Poor season ticket sales will force the clubs owners to make further cuts to the playing squad. The failure of Sky Blues fans to support their club properly is costing the club money they can ill afford to lose.

Since 2001, the declining fan attendance figures have been the prime reason for continuing failure on the pitch with the club unable to spend money from ticket sales

Nigel Adkins has stated more signings are on the way, however did not comment on any specifications as to who this player is. Many predict it could be another record signing for the Saints, however a rumoured fee of £6 million has been labelled to this player.

I agree you have a point ... and the fa are clueless and ball less .. but this is a 4 year comp.. not week in week out .. if theses played each other 3 times a week .. they wouldnt be so nice .. like so events we have seen ..... stick to football ..

Although yesterday was quite an impressive match I still think we need a few more signings.
Evra although he's great at going forward, he seems to forget that he's actually a defender, this could cost us dearly in the big games like it did last season. Think the obvious choice is Baines, especially with him being a dead ball specialist and also at 27 is at the right age to help develop the younger lads like Blackett and Brady, I reckon we could get him for 12 Million.
We definitely need someone in the centre of midfield and with the fast improvement of Cleverly as a playmaker I reckon we need a strong midfield player who can win the ball and play box to box. I was really impressed with Cheick Tiote last season and think he would fit the bill perfectly with a bid of around 10-15 Million. I also like Jack Rodwell but believe he's valued at 20+ Million and will head to City.
Last but least, the obvious one, RVP I think this deal will go down right to transfer deadline day like the Berbatov saga with Berba heading in the other direction and 18 Million, great business for both clubs and both players. So around 50 Million for 3 proven Premiership players that I think would see us secure the title and take us far in Europe.

Everton wont sell baines now they have cash from rodwell,and he would cost closer to 20 mill ,and arsenal dont want berbatov and dont want to sell to a rival

Mate u r exactly right! And he is so predictable too! He only cuts inside, u never see him run to the byline and cross, its always cut inside and lose possession! Watched them yesterday and that's all he did. And apparently Johnson has a bad attitude?!? Heard it somewhere, might not be true!?!
