Arsenal Rumours
I work for the Arsenal ground staff and have it on good authority that Micah Richards will solve Arsenal's defensive problems, with Senderos being shipped out.
If Flamini leaves then Barry will be the one to replace him, but Wenger hopes to keep Flamini.
Bendtner is leaving and Arsene will be left with Adebayor, RVP, Eduardo, Walcott and Vela.
He will then only buy youth players to build for the future, which will include Maunder, Ball, Holt and Udwin (a promising centre back from Serbia).
Sven goran Eriksson could become the next manager of the Hammers as he knows off the new setup the club has next season with gianluca Nani who he knows off at he's time when he used to manage in Italy.
The board finally to back Rafa in the Summer. Though you may think this means £40 million, it in fact means he will overspend on ONE player. It will be Matias Fernandez at £12 million. It seems a lot but I think he will be decent. Also coming in will be Degen and possibly a keeper depending on the situation. Liverpool have a good keeper out on loan at Twente and are having difficulty getting him a permit. Harper may be bought in. So just three in's with a pretty big name amongst them. One also I think will improve at Liverpool. Outs will be extensive as thankfully we will finally get rid of Kewell and his £4 million a year wages. He will be joined by Carson Martin Riise El Zhar Tallec Guthrie and Mikhailov (the loan keeper). Arbeloa Pennant Lucas Benayoun Voronin Insua Aurelio and even Itjande are going nowhere, unless silly bids come in for them making it worth our while. I do not think there is much chance of keeping Mikhailov though, so expect many Outs and just Degen Fernandez a keeper to come in. This may be good, the squad seems happy. A bit more from the likes of Pennant Voronin and Babel and it could be coming togeher nicely. Beats swapping Joe average for average Joe season upon season.
Arsenal are about to spend a large portion of their transfer fund in bringing in Metz Wonder–kid Miralem Pjanic. Also in AW's sights are two more young players Nikolay Dimitrov (levski sofia) and Aaron Ramsey (Cardiff City).
David Moyes will be given around £30 million to spend should Everton qualify for Europe.

LFC Transfers
Talks between Rafa and Wigan have broken down over Valencia, Rafa is in talks with G. Barry, Mancini, and David Silva. Rahina is a done deal and Maxi Rodriquez has agreed on personal terms but LFC still have to negotiate a price with Atletico, and talks with Marcelo Moreno from Cruzerio are almost finished and Bentley and a centre back were not ever going to be signed.
Harry Kewell is in talks with Sunderland, and Andry Voronin is in talks with HSV and there is an offer on the table from Borrisa Dortmund.
Both Portsmouth and Sunderland are interested in Peter Crouch, and Aston Villa want Pennant, and Rafa is willing to sell as long as he receives a decent offer.
Rafa and Vicente are in–contact with each–other and Rafa wants to sign him, but Rafa has not seeked approval from the Board yet as he is unsure on other transfers.

MANCHESTER UNITED will not make wholesale changes this Summer. Dong will be leaving and incoming will be Kenwyne Jones from Sunderland. Ferguson wants him as a squad player who can play with either Rooney or Tevez or on his own, offering a new aerial dimension. The only other signings will be Phillip Lahm and a couple of youngsters.
ARSENAL are close to signing Lucio as has been widely reported. Wenger may consider making a move for Mark Noble or Scott Parker. Gareth Barry will not be coming to the Emirates. Thierry Henry will not be coming back. The only other signing will be Hatem Ben Arfa.
CHELSEA will be sell both Didier Drogba and Andriy Shevchenko in the transfer window. Drogba will arrive at Inter while Sheva will be a squad player at AC. Adriano will arrive as part of the Drogba deal. Chelsea will also sign Rafael Van Der Vaart and Daniel Alves for substantial fees. No other signings will be made.
LIVERPOOL have not even challenged for the Premier League title in over a decade, and Benitez will be given his last attempt at rectifying this next season. This is the trophy that fans want, but Benitez will likely prioritize Europe once again. Signings will be Diego Capel from Sevilla, Gabriel Heinze from Real Madrid, Rafinha, and Mancini from Roma.
OTHER signings this Summer include David Villa to Tottenham, Freddy Adu to the Hammers, Elano to Tottenham, Brian McBride to Reading, Claude Makalele to Tottenham, Jan Kohler to Portsmouth.

Sunderland Rumours:
Reports are right; Keane will receive a large budget from the board, this is in the region of £60 million. Keane is aiming for a single digit finish in the league next season and plans to be very busy in the Summer.
The other reports that Keane will sign a new contract are also correct and if all goes to plan, a three year contract will be signed shortly after the end of the season.
Firstly expect Connolly, Halford, Fulop, Harte, Varga, Cole and Kavanagh to be shipped of to various championship clubs.
The loan deal of young defender Hartley will be turned into a permanent one at Chesterfield.
Stokes will be loaned out to Stoke (lol) if they are promoted but his time at the SoL is nearly over. He will be joined by Liam Miller who sign for Stoke for £850,000
Finally Yorke will be given at coaching role at the club next season but will retire as a player.

Arsenal will be buying Lucio, Barry and Nikolai Dimitrov. REAL Rumours NOW. I know a few people within St. James' Park and they have informed me that Nzogbia could be off to Portsmouth in a swap deal involving Utaka. Ameaobi (a. k. a Bambi on ice or Strowler) will be heading to the dizzy heights of Stoke for £4 million (bye, bye, bye, bye) and finally Kevin Keegan is going to get air lifted by Helicopter out of the ground and taken off to Hamburg.

The unnamed player that Liverpool have signed is Clarence Seedorf. Seedorf has beeen in contact with Phil Thompson (ex–Liverpool assistant), who has returned to Melwood in a scouting and advisory role to Rafa Benitez after the departure of Paco Herrera to Espanyol. He is Dutch and can thus speak relatively fluent English and would be a great addition to the squad. European experience and quality.
The fee is believed to be in the region of 6–9 million quid.
