Jermaine Defoe (Tottenham) has been rumoured about going to Reading if He wants he can but Arsenal and Everton would also like him.Everton want him for an extra striker and Arsenal want him to replace Van Persie if he goes.I think he should go to Arsenal if that doesn't work he should go to Everton. Sorry Reading but I don't think you have what it takes to get a player like Defoe you might be getting C. Eagles anyway unless he goes to Southampton or Leicester.

Love that Everton are going under the radar. I rekon they will ruffle more than 1 or 2 feathers this season. half decent start and it will be top 4 this season. Moyes has built a very strong squad and with 3 or 4 younger players breaking through to first team. you read it here first.

Agree4 Disagree1

Is your list of relegated teams in order? If so think you maybe optimistic about Norwich

ChristopheLlowinsky? Why would it be " A cracking piece of business?" Both Michael Boateng and Macnamee played with much more skill and passion! Sign them up instead as both these players offer something we haven't got and would certainly strengthen the squad.

This coming PL season is shaping up to be the most predictable ever. Utd and Chelsea are the only clubs with serious ambitions in the transfer market. City won't repeat last season. As for Arsenal, it's the usual pre-season story. Injuries, players wanting to leave and Arsene dithering about where to spend what little money (relatively) he has. It wouldn't be a surprise if Ismanov walked away and found another club to play with.

Believable0 Unbelievable3

I support a championship club and City will regain the title.

When Rithie leaves Swindon or IF he does it will not be to Bournemoth.Chances are will be to the North west of England.Mind you this will only happen if he does not extend his present contract.
As for Steve Fletcher yes good in his day but not a patch on Connel who has now departed after scoring 13 goals last season

Bristol City News

Expect Mark Wilson and Heaton to sign by Thursday this week.

Buzsacky still choosing between City and Forest. Wants guaranteed first team football which he would get at City and was impressed with McInnes. Still looking like City are favourites.

Fee is agreed between Swansea and Bristol City for Albert Adomah. The ex Barnet winger will go for 3 Million pounds. The extra clause in the deal is that Swansea have to pay Bristol Rovers' asking price for Mustapha Carayol as a replacement. Could be between 4-600,000. Carayol and Adomah have agreed respective terms. Up to Swansea now.

City did enquire about Leroy Lita and Dobbie in the deal - but nothing happened.

City have enquired about Harry Kane on loan as well as Matty Fryatt. Sandanza at St Johnstone was looked at but McInnes wants to prioritise a nippy poacher in the Maynard mould.

Craig Gordon talks stalled as he has many options available to him. Not dead in the water.

Why do people get such a kick about predicting who is going to go up and down on a rumours site? If someone thinks that Reading, Norwich and Southampton are going down (for example), then it is their opinion, not a rumour, and should not be printed as such. Peoples opinions - to me - are not entertaining and should be saved for a "lets predict who is going to win the league and get relegated" website. Alternatively, put your money where your mouth is and go and visit Paddy Power and if you are that convinced then put a months wages on it. See? All of a sudden it is not such a firm probability is it? Keep your own thoughts and opinions to yourself please. The majority of readers on this site are getting bored about who you think is going to get relegated / promoted etc. We all have our own thoughts on it but most of us are too sensible to bore others with our feelings and speculation. Noone can be 100% certain of anything before a ball has even been kicked

Believable6 Unbelievable4

Is that your opinion then keep it to yourself just like you said

Agree5 Disagree0

Ye but these predictions don't appear on the rumour page they appear on the 'banter' page and surely suggesting to certain fans that there team arent going to do aswell as yours would class as a bit of friendly 'BANTER' if your not interested in going on the 'BANTER' page THEN DON'T!
Surely the only reason your getting upset is because your fed up of every1 predecting you'll be bottom of lge come may.....not a hammers fan are you??haha
..............see what i did there? BANTER haha

If I was Norwich I would get rid of Morrison, Crofts, Ward, Lappin and Chris Martin and bring in new players, we arnt a surprise know more and the other teams around us will have seen what we done last season and learnt from that, if were going to survive we need new, fresh, hungry players, which PL was brilliant at... Let's just hope CH knows what he is doing.
