I have no doubt some of these signings will be made but who knows how many!

Crystal Palace have reportedly have struck a deal to sign Nahki Wells from Bradford City for 1.4 million.
Bradford City are going to spend that money on bringing in Brit Assombalonga and Jack Redshaw in so they have a decent amount of strikers at the club next season.
£1. 4?, that's about £1.1m too much for a second division player. Young and unproven, maybe 2-300k with appearance and goals bonuses.

Wells has a 1million release clause, no-one is getting him on the cheap, scored regularly for 18 months. 300k, ha what's that, spends and a trip home to see his family.

Let's put it this way, rotherham had le fondre who was banging in the goals left, right and centre, and he went for £500,000 in total ( that's with £200,000 ish due to appearances etc) so there's no way that wells is worth a million quid, and jus :for the record he's light years away from being half a s good as alfie. Southampton, Norwich, West Brom & Fulham all have Chris Solly on their shortlist but as of yet no club has made a bid or a official enquiry.
Charlton are prepared to listen to offers for Dale Stephens, Huddersfield are one of the clubs showing Interest.
AFC Bournemouth are considering a bid for Danny Hollands if they lose Harry Arter.
Crawley Town & Leyton Orient both looking into the possibility of signing Danny Green but money is a issue.

Burton Albion news:
The Brewers are close to agreeing deals to sign Alex MacDonald (recently released by Burnley), Tom Naylor from Derby and Altrincham's Damian Reeves.
Burton have also offered a contract to former Tranmere forward Adam McGurk, however he is also weighing up other offers from other clubs.
Reeves will have to be offered good money probably 1k plus a week
Maghoma is on his way out, as are one or two other big earners, so £1k+ shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Local swindon press says that stfc have rejected 3bids from city the latest for 300k. flint has handed in a transfer request which has been rejected. it is thought the board are playing hard ball to get more cash. but he ain't worth it and I'm a town fan!

Romelu lukaku will rejoin westbrom on loan next season. Chelsea were impressed with the youngsters progression at Albion last season! Clarke will also use his friendship with Jose to seal the deal! Lukaku will be more than happy to go back after describing west brom as feeling like home and crediting this for his good form!
I've had to listen to an Albion fan at work spouting this rubbish all day! Fact is that Mourinho likes a big striker up front ( Drogba ) and Lukaku would fit that role perfectly.
When is this rubbish of signing anything that walks and then loaning said players out to clubs in the same division going to end? How/when are these clubs ever to develop their own academies/talent with this sort of nonsense? Football authorities get a grip. Swindon manager Kevin MacDonald wants to sign Adebayo Akinfenwa to add power to his frontline, with Collins and Williams expected to leave the club, big Bayo could be set to strike a partnership with teenage striker Miles Storey.
Collins and Williams won't both leave as both got time left on contract, Akinfenwa would be a great addition to the squad though
Two rumours about this, so maybe something there, but I'd be surprised. KMAC will play 4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1 next season if the latter stages of this season were anything to go by. Akinfenwa is big and powerful, but not that quick, or at least that's how I remember him. When playing with one up front you need him to be able run in the channels and stretch the defence, as well as hold the ball up. He'll be good at the latter, but not the former.
Can anyone whose seen him lately confirm that, or is he deceptively quick and I just haven't noticed?
No he is slow, he can't move his legs quick enough as his ass gets in the way.

Is it not about time the old "Gary Hooper to Southampton" did the rounds?
On a lighter note, I am hearing that Morgan Schneiderlin will snub Arsenal for at least a year and see how the second season goes. Young Luke Shaw would be daft to go and sit on the bench at a bigger club and I can't see Southampton being interested in a loan back, why build his experience then let him go? I assume they would just invest in another youngster. Hearing all these big names that sound a bit over the top but the Chairman and MP seem to think Europe is on the cards soon so big money will be spent. Dragovic and Lens would be my bet, then maybe a few lesser signings that may turn into gems. can't wait for it all to get started, transfer windows are like soaps but better!
Europe is not on the cards, with respect can Saints realistically compete with Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool Everton Chelsea etc. geting even close to a top 10 finish would be a massive acheivement for Saints, there are far bigger clubs in the prem hoping to push on for Europe like West Ham West Brom Fulham, these are the clubs Saints should be aspiring to emulate, forget Europe, staying in the prem is all you can hope for. not having a go just a bit of realism

As for Europe, If trophies go to the teams in the top 4 then 7th is all saints need to get to. Everton without Moyes and him taking a few of their start players to Manchester United won't be challenging as high nect season. How the hell are West Ham, West Brom and Fulham far bigger than Saints? They are not far bigger at all. Staying in the Prem Is not all we can hope for, we have a chairman with ambitious plans backed by a very wealthy owner. Top 10 should be the aim next season.

With Paul Dickov as the new manager, Doncaster Rovers will be bringing in a few new faces this summer. There has been a lot of talks about some of the Oldham team but they won't be good enough to cut it at championship level. Dickov himself has said that his main priority is to give any players that are still under contract a chance to prove themselves next year. On the contrary, Norwich have a history of taking on players while injured. It is clear the boy is talented and if it means that we have to sign him while injured to make sure that we get in ahead of our rivals we have shown we are willing. Pilkington had a broken leg when we signed him and missed a similar amount of time before making his debut for us.

Would be a good signing for Norwich. Norwich have no issues in signing injured players. For good reason.
1. The fact that they are injured can influence the price downwards.
2. The selling team is already starting to set up to play without him and is adjusted to the loss already.
3. There is less disruption to the team the injured player joins as he is not an immediate threat to anyone's place.
4. It is a bit of an ego boost for the player who despite the frustration of being injured is clearly wanted nonetheless.
Good prospect still got a bit to prove and would have a stupid price tag
The price may depend on the contract the player has i. e. release clauses in the case of relegation. If his agent has done his job properly then the price should not be unreasonable. The lad deserves to play prem football and he isn't going to improve himself in the Championship.

Think you are looking at the wrong player from Southampton. Far more likely for Reading to take Chaplow, Martin or one of the other players who got on particularly well with Adkins during their time here who are no longer in contention for the main team. Sharp had a poor relationship with Adkins however so is unlikely to follow him especially with a poor bid like £750k.
Sharp cost Saints around £3 million. We might take a bit of a loss due to wanting to sell him quickly and get him off the wage bill since he has no future here. However there is competition for his signature. Lots of championship teams are interested. So we won't be selling him for under £1. 5-2million.

South africa aren't very good, most of their players come from their league which is very poor. Digkacoi at crystal palace and then pienaar who has retired so their team is shockingly bad

But he not first choice for those clubs. Manchester United like Lewandowski, Manchester City like Falcao. These teams prefer these players.
Lamela wants to leave Roma. No progression in Roma. Not many clubs in Italy afford him, only England. Southampton in talks and want 15 million EURO. A. S. Roma want quick money. I think 15 million not enough. Roma pay nearly 15 million for him. I think 20 million EURO and every team happy. Southampton can afford. We see.

Neil Warnock would be about as popular as Rafa at Chelsea. McLeish will lose interest when he finds out the budget. McLaren's agent says he doesn't want the Millwall job. The Millwall board has stated quite openly that managers in contract for next season will not be considered in the first round of interviews.

Swindon town to do a swap deal with Coventry, James collins plus cash for Midfielder Moussa
Don't think so buddy, if any forward will go it would be Williams, Collins worked under kmac when he was a young lad at villa and loves the bloke.
Collins is worth a lot more that Moussa so any cash would come Swindons way not the other way round.
Swindon will struggle to stay up next season a very tough league next year with the players leaving and the wages bill slashed they will do well to stay in the league :
Bit like Yeovil then with a 1.4 million budget, swindon's is 2.4 million dream on muppet, Yeovil went up on a low budget so that fact of a low budget speaks volumes the fact is most clubs in league 1 will be around the same as swindon's.
I don't think they'll go down I think they'll struggle to make the play offs though.
Moussa is the best midfielder in league 1 by far. However I would love to sign collins he is a cov fan. Rather let Mcdonald go with cash to get him. Sisu out. Pusb.
