Hi Folks,

Celtic to complete the signing of Steve Sidwell after the killie game on Saturday, on loan until the end of the season. Celtic were offered Saviola just like every other club, but £90 k a week is a joke for that wee midget. On the other hand Celtic are pulling out the stops to land a top class centre forward by end of January transfer window as opposed to the Summer. Seedorf on his way in the Summer quickly followed by Metzelder of Real Madrid. Watch out for a £4 million centre back and a £5 million midfielder before the 31st jan. Jason Koumas a possibility at a cut price of £2 million (Talks ongoing) Rangers to sign Jones of Hibernian for £1 million, kenny Miller £2.5 million in the Summer. No one else, ha, ha.

3 in a row.

3 in a row–

  Afc. speculation

Summer possible targets.

Richards centre back – should strengthen this area

Menez

Nasri – I think we have first option on him

GK. still not sure who, another keeper will definitely come in, unless Wenger really believes Vito Mannone is gd enough for the first team squad?

Exits.

Diara – 99 percent

Gilberto – 30 percent. I can see Gilberto settling for a squad place, he knows he is loved at the club

Diaby – 40 percent I like him, but I think Wenger is becoming frustrated with him

Flamini – 0 percent

Lehmann – should be gone already.

Senederous – out if we can find a decent CB

  EFC rumours.

My cousins mate works for the Liverpool Echo and has told me the following:

McFadden will not be returning to Scotland. He is in talks with Moyes regarding his future. If Moyes tells him he cannot guarantee the Scotland international regular first team action, he will link up with his old Scotland boss Alex McLeish at Birmingham City.

Expect the Manny Fernandes deal to become permanent in the Summer along with Steven Pienaar as both have stated their desire to stay with the club during these exciting times as The Blues seek to consolidate Champions League Football. Moyes is keen to tie up both deals over the Summer as he rates both players very highly. Fernandes is believed to be available for around £8 million but EFC could snatch Pienaar for as little as £1.5 million however Ajax are also interested in him which may see the fee rise to around the £3 million Mark in an auction.

In this current transfer window Everton fans can expect to see:

Diarra from Arsenal (£2 million)

Van Buyten (loan – end of season)

Hutton from Rangers (£7 million – only if Mcfadden is sold otherwise this deal will not happen until the Summer)

Wes Brown from the Manc (£1.5 million)

Steve Sidwell Chelsea (loan – end of season with view to Summer deal.

As the Independent already quoted this morning, there is really something going on behind the scenes at Liverpool FC regarding a takeover. It is also confirmed by my source.

DIC wants to buy the club and value the club at £350 million.

That means that they will offer Hicks and Gillett a profit of £40 million each. Last year DIC were not prepared to offer more than what they thought was the value of the club.

But as they are absolutely not happy (especially Samir Al Nasri, Liverpool fan and head of the DIC), concerning how the club is runned by the Americans and the hugh loans that will be put on the club, they want to buy the club for any price DIC wants to pay for, and rescue the club.

My source told me that at this stage, talks are ongoing. That is also the reason why Hicks, Gillett and Parry until now have not come out with the new stadium plans they were discussing at the meeting in New York last week.

When the DIC takeover is succesfull that they have a plan to get Liverpool FC back to the top in the premierleague within 2 until three years.

Benitez would be in charge as DIC still think he's the right man for the job.

Benitez will get a serious big amount of money so he can get the worldclass players he wants and the players he thinks that can deliver the so much needed Premier Leaguetitle. Nextbye Benitez would also get a serious amount of money to get the best youthplayers including the English talent in the world.

The money, my source, told me was £75 million + player sales for the first team and £30 million for the youthteams but he cannot confirm that for 100 percent. But it was something in that region.

Nextbye DIC will contact architects who they think are the best, to drawn up the new stadium design. DIC is willing to buy as much as £500 million for the new stadium, persuming it is the best for them and the supporters and the club.

Of course all of this depends on whether Hicks and Gillett are willing to sell the club to DIC for the conditions they want but I have been told that it looks good. It is not confirmed yet but talks are ongoing.

Arsenal expect the Bulgarian Dimitrov to sign and hopefully a top quality centre back to replace the donkey that is Senderos.

Just heard that James Mcfadden has been seent out Celtic park laughing and joking with senior board members

Wolverhampton Wanderers are very keen to sign arch rivals ex West Bromwich Albion player Jason Koumas on a end of season loan view to permament in the Summer worth £4 million.

Also Wolves are keen to attract Liam Roseinor from Reading worth £3.5 million as a replacement to Michael kightly who is keen to finish the season out and set to join Aston Villa in the season 2008/09 as a replacement for Agbonlore who is joining Manchester City for £10 million.

I have just seen the Lyon forward Fred being shown a guided tour of London with a few others and his agent, did not see anyone related to Tottenham but it is most likely they will meet somewhere outside London to discuss fees. The fee should be around £9 million.

Spur x

As a EPL fan, I cannot see Huntelaar going to Liverpool. basically because Huntelaar is a top draw forward, and present situations do not favour a move for him to Liverpool. a better possibility would be Man United or Chelsea, considering that both teams are facing a shortage of forwards, although Man United can rely on Ronaldo to pump in goals. Arsenal are probably only going to do one transfer this season, that is Luke freeman, another youth player. Chelsea will sign ivanovic and the already done Anelka. santa cruz will catch the eye of Tottenham manager Ramos and go to Tottenham for 6–7 mill

Kezman is due to hold talks with City as erikson is a big fan and tried to sign him when at Lazio– 37 goals in 34 games ervedsie Dutch league when kezman played at PSV– which is better than Ronaldo or romario. the player is now free from his injury nightmare and is available for £4.2 million pounds. Portsmouth and Villa are also set to move in for one of the world's top ever goalscorers– 276 goals 346 appearancs.

For the guy who said Henry joining Chelsea. do not even dream the reason he will leave FC Barcelona is his too much affection to Arsenal and he openly accepted the fact.

Arsenal to sign 17 year old Russian defender nicknamed"the elephant" also looking forward to sign ashravin but tot are favorites. the reason Wenger did not signed Anelka was too much competition up front and he does not want to sell anyone. so ashravin may go to tot. also marsielle winger agnew triale dimitrov, mputu are all on radar. Wenger will decide on agnew and mputu after African cup. Diarra is gone Pompey.

I have heard a few rumours about transfers from my friend who works in the industry. I think there could be some truth in them because he has always been quick to tell me about rumours in the past:

Liverpool to buy Samir Nasri I the Summer. It was part of the Cisse deal last Summer that LFC would get first option on the up and coming star Nasri and Rafael Benitez will exercise that option in the Summer ransfer window.

LFC to also bring in a quality left–sided midfielder. Rafa is unconvinced by Babel on the left and will push him into a more central striking role with a player of the calibre of Quaresma or David Silva being looked at as possibilkities.

Chelsea will lose Drogba to FC Barcelona and will replace him wityh Huntelaar, who is reportedly desperate to leave Ajax and ply his trade in one of Europe's elite leagues.

Malouda is unhappy with the exit of Jose Mourinho and does not like English food or culture and so will escape to Spai in the Summer with Seville likely to be interested in a swap deal with Daniel Alves.

I will keep you informed of any developments but these are 86 percent certain to happen.

Today Leicester City Football Club, will Buy Stephen McPhail From Cradiff For A Fee of around £1 million.

Birmingham preparing a raid on kezman. will cost us £9.5 million euros. cmon brummies this is what we need a goalscorer. gold finger to get his cheque–book out for Mcleishe's army. Defoe also being looked at but I know who I prefer. this guy scored 41 goals in 34 matches one season playing for PSV before injury hindered him. he had a much better record than the 'sulk'–Anelka and in comparison will be a bargain. cheers grand–dad

Once Diarra signs (5.5 million) Harry will make a move to try and wrap up Defoe before the weekend and maybe a defender on loan.

Tottenham to sign Fred from lyon

My friend has links with Liverpool staff. Fact –Lverpool are signing Berbatov and Sissoko will be part of deal. They are also putting in a serious bid Miguel Veloso. He's also heard from same sources (how? ) that EFC signing Hutton, Sidwell this Jan and Fletcher come Summer.

For starters I work as a steward at Anfield so know all the goings on there. Regarding Rafa he will stay until the end of the season when his job will be reviewed depending on performance in the league. Here's the transfers that will happen either in January or more likely in the Summer.

Transfers In:

Fabio Grosso – Versitile defender/midfielder £5 million

Rafinha – wicked Brazilian wing back £3 million

Ezeguiel Garay – solid defender £8 million

All this will happen and most of the other rumours on here will not. I am in the know, you will all be saying how right I am when all this happens – fact.

Rob Jones to sign for Celtic on Monday. Mark Viduka will sign on loan from Newcastle until end of season. My reliable source also tells me that Aiden Mcgeady is heading to Spain before the window shuts to an unnamed club, with a player + cash coming in the other direction.

  Liverpool Rumours

The relationship between George Gillett Jnr and Tom Hicks is at rock bottom due to Hicks' views on Liverpool FC. Gillett wanted to keep the promises they made prior to buying the club but Hicks is in it purely for profit. The pair are barely speaking and as such DIC are ready to pounce much to the pleasure of the board. Once the takeover is complete, Rick Parry will be forced to resign albeit with a payoff.

Billy Sharp will rejoin Scunthorpe on loan for rest of season to see if he can regain his form.

Keegan is going to have around £7 million to spend this January with a lot more to come in the Summer when he has highlighted what he needs.

Expect a bid for Woodgate.

My Uncle works at murry park and he has said to me that he has seen David Murphy of Hibernian going in the main gate in a black range rover

Celtic To Sign Wes Brown In The Next 48 Hours For Around £2.5 million. Also They Will Sign Koki Mizuno, Daniel Van Buyten (loan), Gary OcConner (swap) With Scott McDonald, And The Biggest Signing Of Them All Is Robbie Keane From Tottenham for £4.8 million.

  keegan – new toon manager.

woooooo.

He will let go. Barton

He will bring in. Arhesivin, Bridge, Diarra, Defoe as well as another central defender.

Let the good times ROLL.

It looks likely that Man United are going to be the thorn in the side of Tottenham in the Summer by signing Berbatov (£22 million) and Hutton from Rangers (£8 million). Tottenham will use the money from selling Berbatov to sign Queresma and Arshavin.

Hearts rumours not the usual rubbish.

Steven Frail will be manager until the end of the season.

Steven Fletcher will complete a £4 million pound move from Hibernian to Rangers in the Summer. Also, Rangers are seriously considering making bids for Berra and Driver.

I work for a very large hotel company in there reservations department, and I have just made a reservation for no other than SAMI NASRI in the Liverpool area. looks like he might be in town for talks or a medical.

Mark this date in your calenders – February 18th 2008. Massive press conference being planned at Anfield as we speak. The club has been sold to DIC for 375 million pounds that will give the current owners $710 million – a $70 million profit. Al Ansari, CEO of DIC has completed hid due diligence.

The players and staff were made aware of this prior to the Luton game. Rafa's job is safe but he has to bring in an assistant, this will be Gary McAllister. Rick Parry who offended members of DIC last year, will 'step down' and the new owners will bring in David Dein as a replacement.

No more money will be available for transfer's in the January window as the current owners will not sanction any deals, unless players are sold. The Summer will see massive player investment from DIC, believed to be in the region of 85 million + whatever is made from player sales. This could see a transfer budget of around 115 million. This is not a rumour, this is all ligit. Remember who told you the Americans had brought the club, four days before it was released and who let you guys know that Fernando Torres had signed a deal a full week before the press even got wind of it. Thats me. Anfield Insider

Jimmy Calderwood was handed a transfer budget of £1.3 million on the signing of his new contract.

Russel Anderson would be allowed to leave sunderlan as Keane does not see him as a first team player, and Russel would want to come back to the dons
