Firstly brian Stock will sign for 2.5 million for birmingham during the summer with sean o'driscoll being allowed to spend the money on a striker should Doncaster stay in championship. Secondly liverpool will sign Silva as Rafa stating he couldnt afford him is just mind games again. he will join alongside Aguera who has signed a pre agreement to join the reds with Gareth barry and Aaron Lennon joining also.
Rafa Benitez is furious with Yossi Benayoun after he declared himself fit for Israel and has now caused more damage to his calf injury. Rafa didnt want him to play and he went behind his back. He will now definately be on his way in the Summer, highly likely it will be a Spanish team, possibly Atletico.
Liverpool won't be spending BIG this Summer, Rafa will add quality players who will add a lot more strength and depth to the team for good prices. Rafa will look to bring in Elano as a straight replacement as he wants away from City, or will try a player plus cash offer for Maxi Rodriguez of Atletico, £8million plus Benayoun.
Arjen Robben, Carlos Tevez, Raul, David Villa, David Silva are all false rumours, none of these will be joining Liverpool. Daniel Agger will not be leaving, Rafa will start to rotate again to keep players fresh, just like he did last season and Liverpool had a good end to the season. Expect Skrtel and Agger to be rotated more than anyone else. Agger is happy at Liverpool. Therefore no Raul Albiol either. Alonso will be staying even if Barry joins. It will be Lucas who will leave to make way for Barry, possibly on loan.
Glen Johnson (£9million) is a certainty, Aaron Lennon(£9–12million) is a possibility even though he just signed a new Spurs contract. Gareth Barry is being watched again, but because he will only have 1 year left on his deal, Villa will cash in for around £10million rather than let him leave for free. Fernando Llorente of Atletic de Bilbao is being followed, he will be available for anything between £6–10million. Rafa also has scouts watching strikers in Germany, France, South America and in the Middle East. These will mainly be youngsters.
  Old firm news

peter grant will become the next celtic manager with lennon as his number 2 and he will call john hartson as his first team coach while at rangers craig levein will be giving the job with stuart mccall as his number 2 and his first team coach will be alex rae
Adebayor has become a "henry" case, time to move on. This is the feeling within the club and him having signed a new contract makes him perfect for the premium rate. Samassa has been a name mentioned previously within the scouting network, however he signed for marseille in the summer. Nimani could be the gem waiting to be polished by wenger, or if he wishes to splash some cash Mario Gomez would be a more than capable replacement
Aston villa will let gareth barry leave to go to liverpool for at least 8 million pounds in the summer and will sign steven defour from standard liege.

the other players yhat villa will sign are the following:

micah richards 8million
daniel sturridge free
michael owen free
david wheater 5million
stewart downing 10million
joe hart loan for season
michael johnson 6million
gabriel heinze 5million

players that will leave are the following:
moustapha salifou boro (if they get relagated)
stuart taylor wolves
marlon harewood wolves
shorey newcastle

and if ashley young leaves to go to chelsea then villa will ask for florent malouda as part of the deal.
I think this proposed move for Daniel Sturridge to Chelsea is highly likely. Lets think about this; how is an english striker going to get a game at Manchester City? I hate to say it, but Chelsea have been good with the youngsters recently, with Di Santo, Bertrand and Sinclair offering promise. This would be a good transfer for Sturridge, who, lets face it, is quality, and needs to play.
As for Jermaine "omfg that's 31 now" Beckford, Leeds will not be able to hold on to him unless promoted (. .) so he will be a target for Wolves and Birmingham, and maybe Hull. But to disappoint the Wolves fan who posted earlier, Mick McCarthy will be priced out of a move for Fabian Delph by Premier League sides. This is due to Delph's 4 year contract, signed last summer, which means Bates will only accept bids of over his market value 6mil, and bids for Damien Duff and perhaps Beckford would not release required funds. I would speculate a move to Arsenal or Fulham is still most likely, although Im not ruling Wolves out, by any means.
A close relative of wolves are Foxes, and oh joy, they are getting promoted too. What a happy time this is for pack–hunting vermin. No offence. Mandaric may give Pearson his chequebook to throw at Dave Martin, Tom Cleverley and Rickie Lambert. Maybe Darren Gibson might wander down to the Walkers for a spell too. If any fans want to try and persuade him to come, he likes salt and vinegar ;–)
But enough of awful crisp jokes, and onto the big names. Adebayor will stay at Arsenal (why should he leave, can someone enlighten me?) along with Fabregas. Mohamad "Zinedine" Zidan and Sebastian Bassong have already packed and bought their tickets with Fly Emirates. Gordon should be on his way back to Scotland, to join Celtic, with Boruc on his way to either Portsmouth, AC Milan or Juventus. Tevez will join someone else. I don't really care who. Robinho will stay at City, where he will probably be joined by Vagner Love and Ronaldinho, as the transition of power is slowly handed to the Eastlands crowd. Its depressing, football.
Thank you for reading, or for simply skipping to here, Malcolm "100 posts" Shaffer
Maidenhead united are likly to be signing the legendary ex–liverpool defender stephen henchoz on as he is a free agent.
Expect Barcelona and Real Madrid to compete for the signature of Cesc Fabregas this summer. The two giants are both very keen on the Spaniard, and Fabregas has recently told a tabloid that he would not shut the door on either of the two, however he would prefer the Nou Camp as his destination. However Cesc has always said that as long as Wenger is at the club and he is wanted at the Emirates he will stay. Wenger has said that he will, not that he will try to, but that he will extend Cesc's contract at the end of the season. This should mean that Cesc will agree, as he wants to be were Wenger is. However if Cesc's recent attitude affects his on–field performances and he continues to leave the door open to Barca then let him go. No player is bigger than our Arsenal and no player ever will be. We would not be in a crisis without him. We have been doing fine without him since we signed Arshavin, we have a very similar player to Cesc comming through in Denilson, and soon in Ramsey. We have Rosicky and Walcott comming back from injury. We have a great talent in Samir Nasri, and also Diaby and Song as cover in midfield. I am not saying I want Cesc to leave, I would like him to stay for the rest of his career. But if need be, we can let him go. I would expect Cesc to agree to a new £85,000 a week deal at the end of the season.

These are the transfers that will happen in the 1st 2 weeks of the transfer window in the summer
nakamura – celtic to villa – 7.5m
jo man city – everton 8m
c gardner – villa – celtic 2m

d vassel – man city – wolves 2m

  ~Arsenal~
The incomings at aresnal;
A central defender (1 from Richards, Albiol or Agger)
A defensive midfielder (1 from Barry, Marchena or Alonso)
A striker(1 from Bojan, Pato or Huntelaar)
The outgoings
Senderos
Denilson (loan)
Adebayor
The deal as to those coming in very much depends on adebayor, (wenger will be prepared to swap adebayor for cash and Richards, Bojan, Pato or Huntelaar it just depends which club from the 4 can put together the best deal)
Huntelaar is really coming into form but r.madrid are would be prepared to swap him for adebayor as they think that adebayor is 'much more attractive'– typical of spanish clubs!
The signings from liverpool are dependant on liverpool getting their primary targets
Pub talk. . Ashley Young to Chelsea is a nasty ploy to start a bidding war. . . Truth is he has hinted to friends he wants to play in the CL and wants to do it as a RED. He knows that the time is right to make a move. . Will be sorry to see Villa's best player leave.
  BLACKBURN NEWS:
if rovers stay up
Big Sam is looking to bring in sean davies from pompy as the midfielders contract runs out in the summer and as Allardyce looks for him to be a replacement for tugay who will retire at the end of the 2009/2010 season, he will also make gael givet loan into a permiment deal for 2mil and the same with simpson for 3mil and villanueva for 5mil. he will ofload santa cruz to man city for 18mil and replace him with dzeko or bemba ba for 8mil

if rovers go down
santa cruz will sold to man city for 18mil and big sam will bring in sean davis, gael givet, simpson, villanueva and victor moses
Man City will sport a new kit next season, in a radical move the Arab owners will change the colour from the blue famous blue shirt to a green shirt, red shorts and white socks (the same colour as their countries flag). Also expect the stadium to be renamed though this is still in negotiations.
Just to clear one thing up. A few people of late have posted saying that Andy van der Meyde of Everton will be sold in the summer. It certainly will be true that he will leave Everton, but that is because he'll be out of contract. Everton won't get a bean for him.

One rumour I have from an excellent source at the club is that Jermaine Pennant is almost certain to sign on a free transfer. Other than that, all I can say is that there is a small amount of money available for cash transfers. But this isn't a great deal and certainly less than £20m.
  Liverpool are chasing:

Frank Ribery (30mil)
Diogo (10mil)
Glen Johnson (8mil)
Gareth Barry (9mil)

Ribery is Benitez's first choice if he has enough money. Otherwise, he is looking at Silva, Lennon, Sneijder, Van der vaart, Young, Kuba, Renato Augusto and a few others.

There will be no Aguero or Villa etc. .They, at the moment, would command a fee of around 40mil. .something Benitez is not yet prepared to pay on one player.

Leaving will be:

Andrea Dossena (5mil)
Jay Spearing (loan)
Andriy Voronin (3.5mil)
Charles Itjande (0.5mil)
Philip Degen (2mil)
Nabil el Zhar (loan)
Sebastian leto (loan)
Martin Kelly (loan)
David N'gog (loan)
Damien plessis (3mil)
Jermaine Pennant (free)

Loan departures will probably raise another 3mil or so.
A potential 58.5mil deal with Carlseberg will further boost benitez's transfer kitty.

Other potential transfers:

Roman Pavluychenko – Chelsea (12mil)
Kenwyne Jones – Tottenham (13mil)
Carlos Tevez – Man U (a further 22mil)
David Villa – Real Madrid (35mil)
David Silva – Inter Milan (19mil)
Ricardo Quaresma – Chelsea (12mil)
Florent Malouda – Juventus (9mil)
Joleon Lescott – Arsenal (12.5mil)
Stewart Downing – Tottenham (13mil)
Diego – Juventus (20mil)
Gael Clichy – AC Milan (13.5mil)
Keirrison – Barcelona (13mil)
Raul Albiol – Real Madrid (10mil)
Alex Hleb – Bayern Munich (10mil)
David Beckham – AC Milan (7.5mil)
Emmanuel Adebayor – AC Milan (18mil)
Manchester United have made Lee Martin, Danny Simpson, Tomasz Kuszczak and Wes Brown available. Manucho is being lined up for a move to Rangers with a deal involving John Fleck going the other way. Fraizer Campbell will be given a season to prove his worth but Hull Chairman will launch another bid if Hull stay in the league. Top of Manchester Uniteds summer targets are shock moves for either Daniel Agger of Liverpool or Joleon Lescott of Everton. Adam Johnson, Aaron Lennon or Alexis Sanchez are also on their list. I've also heard Rangers want Possebon on loan but that was from another source
It appears that Wolves are now the front runners to sign Fabian Delph. They have the money and can offer first team football. McCarthy thinks he is worth the gamble, while the board want players with PL experience instead. One definite signing is Jonathon Greening from West Brom, and he will be joined by Nicky Butt from Newcastle. With the youth and pace they already have these level heads could mean the difference between saftey and the sack.
To "BIGSMOKE'––––we United fans never said Tevez is joining Liverpool (we don't care about them and you know it) so we don't have to defend anything. . its some of your deluded 'pool pals who are sometimes saying Tevez is joining liverpool and sometimes saying he is not cuz they will sign another one. .

Btw Rangers to get United's Brazilian twins Da Silva brothers on loan for the next season and that would enable United to have the first option on John Fleck. you heard it here first. .
I wish all these so called Rangers fans would have a long hard think about what they are saying before postig it on here. . Rangers are not the force they used to be and have not been for the last 3+ years when they started haggeling over £100k for players like Boyd from Killie etc. etc. As other people have said, We are now a selling club. and every player is on the market. Expect at least half the first team to be moved on in any way Sir DM and Martin Bain can, and with alot of the youth stepping up to the first team (which im looking forward to), as we canot rely on Walter Smith in the transfer market. There will be some purchases in the summer but do NOT expect them to be big names, most likley to be lower leagues and loan deals from EPL clubs. Also, Sir DM is activley trying to find investors for the club as no–one will buy the club as it is not in a viable position with the strenght Celtic have at this present time. Im also being told that Walter has been told he can move up stairs but Ally Mc and Kenny Mc will not be kept on if the Leauge is not won this year, Aparently Craig Levin is being hounded as the replacments with his credential and knowing how to work with a small to no existant budget. Personaly i think Levin would be a exelent replacement.
Just a quick reality check for the Liverpool/Everton/West Ham fans et al who think they will be signing Adam Johnson from Middlesbrough in the summer. The clubs first choice left winger (Downing) has been told he can leave in the summer. As I posted here at the beginning of the season, he could well be heading to Juve for 10M+. Do you honestly think the club will sell his understudy as well ?? I'm afraid that rumour is a non–starter guys !!
Hi all, got it on good authority that Liverpool will be signing a young French play called Henry Saivet, also a young Israeli midfielder call Gai Assulin. Michael Johnson may also join instead of Gareth Barry. Liverpool will look into the possibility of either Silva or Villa, not both. Aguero will go to Real Madrid or Barcelona as will Tevez and Ronaldo as they are both sick of the Premier League.

Happy times

DT
I have good knowledge that Liverpool are chasing:
Gareth Barry – Reduced price of £14m
David Silva – £24m. Rafa's been given the funds for this deal.
David Villa – £25m
Raul Albiol – £10m
Aaron Lennon – £12m
Giorgio Chiellini – £14m
Michael Owen – Free
Out will be:
Xabi Alonso – £20m
Lucas – £8m
Degen – £2m
Kuyt – £12m
I've seen many ridiculous rumours on here lately about Man City signing the likes of Buffon, Gerrard and Terry. Could someone tell me why they'd move from their current clubs? Their already on about 100k a week and moving to City would simply be a step down. They'll actually sign:
Defour – £13m
Santa Cruz – £20m
Ibisevic – £15m
Gourcuff – £20m
  Ronaldo to real madrid

the rumour is true ronaldo will leave at the end of this season for 70million. real madrid have an interest free loan from a spanish bank(which i counldnt possibly name) but its in northern spain and they were in mancitys group in uefa cup. this info is from a spanish newspaper that i picked up recently in spain, as some people were upset that this bank was giving money to madrid in such bleak financial times.

i still have the article now lets hope it hits the national press and disrupts the salford reds title run in
Will all the deluded fans stop speakin rubbish plz and stop just nameing good players out of championship manager and say they are goin to their team.the only club that will spend big in the summer is city.dont know who but they will be placing sum ridiculas bids for players.on to real roumers now.celtic to get fletcher and maybe mcarthey and some of the dead weight from tthe reservse to go
My mate knows Alan Pardew and told him he will be Stoke city's new director of football next season
To the guy that said this
"I have close associates who work for both halves of the old firm and I can confirm the following as being work in progress.

Celtic in Summer

Zaluska Free done deal

Veronin (liverpool) 3 million

Celtic Out Summer

JVOH – Free
Donati – Available for 1 million
Balde – Free
J–P Doumbe – Free
McGeady (Spurs or Arsenal) 10 million
Hartley – 300K Dundee UTD

Total spend

5.5 million

Income
11.3 million

Rangers
Incoming

Paul Gallagher (Blackburn) 500K

Outgoing

Dailly – Free
Weir – Free
Webster – Free
Hemdani – Free
Velicka – Stavenger return 300K
Stevie Smith – Free
Mendes 3 million (Bolton)
Davis 2 million (Birmingham)
Boyd 1 million (Cardiff)

Spend 500K

Incoming – 6.3 million"

why would donati be rated at same price as boyd?
why would mcgeady go for 10mil? when pennant is going for free????

davis for 2 mil don't think so he has been one of the best players for rangers and they paid 4 mil for him so they wouldn't let him go for less.

a wish celtic fans would put in decent rumours about rangers and stop making your players worth more than they really are!!!

only one u deffo are right about is zaluska for free also maybe hartley for that price.

on to true rumours. .

ferguson is going to zenit for 1.2million
rangers will also play a pre season game against them as the fans want to see a repeat of the uefa cup final to see if the story would be different if we played 2 up front and more attacking. . .

also possebon on his way to rangers along with macheda to get first team football. .

rangers won't bid for big names unless they are bosmans

like with celtic
zaluska for free
clarkson from motherwell 1.1 million
few young aston villa lads on loan

watch this space

alex
David Silva will be joining Liverpool as Valencia would appease the fans by selling him abroad and why make Barca or Real stronger, Rafa still has freinds there and Silva would join his national team mates Alonso (going nowhere)Torres .The fee will be over 20 million with the weak pound probably nearer 30 now. we will have to get a right back but don't know who as there is not many about at the moment so Tragic Johnson from Portsmouth looks most likely, and Gillette is selling his Share but Hicks is staying although Hick likes RAAAFA so all good.
  Man Utd ins.
Ribery, Bertolo, Valencia, Benzema, Walter, Delph, Scharner
Outs.
Ronaldo, Nani, Hargo, Tevez and Brown
