The rumour I have heard that is the Hammers' Anton Ferdinand will move to the Emirates for £5 million. As strange as it may sound, Toure and Ferdinand will be the Arsenal centre back pairing for next season. He is the player Wenger was aluding to when he said he will buy from the Premier League if he can.

The "£20 million for Ribery rumours" at Anfield are completely false. Bayern Munich bought him for £17 million and would expect a minimum of £10 million profit.
Liverpool will turn their attention to £12 million Rafael Van der vaart. However it is likely that HSV will ask for Kuyt and £5 million–an offer that Benitez will not refuse
Another £15 million will be spent on Gareth Barry and £8 million on Andrea Dossena, a deal that may be concluded Monday morning.
An experienced and cheap back up goalkeeper will be signed. On the shortlist includes Rame, Taylor, Sorenson, Harper and Jaaskelainen.
Lastly, Aaron Ramsey will reject moves to Man United and Arsenal to join Liverpool for £5 million rising to £9 million as Benitez feels he is ready for the first team now and although will use him sparingly next season, he will use him.
Replacing Kuyt and Crouch (10 million) will be Sergio Garcia and Diego Milito, both from Zaragoza in a double deal for £20 million. Alonso will go to Madrid or Juve for a minimum of £16 million. Finnan, Carson, Itjande, Guthrie and Voronin will also leave generating another 10–12 million of funds.

Rangers FC Rumours:
Jean Calve from Lens is a target for Walter Smith as he looks to replace Alan Hutton (At long last). Broadfoot and Dailly have done OK, but Smith sees the Lens man as a like for like swap. He is powerful at going forward, but more importantly he can also defend. He is the first choice, however there are another 2 possibible candidates on Smiths list.
Carlos Cuellar's inclusion in the European dream team have made a few teams stand up and take notice. Especially Werder Bremen and Fiorentina (our 2 UEFA Cup opponents). Expect Rangers to be fighting off a few smaller bids (around 7.5 Mil), they will try and cause an auction and drive his price above 10 Mil. However, the Rangers do not want to loose their star man. I have it on good authouurity that King Carlos will (if he remains at Ibrox) be given the vice captaincy. However if a few of Europes big guns come knocking then Smith will move for another centre back ASAP.
Kyle Lafferty of Burnley would relish a move to Ibrox, however with Championship side Wolves flashing the cash, expect him to stay down south.
Steve Davis will sign for the light blues so long as Fulham accept a player + cash offer including Daniel (i do not want to play any more) Cousin.
Expect Alex McLeish to come knocking on the door for Thomas Buffel and Brahim Hemdani, both are surplus to requirements and would free up around 30 k per week on wages.
Sasa Papac is a surprise target for French side PSG. Paul (i will wreck your team) Le Guen wants to take the Left Back to France for around 1 – 2 Mil.
David Weir will take up a player coach role at Ibrox, unless a reasonably big championshiop side that can guarantee first team football come in for him. This also depends on Walter and Ally convincing Danny Shittu to move north of the border for around 1.5 Mil.
De Marcus Beasley has been trying to convince PSV and former team mate Jefferson Fanfan (Wing Wizard) to join the light blues, however Smith is being put off by his inflated price tag.
Lastly, I have it on good authourity that Ally McCoist has spotted a very exciting forward (after watching footage and Reading scout reports from the Ibrox head scout). He is seen as the perfect foil for Boyd (the Rangers are using Lafferty as a smoke screen) and may be available for around 0 Mil because he is relatively unheard of. He is called John Fleck and he plays in the Rangers UUnder 19 squad.

Rafa has a large list of potential transfers, and his first choice two have been rubbed off the list as unrealistic because of the astronomical prices quoted and players desire to move somewhere else (Alves and Berbatov).
Rafa has opened up tentative talks with FC Barcelona about taking Deco off there hands, but will not match the current valuation and may lose out to a Serie A club. He has also enquired about De La Red but will not pay more than £9 million, this is ongoing. Liverpool have also enquired about Quaresma but there are at least three other top clubs in for him as well. Amauri from Palermo could be a shock buy for Rafa and Nasri has been watched 3 times last season buy scouts. Valencia may be bought if Rafa can raise enough money. Riise to Celtic 4–5 million. Crouch– still not resolved but maybe allowed to leave for £12 million to Portsmouth. Xabi Alonso unfortunately is heading to Juve for £17 million. I get my stories from the most reliable source possible because I am second cousin of Peter Hill–Wood.
Eduardo Da Silva is on his way back and will play football by August this year.
Samir Nasri is a done deal and will sign a four year deal, with the transfer fee being somewhere in the region of £12.5 million–13.5 million. Francis Coquelin is very nearly a done deal, transfer fee still to be agreed between the two clubs. Vincent Kompany will join from HSV and will replace a certain William Gallas, who may well leave this Summer. The two signings which will happen, and have not been reported that much, are the signings of Ruben De La Red and Dani Guiza. Guiza, 27 year old forward, will move to the Gunners from RCD Mallorca for a fee believed to be around £15 million. De la Red has returned to Real Madrid from a loan spell and Berndt Schuster has claimed that he wants to give Ruben a chance. However, in Real's pursuit of Hleb, De La Red could be used in part of a swap deal. If this does not go through though, Wenger will make a bid for the player, believed to be around 8 mil. Scott Carson may also be brought in with an Arsenal player going the other way.
All good deals, and assuming they all go through we will win the PL and Champions League next season. It's Arsenal's year next year. '08–'09.

Rangers will wait to January to sign lovenkrands on a pre contract agreement and then offer Schalke 250 k to let him move to Ibrox and with Schalke not needing him they will more than likely accept.
Rangers also want Brown but have come up with a cheaper way to sign him than buying him from Celtic, Celtic want £9 million from Rangers but would take 5. 5/6 million from any team outside the Scottish Premier League so Rangers have came to an agreement with Newcastle that if Newcastle sign him for 5. 5/6 million and sell him back to Rangers for 6. 5 Newcastle can have first refusal on Cuellar and boyd providing they match any offer that may be on the table.

Aston Villa will complete a combined deal with Bayern Munich for Lukas Podolski and Bastian Schweinsteiger
Rafa Benitez is keen to offload Crouch, Riise, Voronin, Carson, Alonso, Kewell, Pennant and Finnan in an attempt to generate above £40 million.
Gareth Barry will be the first big signing to arrive at Anfield for around £16 million, a direct replacement for the Juve bound Alonso. David Bentley is still a possibility with Blackburn ready to listen to a serious money + Pennant deal. If Benitez cannot secure a Bentley deal, he will look at bringing in Pablo Aimar from Real Zaragoza. Philip Degen is a done deal while Dossena's move will pretty much go through at the same time as Barry's.
Benitez will continue to employ Torres up front alone and will bring in La Liga top scorer, Dani Guiza to compete with Torres for a place. although the 27 year old Spaniard could cost around £14 million. David Villa is still an option as is Klass Jan Huntelaar but Benitez feels he may be priced out of the latter 2 options and even Guiza and may move for a cheaper option such as Javier Saviola.

Harry Redknapp will win the signarue of Richard Dunne and will then listen to offers for Sol Campbell although the former Arsenal defender is happy to stay. Redknapp is also interested in Ledley King and is close to finalising a deal for Peter Crouch. Redknapp is also interested in signing Joe Lewis as a backup to David James.

For everyone on this site who says Liverpool are going to sign Rafinha, you are living in a fantasy world. Degan has just signed for free so what would be the point in paying another £8 million for a player we do not need. We now have three quality and consistant RB's. As for Dossena from Udinese, he and his agent have been showed around Liverpool and have had talks. His agent will continue to talk to LFC while Dossena is at the Euro's with Italy. Expect him to sign sometime in July for a fee of £6 million + Vorinin.
After Espanyol rejecting a £8 million offer for Riera, Benitez will focus on trying to solve Velencia's financial worries by offering £14 million for David Silva. If he fails with this he will then offer £6 million for Aimar from relegated Zaragoza. Also for the midfield there is nothing definite about Alonso leaving. LFC have just spent Mills putting him on the face of their new kit. However if a bid of over £12 million comes in Alonso could be free to negotiate with the team who has bidded the highest. If Alsonso was to leave Barry will sign for £12 million and a seperate deal for Carson would be discussed. Bentley will return from international duty to discuss a deal with both LFC and Tottenham. Liverpool have the upper hand in the deal as they and Blackburn have a good friendship after LFC sold Brad Friedal and Warnock to them for cut prices. A bid of £15 million has been accepted over the weekend from Liverpool but first Bentley will talk to Blackburn about the contract they want to offer him. Expect Bentley to sign for £12 million + Pennant valued at £5 million. This will happen towards the end of June.
Crouch will either sign for Portsmouth or Newcastle for a fee in the region of £10 million. If he was to sign for Portsmouth, LFC would possibly enquire about the availibility of Krancjar as part of the deal. Benitez will then sign a forward for over £16 million or two forwards for under £10 million. The top rated forward would be Eto. If this does not happen he will turn his attentions to Michael Owen – £10 million and Sergio Garcia – £9 million. Huntalaar could sign for around £12 million and Benitez would still look at the possibility of signing Sergio Garcia.
Benitez will have to fund some of these transfers by selling some of his players. These players will be – Riise, Pennant, Crouch, Vorinin, Itanjde, Alonso and possibly Benayoun. This will create between 30 and 40 mill

Birmingham are to start talks with Kenny Miller and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink next week after Miller failed to agree a contract with Rangers and Vennegoor wanting to play English football.
The deals will probably happen in around 1–2 weeks time with blues trying to agree a loan deal for Vennegoor with a permanent deal waiting if the Blues win promotion, Kenny Miller with a £1.5 million deal with Derby after Mikael Forssell's departure blues are in need of good finishing forwards and Alex Mcleish wants to partner Mcfadden and Miller back together from the Scottish euro campaign.

Dos Santos has aready signed from FC Barcelona. Both teams agreed on the deal on Wednesday. Berbatov will not be going to another EPL side, I know someone at Tottenham and was told if Tottenham did'nt get c/l 2007/2008 season he would leave for FC Barcelona or Real Madrid I was told this 12 months ago.

Another is that Wenger told me to draw out a counter offer to FC Barcelona. We want Yaya Toure in exchange for Alex Hleb + £6 million.
