Rafa Benitez has outlined his transfer targets and requests for funds to American owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett. Interestingly, Gillett has told Rafa to speak to DIC about his transfers as he fully intends to sell to them against the will of Hicks. As the two continue to fall further into dispute, chief executive Rick Parry may well resign as Hicks wishes. Rafa has complained to the owners and former chairman David Moores on numerous occasions at the lack of communication with Parry and feels he has been a major factor in the reds missing out on targets such as Alves, Milito, Mexes and Malouda. Former boss Gerard Houllier also complained about Parry in the past when he lost out on a young Cristiano Ronaldo. Despite all of the backroom turmoil, Benitez has his eyes firmly on a strong push for trophies next season and his transfer targets are as follows.

Backup GK– Marco Amelia or Guillermo Ochoa

LB– Philip Lahm or Ivica DraGutinovic

RB– Rafinha or Jose Bosingwa

CB– (To eventually replace Hyypia) Vincent Kompany or Fernando Amorebieta

RW– Samir Nasri or David Bentley

LW– David Silva or Rafael Van der Vaart

ST– Kun Aguero or Kenwyne Jones

With Rafa continuing his new formation of 4–2–3–1 and rotating far less, the following are seen as good enough for the next few years at least.

Reina, Arbeloa, Aurelio, Carragher, Agger, Skrtel, Benayoun, Babel, Gerrard, Alonso, Mascherano, Lucas, Torres, Kuyt and Crouch. Anyone else will be sold if not this season the next.

justice for the 96

Now Premier League survival has been established Sunderland fans will see Roy "the king" Keane spend big this Summer,

Diego forlan: – £14 mill

phillipe Mexes: – £5 mill

Ryan Giggs: – £2.5 mill

jonny evans: – £4.5 mill

phil nevile: – £3 mill

also expect to see a big name central midfielder arrive for around £8–10 million.

Niall "the Messiah" Quinn had promised Keane that if he kept the lads in the Premier League he would give him £40 million to spend.

watch the lads take the Premier League by storm next season. blacky of southwick

If Valencia go down Tottenham will get David Villa on the cheap, or they will get Samuel Eto'o from FC Barcelona. Carlos Kameni will join for £5 million.

Mark Hughes is trying a audacious move to land FC Barcelona forward Samuel Eto. As he knows off FC Barcelona contacts.

Incase anyone missed the Thierry Henry interview, he has confirmed he would only ever go back to England for Arsenal. It was on football focus, look for it on youtube, worth watching.

That being said, Arsenal look set to sign Lucio from Bayern Munich. Speaking to Bayern officials, I found out that the club are resigned to the big man's departure, and they are now stripping down the pictures of him in the gift shop and other parts of the stadium. The one thing several people working there seemed sure of, was that Arsenal showed interest in Lucio in the winter before Wenger decided he trusted his current defense. With that trust now apparently lost, he is expected to go back for Lucio who has had an impressive season, one that has been watched by Arsenal scout Steve Rowley.

The only other confirmed news is that Hleb is now making sounds that suggest he will stay, claiming that there is a lot more to come from both he and Arsenal collectively and that they are learning to put winning first.

Crystal Palace young stars; Moses and Bostock are in line for a combined £7 Million pound deal to join Man United at the end of NEXT season.

Other Championship deals will include;

Eastwood – Wolves to Charlton – £4 Million.

Beckford – Leeds to Crystal Palace – £4 Million.

McClean – P'borough to Queens Park Rangers – £3 Million.

Ellington – Waford to Queens Park Rangers – £1.5 Million.

Scott Sinclair to sign a permanent deal at Palace.

Fraiser Campbell to sign for hull.

Ricardo Fuller is being lined up to replace Lita at Reading, when Lita joins Charlton, providing Reading stay in the Premier League.

Thanks.

  Liverpool In's

all this rumours about rafhina coming to Liverpool is a lie because Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign 25 year old swiss international philip degen from Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer then next on Rafas list is Sergio aguero a 19 year old argintine for a fee ment to be around £15 – £25 million as him and Torres have showed what they are capable of what they are doin there is also ment to be a new left back coming in I do not think it will be Heinze as he is now too old I think it will be someone like philip lahm or taye taiwo an also a left an right midfielders there is a few I think that are on Rafas list including charles N'Zogbia (a big suprise) Ashley young David Bentley royston drenthe and David Silva all the news about luka modric joining is wrong as he has joined Tottenham and a new keeper Steve harpers is ment to be on Rafas list but I could see it being someone like santiago canizares who's on a free transfer and a number of academy players come in to the first team.

Liverpool Out's

Charles Itandje (As much as we can get)

Sebastian Leto (Loan)

Nabil El Zhar (Loan)

Andrei Voronin (As much as we can get)

Harry Kewell (Free)

Antony Le Tallec (Loan)

A Few Academy Players Will Go Out On Loan.

I No most of this because I no a few of the Rafas backroom staff.

IT seems that Rafa has one eye on future regulations this Summer with

his transfer policy. He is going to be buying predominantly English

players:

Bentley £6 million + Pennant

Young £14 million

Barry £11 million

Richards £16 million

Johnson £8 million

Bridge £5 million

He will also be signing Aguero from Atletico for £22 million.

Outs will be:

Riise, Aurellio, Finnan, Pennant,

Kewell, Alonso, Voronin, Carson, Guthrie, and surprisingly, Kuyt

Joe Cole to the Newcastle along with swp.

Sorry to dissapoint all you Watford and Charlton fans however the Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov has shown great interest in Cardiff City FC and subsequently invited Peter Ridsdale and other Cardiff City board members to The Barclelona v Man United Champions League match at the Nou Camp last Wednesday and negotiations went well and I am told he has been invited to the FA Cup final by The board of Cardiff City FC and that announcements will hopefully be made thereafter.

  Arsenal rumours

Robinho £10–18 million–Arsene is an admirer of him and almost bought him two years ago but signed for Real. He has wanted more game time and threatened to quit but has been promised more time which has not happened. He feels at home on the wing as much as up front so could score bags of goals if he reaches his peak under Wenger.

Per Mertesacker £10–15 million–He#ll hold the defense together and could reach his peak also under Wenger. He's a real toughy so he might have the look and role.

There will be a numbers of changes at Liverpool this year.

Steve Finnan ( £3 million, Blackburn )

Scott Carson ( £6 million, Aston Villa )

Jermaine Pennant ( £4 million, Portsmouth )

Del Piero is joining Sunderland on loan next year, he is a big fan of Roy Keane and wants to play for him, Juve will accept the loanbid if they are successful in signing. Johan Elmander from toulouse for £15 million. I heard this when I was in turin two months ago.

Curbishley will be made Director of Football at the Hammers and Martin Jol will be made Manager, with talk of Di Canio as his Assistant yet that second part is just rumours. They will be given no mor than £10 million too spend as Gudmansson is struggling for money at the moment This money is likely to be spent on young players abroad, watched by Jol when playing in the U17 World Cup. The only known signing at this moment is Giles Barnes who has signed a deal for £4 million.

Expect a massive clearout at Ibrox this Summer. Carlos Cuellar and Alan McGregor look set to join Newcastle for a joint fee of £15 million. Kris Boyd also looks likely to leave with various Premier League clubs looking sign him for a fee of around £4 million. David Weir could retire in the Summer and Andy Webster will go back to Wigan after a bad loan spell leaving Walter Smith with a slim backline. Midfielders Charlie Adam, Alan Gow, Brahim Hemdani and Thomas Buffel look set to be on there way out of the club with Hemdani looking likely to return to France. Daniel Cousin will finally make his move to the Premier League with Wigan the favourites to snap him up for a fee of around £2 million. The famous Filip Sebo's future looks uncertain with many people tipping him to stay at Ibrox but a move to Germany is looking likely for the Slovakian.

Arsenal are getting the following players:

Ben Arfa – £10 million (part swap with Eboue)

Mark Noble – £8 million

Micah Richards – £10 million

Thierry Henry – £8 million

Robinho – Loan

Carlos Vela will also come back from his loan spell with Osasuna.

Arsenal Players Out:

Hleb – AC Milan –£15 million

Eboue – Lyon –£4 million (part swap with Ben Arfa)

Flamini – AC Milan –Free

I am a youth player at Arsenal and have heard from senior players of these deals.

Arsene has already got backup plans in case the top players leave this Summer

Hleb: Robinho, Ben Arfa, Nasri, Afellay, Schwienstieger (sorry for the spelling), Rakitic

Flamini: Barry, Veloso, Paloschi (Young AC Milan player)

Gallas: Garay, Lucio, Alex, Metzelder

Adebayor: Vela (Coming back anyway), Amauri, Villa, Eto'o

  Man United Rumours:

My brother in law is the one of the groundsman at Old Trafford and as it turns out Gary Neville and Queiroz were showing none other than Zlatan Ibrahimovic AND Maicon around the stadium last weeek on Thursday and Friday respectively. The Internationale pair are (accordinging to rumours around the club) seeking a move away from the San Siro. These players are just reaching their peak and would be a great dual signing for Sir Alex.

  arsenal exclusive

Arsenal will sign Ledley king, amuari, barry, mputu and aload of yougters asual but leaving will be Lehmann, Senderos, Bendtner.

COME ON you GOONERS

I hear on good authority, that there will be one or two suprises at Celtic. Celtic to sell Scott brown, vennegoor of hesselink, Nakamura, and a few fringe players and will bring in Robbie Keane, Damien Duff and Stephen Carr. Duff and Carr maybe part of a deal to take McGeady to Newcastle or Keane involved with a deal for mcGeady. Maloney and Petrov possibilities to return as well as both are home sick, petrov's family are from Glasgow.

Paolo DiCanio is on his way back to Upton park in the Summer as part of the coaching staff. He will become an essential part of the new set up under Roberto Mancini, possibly even assistant manager. There has been a lot of talk about cutting wage budgets and having to sell players etc. This is pure rubbish. What has actually been said is that the dead wood in the reserves and back up players must be cleared out this Summer. No excuses. In their place will be talented youngsters from around the world. The board are fed up with the number of has– beens and over the hill players that have been bought in the past, and want to see value for money, long term investments being made. So expect some major outgoings. Mancicni will be expected to bring in two or three big name players that will help ensure a major push for European footBall.

  Liverpool signings:

David Silva (20 million)

Matias Fernandez (6 million)

1 left back

maybe a right back

Babel will play as a second forward next season.

  Jon Arne Riise Liverpool–Portsmouth.

Newcastle to offer £12 million for Blackburn's Cruz as they head out to plunder the Premier League both English and Scottish with Scott Brown also being draughted in. The policy will be proven players.

ShoutE

Liverpool to sign Robbie Keane, think about it Benitez said an English speaking player but he are not English, Robbie Keane is irish and speaks England,

now for Everton, do not rule out a swap deal with Newcastle Johnson for owen, keegan likes Johnson and his work rate and raw pace would be a great asset for there team because Owen has lost a few yards over the years with injury, and Everton are crying out for another proven goal scorer like Yakubu, also Everton to sign Hoyte, arshavin, bradley and Fernandes

  LFC ins:

Philipp Degen (already signed)

Gareth Barry (unlike as Benitez want him at LB)

Samir Nasri (likely with LFC have the frist option)

LFC outs:

Riise – Valencia

Benayoun – Villarreal

Kewell – Juve

Voronin – Eintracht

Leto – Racing

El Zhar – Middlesbrough

Guthrie – Bolton

Carson – Aston Villa

Finnan – Tottenham (if Barry sign, if not, Arbeloa will play at LB with Aurelio)

Liverpool next season (IF RAFA IS BOSS). there will not be too many Ins or Outs as so many people have said.

outs= riise, alonso, pennant, finnan, leto, voronin,

carson

KEWELL will STAY AS RAFA LOVES HIM AND SEE'S HIM LESS AS A WINGER AND MORE OF A COVER WHEN GERRARD IS BEING RESTED. BENAYOUN will ALSO STAY AS HE CAN PLAY A NUMBER OF POSITION AND IS A PROVEN PREMIERSHIP PLAYER ALONG WITH CROUCH WHO will KEEP SCORING WHENEVER HE PLAYS.

rafinha, aguero, bentley, henry, villa and silva? i think we are dreaming

  Gooner numba 1.

forwards – Arsenal will not be purchasing a forward. fact. Eduardo will only miss one month of next season, van Persie, Adebayor, Bendtner, Walcott making the transition to forward, and Carlos Vela returning from loan, leaves us with six forwards. and no Henry will not be returning to England EVER. use your brain people, we have not got space for him, and he certainly will not play for another English club.

midfield – Hleb will stay, Flamini maybe not, and Rosicky could even be out also. if Flamini leaves expect to see gareth barry replace him, barry is much like Flamini in that he plays better in the holding role, but also has added a technical side to his game that makes him very useful in attack aswell. barry is one of the few English central midfielders that could actually play for Arsenal. as for the left wing, ben arfa would have been perfect but has stated that he will stay with Lyon for atleast one more season. have no fear, long term target robhino could make an entrance with youngster pjanic (18yrs, Metz) also being purchased purely as backup for that side. because of this we will see Diaby being used more in his prefered central role from the bench, with miranda also making appearances. that makes two players per position ;)

defense – before we jump on the "lets hate Senderos" band waggon. can we all take the time to remember that Arsenal have the record for most consecutive clean sheets in the Champions League with Senderos and Toure being at the heart of our defense. no sales will be made. Djourou and song maybe used more often this season, although Senderos will not be sold, he will move down the pecking order (also lets not forget that the boy's got something like eight years until his peak.). we are short at right back however, and could see micah Richards in a red and white shirt.

keeper – is not it a shame to see Lehmann go? hhhmm, on my own I see. Rob green and Chris Kirkland are interesting prospects. how can you not be a fan of both? they could both be Englands first choice keeper, it's baffling how they cannot even get into the squad.

nonsense rumours benzeema, Huntlaar, Van Der Vaart, villa, that guy from Italy that no–ones really heard of (makes sense that it's use he gets linked with though), modic (seeing as he's allready signed for Tottenham), Henry, thuram, eto, ronaldhino (that is a shame, if he would play for anyone, it would be the proffessor. he's just going to keep putting on weight at any other club), asrshavin (although he would be ideal if Hleb goes), Arteta (interesting), Diarra (wish he stayed). that is all folks.

gooner numba 1

  Afc Bulletin ) ) ) ) )

Flamini expects 2 sign a five year deal 2 with AC MILAN worth £20 million euros, expect Arsene Wenger 2 sign a replacement. With Arsene Wenger having said that Arsenal are monitering Gareth Barrys situation expect Barry if he leaves Aston Villa to sign four Arsenal and you might see a Arsenal player as part of the deal maybe Hoyte move the other way 2 Aston Villa.

  LFC rumours–

Rafas wishlist–

Rahina £8 million (certain)

Valencia £8 million (probable)

Back up for Fabio A. (certain)

Maxi Rodriquez 16–18 million (certain)

Zarate– £15 million (probable)

Outs–

Riise 4–5 million

Kewell free

Carson £6 million

Voronin £2 million

Pennant 2–4 million

Itjande 2–3 million

If Valencia are relegated Rafa will make bids for Vicente, Silva and/or Villa

If DIC have at least 50 percent control of club Rafa will have more money and may go for Berbatov or Henry and Quaresma

From good sources.

In Rafa We Trust, YNWA

Newcastle to raid City for Dunne £6 million, Man United for Brown possibly for £6 million (this is why he has signed a new contract so as Fergie gets funds for him, maybe) Balckburn for Santa Cruz £11 million, and a huge bid for Niko Kranjčar that is thought to be around £18 million though this may include NZogbia who has been a bad lad. Scott Brown for £8 million which may also include Alan Smith.
