Gerrard Whilshere Lampard
Young Rooney Walcott

Unbelievable8
Think most gooners would say walcott is a headless chicken?
Agree0
Disagree0
You clearly dont want to do well in the Euros then, based on the following:
Cahill- Not winternational quality
Richards - Has looked worse the longer the season has gone on.
Smalling - Barely gets a game at Utd, short of game time.
Gerrard and Lampard CANNOT play together.
Wilshere - Not kicked a ball for over 6 months.
Walcott - The original headless chicken.
Hart
Johnson Ferdinand Terry Cole
Jones
Young Gerrard Barry Baines

Would nt have lampard he s been
carp for ages
Agree0

Haha, Jones is a joke. Did you see Robben leaving him embarrassingly flat footed at Wembley last month? He's a utility player at best as he probably doesn't even know his best position himself.
You also reckon we're gonna start the Euro's without a recognised striker in the starting line up cos fat head is suspended!? Dont be ridiculous!
As much as it pains me to say it though, I agree with your back 5...Terry and Ferdinand are still probably our 2 best centre halves. How bad does that make us!?

Pompey will definitely make it through the season, the Administrator has confirmed this already. Also states that four parties are interested in buying the club, so longer term future, in whatever division, looks very likely now.

But I like the look of Danny rose. What's the possibilities of him coming to Reading ?

Celtic will be playing in league one next year. This is a certainly! I think this would definitley add some spice to the premier league! They don't have the quality for a top 5 finish but will challenge for champs league and they will bring a lot of support, history! {Ed025's Note - dont be silly!
Believable3
Unbelievable8
LOL at them even making it to the prem
Agree0
Disagree0
Celtic would do very well in the epl ,but there is only one way to find ,invite them in....jim
Agree0
Disagree0
That makes sense with scotland pushing for independence.
Agree0
Disagree0
Mark my words, they are trying to get into the English league as we speak! Check sky sports news. Celtic want to show they are good enough! Why would they want to be in a league that doesn't really challenge them. They can't realise there full potential! This isn't a dodgy rumour it's a genuine fact that they are at least in discussions to be entered! {Ed025's Note - and who will be willing to drop out to accommodate them?
Agree0
Disagree0
Its league 1 they are trying to enter not staright into the epl
dj {Ed025's Note - too many negatives mate...who would they replace in league 1?...and what happens to the SPL, and scottish football in general
Agree0
Disagree0
I don't think it will happen ed i was just saying they want to go in at league 1 then try and move up. all the talk from parkhead during the last month has been that they will dominate scottish football when there is no rangers but they have been trying to sneak this through all along. your right though who would give up a spot to allow it? nobody in their right mind!
DJ
Agree0
Disagree0
If rangers go celtic wont have a option if
they lose there rivalry and only competitive game of a season were will they be 2 years on
Agree0
Disagree0
They don't have an option anyway, they are staying in scotland regardless of who makes up the league. they will never get voted in and i very much doubt that the english league/fans would appreciate the ira hymn book they sing if they did.
they might finally get their chance to be the biggest club in scotland if rangers sink.
DJ
Agree0
Disagree0
Celtic or any other scottish club should never be allowed to play in any English league, they have their own league and should stay in it, look at the dutch league, pretty much the same as the scottish, a couple of good clubs the rest is dross. Should we invite FC twente and Ajax in...

Just wanted to pass on my best wishes to Muamba and his family and all you boys. Woke up this morning in Aus and saw the news and was deeply shocked and saddened. Great to see the support shown from the football world and especially the Spurs fans.
Still praying for him, and wishing you guys the best for the rest of the year.

I'm a Glasgow Rangers fan and a football fan, I was watching the game last night on ESPN. I never seen the pre match interview with Owen Coyle, but heard he was respectful of the situation our club find itself in just now.
Appreciation to Owen Coyle, it was a decent comment [not forced upon him by the reporter] to make.
However, everything else in football is an irrelevance, North & South of the border given what happened to Muamba last night. We had a similar situation in Scotland a few years ago. I hope he pull's through this. My thoughts are with him and his family.

Does anyone know of an app I can download for my IPad 3 which can translate what Maximus is posting? Something which can put together his non coherent, illiterate, random hitting of the keyboard? He really does have a thing about the Scots eh? There must be a Scotsman that bullies him in his caravan site!

Agree0

No "icebergs" here! I just think it's hilarious reading and listening to all the EPL supporters, when their club and national teams get embarrassed by supposedly "lesser teams"! Best league in the world? Not. Fact. Unlike what some of you believe here, football is not everything. Best wishes go out to Muamba this morning, not heard anything about him yet but hope he is ok. All the best son.

I agree with that ,i'm english and think some fans live in a dream world we are notthe best league in the world far from it, no skill mainly hoof ball by most teams all the best payers are from overseas as for the national team overpaid and overated runners, sooner watch spain or germany even they at least paly with skill .our players couldn't trap a cement bag {Ed025's Note - it may not have the best quality...but for excitement and passion the EPL is second to none!...for me you can stick that airy fairy sideways passing slow boring football...give me the EPL any day!
Agree0

Slow boring football ed but great technique....jim
Agree0

Nice one ed, nice to seet the Englishman back his country! Everyone says the EPL is the best! Why would all these top ayers and managers have a desire to play and manage here? It's not just about the football its also the fans and the atmosphere we create that makes us the best!
