Great website this at a very exciting time of the season. Just a shame that sides outside the prem can only name 5 subs for a league game. Meaning the younger lads get loaned out or forgotten about and released, with the exception of a run out or a place on the bench for a cup game. Discuss...

I agree it was teams like Portsmouth that chose 5 subs as they would struggle to fill the bench {Ed003's Note - It was the lower league clubs that pushed the rule through,ridiculous in my opinion,if you cant fill the bench??? hello! throw the kids in if it's that bad.}

After being knocked out of the fa cup by the mighty Brighton and Pardew enjoying the way Brighton Play he is willing to allow his fringe players to go on loan and also the players that are coming back from injury to gain match fitness, he also liked how brighton handled kazenga lua lua when he was on loan and thinks his players could learn alot.

Sorry got to laugh, all those people saying Billy Sharp will never join Saints, he is going to a prem team blah blah blah. MONEY TALKS dont care what team it is if the money is right for both club and player it will happen, this is not a dig at Donny fans, its a dig mostly at the Skates who cant handly the fact our club is on its way up and there is on its way down. Us Saints fans trust Adkins and Cortese and once again they have delivered, Sharp is proven at this level and is a great signing.

I'm amused at how many Saints fans appear to have rediscovered the link to these pages all of a sudden. After your impressive draw with Millwall it was like a ghost town on here, none of you had the balls to come on and as soon as you sign someone you're straight back pretending nothing happened, do you only sing when you're winning too?

how big a club is , is based on turnover and number of fans in these regards rangers are bigger than the majority of english sides our turnover is in the top twenty worldwide while newcastle scrape into the top 100! we have a far bigger fan base all around the world just ask gazza! we have over 200 supporters clubs out with britain we take 15000 on average to away games in europe so how can newcastle be ranked anywhere near us is it just because they are english!

Rangers would possibly make a half decent league 1 side, stay where you are & keep dreaming, big club, haha.
