But whats truly funny is the thing you really need you haven't even addressed. QPR need strikers! Sorry better strikers, Campbell has good energy off the bench and the fact he is a boyhood fan helps. But Bathroyd as your starter? There is a reason he hasn't spent much time in the top flight.
Look your good enough to stay up, and no doubt you'll be back in the market come january. But if you think those will be the signings you get and that you don't need one if not two strikers, you may be disappointed come the end of the year.

Whoever this deluded Pompey fan's issue is he needs to take a reality pill. We've already beaten you at home and I have no doubt that Saints will rip you to pieces. You have a team of cast offs, how magnanimous of you to say that neither we or Saints will get relegated, wish I could say the same.
Pompey fans should remember that Saints paid their debts in full and we have never been in Administration. Pompey have lived for years way above their means at other peoples' expense and they need to remember that.

Saints will never get promoted this season, all ur goals come from Lambert abd so what if he gets injured............................. exactly, no goals. also about portsmouth lets not forget that we were in administration not too long ago and only had a handful of contracted players at the start of the transfer window. so it is way too early to be talking about underachieving but i fully expect Southampton to start to slip down the table when they realise that they only have one goal threat

Ok mr skate, you obviously havn't looked at SFC's goal scorers this season have you? Lambert 8, lallana 5, connolly 4, Guly 3, forte 2, chaplow 2, hammond 1, hooiveld 1. But yeah your right we're a one man show! LOL. Also i'd like to mention that skatemouth have only managed 9 goals in total this season! Can't wait till we smash you on your own soil come december! so you take away lambert and u are just an average championship team, u r a one man team and u cannot keep it up all season long cause u dont have the depth in ur squad just like brighton, not saying u will get relegated, it would be amazing, but u will just become a standard championship team. Yh ur right pompey r clearly better than saints, I don't know which class moment was better losing to barnet in the cup or the fact that ur still recovering from admin 2years later, unlike saints who have a well rounded team with prem standard players like lallana, cork, fonte and mabe lambert too, whilst pompey have 1 good play which is lawrence who u'll probably have to sell in January so u don't get bank rupt AGAIN. Anyway u can't seriously think ur better than saints on the form that were on anyway.
