Tomas Kuszczak will sign permanently for Watford after his loan spell. Wages have been agreed and will be the first of several major signing by the club in the close season.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Hasn't he just opened a new restaurant in Cheshire? Seems odd he'd join Watford

Eden Hazard is considering a move to Arsenal in front of moves to Man city and PSG. This is because he likes Arsene Wengers style of football. Also he believs that if he moves to Man city he could fall out with Roberto Mancini as Balotelli and Tevez have, he thinks he is a strong character like these players. Also PSG are not a big enough club for him and he wants to play in the BPL. It is believed that he is worth 35 million but Arsenal are willing to pay this because they believe he is a Future star. However they might need to sell van Persie to gather the cash for the Belgium star.

Hot off the press Southampton to be relegated next season.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

That's alright, we will enjoy every minute of it, whatever.

Agree0 Disagree0

That's the spirit! id rather be a yo yo club than an established prem side, much more excitement

Agree0 Disagree0

I assume you mean from the Premiership, but they have to get there first. It does look like they will make it but nothinmg is decided yet!

Agree0 Disagree0

Still alot higher then Pompey! Lol COYR

Agree0 Disagree0

What makes
Me laugh is we arnt even promoted yet but if we do we are dead cert for relegation? Best academy in England? Great fan base very consistent team which are top of the table and deserve it? Just like Swansea Norwich where certain relegation fodder? Idiots all of you, good times for saints whatever happens

Agree0 Disagree0

I heard that aswell but if you read into it they say they will get the lowest point total in prem history

feeling sorry for deano now
keep the faith

Believable4 Unbelievable1

Yet again TOWN team overated, not consistant enough, poor defence & relying on 1 player to score all our goals. L1 again next season, need massive clear out of all that dead wood.

to the smart alec who slagged me off for knocking larry what have you to say now gobby ?we lost to a mid table team with nothing to play for today ,they had 60% possesion 14 shots,we were terrible.win the play offs my backside.we may as well give a bye to whoever is lucky enough to get us in the play offs

Believable3 Unbelievable0

LOL how did you lose to a mid table team with nothing to play for? Derby were level on points with you before today & now have an outside chance of making the playoffs, Leeds are just carp and were never gonna realistically compete with the top 6, with or without warnock

Good to see Leicester have not given up on the playoffs just yet with a very good win at portman road today! Not an easy place to get a result! Only 3 points behind 6th with 4 games to go so it's still very possible to do it, altough i think the top 5 teams will def be in the playoffs i think that 6th place will def be decided on the final day off the season..

Keep the faith lads & see you nxt week at Millwall

LeicesterLad

Believable1 Unbelievable0

i think you'll find the only debt nufc now has it to mike ashley, which is why he wanted so much for the club. so, as the owner technically owes the debt to himself, we have nothing to fear. it is suspected that nufc is the only club in the country that's going to break even this year, which is great news for the new uefa rules coming in. what a shame for all those top 8 clubs living way beyond their means!! {Ed001's Note - you mean other than Stoke, who run at a profit? Or Blackpool, who run at a large profit? Newcastle are far from the only club who are living within their means, United and Arsenal both make profits as well. You really have done yourself no favours, Newcastle have an overdraft as well as the loans, so they do have a debt.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Wow, you just got ripped to shreds

Agree0 Disagree0

We have debt to ashley noone else.FACT {Ed001's Note - you do understand what an overdraft is don't you? And you do understand that Newcastle operates with an overdraft as well don't you? So your fact is actually nonsense. Please try and check your 'facts' in future.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Well put Ed001 {Ed001's Note - thank you mate.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ashley took care of the overdraft.
so you check your facts.
jeez not hard to find out {Ed001's Note - I give up, you have no idea what you are talking about. Go day dream elsewhere.}

Agree0 Disagree0

How can newcastle be running at a profit they still made a small loss off their balance sheets from last season and that includes the 35 mill from andy carroll who are they going to sell at the end of the season to cover loses paid by paying big wages to people like alan smith

Now Crawley can become a decent team and a credit to the FL the fat man has finally gone.
Poor Rotherham,just think the mess he left behind him,possible fines/point deductions yet there goes the fat man again scot free,lets hope the FA and FL Ban him from the game.
Best wishes to Crawley and there loyal fans.

I am very curious and was wondering if fellow posters/readers or editors could enlighten me:

1) How is it ensured that the F.A remains uncorrupted or uninfluenced by any external sources?

2) If there was a suspicion of foul play who would investigate it, who would order an enquiry, who would carry out an enquiry, etc etc?

3) How do members of the F.A become members of the F.A? Is it a vote, or a boys club, or random(?), what is the process?

4) When was the last time the F.A was properly investigated to make sure everything was being run above board and in accordance with rules and regulations?

I do not suspect a conspiracy of any sort I have simply been curious about the running of the F.A for a long time. There is a tremendous amount of money involved in football (particularly in the English game) and I suspect that, as with most enterprises involving billions of pounds, there are elements of foul play/under handedness/cheating/corruption etc etc so I am very curious about the current running and regulation of the English game, who regulates it and how often it is regulated. Any information on this topic of personal interest would be most welcome.

That is a very interesting point you make sir.a recent study into the fa disciplinary hearings said that the 100% guilty verdicts is worrying and unpresidented in normal law courts.make of that what you will

Massive clear out at man city: aguero to real madrid, balotelli to inter Milan, tevez to juventus, dzeko to borussia Dortmund, Adam Johnson to a possible northeast club, kolarov, kolo toure, Stefan savic, and possibly milner are all out too, Mancini possibly going to porto. Higuain, hazard and perhaps cavani in. Heard it from a good friend well placed in the club {Ed003's Note - Jeez,your good friend had a lot to say }

Making up players to clubs because you threw the league away is theraputic I suppose
