Well this may or may not be popular,
But I'm going to be the first to say this,
Changes have got to be made now,
Flicker is out of his depth, and I say this with a heavy heart because he performed a miracle last season and I believe he has the club at heart,
But I am a barnsley fan and we are being embarrassed every week,
It's time for change, before its too late,

Yep mike Phelan in and flickers out

2.) Agreed, thankfully the league has Yeovil and Charlton in to save one of the South Yorkshire clubs from relegation. Donny and Sheffield W both look poor as well.

3.) Grow up, he's kept us in this league, so give hime least half of season till xmas, get behind your team an stop moaning

4.) 22 Sep 2013 13:22:38
So did O, Driscoll at Donny and look what happened to him, results driven business, sentiment and loyalty don't come into football like the real world. Carlisle sack well thought of manager after poor start and win next two games. Happens a lot.

5.) Hi Luke, I'm 50years so I think that's grown up, been a reds fan for38 of them,
And this is the worst start I can remember, and if this continues, come Christmas we are gone,
He did a great job last year, but there's no room for sentiment in football,
There a lot of money at stake, and without that money the club will be damaged.

Not a Barnsley fan but appreciate what the club has achieved. Sometimes things need to change.

I think they should act before its too late.
There are far was squads in the league.

On that note Bolton need to act too.

Top and bottom of it is we can't defend this has been the problem for the last few managers, no good keep buying attacking midfielders and strikers you can't keep hoping you will out score teams in this division its too good a league. We need a manager that can sort the back out because at the moment its a complete joke.

8.) As a tyke for over 30 yrs, we have never been able to defend, even when macca and evans were the centre halves. this team is more or less the same that faught tooth and nail last season, now they aren't doing. you can't blame the gaffer for having faith in them, but they have let him down. have faith and remove the non tryers,

9.) Come on guys, let's be real, relevant and rational and give Flicker the chance to turn it around. Recent history shows us only one successful manager, Danny Wilson! I am sure, given time and the patience of supporters, Flicker will be as successful. Premiership here we come!

10.) What we need is consistancy and building with a decent young manager, not complaining that we are struggling when we expected to struggle.

I wouldn't want him sacked even if the worst happened and we went down this year, we need to look longer term than that.

"Agreed, thankfully the league has Yeovil and Charlton in to save one of the South Yorkshire clubs from relegation. Donny and Sheffield W both look poor as well. "

No, you Northern lot can have all three spaces if you like, one things for sure Charlton won't be in any of them.

Oops, he's signed , obviously not interested in Preston .

I wouldn't take any of them,
Howard's too old, and wouldn't keep up with youth and energy Wilson is trying to create,

Not sure I would like to see ruben n, l,
Leave barnsley, he's never really had a proper chance to shine, and if he. Was played in his strongest position, just behind the front two, he could do some damage, Just my opinion.

You have only one chance of signing dale Jennings, and that's no chance,
If dale Jennings is leaving barnsley, it will be for a much bigger club than Oldham, dream on guys.
