Summer 2013:

Kaka to Tottenham from Real Madrid

Manchester United: out

Nani to Benfica

Bebe free agent

Kaka will be 31 then doesn't strike me as an AVB type player

Burnley will sign Shaun Derry on loan from QPR. Also they are trying to bring in Ryan Shotton from Stoke.

Howe has demanded funds be made available after the recent defensive horror shows.

Same old burnley, waiting until its to late to bring players in, wheres all these parachute payments gone..... i know.. boards pockets.... sale of jay as well... it makes me sick.... same every year......

It'd be refreshing if the board would be HONEST and come out and explain the financial situation at the club - money seems to 'disappear' when it comes in to pay debts... what debts?!

Fleetwoods Danny Rose was due to move to Aldershot on Loan. Aldershot's board have blocked this move due to poor gates and fan unrest. Rose who had previously rejected a move to Forest Green on loan is now due to meet them as he wants to play football.

Karl Robinson is favourite for the job at Bournemouth. 25 applicants so far but KR likely to get job by 15th October

The only way Robinson would come to AFCB is if he was offered £10k+ a week and a five year contract. Not going to happen. Eddie Howe would be cheaper! (And he doesn't want to manage AFCB either!)

I cant see him leaving unless its to a championship club no offence

It is all pretty irrelevant. Any manager will struggle with Mitchell as Chairman. Any good manager will know that and this will impact the quality of the person put in place. Sorry but true....

I can see Robinson leaving the dons this season but not 4 bournemouth mayb see him getting the Bolton job

any middlesbrough news?

A source from the club has just told me we have let McManus go to Bristol to free up wages! We know look poised to sign back Matty bates on a pay as you play 2 year deal. And also look to do a deal for a loan move for Frazier Campbell on a 3 month loan with a view to buy as long as we can move on skippy in January. Watch this space, deals will go through in the next 10 days. From a supporter in the know

Bournemouth are trying to tie up a compensation deal with burnley do Eddie Howe, Mitchell is only willing to pay £500k compo so This might not even go through leaving Howe in limbo

Does that mean afcb have made an official approach to burnley, and must be eddie howe would be interested in coming home? Still feel that to much water as gone under the bridge, time will tell if bournemouth and howe are reunited. Seems to be no approach to mkdons for robinson and glen hoddle still stays in the background if howe does not come home.

That wud b a backward step and a waste of money.things NEVER as good 2nd time round!plus, hasn't done anything since leaving.hoddle's the one to turn things round! Eaststandman.utc

Eddie howe has said himself he wont be returning to bournemouth and he still has a job to do at burnley so this is untrue

Howe is gagging to get back to Bournemouth and always tells us fans in no uncertain terms, he admits he made a mistake in going to burnley (area wise) and says their fans live in dream land with super high expectations, yes Eddie wants to come home but Bournemouth might no pay the money like original poster says

18mths ago Eddie Howe told Cherries fans he was staying at Dean Court, then the very next day he left for Burnley. We still love him down here , so as far as I see it there is no smoke without fire. Watch this space.

The only way Eddie Howe would come back to Bournemouth is if Burnley sacked him and Mitchell gave EH a ridiculously high salary and an assurance that he would allow him to run the football side of the club his way without interference from the Mitchell Mafia. Tbh, even if Burnley sacked EH I still think he would be a target for other Championship clubs, so again I think it extremely unlikely he will ever come back to (currently) League Two bound AFCB.

Don't under stand why Howe hasn't come yet cause he only got 2 games or so to save his job then when he gets sacked then wat Peterborough or team like that will be the only team

Steve Cotterill - watch this space

Something is not working at burnley - and if eddie is unsettled and wants to return 'home' that could be a reason.

The merry-go-round commences:

Chris Coleman = sacked as Wales boss
Mark Hughes = temporary Wales boss
Alan Curbishley = new QPR boss

Finally! A manager merry-go round that could actually happen!

Liverpool are looking to sell Joe Cole and Stewart Downing in the January transfer window while Jordan Henderson will be allowed to leave on loan. Brendan Rodgers knows Liverpool are in desperate need of a striker or two and the board are willing to finance moves for Daniel Sturridge and Klaas Jan Huntelaar, both players are out of contract at the end of the season and should be available at knock down prices. Liverpool came close to signing Sturridge last deadline day but just missed out, Rodgers feels Sturridge would be a good fit for his system as he can play anywhere across the front three. Klaas Jan Huntelaar is available for around £8m and could be perfect for Liverpool, strikers don't come much more prolific then Huntelaar who bagged 48 goals and 16 asissts for Schalke last year. Brendan Rodgers clearly doesn't see a future for Andy Carroll at Anfield and I don't expect we will see him in the famous red shirt again. West Ham will complete a £17.5m move for Carroll at the end of the season.

Load of tosh! No certainty WHU will be in the Premiership next season so any signings by them are pure speculation by you-hardly what you could call a rumour!

Sturridge is quite possible but huntelaar is likely to go to one of the biggest english clubs

Darren Bent is the striker they are after - mark my works DARREN BENT- 15 mil

I can't see any club prepared to pay that much for Carroll, would be nearer half that if he moves I would imagine

Carrol-westham permanant
walcott or sturridge to liverpool

Huntelaar apparently £6mill to LFC

Bolton Wanderers looking at the following to suceed Owen Coyle who has lost the dressing room.Targets are Mick McCarthy, Alex McLeish, Billy Davies and Uwe Rosler.

Leave Owen alone he is doing a great job and Bolton will be back to where they should be!

Owen is a great chap, but results matter. A change is needed or we will do a Notts Forest. Mick McCarthy or Alan Curbishley please!

I don,t think mcarthey will give you any more , you need a old player or someone who has a big profile !

Of those I'd say Uwe Rosler is Bolton's best bet, although Owen Coyle would have been the better option.

I feel for Bolton fans at this time because I can see a few years of pain ahead. The debts the club are carrying are unsustainable. League one is beckoning. Just like it was for Leeds Southampton Charlton Norwich and the Sheffield clubs. I don’t think it matters too much who manages the club, if the bottom line is negative every year you’ll struggle. Whoever takes over will have to manage a reconfiguration of the playing staff to cut expenditure and that is a hard task when fans want to be winning every week. Good luck to Bolton!

Manchester United have recieved a £3.5 million bid for young forward Joshua King for a move in thew New Year. It is thought the club is German outfit SC Freiburg. King has already played in Germany with Borussia Monchengladbach.

He's worth more like 350K.

just like with diving I really hope that the fa start to take stronger action against deliberate off the ball incidents line rvp's elbow. how can he get away with that.
cleverly definately didn't mean that as a shot. no matter what anyone says. for a true class goal just look at cazorlas effort against west ham.

wg

Yeah, just like cisse last season! ;-)

No action against Van Persie.......or should it be Van Persil, whiter than white

I think this arsenal fan is just jelous of a greater team.
