To the arsenal fan who said AW has contacted WEST HAM over the availability of CARLOS TEVEZ! What planet have you been living on! Tevez left west ham 'PERMANENTLY'2 years ago so we therfore have no say on where tevez goes, also do you honestly think that we would allow tevez to sign for you if he was still our player? MSI own tevez's rights so any transfer dealings need to be done with THEM, NOT Man Utd NOT WHU or anybody else! I honestly don't feel that Tevez will leave man utd at the end of the season and he won't cost £30 million in fact £20 mil which was part of the original deal that took him on LOAN to Utd in the first place! and if Tevez were to leave he will go spain or italy! finally will people stop saying all these big names will be joining any premier league team, infact expect many to leave the prem!

2. after Mr Darling's budget yesterday, why would Silva, Villa or Ribery want to come to England if half their salaries are going to be taken away? expect clubs to be focusing on bringing through younger talent until the income tax system is changed!

right here we go, i have heared on the grapevine about a few possiable moves around england this coming window.
First is SILVA to MAN UTD, a strange one i must admit but this one is picking up steam as the window gets closer, i don't know for sure if its going to happen and i not going to make up prices as i dnt no but what me and most ppl who take a keen intrest in football is the region of the prices, i would say around £20–£30m would get him.
second is AGUERO to a top 4 prem side this year, who i dnt know but i think we can rule out liverpool, WAIT! all u scousers out there that are ready to shot me down because they say they have 'inside' info lol let me explain, liverpool have torres who im sure you will agree plays best in the lone striker role, and that is also rafa's preferred formation i.e 4–4–1–1, and yes i no agureo can play there but so can stevie g and is very bloody gd at may i add, so why would rafa take up the best part of his transfer kitty to get him? I do belive alonso is off, it is known that he was hurt by rafa's willingness to sell him last summer to get barry, so im hearing the 2nd longest tranfer saga will see BARRY join liverpool, region of £8–£12m because hes going to b in his last year by then.
and last is the longest transfer saga!!! RONALDO to REAL, yes its going to happen as fergie see's this summer as the window he will get most for him to buy replacements, which also might mean cash plus a player/s. that's all i really have at the moment, feel free to comment on wot u think :)

Response to 'the surface'. .you are correct in saying that David Silva will probably not be signing for Liverpool but Benitez has NOT ceased business with Valencia. Rafa said himself that relations with Valencia were VERY GOOD. It was, in fact, one individual at the club who leaked the deal and, reading between the lines, Valencia were none too pleased with him either. Rafa reaffirmed this to be the case and expect this deal to resurface (excuse the pun!) if he is not priced out by Man City/Chelsea/Utd. You can find Rafa's comments on various web sources but most notably on Guillem Balague's website.

Finally Rafa will start getting the players HE WANTS rather than compromising to Rick Parry. Rafa was angry at missing out on the likes of Alves, Vidic, Malouda, etc. Liverpool will renew their interest in Downing from Middlesborough and get in a RB and LB. Barry will not be a target this summer. A bit of unrest from Babel will see him sold on which is a shame he could have made it. I heard that RVP from Arsenal is a target, it will be interesting to see if Wenger will sell and the price I heard is a large amount. Rafa is keen to get Agger to sign on but unsure if he will so Agger could be used in the RVP deal.
To the teapot who says stephen fletcher and chris hogg is joining motherwell. don't be silly. fletcher would cost at least £3m and hogg £1m. however beauzilin will be back at easter road.
To the person who stated that Henry + 10 million for torres, are you crazy. Henry is 30, Torres is 25 which means Henry only has two seasons left at the top level maximum. Will Not Happen FACT. Rafa has a 25 player shortlist ready for the summer and he will work along with his key advisor Mr.Kenny Dalglish to bring in some high profile players to the club. The number one target is Kun Aguero after the Silva deal was leaked to the press.Liverpool will not be dealing with Valencia this summer execpt maybe for Mata whos on he shortlist but its not likely he will end up at Anfield. To the Guy who said Lfc are intrested in a player form Italy you were right but its no Hamsik its Fiorintina striker Pazzini. He has been tracked all season and an enquiery was made. Liverpool are also thounght to be tracking a bosnian player who many think is Dzeko but Liverpool scouts went to see the player in France. It is rumoured that Arsenal have made progress in their approach for the Udinese holding midfielder, Gokhan Inler.
