Notts county to sign Gary Madine ,Goal machine on loan

Do not need strikers, need defenders who will defend!

We have 6 defenders out, why would we sign a striker?

Consideing we only have arquin we do need another striker showumni as been disapointing and wont be given a chance lee hughes is past it then we only av kids we need a centre back and a striker.

Hughes ain't passed it, still quality!

Put hughes up front with a striker from our club and we will see if his legs have gone.not gonna happen with curles one upfront.

Hughes has lost his pace by a mile, time to move on. We do need a out and out striker to put away some off the chances we keep missing.

Manny Smith will make a difference when he returns to the defense

Despite being 3rd favourite for the job with bookies, Rudi Voller will have to lower his wage demands if he was to become Hartlepool United manager.

Sven Goran Eriksson, Darrell Clarke and Phil Brown are the front runners.

Phil Brown played for Hartlepool for 7 year. He HAS applied and is a popular candidate amongst the fans and has a good relationship with the club. Expect Brown to get the job if Voller's wage demands are too high.

Burnley to sign Nyron Noseworthy from Watford on loan

Utter rubbish

Heard the same story, dyche was a big fan of him whilst managing him at Watford

This has got to be rubbish as the only reason he left the premier league was the for the opportunity to move back down south to be near his family

Rubbish, he just signed a 2 year contract, hes our number 1 center half why would he leave?

Could happen in January, especially if Angella arrived from Udinese

If he left the PL to go down South with his family, then why did he spend two seasons on loan with the Blades?

When Nosworthy has been fit he has played

Why do burnley need anther centre half?? They have shackell and mee

Because weve shipped the most goals so far this season and our defence is rubbish

you're right when a New Manager comes in they get associated with previous players from their old club, however in this instance there could be some truth in this as Watford now have a very large squard due to the New Owners loan facility; Udinse and Granada
plus a number of Academy players coming thru.
Sordell of Bolton rates SD as do Massey of Colchester,Assambola at Southend, Ross Jenkins, Steve McGinn there is quite a few

Mick McCarthy will have to lower his wage and bonus demands if he wants to be ITFC Manager.ITFC will not meet his demands and something will have to give and this deal is now in the balance with either party about to walk away if nothing is resolved soon,This would open the door for George Burley or Ian Holloway to fill the void.

Looks like they met his demands then jimlcfc

Swindon Town owner Andrew Black to meet manager Paolo Di Canio later to discuss club's transfer embargo

Youve over spent 61% of your income you will have to get rid of players before you can get anymore

Di Canio has over 20 million to spend actually and the embargo has been lifted {Ed003's Note - wow!}

Im a SWINDON fan and were you get 20m from is just pure stupidity and rubbish...
AND THE EMBARGO HAS NOT BEEN LIFTED YOU STUPID PERSON and i hope it dont as spending your budget after 11 games is BAD MANAGMENT all round

Yes i can see things happning but PDC don,t need anymore players if he can,t work with what he,s got now he don,t deserve to be swindon town manager
any other team would like a sqaud like swindon in league one.

This could be the end for pdc if only they had beaten aston villia the man is fantastic love his passion but if the purse is empty and the squad has to break up then pdc will walk shame because i believe he can take them all the way to prem

League 1, big squad, all he asked for he got, not setting it on fire and looks like play offs at best, manager moaning boardroom changing. PDC is a character but you could imagine him at man city he would moan he did not have enough players or money, its the way he is, sooner or later hes gonna be told like it or lump it.

A bit like mancini does then?!

Norwich to cancel Kane's loan from Spurs and sign Guidetti on loan in Jan from Man City for the rest of the season-you heard it here first!

In ya dreams

Nonsence per guesswork again ,

Everyone who wants to say that any of the rumours on here are stupid, then DO US A FAVOUR AND DO ONE YOU BUNCH OF MUPPETS because you always persist in writing these transfer rumours off. If you really want to support this club you could at least try and speculate and not use words like 'nonsense' and 'rubbish'. Be a bit more positive and not so damn negative because any thing can happen in football, we all knew that when Lambert left after 3 amazing years. So please try and use common sense before you put a statement on this site which doesn't even have any season behind it. Oh and another thing. Guidetti was on loan at Burnley before he went to Feyenoord on loan, who are a championship team in case you don't know a thing about football. So if he can go there to play on loan then why can't Kane's loan be cancelled? It could happen. I know it's unlikely, but it could happen. Alright? De Laet had to go back to Man Utd last season when he wasn't at Leicester because he had a back injury, and now Kane injured so why couldn't he go back to Spurs? Think before you comment and support Norwich by actually saying: " you know what? Our club is brilliant, why wouldn't come to Norwich?" Hughton is a very clever manager, there is a chance it could happen. Don't put other people's comments down and actually make them feel good about their own views and speculation, why wouldn't Abdellaoue come here? Why wouldn't Peralta come here? IT'S THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD SO SHUT YOUR PIE HOLE!

Agree mate pity there was not a few more positive fans like you . instead of all the negative persons

Well said! Good man!

Celtic , Aston Villa , QPR, Wolves, Reading, West Ham and Bolton are interested in signing American International striker Kenny Cooper who has scored 19 goals in 35 appearances this season for New York Red Bulls . QPR have already made an enquiry about a January move for Cooper and have been told by New York Red Bulls Sporting Director Jérôme de Bontin that Cooper would not be sold for any less than $5 million dollars.

Hes rubbish trust me been awlful for all the teams he has played for outside america

Cooper is slow and rubbish he couldn't play at league 2 level let alone the premier league.

31 Oct 2012 22:47:47
Mark Hughes rates him very high - to qpr as competition for Zamora

Qpr rate everyone highly

They should sign Bent ... at least he knows that you need to kick the ball between the goal posts and not the corner flags to score ... unlike QPRs current "strikers"

It isnt QPR's strikers that are the problem though. It is the defense.

Last time I looked they have scored 7 goals in 9 games ... you call that a strike force

It isnt that bad though. I, along with the majority of QPR fans am more concerned with the goals conceded.

So far this season only 2 teams have conceded less than 1 goal per game. So you generally need to score 2 goals to win a game ... who are going to score the 2 goals QPR need per game? That's what Hughes needs to get right, dreaming of clean sheets as the solution is fantasy - otherwise QPR is going down ...

You are stupid if you think that it will stay like that all season. It will calm down. QPR arent that bad when attacking, just when defending. We could use a world class centre back.

8 goals in 11 games now ...

So? That doesnt mean anything!

You don't know much about football do you .. it's always easier to fix a defence and to stop a team leaking goals than it is to fix an attack that doesn't score goals ...

Rotherham are being linked with a sensational return for former hero Alan Lee. The Huddersfield striker has found first team opportunities hard to come by since promotion, and a Loan move to the Millers would mean he would not need to relocate.

Don't chat rubbish mate

Not true! A lad at my work who's a we***sday fan posted this!!!!!!

Take him - he's absolutely awful.

Dicanio is set for meeting in London this Evening with Chairman and major investor. On the agenda
Yes is the Embargo,so looks like showdown.
Bad luck for Swindon last night beaten2-3 at home by the Villa.
That was a decent gate however there is still rumours on Dicanio's future as Swindon Manager.
Will he go???

Major investor? Is this the Saudi guy whos rumoured to be taking over?

No major invetment buck wants swindon all for himself

Mick mc carthy to be named Ipswich manager with in 24 hrs on 3yr contract, matt holland his assistant & terry connor 1st team coach .

If its mick mcartney or not whoever it is as his work cut out to keep this team in the championship

Surely they can find better than mccarthy

They Tried to get Ian Holloway but Clegg messed up big time on the compo package Blackpool wanted, yet Clegg earlier stated that the compo package was no problem being met, hence that's why Ipswich are in the s**t, because of this clown of a CEO, syas one thing then does something completely different, treats the fans like s**t, the sooner he goes the better.

also with Matty Holland there's no position for him at Town either

Poor old Mick

No chance, what has he done in coaching.get real

Mccarthy is a very stubborn manager and connor as the worst record in the prem.
out of the frying pan in to the fire by the looks

He turned down Forest saying he wanted premiership football looks like he will soon have League 1 football.Forest had a lucky escape the mans a JOKE

Wolves supporter here who has pretty much gone to every game for years.
What you have in McCarthy is a loyal honest manager, he will get the best out of your players and wouldn't be suprised if you make the play offs.
He will bring in probably 5/6 hard grafting players, play attacking football and get fans back to the stadium.
Only problem with McCarthy was once promotion was achieved he couldn't attract the quality to take the club further.
Overall you have the best man for the job and wish him and ipswitch all the best this season.

No clegg didnt mess up. for 1 he said compo wouldnt be an issue, not that any amount of compo wouldnt be. plus think youll find that holloway was just a back up plan in case deal for mccarthy fell through

Saturday should see the return of James Vaughan to the Huddersfield side. The partnership with Beckford back in action.

As regards the 'wheres best for a night out/trip'. huddersfield or blackpool debate;

Simple; Blackpool has more tourist amenities but is pleasing to the eye in many places, but Huddersfield has some fantastic countryside/is very scenic but doesn't have the amenities of blackpool. Depends totally on your preference!

If you're a bloke looking to pull a bloke - best place Blackpool.
If you're a bloke looking to pull a famyard animal - Huddersfield.......but beware of the competition.

Easy 3 points against bcfc on saturday

Blackpool lost their number one asset, Ian Holloway! Gone on to a bigger and better opportunity.
