Ergh. Looks like my last post didn't make the Rumours page, but I can't be bothered to re–type it all, so I might aswell move onto some more Bolton rumours.
Expect Bolton to loan a player or two in days to come, former skipper Kevin Nolan looks set for a return to the Reebok, despite Newcastle's success so far in the Championship. A back up striker would be nice aswell, with Croat forward Ivan Klasnic joining on loan from French outfit FC Nantes. Unfortunately with many targets having little more than a single year left on current contracts, maybe its too late to make a final acquisition.
Bottom of the money spent list; achievement?

And so on to January. .
Arsenal rumours: Wenger will not move for the likes of Hangeland or Vieira. By January he will know whether he needs to add to the squad. Senderos will be offloaded unless he can prove he is a better player than when he left for Milan on loan. if so, no defensive signings will be made, but i can't see Senderos staying. Silvestre will depart at the end of the season. A move will be made for Chamakh, as the price will be lower for sure. if not, it will happen in the summer.
I do not trust the fitness and durability of Rosicky. surely Arsene will clock onto that soon enough. Expect a January move for Rafael van der Vaart, for around £10m, though many teams will be interested. also keep tabs on Ryan Babel's situation. he will leave Liverpool before next season. with Denilson and Bendtner signings contracts, the bulk of the squad is secure. if wenger feels DCM is lacking, then Matuidi will arrive. also expect some talented youngsters to come in. Eden Hazard is top of my list. Simpson to move permanently in January. there is also a possibility of Gallas staying beyond next season as he finally appears to be happy as Kolo has gone.
Recap:
Out (by next season): Senderos (upto £6m), Silvestre (free), Simpson (upto £2m), Rosicky (who cares how much).
In: Matuidi £8m, Chamakh free in summer, VdVaart £10m

Carl dickinson and gareth mcleary will sign for leeds united at the beginning of october on loan deals which will take them up until january 1st.

leeds united will have options to make the deals perminant in the loan contracts.

According to My Hull City Mate Notts County have taken Nathen Doyle on a seasons Loan but it can't be completed till next week

He was at County a few years back when hes on loan from derby

GOOD SIGNING YOU PIES

DUFC/Scotland – Craig Levein being lined up as next Scotland boss should they fail to pick up at least 4 points from last 2 qualifiers for South Africa. Rumours coming out of SFA HQ is that Levein has informed SFA boss, Gordon Smith that he is becoming disollusioned with the running of the club by the current owners, and would like to be considered should there be any changes to the the management team, post qualifying failure.

Levein is believed to be Smiths' no.1 choice, as he is respected within the game in Scotland, but more importantly, he would be a cheap option for the SFA, after having to pay out a sizeable sum to rid themselves of George Burley.

Over the next year, Arsene Wenger could add the following players to his squad:
Miralem Sulejmani (Ajax) Due to Walcott being injury–prone
Patrick Vieira (Inter) Mourinho isn't going to play him, and I bet Alex Song moves to Italy
Rene Adler (Bayer) Fabianski on his bike, probably to Scotland.

They seem really like the kind of players Arsenal will seriously sign. Is that a rumour, or is that a rumour? Just a laugh to all the fans who thought they were sure to sign Jermaine Beckford. Nice to know he'd reject Championship football to stay at a good club; not enough players do that these days. Go and raise your own players, for goodness sake. .
And do Sheffield Utd fans still think they are getting Robert Snodgrass? If you used the other brain cell, you'd notice he signed a new deal.

Though I'd go half and half for the Rumours and Banter. Although, I won't be surprised if this isn't posted.

{editor's note – couldn't decide so i put it in both lol}

Derby will loan in a striker probably with a view to buy if it is some like john stead or just a loan till january if it is a youngster from the premierleague It would be good to have steve howard back :–/

Van Der Vaart will stay at Real Madrid after the sales of Robben, Snejder ans fullback Miguel Torres has allowed the 25 man cut–off to be made. A deal 4 Ribery in the near future is possible after he admitted it is his dream to play in Sapin.

Arsenal will analyse the squad in January to see whether it needs reinforcement, Wenger feels that right now they are fine but will have a better idea in January. Chamakh is a player he will wait on, he believes the 8 million price tag is ridiculous 4 a player coming off contract and will try again in January because he is also unsure about RVP's ability to pay CF.

He considers Blaise Matudi a top player but was frustrated by his 10 million price tag and was not willing to pay more than 5 million, again January will tell whether he needs a DM.

Its the same sitation with Neven Subotic, Borussia value him at 18 million whilst Arsenal and Wenger will not go above 12 million.

Hopefully some signings in January regardless of the situation.

Forest fans, top info from PSR is that Forest will sign Lucas Neil who is currently out of contract. Good times ahead. Erik the Red

For the first time in a while the lack of activity in the transfere market gives Newcastle a chance to settle the ownership problem and launch into the market with loan deals which if a ploy by Ashley to lessen the blow for Moat then it has worked as the new owners will only have to pay a % of a players wage and no transfer or signing on fee. This along with the 'potential targets' mentioned here as well as by several sites who have remained at their clubs makes the next month a very interesting one.
Cathcart, Gibson, Kilgallon, Marlon Harewood, Kanu as well as long list of players who were fine to ply their trades away from their present clubs and the chance to become heros, on the cheap, by getting The Toon promoted.

ShoutE your man with the beads

Notts County will sign Benjani and Nathern Doyle on Loan when the loan window opens up next week

I heard David Healy turned down a loan move to Notts County on deadline day

Derby will complete the loan signing of paolo ferriera from chelsea when the loan window opens hes the right back they need told you man of pride

The next transfer window newcastle will be the busy team in the championship signing 5 player

matt kilgallon 2m
jermaine beckford 3m plus 1m in newcastle win prom
andrew driver 1m
danny simpson 2m
nicky shorey 2.5m
Per Ciljan Skjelbred loan

Rafael Sobis will be a Liverpool player by the end of the week. Liverpool have kept him away from Anfield and Mellwood the past two weeks due to the media presence that would be leading up to transfer deadline day.

Also expect the Yanks to be out by November. The council retracted their plans for a stadium on Stanley Park a while back and LFC have not yet applied for planning permission again like they have done on every other occasion. This is a sure sign that the Yanks are no longer interested and have no long term plans for the club.

Lucas Neill has signed a pre–contract with spanish club athetico madrid. The deal will be made official once Neill passes his medical which is due to be completed by friday. I heard this from Neill's agent, cec sommerville, whose business interests overlap with mine.

One other point of note for aussie fans, Australian starlet scott thomson will sign for SPL giants rangers within the next few weeks. He has been out of contract and has been attracting some significant interest from spurs and the toffees.

Have heard that there will be a press conference tomorrow held buy purslow of liverpool. maybe the ending of rafa?or new signing?i think it will be rafa walking out as the yanks have gone back on there word and withdrawn the cash promised to rafa and there for rafa,a man of his word will walk just like he did with valencia! king kenny will probally take the helm for the time being but don't be suprised if a shock manager does come in. so there you have it,no my brothers no's this person or that! just an opinion.

Now that the transfer window has closed Rafa will get more money for the next one in January to strengthen up his squad. Silva WILL NOT be joining us as he's too much, Rafa is roumered to get Ben Arfa for the Left Midfield and Hulk for CF behind Torres postiton, Aquilani should stop being critised he's not even kicked a ball for us yet and will joining us in like 2 weeks i feel he's a great signing and should not be called "The next Dossena" just because he's from Italy!

New Barnsley Coach – Dick Advocaat?

I work with good friend of Dick Advocaat. Since his surprise saking at Zenit, Dick has stated that hes keen to get back into British football, and not neccessarily the Premier League. He is financially secure of course, and is looking for a new and unusual challenge, and would be very interested in the coach's job at Barnsley. The idea of taking a small club back to the top division in England is one that really appeals to Dick. I know this sound crazy, but watch this space!

West Ham News
Rafael Sobis is not going to Liverpool because he is going to west ham. A statement on the west ham website says that we are looking to bring in an out of contract striker and there are strong rumours that that player is liverpool target rafael sobis.
