Just Signed Goodwillie to please the fans so the chairman will not be in a hurry to sell after putting a buzz around the place and think a good £2.5m + add ons before leeds even get him down to discuss terms next rumour please.

Every team needs a Goodwillie.

Confirmed by Huddersfield Town the completion of the permanent signing of James Vaughan on a 3 year deal. Fee is undisclosed but believed to be in the region of £1

Believable0 Unbelievable0

A quid for Vaughan? Not bad!

Agree0 Disagree0

Finally you have signed vaughan can you town fans now stop mentioning his name

Agree0 Disagree0

It's going to be so funny if he flops or gets a season-wrecking injury after all the talk by you guys about him.

Agree0 Disagree0

are you a L66ds fan?

Agree0 Disagree0

It was down to the final game last season whether hudds would be relagated with vaughan in the team so by signing him you haven't really improved your playing squad. you also won't have beckford this season or danns.

No pal was speaking about the u17 boys from last season getting told to find them self new clubs I was right in to Livingston they were a good club but not now since john colons left it has went down hill they are not interested in the young boys they said they don't have cash for the lads

Believable0 Unbelievable0

03 Jul 2013 19:49:23
Yes we have got him! James Vaughan will tear them apart again :-)

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Eh? What in fact will he be tearing apart? The bottom of the championship? You stayed up on last day of season, your god awful and will struggle again. Signing loan players on permanent basis isn't anything different, same rubbish on different terms.

which club do you support is it cesspool our noisey neighbours from b*llend road or the chickens.

alvimaka HTFC.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thats a bit bitter leeds fan

Agree0 Disagree0

Chickens? You mean Blackburn? No mate BOLTON WANDERERS. This seasons champions. You know the team that has seen more Europe and Premier League than Huddersfield ever will. Oh and will be taking 6 points off you this season. Good luck mate, you'll sure need it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bolton fans thinking that there going to walk the league next year, your in the championship for a reason, your home crowds are awful and I've seen more atmospere at an old peoples home than your ground.
RUBBISH, bolton will get 13th place
huddersfield fan 16

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would it be a bitter leeds fan we were never in for vaughan get over yourself you have signed a norwich reject!

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok so our attendance was on average poor last season. I'm not surprised we're used to playing in the premier league, we did for 11 straight years. Playing dross like huddersfield doesn't really get the blood pumping. We finished last season in 7th. If we had got freedman in at the start we would have won it hands down. Just like we will this season. Enjoy your battle against the drop. again! Come on you whites!

Agree0 Disagree0

A man and his dog could be the only spectators there and bolton would still smash huddersfield.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Jul 2013 19:16:40
ooops a deluded trotter, do you mean one man and his dog at the Reebock oh and your days in div 4 seem such along time ago, where were your fans then? in fact where are they now since your drop from the prem.

Agree0 Disagree0

Your right those days in division 4 were donkeys years ago and then like now bolton are bigger, better and can attract more quality than huddersfield could ever hope to sign. Obviously huddersfields 50 million seater stadium gets filled every week!oh no, that's not true though is it? In fact I bet if you check you get just as poor a crowd as the rest of this quaint little league. Your not yorkshires answer to man utd, like you think you are.

Jeez! Things MUST be bad if you're jealous of us. It's incredibly frustrating being a Dons fan, trust me. Especially with our lack of investment in the squad and no depth. Add to that a chairman who thinks you can go up on a shoestring every year. It all adds up.

According to the Mirror our £10.2m bid for Wilfried Bony has been rejected. We now watching the Cavani/Rooney situation closely. If CHelsea get these two then its likely Lukaku may still go out on loan (here's hoping). We are still favourites for Demba ba. Meanwhile, does anyone else out there think Jordan RHodes (yes, we've been linked with him before) would be ideal. We could bring him in and play him from the bench when Carroll is back and in the cup tie's and as he gets more premier league experience play him more and more a la Alex Ferguson

West Brom to sign no one, they are to become the Premierships answer to plucky little Wimbledon, won't spend, content to tread water and stagnate until eventually they can, t compete with any of the premierships also ran, s and accept relegation and return to chairman Peace, s preferred residence as a mid table championship club.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

A lot of what you say sound like our predicament at MK Dons. Water-treading, refusal to spend, reliance on loans etc.

Very frustrating.

And there you go, Grant McCann has stayed with Peterborough in a player-coach role, so will not be completing the dream move back to CTFC that fans thought would happen because he loves the club. (Sorry, great player but I am just very cynical about these rumours about players loving clubs and such like).

In other news Michael Duff, Brian Wilson, Ashley Vincent and Kayode Odejayi will all be returning to the club because they love Cheltenham?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

You can have them all apart from wilson

I'm hearing Crystal stripey Nigels Palace want
Sam Byram for 3 Million! They are having a laugh.
One the price is way to low and two why would
he want to go there anyway?they will back in the championship at the end of the season whilst the mighty Leeds return to the premiership!
M. O. T.
Stripey Nigels stick to signing Dobbie & Phillips that's where your at.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The AHEM 'mighty' Leeds have been returning to the premiership for some years now, it has to be one of the longest returns in history.

Agree0 Disagree0

Palace will be straight back down after one season don't worry about that

Stoke have signed Erik Pieters 3.6mil euros (£3mil) and Marc Muniesa free. Now Stoke need a set of wingers, CM and a striker or too. I would love to see Victor Moses, David Hoilett, Tom Huddlestone, Victor Wanyama, Emmanuel Emenike, Kim Ojo or Wilfred Bony come in but I can't see them happening. However I can see David Bentley (free), David Hoilett (3mil), Stephen Ireland (3mil), Darren Bent or Charlie Austin (6mil). Also I think we could see Crouch, Jones, Palacios and Kightly go this summer.
