Leicester pay good money 4 beckford after loosing out on maynard. Now beckfords injured. All I can say is it serves leicester right thinking they can buy the league.

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Yeah, we could have paid well over the odds for Maynard and we'd have been right because he's the championship's top scorer and is playing in a fantastic team... oh... wait.

Thanks, but we'll stick with Becks (and Nugent) and we'll add Maynard for free via a pre contract, alrighty then, enjoy Div One won't you?

Agree0 Disagree3

Derby bought more players than Leicester, West Ham spent more money than Leicester - in other words, you're jealous that we bought quality players in and that those quality players are starting to gel, never mind flower, you'll get over it.

Agree0 Disagree3

Leicester won't even make the playoffs. 10 mill well spent sven as usual!

Agree5 Disagree0

Ha ha quality players, sorry where are you in the league! LOL someones eaten too many crisps, also think maynard will join a big club not you jokers.

Agree3 Disagree0

Have to agree, love seing clubs falling flat on there faces after trying to buy sucsess and i have no interest in Leicester or any of there rival clubs. Clubs should be made to work hard for sucsess and reap the rewards once they get there. Teams like norwich are good exsamples back to back promotions and reaping the rewards, no i am not a norwich fan.

Agree3 Disagree0

Yes, i always knew Naarwich were ex samples.....all out of a test tube.

Leon Clarke has decided that once the transfer window opens he will sign for Chesterfield. Apparently Chesterfield has the highest number of burger outlets compared to anywhere in the country - pro-rata of course. Gobble Gobble Gobble.

naysmith due at blackpool soon ,as hes sick and tired of pie and pea football! rangers and celtic should start in the conference north , but dont think they would win that! your **** and you know you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maximus

Believable0 Unbelievable2

He would not go to blackpool get real.

Agree2 Disagree0

Kyle Naismith might go on loan to Blackpool for first team football.Steven Naismith could find a EPL club.Alex McLeish and Aston Villia,have made a equerry about him and Davis.But Rangers have no intention of selling them.Both have been tied down to new 5 years deals.And are Rangers fans,living the dream.Why would they leave all that behind?

Agree2 Disagree0

Cause they hate pie and pea football!
when the fa allow aberdeen and hearts into the english league ,your spl is doomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you will only have 4 teams left! ha ha ha ha

I am a Chelsea fan and my mate has bet 50 pounds with me that Leicester City will finish above Chelsea in 2 years LMAO! i would have took the bet if he said 200 years. Leicester City couldnt beat our youth team to be fair.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

You havnt got a youth team, they are either loaned out or sold.

Agree2 Disagree0

Crisp munchers won't be in the prem anytime soon they're rubbish.

Agree3 Disagree0

Not a chance, it'll take 3yrs at least.

The current Chelski side isn't a patch on the one that was originally put together. They're no longer a major force and are a long way behind Utd and City. Probably on a par with Arsenal, still a top side, but not as much of a threat as they seem to think they are.

Agree0 Disagree0

It's pretty tough to get into the Premier League 'anytime soon' genius, they lock the doors until late May, but thanks for playing.

Agree0 Disagree0

Your mate sounds like 85% of his fellow Leicester fans... slow witted and delusional.

Rangers trying to get out of spl and in to epl what we think people ?? Ed ? {Ed001's Note - shouldn't happen, in my opinion. Scotland is looking for political independence, why would they want to give up their footballing one? It is just greed driving it, nothing more.}

Believable3 Unbelievable0

M a newcastle fan and every time the scots come down they cause havoc in the town, and why should they be put before newport or wrexham let them start in the northern premier or suchlike and go through the lesser league. swansea and cardiff dont get automatic entry to the prem so why the scots

Agree4 Disagree0

I agree they should not come down but I not being funny like it or not better sides than welsh sides ed right on this one the drive with it is all money but they have openly admitted that they are looking in to it but what they forgetting is the fans think this way Newcastle u be fine it would see out but what about a fulham game on a wednesday night ?? And that would be end of euro games for them !

Agree0 Disagree0

I've said this before what happens when they get relegated, and they would, run off back to the SPL

Agree0 Disagree1

They are massive clubs, given time they would be top six premiership most years,they would add a new dimension. {Ed003's Note - They play under another affiliation,it's complete nonsense to me,we may aswell debate whether it would be a good idea if Ajax,Copenhagen,Genk or Toronto played in our league,just my opinion}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed what happened to my post? {Ed003's Note -No idea,try posting it again}

Agree0 Disagree0

But ed they have applied to
Come prem they have released a statement saying so that is from rangers and that why we talking about it cos it might happen ! But if they come down that then means Celtic would be next then u would have harts, hibs , in chapms league that would be fun {Ed001's Note - I have no problem with Hearts, Hibs etc in the Champions League, but I do have a problem with Celtic and Rangers in the English league when the country of Scotland is trying to assert its independence. They can't have it both ways!}

Agree0 Disagree0

Very true ed but is not the point that football should not be political ? The same could be said of welsh sides they doing same and want a independent political state yet feel it ok for them to have sides playing in England ? I hope that this is not a start of independents it terms of football and euro super league dose not pop it's ugly head back up to kill the game off flat {Ed002's Note - Welsh teams play under the same Football Association which Scottish teams do not - The FA of England and Wales. So it is totally different and nothing to do with politics.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Well was u talking about politics and if rangers came in to prem then they would be under English fa following there rules and so on and what u saying really dose not apply the welsh league with nowport tns and so on is run by welsh fa same as runs there national side the only reason welsh side in England play under English fa is Cos there in England same as rangers would be

Agree0 Disagree0

If the old firm joined the english fa,started at the bottom rung, would the premiership chairmen still get to vote wether to accept them i wonder?

Agree0 Disagree0

Its not going to happen so who cares.

Agree0 Disagree0

What are the english sides frightened off?(maybe they know the old firm would be to successful?)

Think your a bit confused Mr Leeds fan, when Saints got docked 10 points they narrowly missed the playoffs rather than just avoided relegation. Also we had to sell or release more or less all of our squad when we went into administration. Fortunately we were bought out and over the course of the season re-built the squad. But as much as it pains me to say it Leeds did well that season.

Thanks for your time

Its all quiet here, where's all the Manc and Citeh fans today, even in our on sites there not bantering us with their rubbish, how good they are and your team is just history now, bet you wished your team was playing in champs league tonight etc etc'. might i say it was a good night of football all round, really enjoyed it.

Steve McClaren to walk out on Forest before he's pushed. Last night's humiliation will prove the final straw, he'll walk away citing a lack of support in the transfer market.

*Of course, if the so called fans would support the club by actually going to watch the biggest team in the East Midlands, the club might have some money to spend - you brought it on yourselves you apathetic bunch, serves you right.*

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Hi im a saints fan, but I have to say its a shame as a football fan to see a club like Forest with all of your history struggling at the wrong end of the table, I have to ask what was your board thinking sacking Davies and bringing the absolute clown you have now. Everyone coild see what was going to happen, sack him now and get someone in who understands football

Agree1 Disagree0

Saints fan I hate to stick up for Steve but there somethings people have got mixed up Billy was in notts 3-4 days out of 7 rest of time was home in Scotland this might be hard to believe but is true secondly Billy and Steve in same boat one that is full of water and sinking fast nothing to do with them they have to pass every player to David pleat who has say so on bringing the player in ! Fact ! Billy at the end came out and said he dint have the backing having players he wanted turned down by this football pannel ie pleat , some of them players now lighting up championship this year and same with Steve he asked for players pleat say no he is allowed to bring in free players and spend 2-3 mil but it not what is needed Billy and Steve have both said this fans need to look to board for there answers and god this is hard but they should back Steve last thing the players he got and stuck with need is a downer from fans , your right we are talking about a club that won back to back euro cups that don't just happen

Agree0 Disagree0

They won back-to-back European Cups over 30yrs ago - shouldn't they be over that by now? Maybe moving on to other things, winning something maybe? Nope, they talk and talk about the European Cup wins, but that's all they've ever done. It's like remembering the WW2 and ignoring every other conflict that has happened since - time moves on, the Forest faithful stand still, well, most of them stay at home these days, but you know what i mean.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ye and Liverpool do the same nut u would always say there a prem club ! No one said it gives th the right to call them welds a big club just said it sad to see a team go from that to where they r now

Whilst I do not know the ins and outs of what went on with the MERCENARY at the Allianz Stadium tonight, if reports are right , that Tevez refused to play for MANCHESTER CITY when 2-0 down in THE WORLDS PREMIER TOURNAMENT..............MANCINI......you have to SACK HIM surely???? While everyone knows what I think of our NOISY NEIGHBOURS if he gets away with what is rumoured, THE DEATH KNELL has well and TRULY rung for the WORLDs GREATEST GAME.City YOU MUST ACT now

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Totally disagree with this post as this is EXACTLY what Tevez wants...to be able to walk away from the club with no price so he can choose his next victims.

Of all the clubs to do this at, I think Man City are best placed (being the best resourced club on the planet) in dealing wit this properly and by properly, I mean let him train wit the kids from now until his contract runs out in 4 years time. If he doesn't turn up for training, fine him, if he steps out of line fine him, if he verbally abuses the club fine him. The PFA wouldn't have a leg to stand on and this parasite would maybe learn a lesson.

I agree that he should never be allowed to play football again, certainly not in England or even Europe (how much closer to Buenos Aires is Milan/Madrid/Malaga anyway?).

Stand firm City. As much as the rest of the Premiership hopes you crash and burn after your recent frivolence in the transfer market, we are united in ridding the game of this parasitic plague on football.

Swizzmeister-funk {Ed002's Note - Your proposal would not be workable and would do nothing but make the matter worse. He can be fined two weeks wages and his agent instructed to look for another club that will take him in January at £xM. An alternative is a player exchange. Any thoughts of running down the contract and fining him when he refuses to train with the reserves are nonsense.}

He can be fined up to 2 weeks wages 'per incident' and as we all know with Tevez, it's at least a fortnightly thing.

You've ruined a good post there Ed
