Chelsea will sign Kaka and Ronaldinho. Scolari wants Kaka more than anything, and Ronaldinho is eager to team up with Big Phil whom he knows well. With Scolari coming Lampard will move to Inter with Ashley Cole.

Alan Shearer will not be joining Blackburn as manager, as he told the BBC in an interview that, although he is flattered to have been offered an interview, he has every intention of honouring his pundit contract with the BBC, and anyway, it is common knowledge that there is only one club that he's destined to manage. The man who will take over is Sam Allardyce. Sam will only take a few staff members this time as Blackburn cannot afford huge wages for his extensive backroom staff building. Rovers are a very similar club to Bolton in size and resources and they believe he can emulate the same success he had with Bolton. I am loathe to losing Sam and having him take over at our rivals, the I. n. b. r. e. d. s. A concerned Bolton fan.

Summer Rumours
Arsenal ins: Samir Nasri–12 million (so all you sad Liverpool fans can get realistic seeing as he has practically signed for us), Aaron Ramsey–5 million (all but done deal, haha UNITED and Everton), Shay Given–3 million, possibly David Villa depending on whether or not Cesc can persuade Wenger to go through with it, in which case he would definitely come as he has made it clear his first choice club would be the Gunners, so get over yourselves Chelsea, you will lose out.
Man UNITED ins: UNITED will have to resort to their third choice of right back signings, being Philip Lahm, as their first choice, Dani Alves, has already snubbed them in favour of a move to Barcelona, and your second choice, Sergio Ramos has basically said thanks but no thanks to your interest, so Lahm will be signed for 8–10 mil. It is anyones guess as to whether Ronaldo will go to Madrid or not, but if he does Quaresma, who plays identically to Ronaldo, will be brought in straight away as a replacement for 20 mil. The final signing will be Luis Fabiano of Sevilla for 25 mil.
Chelsea ins: Having already sorted out the right back crisis with the signing of Jose Bosingwa, Chelsea will now raid Barcelona. Deco has practically signed for 10–15 million, as a replacement for the departing Essien who will leave for Inter. Ronaldinho has practically begged new boss Scolari to rescue him from his FC Barcelona nightmare and Scolari will strongly look into Ronaldinho to replace the departing Lampard who will also leave for Inter, the fee will be around £20 million, which will knock Manchester City right out of the race to sign him. The final major signing will be Samuel Eto'o for £30 million to replace the practically departed Drogba who will leave for AC Milan.

Firstly Scolari had been sounded out nearly two weeks before Euros which shows all the Ancelotti stuff was rubbish.
Kenyon is in Milan trying to offload Drogba to Milan and use Shevchenko as a make weight for Kaka. Sheva is a big bit of bate as High Ranking Board member Godfather of Sheva's kid.
Kaka is in Sao Paulo at the moment and will be spoken to at length upon return.
Expect Ronaldinho, Deco, Queresma, and Lampard to be confirmed as new signings/contract after July first when Phil starts at Chelsea.
Other possibilities are Ribery, Henry (Abramovich long time admirer) and Eto'o (Although Chelsea may back off if Kaka is allowed to leave.
Expect Chelsea to also announce the plans for a new 65,000 seater stadium on the site of old gas works 2 miles south of Stamford Bridge. Name possibly Samsung Stadium in a deal similar to that of Arsenal and Emirates.

A Local Marseille newspaper (La Province) has stated that Nasri has also signed a pre–contract agreement (which is legally binding in aspects. ) with Arsenal and cannot understand where the English media's Athletico stories and the delusional scousers on various forums and THIS website have come from.
Adebayor's agent is talking again. This story keeps resurfacing, but Adebayor is on holiday and has stated he intends to stay and return for pre–season training in July.

there is a possibility that xabi Alonso's move to Juve is stalling as Juve are interested in bastian schweinsteiger from Bayern. he does not play in same position as Alonso but they do not want to pay too much for Alonso so they still have enough money for the German. if this is true then it's unlikely Bayern will sell lahm and also Ribery as that means losing 3 first team players and no team ever does that.
