Tonbridge Striker Francis Collins is off to Exeter City football club on a 2 year deal. A fee is believed to have been agreed at £30,000 with a sell on and appearance related fees.

The transfer is being funded with the fees being recieved from James Dunne and Troy Archibald Henville leaving St. James Park.

since the 12th signing of Keith Keane, any posts published on this site, regarding 'possible' transfers and talks held are void. preston will begin pre season a week on monday and manager Graham Westley has already said his plans have been made and finalised. the remaining transfers left to be announced (apparently three) will consist of 2 strikers and another and will be announced together within the next week and a half just before pre season.

Can't see westley signing any one and holding more talks for other players as he and everyone else know, 90% of his side will be new and will need as much time as possible to gel together. Doubt we can expect transfers going down to deadline day.

- Wilfried Zaha 100% staying at Palace (spoken to family member of his and they have said "Wilfried is loving his time at Palace and its not time to move on to bigger things just yet because he still needs to have more experience and he knows that.")

- I know someone that is friends with *Aaron Wilbraham* and they have spoken to Aaron and he has said that he is looking into buying a house around the Bromley area (near the training ground) and he's set to join Crystal Palace when his contract expires on the 1st of July from NCFC.

- Ross McCormack has held talks with Crystal Palace about a possible move to the eagles, but there was a stumbling block halfway through his negotiations (contract - wages etc) but latest news is that the negotiations are back underway and the move for Ross could be completed by the end of this week. Fee to be believed of 700k + Add ons going up to £1,000,000.

This is my latest transfer news, I will be posting more transfer news, later on this week.

This is a big change for the Scottish leagues to start a fresh. Have a 10 league Premier division 1st, 2nd 10 team. Make the 3rd division promotion between East of Scotland league, Highland League, South of Scotland and Junior Leagues. We need to change the systemand but Rangers in the 3rd Divion or the Junior Leagues. And let Spartans replace in the league. Let Dundee take there place in the premier and the teams finishing second in the other leagues to go up. Only far. Why should Rangers get away with it easy. Start at the bottom and will send the right message to other clubs in the furture that cheating will be handle with a hard hammer of justice.

Some of these rumors make me laugh, i'm one of these realistic Swansea fans. We have a budget of 10M max which will mean we will buy players from the Dutch/Danish/German leagues and we will look for free agents (Markus Rosenborg) who are experienced. Also we will look at loan signings with Rodgers quoted as saying he will help us with them, not sure if i want anyone from there though. The main aim has to be to get Caulker back on loan, which is a big possibility.

It is also interesting to hear via the local media that David Lampitt the recent CEO, John Redgate the former chief financial officer, and ex-commercial director Nick Byrom have all made creditors claims to the Football League over monies owed, and will effectively takes away essential funds needed to see the club through administration.
