Please ––– to the person who wrote "man city is a rubbish team" it should read man city ARE a rubbish team and I am illiterate.
Anyway, City will sign upto 5 players in January. Two defenders, a defensive midfield player and two forwards. Thats our (oops I mean their – no secrets) plan. The players are already identified and two agreed. The Sundays have one correct and about ten wrong.
Casillas etc is just chip paper talk although there is a 50m signing being negotiated.
Rangers are about to cancel the contract of Christian Dailly by mutual consent, he will go straight to Nottingham Forest to strengthen their team.

Some of you must be starting on the mulled wine early this year; particuarly the guy that said Sergio Aguero to Tottenham. Aguero is probably the most exciting talent in the world and has his choice of the world's elite clubs – This list does not include Tottenham. Celtic fans: why would you want Roy Keane to become manager when he crashed and burned at Sunderland? I know he's Irish and everything, but surely that would be the stupidest thing since Celtic signed him as a player? Real rumours = Hearts captain Christophe Berra is being trailed by both old firm teams, but also by several top EPL sides – expect a move south. Rangers striker Darchaville will move to Marseille in January, Aidenn McGeedy is off to Newcastle, James McCarthy to Birmingham and finally Hibs Stephen Fletcher who has attracted much attention will sign for either VALENCIA when David Villa moves to Man City at the end of the season or Blackburn when Santa Cruz leaves. You heard it here first!

Trusty Source, Be Suprised in February When Most of This Comes True
I agree with a comment about Barry being another leader on the pitch. When Houllier took the reigns at Liverpool he bought 3 players who at some time had captained their respective clubs and it made a difference. I also agree that the time is not right to even consider letting Alonso go anywhere but theres something going on or something has happened which has ticked off Rafa. Could it be the time he didnt travel with the team abroad on domestic reasons. When Rafa had a recent bereavement in his family he didnt let it affect him so he expects the same of his players. I might be wrong and i apologise to Rafa if that's the case. Its all about performance which makes Rafa an enigma, i.e. why is he playing Lucas, the only reason i can think of is to Showcase him for other clubs. Rafa and Xabi please patch up your differences, Rafa you're a tough nut to crack but you are on top of the Prem so no one can say a thing about you.
  Man Utd Rumours

To the guy who CLAIMS caldwell to leave and mcmanus not good enough for celtic. . ARE YOU REALLY THAT CLUELESS. .caldwell is in the process of signing a new contract and however i do believe hes a liability as for you STUPID comments on mcmanus the guy wears his heart on his sleeve and i doubt mcdonald is a s hated as you say as im a season ticket holder at paradise and you are either a sad excuse for a fan or a hun. .fact
MATTY FRYATT from Leicester will be going to a championship club CRYSTAL PALACE in January. There are 3 clubs after him and it is common knowledge that he has stalled on an improved contract to keep him at the Walkers Stadium.
Neil Warnock has kept tight lipped on the deal not to ruffle further feathers but has recently been in contact with Leicester over the move.

FRYATT has recently scored 2 back to back hatricks which has done the club no favours in keeping him and a total of 22 goals in all competitions.

His contract runs out in the summer and rather than let him go for free then he will be let go for a fee worth to be around £1.5m in this upcoming transfer window.

Leicester will be looking at other options to try and bolster their squad for the promotion back to the championship although Fryatt will be a huge loss.
Ive been away doing some market research.
Valencia and West Ham: Credit crunch? Why it most certainly is, and these two clubs in particular have received a right royal kick in the balls. Gudmundsson is, however, not as far up the creek as Los Che, and will only sell a few of his players in January, including Nigel Quashie (to Birmingham, permanantly), Matthew Etherington (to Sheff Utd, with regards to Tevez issue) and Lee Bowyer (possibly to Leeds, if McCallister's job is still in danger). Valencia do, im afraid, have it rather worse. Expect several big sales, including Spanish international stars David Villa, David Silva and Carlos Marchena. This will raise the eyebrows of Ramon Calderon, who may well bag the lot from his Spanish rivals.
Liverpool: DIC? Sorry to be boring, and comment on this like everyone else (i know all non–Liverpool fans are getting sick of it) but it is a bit of a stickler. What we have to ask ourselves, is whether Sheikh Mohhammad wants a club who are: (a) owned by two men who could each pass for Forest Gump (b) getting nowhere constructing their new stadium (c) under the control of a manager who picks out players at random to sign, and (d) have rather a horrible problem with getting into debt. I don't know why people don't already know the answer, it seems pretty obvious to me. .
Newcastle: The future? And so we come to The Magpies, possibly the most unstable club on the planet. The really annoying thing is, they have no good reason to be like this. They are not in significant debt, they have some quality in their side, they have enthusiastic fans, they have an owner who does support the team {editor's note: actually he is a spurs fan} and they are backed by an illustrious history. Yet still they flounder towards the foot of the table, their fans moan, and the critics laugh. Pitiful really. Futurewise, Kinnear has already settled in, and seems to be doing his job well, so don't expect him to be replaced. Oddly enough, Owen may even sign a new deal, providing he can pick up some form (and goals). After all, who on earth'd want him?! Xisco, José Enriqué, Guthrie and, regretably, Taylor, will not be around at St. James' Park much longer. Arsenal, Deportive La Corúna and Bolton should snap up these castaways.

Malcolm Shaffer, back from the shop with rumours
Diego Buonanotte is signing for Newcastle.
January Transfer deals: Andrei Arshavin to Arsenal. Niklas Bendtner to Zenit. Also Richard Dunne to Arsenal from Man City.
So many names, so many rumours: Let me post a 'fact' about my beloved LFC.

Agger will sign a contract extension this week.
DIC WILL NOT take over Liverpool until end of the season ( Hicks wants us to win the EPL this season as so he can inflate the asking price further).

Transfers for January
Ins.
Owen ( Newcastle ) – £2m
Schweinsteger ( FC Bayern ) – 5m
Johnson ( Portsmouth ) – £2m + Pennant
Elano ( Man City ) – £3m + Benayoun
Expect a left back to be brought in, it will be one of Bale, Drenthe, Marcelo, Chiellini, Belhadj or Wayne Bridge

Outs.
Babel (Possibly Real Madrid) – £10m
Arbeloa & Alonso are being watched by Atletico Madrid but Liverpool will only do a deal if Aguero is involved.
Dossena – Loaned out to Italy
Lucas – Loaned out to Spain
El Zhar – Loaned to Championship Club

I will come back in January to gloat as the above WILL all happen. Trust Me !!!

Due to Roy Keane having resigned, expect to see some changes on Wearside. The new manager, Sam Allerdyce will throw out some of the clubs best players to make way for a new set of youngsters.
Chimbonda – Roma (2.5mill)
Cisse won't be staying permanently
finally, Lenwyne Jones – Barcelona (15mill)

But,coming in will be some fresh new faces, all priced between 3 – 9 million.
Corzola, Vela(loan), Bentner(loan) and Rafinah.
expect these to come in January and expect Sunderland to challange for a UEFA cup spot.
THE ONE
Quaresma to liverpool in a cut free price .the president of inter realise that he did a mistake by signing the porto boy and know that he will not be a big hit in seria a.
quaresma told some of his friends that he is unsettled at inter and admit that the italian style of football never suit him and the relation with mourinho is not at best.he also regret not to take seriously the liverpool offer and hope that lfc will return with a new bid to take him out of sansiro but benitez will not spend much big on him so the Q boy accept to make some wages sacrifices.
100%true
100% wgs will be of in the summer after geting 4 in a row however there is no chance of keane coming (would you really want him the first sign of trouble he walks away ) anyway either mowbary or levein .
bhoy in the know hail hail
I personally think that a few of these signings will make a massie diffrence to Liverpool.

Owen(Newcastle) – is guarranteed to bring us goals again if he can fit into Rafa's formation

Heskey(Wigan) – would gvie us a target man but look at the last target man we had, Peter Crouch, sat on the bench and i think the same would happen to emile

Elano(Man City) – would severly improve the attack but would have to play on the wing but he is that good he could still influence games

Aguero(Atletico Madrid) – same as owen and also could he play in england? he is a world class player but he could be worth more than £25m and would Hicks and Gillet pay that?

Bale(Spurs) – good player but i recogne Rafa likes aurelio at left back

McCarthy(Hamilton Acidemical) – good in scotland but is a massive step up to play in England. WOuld he want to leave first team football to be a squad player?? And he has already rejected Liverpool when he went for a trial

Zigic(Valencia) – Good player but same problem as Emile Heskey

Dejan Stankovic(Inter Milan) – Again same as Elano would improve the team alot and is usually played on the wing at inter so would slot in very well at left mid. However is age is against him being 30

Will be interesting to see who we sign
––AFC News–– William Gallas will join up with former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri at Juventus in a deal that will take Sebastian Giovinco to Arsenal.
Brede Hangeland will be Gallas's replacement at the Emirates.Arsenal are also interested in bringing Miguel Veloso and Yohann Pele to North London.
  "Tottenham:
Sergio Aguero (32million)"

Why would Aguero move 2 Spurs when he has all of Europe's top clubs (Barca,Liverpool,Inter etc.) chasing him?, and even if Spurs were bought out and had Millions 2 spend, they are not in the Champions League.

As for Arsenal, as a result of the finacial crisis, Sporting have dropped the price on Veloso accordingly 2 about 8–10 million pounds (rather than 15) but Wenger will face Competition from Fiorentina and Man Utd who all are interested
After leeds bad run expect a lot of transfer activity in January; here are some rumours from Elland Road.

Liam Dickinson from Derby (loan)
Jason Shackell from Wolves (100k)
Dominic Matteo from Stoke (loan)
Jamie Ward from Chesterfield (150k)
Dean Windass from Hull (loan)
Don Cowie from Inverness (50k)
Gary Teale from Derby (250k)
Krisztian Nemeth from Liverpool (loan)
Ben Burgess from Blackpool(100k)
Simon Hackney from Carlisle (350k)
David Healy from Sunderland (loan)
CELTIC NEWS – Sylvinho (Barca), Sandaza (Dundee utd) and Driver (Hearts) to sign in jan. McArthy (Hamilton) and Sol Campbell (Portsmouth) and Tonel (Sporting Lisbon) and Gabriel Machado (Juvente)in the summer. Greetin' face Strachen to leave in the summer. He has been lucky to win the league last year, is only top as rangers are terrible, the football is boring and he is embarasing in europe. Expect Caldwell (always makes big mistakes in europe e.g. alborg, barca, benfica etc) to leave, Naylor, Balde, McDonald (work rate is the worst sinse Wayne Biggins and is hated by Celtic fans), Nakamura, Dombe, Killen and Van Hessilink (always injured)to leave. McManus is not good enough to be a Celtic player nevermind a captain!

4 IN A ROW 7 MORE TO GO! JGF

Thats what you want, but it aint going to happen, what a muppet.

Gordon Strachan met with Peter Lawwell last week, Expect a Bosnian and a player from the premiership to be signed in January.

Also expect a bosman to be announced, some time in January.
David Moyes will become the new Sunderland manager and his first signing will be Joleon Lescott!!!!
I may be wrong, but just an observation.

Is Owen not out of contract in the summer? If this is the case then how do Everton go about paying 3.5m for him???
  Manchester City Players In:
Frank Ribery and Gareth Barry – combined 40mill
David Villa – 45/50 mill set to sign
Wayne Bridge and Carlo Cudicini – combined 5mill
Kaka – only rumour
Carlos Tevez – only rumour
Man Utd will not be selling Anderson to Inter Milan. Utd invested alot of money in Anderson and he will not be leaving the club any time soon. It is still not clear if Ronaldo will join Madrid in the summer or not. If Ronaldo does decide to join Real expect United to try and get Casillas as part of the deal. United would like to keep him however recognise if his heart is not in it there is no point. Signing a goal keeper will be Utd's priority. A deal has been put inplace to sign Tokic who will come in the summer and United will also look to complete a deal for Tevez. Finally Fergie will give Hargreaves 1 more season to prove his fitness before he invests in a new midfield player. All of this is fact as I have disussed these matters with Sir Alex myself and what a fine man he is.
