over a bank! lol what a ridiculous post! David Murray is 95th on the rich list and is the richest man in Scottish football! FACT! so before you nimpleweeds reply google it! anyway on to football rumours! its going to be a bit of a reunion come January and the summer for us bears! reports are Hutton is coming £4 million! not settled and spurs are happy to get rid! and the return of wee Rino in the summer for £5 million as well! ofcourse we will sign a centre half, probably in the mold of Berra but who am not that sure!!!
  # AFC NEWS # With fabregas declaring his desire to play for barca, expect to see andrei arshavin at the emirates in the summer transfer window. Also, if arsenal's results in the PL continue to be poor expect wenger to buy yaya toure and to give players like ramsey and wilshere more playing time.
This story has come from someone at the top of the club, cant say who, as i may lose my job. in january, expect leicester to make several big swoops. get ready to see the return of frank sinclair and elvis hammond, as well as big stars dean windass and alan wright joining the club. i promise this is true and if you don't believe me, well, just wait and see in january.

the don
To the I know football better than you Forest supporter.

Allardyce and Curbishley have said nothing like they want to manage a club they can revive. They have stated they want to be in control of transfers unlike in their previous roles.

The rich arabs will not put up with Mark Hughes losing 3 in 5 games for too long so that job could well be available soon. Paul Ince has already jumped ship twice so it quite possible he would again.

Finally any REAL FOREST fan knows Pearce has a stronger attachment to England than Forest. Oh and Clough's stock with the Forest players can't be any lower than Calderwood's.
  Man United news>>
In january United will definitely sign either Wilson Palacios from Wigan or Douglas Costa from Gremio. Sir Alex is somewhat furious with United's new sicknote Owen Hargreaves and Paul Scholes is getting old. so Sir alex wants to sign any one of them.
And turkey international Yildirim will also sign for United. .United won't make any big signing.

And Another fact is Sergio Aguero is heading to Inter because of his Father in law Diego Maradona's close connection with Inter. .
"To the guy that said Rangers will be bankrupt within the next 6 weeks as "tsb &lloyds will insist on 90% of there loans" This is totally wrong – Rangers don't even bank with LloydsTSB i'm afraid – also David Murray is the 10th richest man in the UK with assets that could easily wipe out our debt if required, which they are not in this case thankfully. It's all dirty lies!"

to the guy that posted this, PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT before posting – SDM is not even in the top 100 rich list (he was 95th last year with £816m) he's now 113th (=) with £720m, that's a reduction of £96m, that's a 12% drop and believe me, despite the apparent wealth, he is suffering in the current financial climate. Will rangers suffer too, who knows – but with him having more viable financial interests then speculation will continue
  Coventry city news.

I have been at the ricoh for the last week doing work experience. I have been working with ray ranson and geting in depth ino on transfers and loans.

They are trying to sign stokes on loan untill end of season with a view for a permanent deal.
also they will go for mcsheffrey is he still isnt in the brum squad come january.

more transfers news

richard wood/only if ward goes which looks like he is as ward wants more money than what the club are offering

antony gerrard
and some players from real socidad.

Harry redknapp in the january sales will hopefully be owned under a new owner who will pump huge amounts of caah into boosting up the team.

Harry is looking forward to this with great anticipation as the side now is facing a lot of interest from bigger clubs to pick off our most prized players. eg

Niko Kranjcar
Glen Johnson
Lassana Diarra

Harry will do whatever it takes to keep these players at pompey as long as possible. As money at the club at the moment is a big problem.

Redknapp is looking to players to bring in such as,

Joe Cole (Chelsea)
Theo Wallcot (Arsenal)
Bastian Schweinstigger (Bayern Munich)
Valencia (Wigan)
Xabi Alonso (Liverpool)
Micha Richards (Manchester City)
Jermaine Pennant (Liverpool)
Jermaine Jenas
Ediur Gudjohson

Harry is also going to sell out most of his squad that herdly ever makes it into the first team

Richard Hughes
Richard Duffy
Martin Cranie
Linvoy Primus
Dijimi Traore
David Nugent
Sean Davis
Noe Pamarot
Arnold Mvuemba

these players will make way for the likelihood of big players to take pompey by storm, and make pompey a top flight team in europe and the premiership.
