Latest news from Burnley FC is that they are interested in Dundee Utd duo Gary MacKay-Steven and Ryan Gauld. Mackay-Steven has a year remaining on his contract and the double-deal could be available for as little as £1 million whilst Gauld could be involved in a season long loan back to Dundee once the deal is completed.
Burnley's search for a central midfielder looks to have landed at the feet of Craig Bryson after he failed to gain promotion with Derby this term. Reports suggest the 27-year-old could be available for £2 million.
Burnley also look to seal the double loan deals of John Guidetti and Manchester City team-mate Emyr Huws. The pair will sign on a season-long loan deal similar to the deal Burnley made for City's former defenders Trippier and Mee. The pair will be available to buy should the Clarets avoid the drop.
Also expect the contract situation of Danny Ings to be resolved once he returns from holiday in the coming weeks - reports suggest he will sign a deal similar to that of team mate and friend Kieran Trippier - 3 years extension, pay-rise and a buy-out-clause.
