Ross McCormack signing for Huddersfield is imminent and he should be there's by tuesday. Also they are discussing terms for 'two big signings' and Gary Taylor-Fletcher may be Huddersfield player by next week. As for Adam Clayton it looks like Town will have to up the offer or hes off else where

Reading scouting Ola Kamara of Stromsgodset after Brynjar Gunnarsson's Icelandic friend Veigar P?°ll Gunnarsson recommended him. Kamara looks an exciting prospect, and is highly rated in Norway.

Gunnarsson (Bryn) is also expected to sign a new deal which will see him shadowing various back room staff including Hammond and McDermott, and looks set to also take charge of one of the youth teams between u-12 and u-16

We keep seeing rumours on here about how Reading are going to sign Chelsea players on loan for the season. Not sure really that I would want them at Mad Stad. Chelsea (as are Man City, and Man Utd) are full of Prima Donnas that know little about being part of a team and I think a player like that - albeit a talented player - would upset the ethos that is Reading, and interfere with the team mentality. One of the things that made Reading great the past couple of seasons is the team ethic - every body from the players and manager right through the club to the shop staff and hospitality team is treated as part of the team, and it works. Why upset it by putting someone in that is not used to playing in that sort of environment?

Not saying Defoe is the right man... but we definatly need experience, So how the hell can any one say wages too much... you pay for what you get.,cause you are going to pay more for experienced premiership player that has been there for years..No doubt Jay will be on the money as all last years championship players cause he has no more experience than them!!! I am Saints through and through and wish others will stop dreaming that a bunch of 20 year olds and Championship players will keep us up....DID YOU WATCH MATCH OF THE DAY by any chance through the season and see what we are up against!!

ha ha ha ha. According to Daily Star little reading offer 2 million plus Sean Morrison to Huddersfield for Jordan Rhodes. That makes Morrison worth about 5 million. I think not. If you cant afford what hes worth butt out. And by the way, if Huddersfield really do want Morrison they can afford to cough up any amount reading want.

Rhodes is worth about £4mil. No more. Stop the delusion Huddersfield fans. Rhodes is not an £8 mil rated premiership wonder striker, but a league one striker (albeit a good one).

Wow, the telegraph recently did a piece on messis wages and how if he were to leave barca only city reading and possibly chelsea could afford his wages (i would have thought qpr could too but i dont think they were mentioned). so reading could easily afford rhodes, wont be forking out 10 odd million for a league 1 player. anyways if a deal was to be stuck it will most likely be undisclosed
