Have been told that Steve Parish wants Keith Hill from Barnsley but due to compensation due, Karl Robinson is now almost certain to be offered the job.
After Tuesdays performance against palace, and losing today against forest, I'll drive him there, totally inept, keeping last years player of the year Luke Steele on the bench, and that clown keeping him out!!!!!
Ill chip in with some petrol money hes way over is head atmo......

Lose a game I admit badly and you fickle lot come out to play. Probably same fans all singing hardwoods name on sat after calling him all sorts for the last month. Keith hill is the best manager Barnsley have had in ages and who on earth do you think would or could replace him?
Never sang a players name in my life, its too fickle, why would the best manger weve had in ages keep the better keeper on the bench!!!, if steele had played we may have got something, alnwick nearly cost us at charlton, because he dropped the ball!!
Who would have thought of keith hill before he came?, its a results business, and more importantly an entertaiment industry, just look at the crowds falling, I suppose there all wrong???
Maybe alnwicks display will now force Keith hill to play Steele. Doubt if it's just been a selection issue though, there's got to be something more to this or Steele would have returned straight after injury. Contract problem? off in January?
Alnwick poor on sat, don't get the benefit of replays at the match but it looked bad on the FL show, mind you defence was lost at times aswell. Bad day all round, but as its gone this season we will probably follow this up with some really good displays and results UTR
Have you had a look at Hills recored since he came?no idea how to defend,takes Dawson,Cwka off and plays with two left backs who neither could get into a good local side,what makes him the best manager we have had.
You forget that Steele is very mistake probe as well! He's got a tendency for day dreaming
Barnsleys problem is there defence, even with Steele there
And leave Keith hill alone, at least we aren't in the relegation zone yet, unlike with the other managers we've had, and he is giving time to the young players
People need a reality check, he isnt doing a bad job. We are punching above our weight in this league. Maybe support the club rather than moan all the time.
What pay good money to watch that rubbish,dont hold your breath because if this carries on we will soon be at the bottom

Centre half or lack of problem at barnsley. Tried to sign someone in close season from Brighton, Shackell has never been replaced suppose lack of funds don't help lets hope Keiths got his eye on someone for the jan window
The defence is awful without Mcnulty and cranie and think stones is getting exposed too much playing week in week out.

Bournemouth are willing to loan Jayden Stockley, Gary Bowles and josh Wakefield to Swindon Town as Eddie Howe looks to trim his squad and get fringe players playing first team football. the only condition is Bournemouth must pay all their wages which they are willing to do

Mick McCarthy set to be announced as the new Ipswich Town Manager over the weekend.The 3 year deal is just about done.
Wolves Fan here ....dont get him ,we are left with a right load of useless players on long contracts lot cos of him. style of play is aweful to watch plus he will want Terry connor as his no2 and he is hopeless believe me. A dinasaur manager who should be long dead

God no he is so boring .in championship he has a good record but that's it .i would go for billy Davies who would not stand for no nonsense of players or I would go for George burley he knows this league well and if you cut him in half he would be blue and white loves ipswich as he was at ipswich for 14 years

Ian holloway in talks with burnley for managerial job. Been having talks in Blackburn. Unknown at this time whether he will take over from Eddie Howe.
If this is true it's christmas come early.

Jeff Schlupp was set to sign for Shrewsbury Town today, but due to a family bereavement the move has been put on hold.
This could be happening as Pearson and turner are good friends.

Any 1 actually no anything on barnsley fc take over ? And who it might be and what they worth ?
The proposed takeover is still on going. There will be news in next few days. When it does go through we will be able to compete at better level with quality players.

16-year-old Zagreb midfielder Alen Halilović is attracting interest from Spain, Italy and England. Real are the current front-runners to sign the starlet, who is receiving rave reviews in his native Croatia. Halilović came on as a substitute in Zagreb's champions league encounter with PSG. Jose Mourinho is apparently looking at a deal which will involve money based mainly on appearances and future success aswell as a season-long loan back to Zagreb. Alen is interested in the move, so he can learn from new Madrid midfielder Luka Modric, who also came through the Zagreb youth ranks. Barcelona, Juventus and Manchester United are also keeping a close eye on him. Definitely a name to remember in the next few years.

Notts county to sign Ben Davies on loan from derby county until the end of the season. Notts will then attempt to sign him permanently when his contract runs out in June. You heard it here first!

Calvin Andrew is still on Russell Slade's radar. Slade has always been impressed with Andrew, ever since he had him on loan last season, and a move to Bring the Palace striker to Brisbane Road is on the cards.

Swindon Town are about to sack Paolo Di Canio, they are sick of his constant moaning and slagging the directors off over the embargo when he has more than most League 1 clubs to spend. They have been speaking to candidates behind his back.
William Patey asked Paolo to tame his interview s down and stop mentioning the embargo but he ranted yesterday and the patience has run out.....
Ok mate we believe you. Swindon can't afford to sack him at the moment especially when we are under an embargo, we would have to pay up his contract the board won't do that.
Where did you get he was slagging off the directors from? He has said that embargo is hurting the clubs promotion push but nothing directly about the two major investors.
I think Di Canio will go but I don't think we can afford to sack him, I think the board are hoping he walks as he is obviously upset about the financial restraints. Unfortunately we haven't got the money to compete with the Bournemouths of this division but look where we are compared to them in the league! PDC should maybe have a think about that and be cool down

Most suprisingly Norwich City are very interested in signing creative Brazilian free agent Wallyson formely of Cruzeiro in the Brazilian Serie A and have approached the players agent regarding a move and will try to negotiate wages for the player early next month
He is over 21, and Norwich have 25 players over 21 listed in their squad team. they can not bring anyone in until january.
Is that championship wages
So, you're either an ipswich fan, villa fan, or one of the promoted sides/QPR. because those are the only sets of fans who think Norwich will be relegated at this point.
