With regards to strikers, Inter, Real and Man Utd are all going to play swapsies - not 100% sure which way, but based on the fact inter dont want ronaldo back after few injury prone season earlier in his career, i think Van Horseface will be going to Inter, adriano to RM and ronaldo to Man U. Would have liked to see Adriano go to the gunners, but its not to be. However Ze roberto (under advice from gilberto) is heading to emirates....

some of the stuff on here. Berbatov got the number 9 shirt. Defoe has always had number 18 whether at Spurs or West Ham.

Arsenal likely kicked out of champions league and 1 year transfer embargo. In other words no transfers in, no transfers out. This is what happened to Roma over irregularities with the Phillipe Mexes deal.

As for Torres i guarantee he wont be joining Arsenal

Shevchenko: 30M, Ballack: Free @ 160,000/wk, Ashley Cole bid: 20M, Carlos: at very least 16M, Sabrosa bid: 14M... Blocking player transfers of Sabrosa and SWP last year... Dangling players out to get bids then retracting the players at the last minute to keep the competition from upgrading... Now explain to me again how Chelsea DOESN'T buy Championships? If you spend 100M every summer, that's exactly what you're doing. I respect Chelsea for their players. It's always great to watch such skilled footballers. Terry is one of my favorites and I'm looking forward to seeing Ballack and Lampard in the same midfield. But I have no respect for what their "business strategy" is doing to the Premiership. You may think I'm jealous, maybe, a little. I'd love to have Shevchenko on LFC but that's not the point. The point is that this crazy imbalance year in and year out is taking away something from the game. For those of us that love the beautiful game this approach to winning is a travesty. I

watch what LFC does with 1/3 the transfer budget, or Man U with 1/2 the budget, and I see better results for the money, so it's not like teams can't compete. It's just that the battle for the other teams is ALL uphill. Jose is always mad at how little respect he feels he gets, but come on Jose. If you can't win every year with those players, then you don't have a pulse. I could manage Chelsea. Heck even my blind uncle Stan could manage them to a title. As a matter of fact, a big part of the reason LFC gives them good games is because Jose makes stupid tactical decisions (like not playing wingers for Pete's sake!). So all you Chelsea fans, we don't hate you and we don't expect you to be down on your team. I don't even feel it's right for me to tell suggest in any way how Chelsea should spend their money. That's not my place to do. But supporters have to know, deep down inside that your team has a BIG leg up every year. And that's just a real shame. I don't expect this to be posted tho

ugh because it seems that anything negative about the Londoners doesn't make it. I just hope that people will start talking about this realistically, without partisan bull getting in the way, to find a fair solution and help the league. We'll see. Go REDS!

Liverpool Word: Hamann has just recently signed a one year contract extension - he will not leave this summer. The earliest he would leave is Jan transfer window if he isn't getting enough matches. Finnan and Garcia will not leave (ridiculous). Gonzalez work permit likely to be approved. Rafa still after right midfielder and two forwards (one to replace Morientes and one to replace Cisse if he leaves). Cisse may still stay as Liverpool would want at least 10 million pounds for him I would imagine. He'd need a good world cup for anyone (esp French sides) to consider that much a wise investment. Also Le Tallec to leave, Diao to leave, Mellor to leave for small money plus usual clauses for youngsters for Mellor and Le Tallec. Other than that - everyone in first team stays, including Kewell and Sinama-Pongolle. Some reserve players may leave like Whitbread - this is insignificant to the big picture though.

Arsenal Fans be ready to be happy.

Glen Johnson--->2.5m<---Chelsea

Gravesen--->3.5m<---Real Madrid

Matthew Upson--->???<---Birmingham

C'mon you irons!!!

Man U are not buying any south american midfielders. SAF needs a british midfield box to box player in the mould of Keane. Expect to see moves for Reo-Coker and Kevin Nolan. As these players aren't in the world cup he will be able to get them at their true values. Remember Djemba-Djemba, Veron and Kleberson, SAF won't make the same mistake again.

Good News for LFC!!

The reason there is a lack of signings so far is becaue of 3 reasons:

1. Rafa is on holiday

2. Moores and Parry are battling hard to secure a takeover. Negotiations are about 80% complete.

3. Parry has submitted an application for a work permit for Mark Gonzalez

When Rafa comes back he is looking to secure these before the world cup begins:

Mark Gonzalez---------- WORK PERMIT

Daniel Alves----------- £8m to £12.3m

Pablo Aimar------------ £5m to £12m

Ronaldo---------------- VERBL AGREEMENT

With Gabriel Palletta already signed Rafa wants to complete these after world cup:

Ronaldo---------------- £6m to £9m

Jermain Defoe---------- £5m plus Harry Kewell

Shaun Wright-Phillips-- £14m

Darren Bent------------ £8m to £11m

LFC already have Verbal agreements with Birmingham and Blackburn for Jermain Pennant and Craig Bellamy respectivley. However, these will only happen if 1st choice's aren't signed (i.e they're a back up plan). Rafa also considering Ludovic Giuly and Fernando Torres (as Aguero has just joined the door is open for him to leave A.Madrid)

Chelsea's 3rd choice keeper Lenny Pidgely is to be loaned to Leeds United for the whole of next season as Chelsea are bringing in experienced Portugese goalie Hilario. Hilario will sign a 2 or 3 year contract with Chelsea as Mourinho wants good goalkeeping cover incase either Cech or Cudducini get injured.

Cambiasso and Riquelme have verbally agreed contracts with Manchester United and will officially be signed after the world cup, whilst negotiations are ongoing with Atletico and Corinthians for Torres and Mascherano respectively. Cambiasso deal is a swap for Ruud plus 12M, with Inter valuing the overall transfer above 20M.

Kerlon, Diarra, Huntelaar, Sneijder, Adriano and others will not be coming, guaranteed

I told you about Ballack and Rosicky long time before.I´ve good sources in Germany.Next Bundesliga target is Nuri Sahin (Dortmund,age17,greatest talent in europe) and Chelsea and Arsenal will fight it out. Then he will be loaned to Dortmund for 2 years. He will cost 10mil+ euros.

Manchester United are interested in the best german striker Miroslav Klose. He will cost 18mil euros.

Lucio (Bayern) is on his way to Real 4 22mil.Alexander Frei will join Dortmund,A.Wenger is no longer interested (part of Rosicky deal).

Hamburg and Arsenal placed bids for PSV´s Jefferson Farfan.

I´m sorry Gunners, but Adriano will 100% join Real Madrid.Ronaldo with a 14mil shock move to Red Bull Salzburg (NO JOKE!).Carlos move to Chelsea, Del Horno to Madrid.

And last but not least:several european clubs will start a bidding fight for the french playmaker Frank Ribery. He will replace Zidane in the equipe tricolor and is the next upcoming star.

Greets,Jimmy from Germany.

SUFC transfer activity:

the availability of danny mills has attracted other clubs, but there is still a big chance he will join the blades. if he chooses 'boro or villa, united could look to andy griffin of portsmouth, or nicky hunt of bolton. kevin blackwell will oppose the move for matty kilgallon, but with parachute payments ending at leeds, ken bates will have the final say. chris armstrong will be the 1st choice left back, but if he turns out to be not quite good enough, gary naysmith may be snapped up for around £2m. phil jagielka is going nowhere, despite being linked with wigan and blackburn, he will do some one-on-one work mith assistant boss stuart macall to improve his positional sense so he can play the anchor role- allowing michael tonge more freedom.

mikael forsell is a target, but birmingham want closer to £5m that £3m as previously stated. heskey will move to a bigger club. warnock's interest in alkmaar and holland winger denny landzaat has alerted other clubs to his availabilty, so he may move elsewhere. the striker situation is as yet unresolved- golan, shatskikh, mellor and forsell are all under consideration

thomas gravesen looks set to sign for the spl champions for a fee of 2 million and 30000 a week on a 3 year contract. This will happen before wed. this is 100% true!

Micky Adams will be given £2,000,000 to spend to improve the squad in a push for The Premiership.

Ins- Marton Fulop (Tottenham), Neil Alexander (Cardiff), Rhys Weston (Cardiff), Calum Davenport (Tottenham), Gary Breen (free), David Thompson (free), Colin Cameron (Wolves), Kris Commons (Nottm Forest), Izale McLeod (MK Dons).

Outs- Andy Morrell (Walsall/Southend), Ady Williams, Clayton Ince, Jonathan Tuffey (Partick), Richard Shaw (Retired), Graham Barrett (Livingston) and Dennis Wise (Swindon).

Man U News

With the arrival of sheva at Chelsea its now pretty certain Ruud will be going to Milan. Fergie must have someone else lined up though. I'd love to see Adriano but can't see him going anywhere other than Spain. I read an article that suggest mascherano is almost a done deal and the big suprise on another website is that Nedved could be United bound!

The things people try to get on this site! "I am assistant to Ian Cotton at Liverpool"- yawn, not nearly good enough mate. Next...?

All things Norwich here. Mick Wadsworth expected to be named new 1st team coach by end of next week. Paul McVeigh wanted by Watford, Leon McKenzie by Palace. Norwich are skint so will only finance deals with sales, nothing in pipeline yet.

Bonera goin to Inter for Four million.

first 10 Million bid for luca Toni rejected, will try higher bid, possible cash + youth players combo

no one at inter wants Adriano to leave, but the choice is his

also Emerson on his way out of Turin, wants a move to Inter or Real.

Forza inter

NEWCASTLE UNITED FANS- this isnt a rumour nor a fact just a transfer target of glenn roeders, he is after mido and sees him as a good replacement for shearer and feels he could work well with owen, there will be allsorts of rumours flying around in papers soon mark my words mido could be on his way......

Ronaldo, of Real Madrid is in talks with Man U over a possible move in the summer. Fergie, a long time admirer of the big man wants to add him to the squad to replace RVN. After he single handedly beat Man U in the 2003 champions league, Fergie believes he is perfectly suited to the premiership.

Expect more big name arrivals this summer, as Man U set to spend big

Arsenal will not be allowed near Franck Ribery after the situation with Flamini. Arsenal will go for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin. Also Arsenal may look at Mancini from Roma who has been on great form in the second half of the season. I can't see the Adriano deal happening but Arsene may make a move for Kerlon.

Nottingham Forest News

Calderwood to sign Chris Westwood to play along side Morgan at the back.

Also signing Jon Paul McGovern on a free after he was released by Sheff Wed.

His major signing will be David Healy out of favour at leeds.

Boyd from Hartlepool also expected to sign

There are a few transfers which to my surprise haven't been told yet. The biggest transfers to be completed soon are as follows:

Andrea Pirlo-Real Madrid for 20million

Joey Barton-Newcastle for 5million

Carlo Cudicini-Lazio for 6million

Michael Carrick-Manchester United for 12million

but the biggest transfer to be kept secret for now of the lot has to be the sale of Didier Drogba to Juventus for 29 million.

Hull City News

Hull to snatch Koumas from under Cardiff's noses for 2m and Eastwood for 1.5 with the money!

Gökdeniz Karadeniz the Turkish national will join West Ham for £3.5million, a verbal agreement has been made already and he will sign on the dotted line when he comes back from the Turkish training camp. Ajax failed to sign Gökdeniz Karadeniz last summer and January and now have lost out to West Ham.

Man Utd News...

The Glazers will give 15-25m to SAF to spend, extra money will also be put into the transfer fund through the sales of...

Obi Mikel - 12m to Chelsea (look on sky sports)

Sivestre - 3m to lyon

RVN - 15m to Milan or Real Madrid

and Fletcher will come off the wage budget by going on loan.

So potentially there will be 45m-55m to spend, although of couarse not all will be spent. SAF will use this to buy some of the following players (based on rumours)....

Luke Young -Asked for transfer, backup for Nevile

Mascherano/Reo Coker - Either of the two

Riquleme/Nolan - If SAF can't get Riq its Nolan

Diarra - If not to expensive

Lennon/Ribery - To replace an ageing giggs

Carrick - Doubt it will if Lennon comes to UTD.

Viera - If Juve get relegated

Torres - To replace RVN

Owen - If Newcastle let him go

Ibrahimovich - If Juve get relegated

Of course not all of the transfers above will happen, only a few could. Thanks for reading :-)

Man utd....

Every1 knows that Ruud's leaving. In a recent interview he flat out refuse to answer questions on the subject. The only other player of consiquence (fortune obviously not included here) who has also been linked with a move away from O.T is ironically C.Ronaldo (barca/spain). He has sed that he will probs accept any offers made for him. Sad...... But so far no offers made. I personally cling to the shred of hope that he likes it in Manchester, and will feel he owes it to Fergie, who has now kicked out our top-scorer to keep him here. (with regards to the infamous bust-up between him nd 'Ronnie' in training).

Diarra, Vogel, Mascherano, Riquelme, Nolan, Makoun, Gattuso, De Rossi, etc etc...the list keeps on goin on. Personally I reckon that Fergie will eventually go for Mascherano + Riquelme. Cos this will give him an all ARG midfield. This is what he is rele after, the nxt Keane (who can command all his teamates, but most of that list cant do, cos THEY DONT SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE AS THE OTHERS!) You have to remember that!

Kerlons a definate, everyone knows it.

Adriano in a swap for Ruud + cash? unlikely i'm afraid, but not impossible

And torres? would be good, but he doesnt really get the goal return that we need. (you have to remember that ruud get 25 goals per season, while rooney lags on 17. WE NEED GOALS!

Jiminy Cricket

Manchester United are the only logical team left interested in him. His agent, Martin Peton, has already hinted that Man United lead the chase for the player's signature. It is also said that Fernando Torres himself is excited at United's interest in him. He will join Man United along with Juan Roman Riquelme, Franck Ribery, Javier Mascherano, and Brazilan Sensation Kerlon Souza.

Arsenal will not sign Torres as he his too expensive for them and they have enough strikers as it is already.

Chelsea have just completed the signing of Andriy Shevchenko for £30.8Million pounds.

AC Milan will use the money to sign Ruud Van Nistelrooy in the region of £20Million Euros (around £14.7m pounds).

Real Madrid will complete the signing of Adriano in a cash plus exchange deal including Ronaldo.

Roma will looked to try and make an audacious bid for Raul.

Liverpool do not have the finances to match Europes top clubs. Also Rafa Benetez, is looking to bring in some British talent like the likes of Darren Bent and Jermaine Defoe.

Everton 06/07

Arsenal set to sell Ashley Cole to chelsea for 20 million, the fee has been agreed and now chelse have to agree personal terms and medical wiv Ashley. Watch dis space!!

I was speaking to a guy who works in a pub earlier and he tells me that someone tipped him off about Arsenal's intentions to sign Valencia striker David Villa. This is obviously a distant rumour but I thought this was an appropriate website to post the story. In case it does happen, Villa scored more than a double dozen goals in Spain last season and I for one would greatly welcome him to Arsenal!

I hear that Chelsea are on the lookout for a new left-back after growing tired of Asier Del Horno following a disappointing first season. However, I also hear that reports of a move for Roberto Carlos are wide of the mark. Apparently Getafe and Spain defender Mariano Pernia is being lined up for a £5.5m move to Stamford Bridge instead.
