MK Dons will host Ajax in a pre-season friendly. As part of the agreement, MK Dons will be looking to either purchase or get one of their players on loan for the season, in return for Ajax to get priority over selling any future academy players due to MK's growing reputation for home grown players.

I think ajax can rely on their own academy which is a million times better than what MK dons have to be fair

MK Dons midfielder Ben Reeves and goalkeeper Ian McLouglin are both reported to be leaving the club this January. Keith Andrews will complete his move imminently and Robinson has stated that they will be looking at different systems that could include Dele Alli playing in the number 10 role. In order to make funds availble for Matt Done (or another striker if that deal falls through) and a left back, Reeves and McLoughlin will be sacraficed for Robinsons 'Dream Team'. Reeves is being tailed by a couple of championship clubs, whereas McLoughlin is more likely to leave to a League 2 club. If McLoughlin leaves, Robinson will either look to recall Charlie Burns from Truro as back up, promote the academys goalkeeper, or bring in a keeper on loan for the rest of the season.

Karl Robinson has announced that a new attacking player will be joining the club on Thursday. He's been saying that it's been one of the targets for his 'dream team' and that it may surprise a few people. We're guessing that the player will join on loan for the season, fact not a guess, and from a premier league club. One name that has been mentioned is Arsenals Serge Gnabry. As odd as it may sound, it could be a magnificent piece of business.

450k! You're having a laugh. No one has that kind of money in the lower leagues. You'll be looking at £150k and the very highest. Figure is more likely going to be 90k - if the deal goes through
