  To the fantasist who posted–

"I stayed in a top london hotel last night on business!and who would be there. . . Rafa, Eto and two other guys having a little drink! think what you want of this!"

Rafa was actually in Liverpool last night (Thursday), and shortly before 10pm walked onto the stage at the Empire Theatre in the company of SG, JC and Sammy Lee, as late extras in the play One Night in Istanbul. .
Swindon in line to further bolster their squad.

Was at lennoxtown today del diesel for the tractors and saw ruud van nistelroy and damain duff with with the club doctor (dont know his name sorry) good times ahead bhoys
its coming home
  To the person who said,

I told you all round about this time last year that Robbie Keane was spotted driving round Liverpool City Centre and the same Guy who informed me of that also told me about Stephen Darby telling him that we had some sort of agreement with Ribery. i posted that on here a couple of weeks ago.

Now the Bookies have Ribery as Odds on to Join Liverpool!!!

I think this is maybe the Signing Rafa had to "Disturb" Utd!!

i think you will find Ribery is 4/1 with Paddypower to join Liverpool, 3rd in the betting behind Bayern and Real.

anyway my rumour with Frazer Campbell looking like joining Sunderland along with possibly Darren Bent, this makes what i have heared more possible.
That is Kenwyn Jones to Man Utd. wait and see.
Samuel eto'o to complete his move to man UNITED after city ended their intrest. 28 mil
You heard it first

United will not be bringing in any big player names as they never do! They have been linked with loads of big names in the last few years Ronaldinho, Kaka, Benzema, Villa but how many of these players have come . . United by young talent and transform them into big players Rooney, Ronaldo, Vidic . shame Ronaldo did not pay us back for making him who he is today by staying. We still have £80 million to spend though as we already had £20 million that has been spent on Obertan £3 million and Valencia £17 million and Owen was free. The rumour is with all the new galacticos at Real Mariid Fergie will bid £50 million for Snieder, Robben, Huntelaar as they have been replaced by Kaka, Ronaldo and Benzema. So we sell our best player to Real Madrid and buy thier rejects :(
  Lfc news
just that glen johnstonhas the number 2 shirt which means dossena has gone as it was his also on official website the squad does not include his name,, i know most people will not be bothered but i thought he looked promising and should have given it a go this season. . anyone know what deal we got for him??
Can anyone help me out here please?
1.When and what did Aaron Lennon say to insult Liverpool?
2.When did Rafa say he is making a signing that will "disturb" Ferguson?

Onto rumours, it seems Ribery is the being linked heavily with Liverpool, i can't see it though, where have they got 50 odd million from?
Surely all this is from that filthy tabloid paper called the Sun??!!
Some posts on here really make me laugh, for example people sayin David Silva has been spotted in anfield, somehow if he did end up there then sky sports news would be the first to know about it so keep your dreams to yourself.

secondly people posting 'facts' saying this will happen by july 6,7,8,9 or whatever I've seen none go through, also i like the way you claim to know say for instance Robbie Fowler and because he's a Liverpool Legend he must know what transfer(s) are going on, seriously makes me laugh.
if you want people to take you seriously be sensible about it.

anyway on to some Manchester United Rumours, i believe that we won't spend big this summer and seeing as we've signed Valencia Owen and Obertan for a combined fee of roughly 19 million pounds it seems obvious that we're not going to break the bank this year.

on to the Dodo Matter we have no signed him yet, Sky Sports would know and they don't so simply either he's not signing or it isn't quite done yet.

Strikers – although Ferguson said we need 4 strikers to win big, and people are using this as a story or logic for us signing people like Eto'o Villa etc. are you forgetting we have at the moment 10'july we have Berbatov, Owen, Rooney, Manucho Campbell, Marcheda and Welbeck – now that seems to me to be more than 4. so why spend big when you have 3 top class forwards, 2 incredible future talents and 2 mid–table strikers at your disposal? okay Campbell looks to be on his way but we won't go and buy a top class forward, if we do sign one it will most likely be Douglas (Diego) Costa for a fee that's been reported as 20+ Million Pounds and even that seems like abit of a punt for a striker only proven in the Brazilian league and Under'21 scene, so maybe, maybe not?

i think we will sign 2 more players and both will be Centre Midfielder players im not sure who but i believe one will be Raw Upcoming talent like anderson and the other will be a player who had a very good last season, im hoping for either De Rossi or Mahamadou Diarra and the young gun to either be Brazilian Hernanes or Ivan Rakitić and possibly an outside chance of Angel Di Maria.

i don't have any inside information its just me trying to give you and idea on people who could sign and who we have been linked with.
People Claiming that we haven't been spending big this summer because the 80 million has gone into getting rid of some debt you are wrong (we maybe be the most in debt out of the top 4 but we make the most money and the person claiming we made a 40 million pound loss last season i think you'll find we make a 4% profit increase from the 07/08 season.) the money from the ronaldo transfer is being put asided and being used when needed like January'10 July–August'10 and so on.

{would just like to point out that Sky Sports only knew Owen was joining Man U AFTER thousands were betted on the move happening. So people ITK can be ahead of them}
  WBA news:

ARSENAL FC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we lost on signing melo.

eboue, senderos, gilbert will surrely leave

adebayor, fabregas, gallas will all stay

arsenal will sign a def. midfielder. probably matuidi, i hope it will be m.diarra. arsenal needs more expirience.

a striker will NOT be bought

a defender will only came when gallas leaves, and he will not leave

the preavious targets of arsenal:
cana to hamburg
melo to juventus
hitzlsperge and m.diarra could sign but will not.
arsenal will stick with the unsuccesfull buying of yought (matuidi)

if i would be wenger i woukd go for CAMBIASSO or GATUSSO

David Moyes acting quickly this summer. With Jo to cover the injury prone strikers and Kyle Naughton able to cover right back, right mid and left back, Moyes only needs a winger and a central midfielder. He is looking at Tuncay, Victor Obinna, Fabian Delph and Steven Defour . . and will hope to get two of thes.

If Lescott goes – expect Nigerian Dele Abeleye to come in.

Another great season beckons for British football's consistently astonishing over achievers in blue. Moyes is a genius – three times his fellow manager's 'Best of the Season'. Imagine if he had the money of Man City, Spurs, Villa or even what Newcastle used to have!
  Newcastle United news.

As is common knowledge, 2 bidders so far have agreed to pay the wanted fee by Ashley fo the club. Its believed both parties however, want Shearer in charge. Big Al want to get rid of near enoug the whole squad and totally rebuild. Outs include Martins,Duff,Gutierrez & Collocini plus many more. James Beattie, Matt Killgallon & James Perch are high on Shearers list, a is Barnsleys Hugo Colace. Gary McShreffrey has suspended talks with Forest after learning of the Toons interest and bids for Keiron Westwood & Daniel Fox arnt unlikely either. However, the link to Robert Earnshaw is just an embarrasment.
Its a done deal as of tonite (10th July)

Frank Ribery is on his way to Liverpool.

The people who were betting on him to Liverpool were officials of Liverpool. Its no smoke screen for any other player.

Rumour has it he will be landing in Liverpool on Monday.

Being a Man U fan I am actually gutted because I thought United had pulled of the transfer shock of the summer.

Also heard that United and Liverpool are still both in for Silva.
What a load of rubbish on this site!!!!

Van nistelrooy to Celtic??

Glasgow is famous for its boozers but whoever wrote that has had one too many!

Ribery to lfc. eh. . . .no. dream on

LFC may sign silva or mata but can't see much more,

man u to sign a creative midfielder as saf needs some spark.
Possibles –

etoo will price himself out of a mova and be sold next summer for pennies

epl champs again will be man u as city, chelsea and lf just don't have the bottle
Barnsley are in negotiations with Oldham about the sale of Jon Macken. Odejayi could also be on his way out, possibly on loan. Andy Gray looks a done deal jus about but heres another name for you, Bradley Wight Phillips. His Southampton teammates Marek Saganowski & Rudi Skacel are also possibilities.
Is it oK to use terms taig in this forum

Try google and see what it says

{i can only apologise for not knowing it meant anything ...... its not a word i had heard before – despite having a scottish protestant mother and irish catholic father!}
Manchester United fan, heres my views on what will happen this summer. .

Contrary to the guy who claims United had an operating loss of £40 million last year, we reported a record profit. Because of this i believe we WILL have the majority of the Ronaldo fee received + roughly £20 million(annual transfer budget) available if needed to fund transfers.

Although we have the money to fund this transfer, would Sir Alex consider his buy out fee a bit expensive? (In region of £45 million)

If this did happen though i am confident this is a player that would do incredibly well for United.

Personally i don't even see why there are rumours surrounding him and Iniesta and United, they just destroyed us, and won Champions League. Even if they were available i would think the transfer fee wanted would be obscene.

I don't think he is good enough for United.

Yaya Toure

Think this would be a great buy (depending on the price).

The only way that this would happen is if Mascherano joins Barca, taking Toure's DM spot.
Would replace the injury ravaged Hargreaves.

Alexis Sanchez

Twenty year old Chilean winger, looks very skilful, great dribbler of the ball, possible long term Giggs replacement??

Samuel Eto'o

Hopefully we won't sign him, think to be honest hes too old to be paying stupid money for him

Michael Owen

Although i did consider this about a month ago, i don't think even then i half expected it to happen.

But then again, we now have a proven goalscoring 29 yr old. His wage is relatively low, £20K a week basic, but can nearly qintuple depending upon appearances, goals trophies etc, surely a great incentive for Michael.

Although some scousers might be a bit upset that he has joined United he WILL do well here and he WILL win trophies. Lets face it, your all gutted that Rafa wouldn't take him back!

I got a text today from my cousin John O'shea ( Manchester United player). He has said that Mr Ferguson took the guys in from traing because it was raining and told them te expect a big money signing from Valencia, he said the lads think it will be david silva to play on the left which means rooney will be used down the middle.
Young to move to everton or Spurs
To those saying Tevez is going to Corinthias. .
i'm brazillian and from what i know about that team, the possibility is almost inexistent because Corinthias in in debt of over 100 million, which is alot for brazillian teams. Besides, they already have Ronaldo so don't really need Tevez

It is just the fu.cking press that's targeting players for man u. . . . .SAF will never buy this player – just not worth it – as far owen is concerned – WTF??? free transfer and for man u to pay 50,000 pounds for a player is nothing ––– this is peanuts for man u. So all the haters – sod off.

I seriously think Macheda should be given chance this year – that boy has the talent and of course the composure he showed to convert the goal he scored against Villa – his presence of mind and from that point what he did to score the goal was amazing – i was in tears when this little 17yr old scored. . .he definitely needs more games plus he is tall.

I hope Dead Sparrow (you are the only person who I look here for – you are not bullshitter) is spot on and I am especially looking forward to the yaya toure one as we need someone for the midfield and toure with european experience would be great.

I don't have crap rumours to spread – but SA part exchange with berba won't be bad as this would mean Macheda will have his chances (SA, Rooney, Macheda and Owen).

Celtic rumoured to be interested in:

Seydou Doumbia, Young Boys of Berne.

Ivica Krizanac, 30 year old croation centre half.

Xabier Castillo, 20 year old left back.

James McCarthy, Hamilton centre mid.

Mark Janko, Striker Austria.

An Irish internationalist and an attacking player from Spain.
Prestons Simon Whalley off to Norwich City, Blackpool made enquiry only to be told its already a done deal.
To the donkey who wrote "micha richards was seen at goodison today" – I really hope for your sake he wasnt because he's suffering with swine flu and has just returned from Cyprus

Real rumours from Villa
Villa are trying to land a treble from boro
Delph looks a certainty
Hangeland agents are in negiotiation with Fulham to agree an initial discussion
MON is going to try and hijack the Naughton deal
He is also considering a bid for Martins

He is looking to offload
Reo–coker – he wants to return to London
Gardner will be going out on loan if the Sheff Utd deal is agreed to Sheff utd
Brannan is going out on loan
Delfunso is going on loan as part of the Delph deal
Harewood – part of the boro deal

Finally all the rumours around Young and Carew are unfounded. .both Young and Carew have just purchased plush pads, Carew actually purchased his from Reo–Coker
Rafa, as stated, will not sign any more big money signings. However, he claimed before he would sign one more big signing before selling. The big deal, mata? silva? ribery? who ever it was it doesn't matter, the deal is dead. rafa will now look to sign squad players and sell as few as possible.

A Johnson 5m
M Richards 8m
Negredo p/ex Arbeloa
Bentley 6m? SWP 15M? A new winger anyway, anyone know who?

Tottenham: Amazing development. Looking at the club website pictures of training had to do a double take! There's this 6'3" toned, athletic, musclar midfield player with a determined look on his face. Who is this new addition? No it's not Patrick Viera, Sissoko or Capoue. . . it's the player formerly known as iPod (or Big Mac) now resembling the Hulk.

If his head has followed his physique Spurs have a great addition to the squad. Welcome to Hulk Huddlestone. Nice one son!
  Bristol City Transfers:
Rory Fallon –Plymouth
Chris Taylor – Oldham
Anderson Da Silva – Barnsley
Sam Sodje – Free Agent

Dele Adebola – Forest (done)
Michael McIndoe – Sheffield United
Lee Trundle – Doncaster
David Noble – to join Crystal Palace or Doncaster
Just clearing up some of these rumours that are nothing but made up stuff that people want to see happen rather than rumours from different sources:

– Micah Richards was not seen at Goodison at any day since the league finished. He has been on holiday in Cyprus and has caught swine flu. . he's not allowed to leave Cyprus until he has been told that he can.

– Frank Ribery will not sign for LFC. Rafa Benitez has laughed off that rumour and said that there will be no big money signings this summer as LFC are concentrating more on fitness of the squad. Glen Johnson will be the biggest signing this summer for LFC.

– Van Nistelrooy spotted in Glasgow? Ha ha ha, that was actually hilarious to read to be honest.

– Wayne Rooney to Barcalona for £50m? Do you really think United will let Rooney leave after they've just sold there best player (Ronaldo) and let Tevez leave for a different team? Rooney also dedicated hiself to Old Trafford when they won the league.

– Patrick Viera to Spurs? Wrong. Viera is actually on the verge of signing for Birmingham City.

– Sergio Aguero will sign for Man United in a player + cash deal. It will either be £30 + Nani or £18 + Berbatov (this one is Athletico's prefered deal, believe it or not).

– Emmanuel Adebayor will be joining AC Milan & Cesc Fabregas will be joining Barcalona. Real Madrid have claimed they are not interested in signing Fabregas any more.

– Ashley Young and David Silva are being looked at by United. United need cover for the left wing as Giggs is getting closer to retirement and Nani may be leaving in a cash + player deal for Aguero from Athletico. Both of these would be great signings for United, they're both quick and young in age.

– Joe Cole will be leaving Chelsea (Ancelotti thinks Cole is only a 1 footed player) and LFC have strong interest in him.

– Rafa, Eto'o & 2 other guys having a little drink in the hotel you stayed in? Ha ha, yeah right. Nobody knows anything about Eto'o because City have been asking Barcalona if Eto'o will be joining and Barca have said that they have been trying to get in contact with Eto'o to sort out a deal but Eto'o has not been answering his phone and hasn't been seen for a little while by any of his team mates.

– To the person that said about Carrick could be on his way. . you're right but that will only happen if his replacement agrees to join United. . Andres Iniesta is the replacement United are keen on. . I can't see this happening though because Iniesta in happy at Barcalona and United I doubt can tempt him to join them.
  Liverpool FC news:

A close friend of mine is a physio at Melwood and word on the grapevine is that regardless of Rafas guilt trip saying that Alonso and Masch owe us something, they both feel that a move away from Liverpool is the best thing for them, their career and family – Masch because his mrs hasnt settled and has to put family first like any decent guy(home problems = game problems) and everyone knows many spanish football players dream of wearing the white jersey of Real, and if Alonso doesn't move now will he get another chance? doubt it. He has said that both players will leave this summer but will be replaced and apparently the yanks are putting their hand in their pocket as well – they need us to win the league so they can sell next year for a tidy profit.

Leaving Anfield this season
Alonso – £35m (or £20m + W.Sneijder_
Mascherano – £35.00 (bojan on load for a year)
Arbeloa – £8m

Coming in to replace and build will be:
Lorik Cana – £25m
Esteban Cambiasso – £23m (or sniejder part ex)
David Silva – £27m
Juan Mata – £14m
Bojan Krkic – Loan

Franck Ribery won't be coming as this was a play for the bookies to make back the money they lost on owen joing Man U – they drop the odds because they knew it is an impossible move that would onvoke a betting frenzy – they can't lose because we can't afford him.

Expect the owners to push for a player they already know can play with Torres – None other than Athletic Madrid's Sergio Aguero who is a self proclaimed Liverpool Fan who dreams of playing for us and would be welcomed by the fans.

Remember Danski told you first – YNWA
Gooner N1 is out of his/her deluded little mind. according to him(or her), Arsenal's net spending this summer will be £59m if u include the Vermaelen deal, including £22m deals for Mata and Young respectively. This is insane, and exactly the sort of expectations Arsene doesn't need from arsenal fans. exactly how many times he needs to make it clear that he doesn't have the funds to compete with other top european clubs i don't know. Why buy Young now when we have Nasri, Traore and Rosicky? Why buy Mata when we have Adebayor (who i believe will stay), RVP, Vela, Bendtner, Eduardo and Arshavin? Why buy Matuidi AND Cana AND Flamini if, assuming your departures list is at all accurate, we will still have Denilson and Song. Surely one of those three would suffice? Arsenal fans need to realise the sustainable and yet limited resources with which AFC is operated, before their unmatchable demands hound Arsene out of our club. Understand that with the options available without allowing a takeover from Usmanov or Kroenke, Arsenal is following a path that is sustainable, efficient and admirable. Granted that we havent won anything for a while, nobody is going to be more hacked off than Arsene himself, but our time will come. In order to make the crazy transfer expectations of some deluded fans correct, a complete restructuring of the club's finances and policies would be required, meaning the young talented players at arsenal would never make it with us. We need to get real. now for my rumours:
In: Vermaelen £10m, Hazard £6m, Matuidi £8m OR Cana £10m, Sakho £4m + Gallas. Total: £28–30m
Out: Senderos £5m, Eboue £7m, Denilson or Diaby loan, Gilbert £1m, Randall £1m, Gallas p/e Total: £14m. Net spending £14m.
Just seen Zlatan Ibrahimović at the lowery hotel in manchester. .
Wolves to sign Michael Mancienne on a year loan to be agreed early next week
First off Tottenham Hotspur will not be entering any deals regarding the services of Nigel Reo–Coker, although the player in question is a very good player Mr Redknapp feels he has player's of a higher standard and therefor will not enter into any discussions regarding the player.
Of note the deal to take Ashley Young from Villa Park to White Hart Lane is now complete and will be released at a said time? the two player's moving in the opposite direction have also been confirmed and have agreed terms with the West Midland's club.
Of further note the two highly rated French under 21 player's both from Toulouse> Etiene Capoue (20) and Moussa Sissoko (19) these deals will be tied up accordingly. Further deals that may take place Mr Redknapp and his team are now working on?

on a personal footnote Luka Modric Nor Aaron Lennon will not be leaving W.H.L.
Sturrock has told the board that he requires players into Home Park before releasing some, due in Argyle in the next week are Lee Trundle, Bradley Wright Phillips & Alan Judge, leaving Home Park will be Rory Fallon, Jermaine Easter, Steve MacLean,Jim Paterson and Yoann Folly. . .

There will be another player IN but am sworn to secrecy of the name of this player due to the high profile of him, and the fact Sturrock wants a contract signed before any other club enters discussions. . .WATCH THIS SPACE ARGYLE1886

Melwood just been stunned by arrival of Mr. Ribery!!!

Don't believe me . . ? I'm a footballing agent, could get fired for this and my license could be revoked, but I just don't care.

P.S – Expect Tevez to join later in July fter Masch signs new contract.

Few rumours I've heard around Liverpool.

Seems like we are holding our cards close to our chest. So rumours are coming out around the city very discreetly without much real substance. Although a few sounds quite likely.

Everyone has a price, so expect some cheeky bids for Xabi and Mash: A personal prediction would be that one would leave, namely Xabi. But I don't think Rafa will cash in on any of them (Which is a shame because we could do alot with £30m+)

Anyway, some rumours with substance.
– Rafa has held some talks regarding Richards and Man City. A figure to be belived around £6.5m
– A potential bid has been put together for Adam Johnson, although it looks like it won't be placed.
– A Spanish winger looks in the works, and the names Silva & Mata are popping up everywhere, although I'm lead to believe we are looking at one or two people from Standard Liege (Spelling) one being a winger, no names as of yet.
– And finally, I was given a tip last week to bet on Ribery to Liverpool. I laughed it off at the time, but with Skybet stopping substantial bets and lowering the odds it looks like there maybe some truth. . Although, I can't quite believe it myself, and will wait till the scarf is around his neck before getting too excited.

Few more things coming through the grapevine, I'll let you know.

  Everton rumours

david moyes is trying to add richards as part of a swap deal with lescott plus cash with jo coming on loan with a view to a permanent deal. Moyes is also trying to conclude deals for delph (leeds), naughton (shef united),Moutinho/defour (sporting/liege) and finally a surprise move for Miguel Veloso as he searches for a solution for the defensive mid problem .
Loved the post by the Villa fan that stated: Ashley Young will not be leaving Villa for at least 3 years. The lad then went onto to say that: Villa will exchange Ashley Young for Lescott and Arteta! You've got to hand it to some people, they really know how to make their rumours sound true (heehee). Actually, his little post would value Young at about £45m, which sounds a bit high to me (Arteta (£25m), Lescott (£20m)). Strange lad!

Anyway, the Lescott to City rumour gathers more and more pace. Currently, Everton will receive £14m and Jo on a permanent transfer. That would be a good deal from Everton's perspective. The OS at Everton claims to want to finalise a deal for Jo today, so perhaps tomorrow we'll all wake up to this annoying thing with Lescott being finalised.
To the forest fan who thinks Danny Fox for £1.5m

you would need to go to at least £4m if it was cash

more likely £1.5m + earnshaw is being touted
Lincoln and Crewe are challenging Notts County for former Sheff Utd winger Dave Carney

  Man UTD news

I am in no way connected to any club.

Ronaldo's 80 million will be used slowly only ones the transfer markets cool down. Real madrid are going on heating the market with every signing. We might end up buying main targets in Jan only if this is the case.

In priority we might transfer for the midfield with high cost replacements in midfield might b silva and snijeder(i believe we need strong replacements i.e fitness and skill )

Our next priority Replacement could come up seriously against Hargo might b yaya or velso(velso wants to leave)and scholes replacement.

This season we will invest on safe targets as we brought owen(striker back up) and youngsters (obertan, snijeder)

Valencia might phase out scholes from the team.

I believe we will invest in a young striker now we have two strikers nearing 30(berba and owen)

Manchester United To Offer €20m Plus Dimitar Berbatov For Aguero(i doubt it, but believe aguero is our main target, but maradona will influence him not to join he did on the tevez issues)

I believe our strikers can manage wit ronney up top and berba link–up and super sub owen like OLE with good youngsters backing us all up. Midfield needs fire power like Ribery or robben or snijder to break through defenses.Back like is good.

I believe we lost only ronaldo but got back the team (our team can play freely now) and also our defensive ability will get better minus lazy defender ronaldo.

Everton have about £10 million to spend (give or take a million or two). This money will be spent on:

Kyle Naughton (Sheff Utd) £4,000,000 (upto £5,000,000 depending on appearances)
Fabian Delph (Leeds Utd) £6,000,000

If the Lescott to Man City (for cash & Richards) rumours are true, then the fee shall be about £12,000,000. This deal will effect the Naughton deal, as if it goes through, the Naughton one will not. Instead, the £16,000,000 will go on one of Defour/Moutinho/Ledley & M'Bia (though M'Bia deal is in doubt because of his attitude).

So, transfers for Everton will be either:

Shkodran Mustafi (Hamburg)
Anton Peterlin (Ventura County Fusion)
Femi Orenuga (Southend)
Kyle Naughton (Sheff Utd)
Fabian Delph (Leeds Utd)

Shkodran Mustafi (Hamburg)
Anton Peterlin (Ventura County Fusion)
Femi Orenuga (Southend)
Fabian Delph (Leeds Utd)
Micah Richards (Man City)
Steven Defour (Standard Liege) OR Joao Mountinho (Sporting CP) OR Stephane M'Bia & Joe Ledley (Stade Rennes & Cardiff, respectivey)
Julien Faubert–Marseille–6m,
Mark Noble–Manchester United–12.5m,
Dean Ashton–Sunderland–8.8m,
Danny Gabbidon–West Brom–FREE,
James Collins–Newcastle–3m,
Lucas Neill–Galatasery–FREE,
Luis Boa Morte–Cardiff–3m,
Nigel Quashie–Charlton–FREE.
Which gives us more than 33m to spend.
RB–Gianni Zuiverloon–West Brom–2.5m + Gabbidon,
CB–Steven Taylor–Newcastle–3m,
LB–Joe Mattock–Leicester City–1m,
CM–Joe Ledley–Cardiff–5m,
CM–Jonjo Shelvey–Charlton–1m + Quashie,
LM–Alessandro Mancini–Inter Milan–LOAN,
FW–Felipe Caicedo–Manchester City–4.5m,
FW–Obafemi Martins–Newcastle–6m.
To the silly little deluded villa fan with his head up his arse.

Do you seriously think that bandy legged little mess ashley young is better than arteta and lescott alone, never mind both of them together. Young is an overated player, blown up by villa muppets. arteta is ten times the player so why would moyesy be so stupid to swap BOTH !! lescott and arteta for him.

Now to some real rumours instead of bullsh

Naughton – 4 mill rising to 5 million

Defour – 13 million rising to 15 million (standard liege see defour as the same value as fellani and his fee was 15 mill)

Delph – 5 mill plus a player – aniechebe or osman maybe?

Ledley – 4 mill (plus anichebe is the rumour)

This will make are back four the strongest in the prem (with united and liverpool) with jags bak, lescott, baines and naughton an all english back four with the goal being protected by howard doesn't look like to many goals will be goin in
for the opposition.

Expect moyes to put a cheeky bid in for a striker in the reigion of around 3 to 5 million just to add an extra bit of fire power due to sahas injury record and yaks long absence.

To the Guy who said "Tim Cahill to Manchester City for 17.5 million by the 16/7/09" im an everton fan and would welcome this to be honest, timmy has been a great player over the years but he is 30!! now and 17.5m for a 30 year old last time i checked everyone would bite your hand off for it.
(P.S this will never happen because even City won't pay that much)

Defour– 10m upfront raising to 15m because leige are gready barstuads and want more than the guy is worth, expect this at the last day lie Felliaini's was.

Fabien Delph– about 5m, this very much one for the future wouldn't expect him to play first team football for a while.

And to all the Villa fans goin on about us everton fans saying young is going to everton. . just because 2 lads said it after a bit too much too drink doesn't mean most of us actually believe it, i for one know that young is probably never coming to Goodison as do many of our supporters. (He is a diving little anyway, proved that in the 3–3 game at Villa park, the one were u wer lucky)
But good Luck for next season Villa and an unlucky in advance for finishing 6th or 7th ;) EFC for 5th again this season, COYB
Kyle Naughton (sp?) has been invited for talks with Everton– no bid sent yet. Probably will be widely known info by the time this comes out.

– ledley talks have stalled and unless cardiff change their valuation things will not move ahead .

–Jo has essentailly signed on loan– but talks still ongoing with Man City (not sure about what– would guess its lescott and richards?)

Unlikely to find out much more as i won't be seeing the guy who tells me stuff for a couple of weeks– he has informed me that there is alot of work going on, but not a massive budget.

I've just seen the one and only Darren Bent arrive at Madjeski stadium! He dented his front bumper on a bollard.

And near the KFC there, I am pretty sure Peter Crouch was there? Can't confrim this.
From a source in LFC's Cheif Exec's office: Liverpool are negotiating possibly the biggest transfer of the window. Babel + Voronin + £20m for Ribery. There is an 80% chance this will happen. Title number 19 is on its way! Remember where you hard this first.
Heard from a VERY RELIABLE source within the playing staff. Celtic have Bid for 3 players that play in England.

1st – Damien Duff
2nd – Robert Huth
3rd – Kieran Richardson

Celtic hoping to sign at least 2 of them. None of the above players will jeporadise my sources position
  Rangers News

Rangers to sign Derek Riordan and Lewis Stevenson from Hibs, you heard it here first.

I wonder if someone was to sit and go through all of these crazy rumours what percentage of them actually happen? Wouldn't imagine it would be very high though, half the folk must be smoking crack pipes before they post a message.
  In the wake of the world and its wife being spotted at lexton rangers will respond with the signings of;
There is a strong possibility of another striker but walter wants to wait to see who may become available.
These deals are unlikely to go through until august.
Outs are;
Whilst tottenham don't have the biggest budget for summer signings ('Arry spent it in Jan) the sale of Zok and Bent for a combined £20M also free's up about £90k worth of wages. As yet no one has put in a solid bid for Bentley or Huddlestone (the later is now definately staying put). O'hara (£3M Fulham) and K P Bouteng are the only other 2 players actively being touted about. There are a couple of players that would be let go but they are not being actively pushed (Jenas and Hutton). There will be a center forward in to replace Bent and a CM to replace Zokora (I've no idea who but I believe there to be several options for each position).
There is a rumour going around Liverpool that a player from France was recently at Melwood to meet with Rafael Benitez. It could be Ribery or even Valbuena. i don't know.
Just seen Peter Lovenkrands at the Harvester in Burnley
  Dear Everton fan below

Luke Garbutt is a actually a left back, so consider yourself stuck with Hibbert for a while longer. Delph is a central midfielder not a right winger – but he'll probably wind up at Villa anyway. Either way, your right wing is not 'sorted'. Do you get your expert info from Football Manager?
  Arsenal Rumour

£35 million + Hleb for Fabregas
Do Rangers fans on here think that linking the same players, everyday, will make them come to Ibrox (Tonel (£2–3m), McArthur (£1m), Brunt (£3–4m)).

Rangers have no money to buy players hence the reason most/all players are currently for sale! Celtic have spent more on compensation for Mowbray than Rangers will spend on transfers this summer. Expect a bosman or two or some young players for the SPL but £1mil+ buys are out of the question.

Mowbray was looking for 4 players minimum to strengthen the squad. Fortune (number 1 target) already signed and with the squad in Oz, with N'Guemo due to have signed by the weekend. The other two are a left back and left footed midfielder to replace Nakamura. Xabi Castillo linked with move to cover left back with Kris Commons, Juan Carlos Mensequez and Andreas Ivanschitz the main 3 targets to replace Naka.

I hear from a reliable source that Grant Holt is leaving us to join Notts County for 170,000 but at the moment they cannot agree personal terms

as part of the deal we want defender mike edwards but County are refusing to sell him
Forest are in negotiations with a British player whom featured in internationals over the past few years. The deal is far from being done but the club have had positive talk with regards to a move.

Forest are also interested in 2 unmentioned in the British media talents from Scandanavia. One of whom is a goal scoring midfield player and the other is a goal keeper to replace smith and provide competition for lee camp. Both players will suprise the Forest faithful if the deal goes through.

Kelvin Wilson could be used in a swap deal with Dan Fox plus cash whom are looking to raise capital. Wilson is a good friend of Leon Best whom is encouraging Wilson to make the move, though Billy may want to give Wilson a second chance at the city ground despite criticism from some fans.
All these rumours about Franck Ribery going to Liverpool are false. As he was a 66/1 shot to go to Liverpool, hapless fans put silly amounts of money on it happening. Since the outrageous bets, bookies have lowered their odds to 33/1, then 20/1, then 8/13. This 8/13 odd is what is fueling the speculation that Ribery will be a Liverpool player come September.

Liverpool not only cannot afford Ribery, but more thabn likely wouldn't sell Mascherano and/or Alonso to capture him, with Real Madrid rumoured to be ready to offer Bayern Munich £90million for Ribery's services.
  Liverpool fc news

lfc negotiaters flying to munich on monday to seal up a deal for franck me on this got this news from an insider at anfield.
I work in the finance department for Liverpool FC and have just completed the month end accounts for my cost centres. I have been asked to make a £41.7m accrual (in July) for expenditure on a single acquisition to be capitalised over 5 years. In normal English that means we're going to buy an asset and spread the cost over 5 years.

A transaction this big has to be transparent. The lead contact is a chap called Rolf Riemhofer, who is the finance director of FC Bayern Mόnchen AG. That sounds suspiciously like a certain Mr. Ribery may be about to join Liverpool FC. I'm quite surprised at this as our financial position shows that we don't have the funds available to pay out.

It's all a bit hush hush, but I can only assume that we're either going change ownership or have some other big source of income on the horizon. There is talk of a takeover around the department and we have had requests (approved from the board of directors) for information pertaining to due diligence from middle eastern investors.
Im a rangers fan and have heard a few things whilst playing golf at the old course, two agents were talking about dundee utd signing andy webster on loan from rangers and also were going on about ruud van nistelroy going to celtic(i thought that was a load of crap but apparently not he is thinking about using them as a stepping stone back to the epl big 4). Has anyone actually heard anything who rangers are going after or are they going to stick and bring through some youngsters??? i for one hope we go back for mark reynolds and maybe even chris brunt
  Exciting Cardiff City news:

Dietmar Hamman (not Hammam!), Andy Van Der Meyde and POSSIBLY Patrik Berger are winging their way towards the Welsh Capital.

I have this on good authority from a senior source at the club.

Joe Ledley will leave Cardiff, but only when he has run down his current deal, allowing him to leave for nothing in 2010.

Darcy Blake will also leave for a League 1/2 club (have heard that Cheltenham, Brentford and Notts. County are interested in him) and Paul Parry will be departing for Bristol Rovers early next week. Gavin Rae is mulling a return to Scotland and McPhail will return to Leeds.

Routledge and Koumas will join Cardiff, also.
Hull and burnley want to sign matt oakley from Leicester fee to be around 1.5m
Frank Ribery will not sign for Liverpool. This is a stunt performed by the bookmakers to make money off straggling bets.

I am a red by the way, So no bitterness from me. Would be good to see us with the 3 best players in the league though, Unfortunately not gonna happen.

  Glasgow celtic news
martins from newcastle will sign when lawell returns from oz.
naylor will be used as part of the above deal.
a left–back will be signed a big name and still young not sure if it is a loan or transfer.
central mid and right mid to follow in next 7 days
  #West Ham United#

West Ham have signed Mahamadou Diarra from Real Madrid and Mancini from Inter Milan. Both on loan with an option to buy.

This will be made official on Monday

I would like to say that has any one noticed there is a new striker linked with liverpool every few weeks. First it was Tevez then Aguro then Villa then Bojan and Negredo in swap deals then Henry and now were back to Tevez. By the way has any one got any info on the Ribery rumour since the odds on him went from 66/1 to 8/11 yesterday there most be some chance of him joining
but then agin I think people are just linking him with random clubs since he has been linked all the biggest clubs in England and Spain any way on to the rumours
Bale/Lahm only 1
Yaya toure and Bojan loan only if masherano goes
Silva/Mata/Ribery/Joe Cole only 1
Alonso/Masherano only 1 probaly alonso
El Zhar

and I know they all won't happen but a good few outs will and at least 2 ins
Doncaster Rovers close to signing Stephen hughes and Reuben Reid, and are also in talks With Oldham about signing Matty wolfenden, all deals expected to be comfirmed within next week.
"I saw Craig Dobson at the Waltham Abbey Hotel yesterday, if that affects anyone?"

– The only person that that affects is Craig Dobson.
  To they guy who posted;
"To gooner n1

i enjoyed reading your list of players arsenal are "apparently" going to sign. ut please explain how we get all these when we have NO money.

i think you and all the other arsenal fans who think we have money to spend should stop and think

the second biggest share holder(and the richest) has come out and said the club don't have the money to compete in the transfer market.

we have lost out on melo as he is too pricey!!"

So what a shareholder came out and said we have no money, it is because he wants to turn the fans against the board so he will become the main shareholder– and believe me as the board have said its for the wrong reasons.

Wenger was never interested in melo it was made up by his club to try to get juventus to move quickly so they can move onto other targets with the money. even if wenger did want him he would only pay what he is worth and that is not £21m.
You should stop being so nieve and believing everything you hear.

arsenal to sign lee catermole and ever bangenga
After agreeing a deal to sign Kyle Naughton from Sheff Utd, Everton will follow this up with a double swoop for Sporting Lisbon duo Miguel Veloso and Joao Moutinho for a total cost of 20 million. Joaquin will also sign on a season long loan deal with a view to a permanent deal.
