Stephen Appiah wants to join Arsenal but Fenerbahce will only allow him to go if they secure the services of sol campbell.Yaya Toure has urged arsenal to go for him as he said he does want to play at Olympiakos anymore and wants to be at the same side as his brother. Also in yesterday that Ribery has dropped a hint that he would like to play in the premiership under a french manager which is his ideal choice, so i guess you know where he wants to go. Hot Rumour is Aston Villa are looking to bring out of Contract Duncan Ferguson for one last season.
They are also being linked with another former Scottish international Mark Burchill.

I am a very close associate of Arsenal football club and Mr Wenger, i shouldnt be publishing this but i will anyway. The following players who Mr Wenger has shortlisted are the following:

Mr Wenger is also awaiting to hear the verdict of the Italian courts, which should be out tomorrow 11/07/06 so he can put his tranfer plans into action.
Expect to see Ashley Cole signn for Real Madrid in the next week or so. He is currently out in Madrid and preparing for contract discussion and if successful should take his medical and sign.
Wenger will sign a few players this season, maybe not all in the summer as it dpeneds on the result of the italian trial, so expect some at christmas.
The main targets are Stephen Appiah who admitted on Sky Sports that "50 percent of me is coming to Arsenal",so he could be invovled in a deal with Sol going the other way, inorder to save some money to buy others like Frank Ribery.
Frank Ribery who also stated tha 'I'd love to play for a big club in England - and nothing would be more ideal than to be with a French coach,''and as wenger is the only french coach it looks like a come and get me plea that wenger will react to, so expect him to come for around £14million.
Yaya Toure is also a target and has admitted he won't play for Olympiacos again.
Buffon is also a massive target a very likely if Juventus are relagated so expect him to sign if they go down.

As previously rumoured, the New York Red Bulls are trying to sign Real Madrid's Ronaldo. In addition, the Red Bulls will make an offer to Sol Cambell and try to bring Zidane out of retirement to play alongside Youri Djorkeaff. USA Coach Bruce Arena will become the new manager of Red Bulls as well.
Ipswich own to bid 1 million plus Ian Westlake to take Andy Hughes and Carl Robinson to Portman Road. Hughes and Robinson are not popular with Norwich fans and they have both asked their agents to look for a move. Norwich want a left sided midfielder in return so the deal works for both parties.

Just to correct the guy who said Arsene Wenger will bid for Liverpool youth player John Welsh, he plays for Hull City now, he was part of the deal to bring prodigy Paul Anderson to Anfield. This Paul Anderson looks like a real hot prospect. There was someone who said that Arsenal knew about Fernando Torres before Manchester United, this is true but they certainly didn't know about him before Rafa Benitez. Nobody knew about him before Benitez because Rafa spotted him when he was an assistant at Real Madrid, obviously a very good assistant aswell if he can spot such good talent. By the way, to anyone who doesn't think he is, Rafa still wants Villa, and people who talk about Valencia having first option on either Cisse or Morientes so we can have him for a price of 18 million are right.

Newcastle United tranfer rumours:
They will sign Miroslav Klose for 7 million and Darren Bent for 10 million. Newcastle will try and sign Anelka on loan for the season and also Shearer has persuaded Roeder to make a bid for the young Ecuadorian winger Valencia who is worth about 1 million. Wayne Birdge is talks with Roeder about a 3 million move and Kuffour and Mexes are in advanced talks with him too.

to the person that said Wenger will make a shock move for Jonathen welsh, Please, please get your facts right. Welsh was sold too hull in a swap deal with Anderson a 17 year old striker (who may be played next season as he is classed as a hot prospect) last season. Also Appiah will be sold to arsenal but fenerbache want Campbell as part of the deal.
Jermain Defoe and Miroslav Klose or Nicholas Anelka or Juan Pablo Angel will head the Newcastle attack next season prior to Michael Owen's return. Glen Roeder also looks set to win the race to sign Liverpool's England left-back Steven Warnock on loan for the season. Glen Roeder may also pull of a great signing in Aldo Duscher from Deportivo and fend of Man U and West Ham interest. Nicholas Anelka may be a loan deal and Golden shoe winner Klose will probably reject a move to Newcastle. Duscher or the right-midfielder that comes in will have to fight with Peruvian, Nobby Solano for a place although James Milner may be kept.

Hi all USGooner here. I have it on good authority that Arsenal will sign the following...Ribery, Appiah, C Davies (replace Sol Campbell) and Y Toure. A few younger players will also come in. Expect Cole to stay as like Henry he sees the potential. I also expect a new GK and Almumunia / Cygan (stop laughing!!!) to leave. AW wants to bring at least a major trophy to the Grove by the end of next season.
The rumours of Shaun Wright Phillips being loaned to West Ham this season doesnt look likely as Chelsea expect 100% of his £60,000 pw paid for which West Ham can not afford.
