Luis Antonio Valencia Mosquera is set to be sold by Villareal in the summer. Valencia is currently on loan at Wigan but is on Manchester City's target list and they may beat Wigan to the signature of the Equador winger.

Allardyce will purchase valentin Ismael from Bayern Munich, Anton Ferdinand in a £5 million deal plus Titus Bramble. Gareth Bale for £9 million, and Steve Sidwell on a free from Reading. Allardyce is also believed to be intrested in signing CSKA Moscow's Brazilian strier Wagner Love.

I have it on good authority that Remi Garde is the front runner for the Director of Football position at Arsenal FC. I have also heard that Darren Scott will move from Torquay United to Plymouth Argyle. Flava

Iain Dowie is keen on Ivan Sproule, however he would prefer a move to Rangers over Coventry. David Scullion of Dungannon is also coming over for a trial

Joey Barton's next port of call looks likely to be Villa Park - Barton's agent was seen at Villa Park this morning (en route to the races) and is rumoured to be going with either McCann or Davis (plus cash) going to MCFC.

Villa will also conclude the signings of Achille Emana (Toulouse), Nathan Porritt (Boro) within the next few days. The signing of McShane from WBA will only happen if Albion fail in the play-offs - the bigger signings (Saviola, Sneijder and Alan Smith), will all happen in June.

Carlisle 2 sign Danny Graham from Middlesbrough on Monday and they have agreed a contract with Leon Constantine because he is jeff smiths best m8 and would luv 2 play in the same team as him agen

Marco van Basten will be the new coach for Feyenoord Rotterdam. Feyenoord is negotiating the transferfee with the Dutch Soccer Association, KNVB. Marco will coach the team as of the new season.

Pearce will replace Roeder at Newcastle and Distin will follow.

Man City are to get a major finacial boost allowing them to resign Anelka from Bolton who will look to Alexander Frei the swiss striker.

-sibierski (free)

This is the team they hope to achieve:

Given/ Neill/ hyypia/ taylor/ Baines/ benayoun/ Barton/ Sidwell/ Duff/ owen/ Ashton

Arsenal forward Julio Baptista will be sent back to parent club Real Madrid in the summer after a largely unsuccessful loan spell at the Emirates. Baptista wants to stay in London, but hasn't done enough to earn a permanent contract and will now tell his agent to look elsewhere as his days at the Bernabeu are over. Jose Antonio Reyes will join Atletico Madrid during the close season for £8m, and I hear that Barcelona forward Javier Saviola will sign for the Gunners on a free transfer. Saviola will be a free agent and has decided to sever all ties with Barca, so a move to north London seems like a relatively straight forward transaction.

According to my source, Alex Ferguson isn't happy with Alan Smith and will offload him at the end of the season. Newcastle, Liverpool and Everton are all interested.

Thomas Gravesen and Joey Barton will sign for Sunderland

Samuel E'too to Liverpool

Eddie Johnson in MLS will sign with Boca Juniors or Blackburn

Heard exclusively that Celtic are to bring in Scott macdonald, Joey Barton, Stephen appaih, Freddy Adu and a few suprise names also to arrive at parkhead this year

SAF will be in Spain tommorrow for scouting purposes. He himself said this so count this as credible. Alves and Torres are the main Spanish targets, SAF wants a second look at to determine if they fit the English league. The other target is David Villa if Man United could tempt him, but there is no doubting his talent.

The previous games for Man United have severly highlighted the achilles heel of our squad that we don't have enough players and enough range up front. Players such as Giggs and Rooney are becoming tired, and SAF has no real alternative to turn too.

MAJOR investment will occur with Torres (20 mil) Hargreaves (15 mil) and Alves (12 mil) . Other possibilites if technicalities can be sorted include Villa (instead of Torres -> 25 mil), Pirlo (15 mil) Bale (8 mil) and Tevez (15-20 mil)
