LFC Cisse fee for next year already agreed at beginning of loan spell - £8M meaning a loss of £6M on their record signing. Therefore despite how well he plays for Marseille he will leave for £8M in the summer.
Rangers and Celtic News
Rangers to offload Papac, Sionko, Sebo and Letizi once the Smith/ McCoist era begins. Walter Smith will let Rodriguez leave, but probably in the summer. Novo and Gavin Rae are also likely to leave.
Ferguson will undoubtedly be re-instated as captain. Smith will aim to bring about a sense of British nationality, and will look to sign Paul Hartley, Robbie Neilson, Scott Brown, Kevin Thomson and, surprisingly, Matthew Upson.
To the guy who said Anthony Stokes is not a Celtic fan, just because he's Irish etc, was it not reported in a Scottish daily tabloid that he wanted to pull on the Celtic shirt at some time in his career? Anyway, he's probably going to Charlton, or Sunderland, where he will play under Roy Keane, and become a superstar.
Celtic are interested in a wide range of players, with Anatoliy Tymoschyuk, Zoltan Gera and Zdenek Grygera top of the list. Strachan will also go for lower league English players, with Will Hoskins his main striking target if Stokes does sign for Charlton, while Ray Jones, Nigel Quashie, Jason Koumas, and Darren Huckerby are also targets. Russel Anderson and Kevin Thomson are also being closely looked at by Ray Clarke(I think that's his name).
NUFC will not be buying many players, but loaning them instead. Roeder will not buy unproven foreign players after what we have see from previous seasons(Luque, Boumsong.) Newcastle will sign D.Bent from Charlton for 12 million and W.Brown for 5 million. We will loan Bale and Barnes to see if they are premiership quality and (if good enough) will will sign them in the summer for a combined 10 million (6m for Bale, 4m for Barnes)
Arsenal striker Anthony Stokes is leaving the club within the next 48 hours. Stokes has spent the first half of the season on loan at Falkirk scoring 16 goals in 18 appearances, but decided against extending his loan spell at the Bairns. The youngster will also shun the advances of Sunderland and Celtic to sign a long term deal at Charlton Athletic. Charlton are preparing for the sale of Darren Bent and boss Alan Pardew sees Stokes as the ideal man to steer the Addicks away from the Premiership dropzone. Arsenal will demand in excess of £3m for Stokes, but could ask for £2.5m from Charlton as well as first refusal on Darren Bent.

Expect the unexpected from benitez. Cisses brilliant form in france could earn him a recall, or benitez could make a move for former reds Owen(cutprice) or Anelka due to his good form for bolton. Also, expect pongolle to stay, firstly because benitez said he had plans for him and because Rafa wants 3 main strikers and a back up.
Sissoko is definatly staying, why would one of the premierships best tacklers and hardest workers be sold. expect a bid for mascherano, and finally don't think benitez will sign Neill. He is an awful playeer and the Liverpool fans hate him for breaking carraghers leg. if benitez is going to purchase a new right fullback he will buy from: Richards, Alves, Nelson or Rosenior, warnock could be used in any of these deals as player+cash. Rafa wants a new centre back for when hyypia leaves or retires, so, he will sign anton ferdinand for this. Also expect 2 wingers to be brought in, these will be Simao for the right and pennant as backup and possibly Quaresma for the left wit kewell or gonzalez backup.

Celtic have missed out on Stokes, but Zurawski has upped his game so Strachan won't look for another striker as they have JVOH, Zurawski, Miller, Beattie and Riordan. Thompson may come, but don't assume Brown will also. Celtic's main target is a centre back, Strachan likes Melberg of Villa, and a suprise attempt to sign Wes Brown (possibly on loan) is in the post. Firstly coaching staff totally turned around as things have gone stale and the old Gers magic needs established. Bomber will be welcomed back to coach the youths. Preston North End striker David Nugent will be sold this month. Sheffield United have been trying to tempt Paul Simpson to sell the England under 21 striker, but Neil Warnock's £6m bid was rejected and the Blades will refuse to go any higher. Middlesbrough, however, will go the extra mile to land their man. Nugent would be the new strike partner for Yakubu and a bid of £6.75m could be enough to land him.

Rangers to off load klos in a shock move to Middlesbourgh with likely hood of swap taking place. Rumours are a wonder-kid from Holland is on the card for Rangers in the strikers role. James McFadden to come to Rangers on loan with Barry Ferguson going to Everton for 4 million. Allowing the pair of Thomson and Brown from Hibs in.
If deal not made for Klos, Klos will go on loan to his old boss team in Russia with old pal Rickson and Advocatt.

My mate is grounds man at carrington training ground and says city will sign either izale mcleod (MK Dons) or billy sharp (scunthorpe) if not both as long as corraddi leaves for chievo in seria a, also micah richards will not leave before the summer. and matthew etherington is a strong possibillity on loan with 3million move in the summer, also expect wes brown to move to bolton he will replace ben haim who will sign for newcastle.
Despite all the rumours and the "big talk" from the Manager and the Chief Executives Office, Norwich will let the transfer window pass without buying anyone of significance. As usual, whilst other clubs pursue an aggressive and hands on transfer policy, the Canaries hang around for scraps, rather akin to their feathered relatives stood shivering around the bird table waiting for the odd crumb. At the end of the month, the usual garbage will be issued from the club saying how they "made phone calls" but "no-one wants to sell players" and all of us supporters will be resigned to another twelve months of mediocrity.
Newcastle favourites in the bookies to sign SWP for 9.8m, if Roeder wants him.
His m8 told the press he's dying for Roeder to sign him and end his Chelsea hell, and that he'd much rather make a move out of London, avoiding a move to relegation strugglers West Ham.
Also, don't be shocked if Bordeaux's 23 year old full back Gerald Cid moves on loan with an option of a permanent switch in the summer, as he's out of contract in the summer and is denying a new contract, with Roeder admitting interest.
Bale would be nice, but atm Roeder needs some experience at the back, so a move is unlikely.
Richardson a possible loan move because he can play left back aswell as his preferred left mid.
With a striker Roeder's priority still, a move for Bent looks most likely, Crouch isn't coming, Klose definately not.
