Mk dons bid rejected by Swindon for ferry

Not true.

Rubbish, why would MK spend money on a bang average midfielder when they're currently overloaded with midfielders.

Ferry is awesome they would be lukcy to have him!

Ferry i a very good player as div 1 will find out this season and he is with the best team bar none

man utd,,man city,,,arsenal,,,tottenham and liverpool all to make moves for ki seung yeung of celtic after he impressed during the olympics

Man Utd + Man City won't make bids, I'd say it's Spurs v Arsenal on this chase.

Spurs wont bid, arsenal vs qpr

Heard man utd are getting Wanyama for around £5-8mil

Swansea city are interested in Israel international forward Itay Schechter, who plays for German side Kaiserslautern, is the latest named to be linked with the Liberty.

Posted this over a week ago, look it is true...should listen to me... {Ed001's Note - wouldn't the 3rd of August be 5 days ago?}

PNE to sign out of contract goalkeeper Stuart Tomlinson as back up to Thorsten Stuckmann

He saved a penalty at Plymouth tonight.
PNE IAN

Good team assembled for this coming season and my tip for promotion. Good manager and good signings. Good luck to you all at P.N.E.

Rangers on the brink of signing Rudi Skakel and winger Gary Teale, both on a free

Teale signed a 2 year deal so won't be leaving for free

08 Aug 2012 20:48:59
Crystal Palace are set to sign Bayern Munich's Dale Jennings on loan for the season.

He is injured and will be for a while

I thought I'd read Jennings had been released by Hayden.

Not released, but injured long-term and DF is big on players' fitness!

But is now recovered and needs first team action, could be of mutual benefit

08 Aug 2012 20:27:56
Millwall will sign Crawley defender Kyle McFadzean by the end of the week

If true,he has got to be better than s****u!

How much for?

Crawley can't afford to let contracts to run out when a player has value. I'd welcome this for the right money, but I fancy he'll move further North

No there not there gonna sign Danny s***tu if he impresses on trial, tough luck of you don't like it cause I think he's a decent player just seems quite clumsy On the ball

Fadz has already said he won't sign a new contract when his present one expires in a years time. If anyone offers Crawley anything near the £1m they're wanting then he'll be gone. Plus he was outstanding in the Reds pre-season win over Millwall a few weeks ago.

Is he any good? not heard of him?

Who knows? If TRUE at all!

08 Aug 2012 20:26:36
Michael Kightly is officially a Stoke City player now..!

Wow - great

Your scraping the barrels in league one mate. A 20 year old anything is what you need. Wouldn't be too picky

08 Aug 2012 19:45:33
Steve davies is staying after they
recieved no offers at the right amount
and are hoping that callum ball's
progress is good at coventry

Southampton could re sign Kenwyne Jones. Nigel Adkins has expressed a desire to bring a premier league quality striker in to assist lambert, sharp and rodriguez

Another no news day on the south coast, I'm starting to suspect that NA is going to run with what he's got..... Still don't think Kenwyne will add anything so no thanks

WTF, we have 4 strikers better than him he doesn't suit our style of play and we don't need another striker, when did adkins say we needed prem experience

No....100% no.

LLS83

Villa interested in kenwyne jones

No thanks. We want players with good attitudes at Saints FC. Would prefer for us to try & get Lukaku in on loan. Any way getting a centre back, left back, a right winger & another keeper are our main priorities.

No no please don't let this be true he was awful before and can't even get in the stoke team what does that say about him.defender Nigel come on

You mean to support Lambert, Lee, Rodruiguez, Guly, Barnard, Sharp and De Ridder. Yes that makes sense.... ....not

I dont think hed be supporting barnard when hes leaving, or de ridder whos a winger? like a lot on this site, you dont have a clue what your talking about do you. P.s., kenwyne is never coming back

100% no to Jones in my view - he screwed us over and went on strike to get his move away - Saints fans have long memories and dont forgive that easily - Poor player now anyway.

Saints have 4 strikers, any of which could end up being one of the most wanted players in the prem at the end of next season (even though one of them is getting on a bit). Why would we want Jones?

MK dons to sign Anthony Kay from
Huddersfield by the weekend

By this evening youmean

Kay is actually a very decent player, very versatile, midfield, central defence and scores the odd goal or two. For MKD he would be a great signing, and if he didn't go and stayed put he could still play a part for Huddersfield but I guess he will want regular games. Good luck Kayzie.

Confirmed later

Yes he is a good league 1 player.

Kay got some very important goals for Town and is versatile. Good decision by MK Dons, good servant for Town.

Dont know if we are talking about the same Anthony Kay the one i saw play for town had the occasional good spell but most of the time was either very poor or a complete liability, i for one am glad he off town squad and more importantly off the payroll

Kay is awful! Lacks concentration, pace and mobility and is a liability!! Opening day last season against Bury, Ryan Lowe turned him far too easily to score...he was what I'd call a 'contract' player.

I think it was his time to move on because I couldn't see him been a first team regular, but he leaves a good servant to Huddersfield with lots of important goals, the winning penalty against bournmouth etc, MK have a hardworking leader at the back

Kay gone to MK, maybe they would also like mccombe, gobern, robinson, and after his display against barca b, re his missed header, miss control, etc Spencer!

08 Aug 2012 19:34:21
Robin Van Persie "very close" to joining Man Utd. Fee believed to be around £27 million

Arsenal only paid a little bit for him anyway so there not gunna lose out on much

Ha Man Utd are only holding out for 20m

Ssn - RVP Deal stalling

Derby are interested in bringing in New Zealand centre-back Luke Adams, Bodedern Athletic centre-back Tomos Jones and former Everton winger Femi Orenuga to strengthen their 'under 21' side for the next season.

Derby continue to bring in experienced championship players then ...

Luke Adams is true - he played against Belper in a friendly this week. Don't know about the others though.

I don't mind the odd punt here and there, as long as they are not the next Conor Doyle...however despite Tyson scoring last night, we need some proven quality up front to lead the line.

What an become a qpr or leeds players that are 33 or 34 that are not good enough for the prem but will need replacing when we go up or have a young 17 year old who can play at prem level?.No brainer

Gosh your right, good job Clough Snr didn't sign Carlin and Mackay then...phew lucky escape for Derby.

08 Aug 2012 19:03:23
I've been told the Bristol City deal is off because Baldock didn't want to move out of London - but he's spoken with Crystal Palace (who were after him while at MK Dons) and is very close to a move to Selhurst Park.

With zaha going to west ham

Baldock and Wilbraham maybe linking up again! Good or Bad??

Lol! That will never happen as a swap deal as palace have said they would only listen to an offer if a club came in with a price they could not turn down (8million upwards). Palace would never spend over 1million on a player anyway. Manager has come out saying they need to look at loans or free transfers as clubs are wanting to much for their players

That seems very feesable, the longer this Baldock saga goes on the more it becomes clear the lad is clearly not excited by the prospect of a move to Bristol City.

I hope that if t does get sorted out he turns up moativated to be a sucsess, rather than looking to prove himself for a move bak.

Zaha would never go to west ham

Baldock is good and Wilbraham will totaly struggle - but at least they know each others styles and used to playing in the same side

Lies. You would need to spend at least 8mill even with Baldock goign the other way to take Zaha.

Baldock wont join palace, value is 2.5 mill it was 1.5 mill for BCFC as we still owe 1 mill for maynard palace can't afford him. also G&S will probably not budge on price with palace due to the zaha saga.

Palace cant afford him? lol
They just got 2.5m for Clyne and will get 1.7m from the Moses deal to Chelsea!
Do your homework

Don't forget Palace are £7.2 million in debt so no they can't really afford it !

The cash is needed at Palace to prop up the west stand.

Palace are in the black!

Not really a debt when it money put in by the four Palace owners and they are all Palace Fan's.......They know they are unlikely to get it back! So not like it is a debt to the bank!

08 Aug 2012 18:54:13
Everton again in for Paul Taylor of Peterborough but way off there valuation , Move on for Cissokho only if Baines leaves fo MU. We will wait until Jan for a right midfield player and give Osman and Coleman one last chance, Moyes very interested in Rhodes Anichebe possible loan or PX

Presumably that "last chance" bit referred only to Coleman and not Ozzy, who is, justifiably, a Moyes favourite.

08 Aug 2012 18:48:16
Cheltenham will allow Bagasan Graham to leave on a short loan deal. Forest Green, Tamworth and Woking are all intrested.

Should let him leave on a loan

Talented player but does need some first team experience. Would favour a move to FGR or Gloucester if it meant he got some time to lead the line or run the wings, and perhaps even find out which position is his.

It is a good idea but you have to consider the size of the Cheltenham squad as him and Kaid are the only left mids by trade

Quite true although a penn can play on the left

08 Aug 2012 18:19:41
Norwich to sign Dedryck Boyata on
season long loan from Man City

I doubt it seeing as hughton has said he wants experience in his defence!

This one might have legs. We need cover at fullback and we need competion for places in these positions.

08 Aug 2012 18:18:07
Sheffield United linked with Rochdale
striker Ashley Grimes

United don't need another striker

08 Aug 2012 18:15:12
Stoke striker Louis Moult to join
Plymouth

Can't see this. A 20 yr old unproven striker is not what we need at all. Would be pointless considering we've got PCH and Matty

08 Aug 2012 18:11:03
Ipswich interested in signing Huddersfi
eld defender Peter Clarke

Ipswich bids for wilson and clarke got rejected .

Wilson due to sign for town today, after medical.davies is now off the radar for now,but Jewell is still hopefully of signing a creative midfielder by the weekend from rotten ham.

Peter Clarke is very keen to sign for town as his family come from Essex and a move would suit them both, but a fee for the big CB is far away at the moment. But it looks like he will sign IF the Wilson transfer falls through. Also it is still very possible cress well will join villa by 31st August.

Ipswich set to make improve bid for wilson and davies 500k for wilson and 800k for davies and bullard on his way out for wage bill for the 2 players .

08 Aug 2012 18:09:43
Brighton preparing loan swoop for
Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann

Would be a great signing for Brighton. Weimann is very close to breaking through as a good quality striker - not quite top class but will do some damage in the championship and could do a job for Villa in another year or two

Had him at watford, he's useless, looks like he's helping but actually does very little work.

No they're not.

At this stage this deal is highly unlikely. Currently at Villa, Bent and Agbonlahor are the only first team strikers as such and Agbonlahor is injured for a while. Delfouneso is more liekly to move out on loan than Weimann but given Bent is the only available stiker, Weimann will not leave on loan.

Weimann is a quality act & another product of the excellent villa academy.
Fonz is getting better & Gabby needs time - he is coming back to his best ;)

08 Aug 2012 18:03:02
heard leeds will have another striker an another winger by the weekend cup match maynard

Max Gradel wants return to England after season in France was not what he was expecting.

Sure he would be more then welcome to come back to afcb, if we could afford him! Expect the other clubs he has been too would all say the same. Max Gradel always played brillantly.

He is aleeds boy all day long

He is going to Norwich cheers feeds united

Who will he go too doubt that he will go back to leeds possibly wolves blacburn or bolton

08 Aug 2012 17:27:05
Van Persie to Manchester United?

08 Aug 2012 17:20:34
Due to the current turmoil at Vale Park three of the players will refuse to sign the altered contracts.

Also Ryder wont complete his deal but there is a rescue package on the table which wont please fans at all but will keep PVFC going.

08 Aug 2012 17:47:00
Anthony Kay to join Dons from Huddersfield tomorrow, Ronnie Moor confirmed it on a interview as he wanted to take Kay to Tranmere but has opted for Dons

Good signing Wimbledon...Come you Wombats

Good old Ronnie! :)

Youd be better off with peter kay

Nothing to do with it being good old Ronnie or not it`s all down to money and we(Tranmere)are bottom of the ladder as far as budget and salary most likely get more playing subbuteo table soccer

Danny andrews on his way to tranmere

Antony Kay has signed for MK Dons on a two year deal (MK Dons website)

08 Aug 2012 17:42:21
Real Madrid will pay the £35 million that Tottenham want for Luka Modrić.

If they do, then they have got more money than sense.

Thought they want £40m?

08 Aug 2012 17:38:50
Stoke sign Cameron and kightly

08 Aug 2012 17:18:13
Expect Huddlesfields Anthony Kay to join MK Dons within the next few days after being told chances with the newly promoted club would be limited next season

Yes true im bringing him down to mk tomorrow, good chance 100k deal will go ahead, prefers centre mid but knows robbo wants him as a centre back which is where lee clark converted him to,ant is keen on this deal to happen, watch this space

Won't be 100k fella

Free agent so unless we're giving charity to Huddersfield I think that's unlikely.

On a free!

08 Aug 2012 17:17:00
Cardiff in talks for Liverpool striker Bellamy
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has confirmed the club are in talks with Cardiff to let Craig Bellamy return to South Wales.

Welshbird

As Bob Paisley said 'let them loose their legs on someone else's grass'. Hence, departures of Kuyt, Aurelio, Rodriguez and now Bellamy (although he has another good year in him). Others not up to the mark will or have gone too, Darby, Adam, B Jones etc. After Borini and Allen, will complete window with more youth and pace. Ramirez likely and perhaps Tello on loan. Dempsey may be causing 2nd thoughts at 29, but will be good for a couple of years so if money is right would be a useful addition.

08 Aug 2012 17:06:11
jermain defoe to join city on season loan with view to permanent move if city stay up

Which city?

Who's city stoke city if so this is correct

Norwich? Swansea?

I hope this is true stoke city on the up

08 Aug 2012 17:04:21
Oldham have signed Jordan Slew from Blackburn on a six month Loan deal

Where this proven goal scorer that the board and the manager say we are supposed to be getting!?!?! Slew sounds like he good be good but he has no experience and he's only comeing for 6 months what a joke!

08 Aug 2012 16:47:04
Doncaster have signed formed Cardiff full back Paul Quinn. Will be announced tommorrow

He rejected contract with rovers

That was last week he has now accepted a improved offer

BBC Radio Sheffield confirmed this news today that he will sign tomorrow after agreeing personal terms.

Hes signed offical tomorrow

Looking at the team we have got so far i am a little worried for this season, think we are going to have to dig deep for wins.Poor robbie blake is along time fitness wise and not sure he has the quality hope he proves me wrong.Hard to get players with quality on low budget why did they let odriscoll go and thats no disrespest to saunders.Gutted as a rovers supporter seeing the club how it is,anyway onwards and upwards i will be there showing my support.

Signed bonus.

He signed today

08 Aug 2012 16:40:39
Bristol Rovers are close to signing Joan Simun Edmundsson from Viking

08 Aug 2012 16:24:22
Southampton to enquire about Adam Johnson from man city {Ed025's Note - more chance of getting boris..

Hope they get this deal done as would be a good signing coyr :) birdynumnums

Why does this "rumour" always come up! Its not true, I doubt we have ever been in for him!

LLS83

Even boris would turn them down

To be fair ed he is transfer listed and saints are rich, but i don't think this will happen

Of course saints can get him ed you must be a skate as you like to knock saints silly boy {Ed025's Note - im just a football fan mate, im not knocking saints, its just that johnson will be aiming higher i fancy...maybe everton?

Boris Johnson would be a superb signing. He could confuse the opposition while the rest of the team scores.

Anyone ever see the challenge Boris Johnson made in a charity game (on TV) a few years back? Got a bit of aggression to his game ;)

I doubt Johnson to Everton, he doesn't seem to be of the sort they are trying to sign now.

Anyone remember Boris Johnson rugby tackling a German player in one of those Football Aid games? He could do a job for us.

08 Aug 2012 16:21:16
Burton strikers Billy Kee and Calvin Zola are not going anywhere 'unless someone wants to offer a million pounds' for either of them according to Gary Rowett.

08 Aug 2012 16:19:26

Nah Sahin to spurs mate.

08 Aug 2012 15:10:00
: Kenwyne Jones hands in transfer request for Stoke City.

Please be true

Good... although completely pointless as its common knowledge we want shut of him... hope hes caught wind of a new striker coming in and thats whats pushed him. DL

I doubt it very much seeing as stoke are already going to be selling him, why would he request to leave when they have already told him that he is leaving

Says who? He doesn't need to request a transfer, he's not in TP's plans anyway

Jones, you can go,we want a striker who wants to play for Stoke & not just be satisfied with taking the wages!!!

Why would he need to hand in a transfer request when the club are looking to offload him anyway?

Looks like he'll be Paul Lambert's next signing at The Villa.

08 Aug 2012 15:35:30
Aston Villa have lodged a bid to sign Steven Fletcher. Weather or not it will be accepted I don't know. Paul Lambert is looking for a left back Olsson of Blackburn is being targeted for £3million plus the return of Stephen Warnock

The Left Back that Lambert wants to add to his squad is Gubbio's Simone Farina

Simone Farina will not be signed as a player but as a coach in teh youth set up.

08 Aug 2012 15:29:03
Jordan stewart on trial with walsall

08 Aug 2012 14:38:17
Danny Higginbotham set for 1million switch from Stoke to Nottingham Forest, fee agreed between the two clubs. Just awaiting personal terms

Your having a laugh stoke should pay forest for having him i have seen milk turn quicker

1 million. You're having a laugh!

The above comment says everything about the difference between the prem and the championship. When he came to forest last season, he got us organised immediately, and you hardly noticed his lack of pace.

Scores a MEAN free kick though... good servant to us but never worth 1 million. DL

Have to be honest though. When he came last year that level of organization just got so such better. Sat pitch side all u could hear was him shouting and bossing people around. Was great to hear! Would be an excellent back up to Ayala and Collins. I'd take wootten though too. Don't think we saw the best of him as he was played out of position at right back

Would be a good signing if they move the decimal point one place to the left.

Higginbotham almost single handedly got us to the FA cup final.

Higginbotham is far too good to be back up for Collins (as proved at Stoke). Higginbotham was a fantastic player for us, he was pivotal in getting us to the FA Semi Cup final, which in turn got us into Europe. Unfortunately for him Wilson has been solid at LB and he was blighted by a succession of minor injuries.
However, £1m is a bit much for a 33yo. Players usually don't go much past 36 so I'd say £750k would be more realistic.

He would be a good signing but never worth £1m; I'd be surprised if there was even a fee involved - Stoke don't seem to want him.

08 Aug 2012 14:38:07
Doncaster have got Callum Bennett and Eddie Nolan on trial

After last nights performance at trinity i would get rid of the whole lot no one worthy of a rovers shrt

I agree, all over rated and over paid, We need to re-build and the likes of Stock, Copps need to move on, they are not championship class, and the likes of Keegan, Jones, Woods(Gary), Sully, are not 3rd tier class

Thing is your only gonna get what you pay for, disagree with gary woods though he needs to be given a chance, but you can forget the other keeper maxted he was useless at trinity, blake needs to lose 2 stone and doesnt look like hes got it in his locker think bennett will do well for us and the young lad hubby n wakefield look promising.

08 Aug 2012 14:31:47
Robin van Persie will be flying back tonight or early tomorrow to begin talks with Manchester United over a contract.

If this is true then it means that Manchester United have offered the £25 million Arsenal are reported to want as a minimum fee. It also means it wouldn't really matter who Wenger signed even Messi since RVP would be confirming his intention to leave.

He has also announced that he will not be playing in england if he does go. he will either go to juventus/milan/madrid/athletico madrid.

08 Aug 2012 14:16:43
2 reports coming in from Oxford.
1) Oxford have slapped a 250k value on James Constable. If Bristol Rovers match the valuation then the offer would be accepted. Though, it is very unlikely that Constable would accept the terms.
2) Oxford are intrested in former Swansea midfielder Scott Donnelly.

We are not interested in signing anyone. We've had to let our trialists go, we wanted to sign all 3 as we can't afford to offer them a deal. As we have no budget left!
James Constable would never accept Bristol Rovers, it's laughable that they think he'd go to them.
And the price we've put on him is 200k.

Out of interest why wouldnt Constable consider Bristol Rovers? - doesnt he hail from just up the road from Bristol? - he has never publicly said he wouldnt join Rovers as he has with Swindon.. depends how Mark McGhee markets the club - a lot of strikers like the thought of playing for a striker (mgr) and McGhee has been there and done it - dont be surprised if James Constable lines up come 18th August in a Blue and White shirt.

170k for Constable plus incentives. Deal to go through before next week. Watch this space.

You got to understand that constable turned down league 1 moneybags bmouth last season as he said he wants to stay at oxford and if he could sign a 10 year contract he would. if he's not going bmouth he's not going rovers!

08 Aug 2012 14:10:14
Coventry are thought to be lining up a loan move for Chelsea's youngster Patrick Bamford, he was signed by Chelsea for £1.5mill from Notts Forest in Jan 2012, which will pave the way for Jeffers to join Accrington Stanley on loan with a view to perm.

You do know hes on £20k a week

Heard of Bamford , but not of Notts Forest, he was at Nottingham forest...

Would be a good signing for coventry united.

He could do with regular football, against experienced defenders, so he would be a good signing for covs city

He scored freely in the under 21s and Chelsea will use him there first can't see him going on loan too expensive

08 Aug 2012 14:07:12
Peterborough to sign Bury left back
Joe Skarz for £250,000

Hope so

Very good player Huddersfield should never have let him go, another Lee Clark error of the first order.

It seems a rather large fee for Bury fc to be offered by Posh,i'm not buying this one.We usually allow our best players to go for peanuts,he's definitely one of our best players.

Hope this is true

If this is true bury will defiantly let him go but hope not from a bury fan

Doubt this we have 3 capable LB at the club and Alcock can also cover

We have 3 players that can play left back, but we desperately need a natural left back.

Dont think it will ever happen touch wood. if it dose happen you will have the leakiest left back in the league

08 Aug 2012 13:45:17

08 Aug 2012 13:20:52
Kieran cadogan and Leon Clarke will sign for Oldham in the next 48 hours {Ed003's Note - You have just signed Jordan Slew on loan}

Another poor PD striker 0 goals in 8 games on loan.

Alright Scott? Unproven strikers were once unproven...!

1 goal in 1 so far!

Leon Clarke scored 3 goals in 6 appearances

Slew was poor against mk dons and a pub team striker should have scored his goal against swfc. So its 1 in 2 and the jury is out.should have signed McLeod he'll score goals.

Its 1 in 3 now lookers and slew was subbed as well.poor

08 Aug 2012 13:22:58
Wigan are interested in Jordan Rhodes from Huddersfield it's been reported Wigan are trying to attract Rhodes by Martinez's project and playing style.

This is the same style that's kept them up in the Premiership by the skin of their teeth the last 2 seasons then? Will probably be relegated next season.

Its already been said that the Wigan scout attending tonight's friendly between Town and Barca B is not there to watch Rhodes, but to look at possible loan targets from Barca

Fair enough, Martinez playing style would suit Jordan but in the end it is how much money Wigan can stump up to get Huddersfield talking. Sums like Blackburn have been offering are simply wasting everyone's time and distracting Jordan from preparing for next weeks big kickoff.

Wigan won't get him he to much money

Project? get them mid table?

Rhodes would not fit into Wigans style, he an old fashioned striker who breaks into the box, hes not the kind to drop back collect a ball and run at people , he works best as part of a front 2 or three , not very good as a loan striker

Wigan 1 of best footballing sides in premiership are a better side than last year showed and have a really good manager there but have no money so will continue to struggle. John

Wigan are a good side, I'm a town fan and I wish other town fans on here wouldn't start insulting other clubs just because theres talk of Rhodes going there. Stop being so over protective and sour

Would like to have Rhodes join us, but there are too many clubs interested in him that can offer better wages and match Huddersfields asking price. Good luck to him, but I hope he stays with you and gets you promoted.

Wigan won't struggle next year IMO. We will finish 10-13. Also we do have quite a bit of Money but don't spend it.

Man Utd update :

The Bad News - Lucas Moura will snub Sir Alex's side to complete a lucrative £35.5m move to PSG by sunday whilst RVP looks set to stay with Arsenal unless he significantly decreases his wage demands (unlikely).

The Good News - Utd have responded by making a formal enquiry concerning both out of favour Madrid men Lassana Diarra & Nuri Sahin as Mourinho will push through a £31m deal for Benfica's Witsel. Also expect refreshed interest in Lewandowski in the next few days ...

Lucas Moura will join Paris Saint-Germain in January not on Sunday.

Arsenal bid £10m plus £2m in add-ons for Celtic's Ki Sung-Yueng.

If that is so celtic will take it

Celtic will bite their hands off with a bid over 7.5M - Celtic fan.

Daylight robbery but happy days for the hoops,

If that's so, he'll be bundled in a taxi, like it or not, with "Don't stop till you get to London!" ringing in his ears.

West ham are apparently leading race
to sign Sennegal striker Moussa Konate
but am sure they can make a pigs ear of this also or is it another ticket selling stunt.
Yannick Sagbo still wishes to Join
West Ham. The pair of them would add
much needed serious firepower to WEST
HAM. If they could also get Yossi, Sanchez and
strnegthen defence they could do OK. They
will certainly score goals

Palace 2 sign ross mccormack. Huddersfield and burnley interested. he wants 2 come 2 palace tho

Never happening, we won't pay the fee. Were going for a player that will cost 500k at most and bang in 20 goals a season from lower or foreign leagues. Ross McCormack doesn't fit into that unfortunately.. - Palace Fan

Him and his agent are currently in talks with Shaun harvey Leeds CEO. They have drawn up a new contract which is under review. Player does not want to Leave leeds official website sevreal days ago

Burnley won't be bidding after signing Vokes last week.

Aww, poor old palace...it's clear that you don't have enough money to sign a decent striker, so you will have to settle for some washed up reject (like wilbraham) or bargain basement nobody.

So bored of all these McCormack rumours, and no as i'm a fan of anyone involved just a site goer, i will put money on him staying at leeds

We won't sign anymore strikers

Well have him the beast

I am reading Bristol City to sign Baldock and Buzacky before the first game.

Del has made it well known he wants a first ball winning right sided centre back and has missed out on Keogh and Gerrard.

Will he continue the persuit or just settle for another season of Carey and Wilson?

Keep reading as they are rumours and that's all...

You think so then think again

Lets face it BCFC aint getting any one! Have to go with what we got! Give James Wilson a Chance!!

Wilson has looked class for us, del boy sign him up!

This Is rumours city are not going to sign anybody loans when season starts thats all we can afford

Baldock wont sign because he wonts to stay in london, Buszacky would be a great signing but Cardiff and other teams that are around the top end of the championship are after him so if they come then great but im not to sure they will. Gerrard and Keogh would have helped us at the back but i think that any kind of loan signing like we did with Caulker the other season i think thats the best thing we can do for the CB.

He will continue the pursuit for a defender, Thats a big must! as For the other two I cant see it! would love it to happen tho! Just the two players BCFC need for finished team!

Dereck McInnes is also looking at Davies from Derby and Hunt from Reading. Is sorting out a deal for Mark Wilson to see if he is willing to retrain his position to CB

The Baldock & Buzacky thing blows hot & cold thrice a day lol. I'm an Eastend Season ticket holder so would love to see them at the Gate but until I see the pic of them in The Atteo Stand next to Del Boy holding a red shirt with their names on it I'm not gonna get too excited. But saying that. I have heard from a reliable that both these players are imminent to join but that could all change again tomorrow lol. 3 things are for sure is that Baldock doesn't feature in WHU Premiership plans, They owe City a tidy figure & Charlton cant raise that kind of money so hey Always Believe ;0)

We were a bit like this when we signed Stead and Pitman, the deals are dead, they are on, they are dead, then eventually the board came through.

Buzacky and Baldock are both going to sign for someone, and until I see who I wont be sure its not Bristol City.

Division Two News.

Plymouth have signed Wolves midfielder Johnny Gorman initially on loan and are close to signing Port Talbot trialist Rhys Griffiths on a one year deal.

Gillingham complete the signing of Charlton striker Deon Burton on a one year deal.

Rochdale are close to signing on a one month loan deal Sean McConville a trialist from Stockport and are awaiting an answer to their offer.

Aldershot have signed Hull City centre back Sonny Bradley on a one year loan deal.

Griffiths signed a one year deal with the greens on monday.

^^^ Clearly don't know what your on about ..... "Gillingham complete the signing of Charlton striker Deon Burton on a one year deal." ... He hasn't been a Charlton player for 2/3 seasons now!!

*former* charlton striker!

Rhys griffiths has signed for Plymouth 2 days ago

'former' Charlton player i think you'll find

Are you sure these are rumours? After all, it is called Charlton rumours! Most of this seems to be re printed news from from sky sports yesterday, apart from of course Gillingham didn't sign 'Charlton Striker'Deon Burton, we released him more than 2 years ago! At nearly 36, I'm sure he is more suited to league 2 rather than the championship.

Hence HAVE Signed

Deon Burton has not played for Charlton for 2 years.

He was playing in far east.

Not been on are books so did not sign from Charlton.

Alright its former charlton striker calm down lads he made a mistake dont cry about it

Oldham to sign free agent Oumare Tounkara after his trial with Red Star Fc failed. Tounkara will be signing a one year deal.

We've just signed Jordan Slew, so unlikely....!

His goal scoring ratio is terrible

He's signed for a french club plus he's awful and poor at scoring goals.

Meades set to sign for AFC Bournemouth in next 24 hours, another addition to a very strong squad.

Signing a two year deal hopefully today

Nothing on bournemouth or macclesfield official websites so remains a rumour, but would be a excellent rumour if it becomes reality.

Sorry thought it was mendsy not meades, does not matter as both are good young prospects.

Lloyd Sam did not play for Bradford City, it was Zavon Hines, expect him to sign in next few days.

Can we afford his wages for a back-up left winger?

Well he can play RW aswell and would probs be first choice allowing Thompson to go into ST role

One brief trial appearance doesnt mean there can be spurious claims that we're signing someone. Next.....

Although Andrew Crofts has been added to the squad, Brighton manager Gus Poyet has not ruled out signing another midfielder. Source: Gazette & OtT website

What the hell is happening to Ryan Harley, best midfielder at the club !!

Stop sending in posts please Mrs Harley...he's not!

Well Ryan (or agent), in my honest opinion you wouldn't be the fittest player even at the Honey club in town, and you're certainly not the best player at the football club - so stop trying to drum up interest and accept you are on the way out, probably back to the west country where they appreciate the chilled, laid back style (or lazy as we call it).

Ryan Harley is lazy and useless.

Ryan Harley is 100% not the best are you joking? He's decent at set pieces, but other than that doesn't really perform. Needs to up his game this season.

Best midfield at the club!! You dont watch much football do you

You are having a laugh, so he's better than Vicente!

Vicente is the best midfielder at the club.. And the league!

Really not he is like a lesser Paul Scholes, and that is not because of the hair! He has a good vision but not got the pace of work rate!

Whatever your opinion of Ryan Harley there's no cause for disrespect - I am sure he has done his best for the Seagulls and if Gus doesn't consider that to be good enough I am sure he will be on his way. but he HAS contributed

Harley is joining York on Loan

Ladies calm down foster -caskey is the best without a doubt

Where exactly?? Goal first game and then..................

Although i agree harley was terrible last season and seemed lazy and didnt seem to care about the club he has one of the best techniques at the club and can be a good player for us id rather get rid of sparrow gets too much yellow and red cards but both will have to go if we want to reach the next level

Brighton news is Brighton made enquiries onto Bobby Zamora in June but player was and still is reluctant to drop out of the premier league. Brighton are now following their interest is George Boyd to link up with Mackail-Smith for whom he has said we wants to bring new striker in to partner. Source: Agent

George Boyd will go to Leeds with CMS.

That is such complete and utter tosh in every respect. Brighton have never been "after" Zamora - just pie in the sky wishes from fans. It hasnever even been considered as a realistic option any more than chasing Boyd - not a striker and not in the same class as the players Brighton already have

Agent who? Cody Banks ?, Boyd is not happening. We just need an out and out target man.

The new striker will be someone unexpected, probably a player from Europe or americas.

Utter tosh ay ! ok, wait until brighton DO have their new striker and listen or read the reports. Also, I never said "after" I said "made enquiries" like all clubs, Im sure Gus has more than one striker he would like. Are you a Brighton fan? if so, you are obviously a JCL ! (Johnny Come Lately)

You've made this up because he wouldnt be reluctant to come into the championship because he has said that he wants to come to brighton ... the only reason he wouldnt come is if he wasnt offered the right amount

Brighton reached agreement with west ham for Carlton Cole but players wage demands
may be preventing the deal completing.
Sam Baldock left behind by West Ham
after they flew out to Portugal. Nicky
Maynard expected to join Leeds in the next few days.

ALso, are there any West Ham fans
out there that have seen the hammers
play pre-season who can actually put
hand on heart and say "We starting
to look ok and will be ready for the new
season".
Never mind "We had no Diame or Tomins"
you were awful and development
team lost to cobblers 3-1 to make
matters worse.

BFS on his way already I feel through
choice. Get your wise money on an easy
double bet "Allardyce to be sacked by christmas and west ham to be relegated" its as sure a bet as FRANKL

Zavon hines set to sign for bradford city by Friday after the former west ham and England u21 winger was hugely impressive in a trial against bradford park avenue last night. hines was out of contract last season at burnley and went on trial at swindon but dicanio said he was unfit,a statement hines seemed to make a mockery of last night lasting 66 mins.

I'm 39 & I could last 66mins of a pre-season friendly kick about, doesn't mean i fit to play in Div 1 in 10 days time!

"making a mockery of by lasting 66 minutes" - surely shows he isnt fit enough to play 90? He's on trial therefore i'm guessing the manager wants to see as much of him as possible, you'd think he'd play the full game.....unless unfit OR was SO good (which is doubtful).

Di Canio has his own level of fitness which is required by players, I dare say these are higher than most football lge teams. This isn't to say he is right, as other team will spend more time on drills and skills, but I'd bet STFC are one of the fittest in the country.

66 minutes would seem to indicate Di Canio was correct, you do realise a football match is 90 minutes!?

Fair play to Zavon signing for Bradford, but saying "a statement hines seemed to make a mockery of last night lasting 66 mins" is laughable.

Paolo's standards of fitness (right or wrong) are clearly far higher than Bradford's 66 minutes.

Yeah lasting 66 mins reall makes a mockery of it!

Wish hines all the best as he did nothing really wrong last season at bournemouth, just did not show enough to sign him at a higher level.

Its not a question of him not being good enough but it was more a question of him not being at the same fitness level as the rest of the squad due to a lack of a full pre season behind him and he would be playing catch up.

Well if he only lasted 66 minutes he's not fit plus its league 2 so Di Canio was right when he compared Hines to the current fitness of Swindon players and said it would take him 30-40 days to get up to their level of fitness. {Ed003's Note - For crying out loud,different players are at different levels of fitness in pre season that's why players get different amounts of game time,because he only played 66 mins should not be taken as a negative but as to where he is with his own personal fitness,you don't want players breaking down in pre season}

Ed003 comment about different fitness levels are not right if players come back for pre season training at the same time and do the same as every other player in training then the fitness levels of the players should be very similar. {Ed003's Note - players are all different,weight,body mass so of course all players have different fitness levels}

The rumours about Coppinger & Stock leaving Donny are not true. This is a smoke screen by the club board to increase transfer offers in order to get them off the wage bill.

You just contradicted yourself there. Smoke screen/to get them off the wage bill=they are leaving!

It's true coppinger isn't leaving but stock is sadly. I'm a donny fan.

coming from the Kassam Stadium, is that Oxford United have accepted a 3rd bid for striker James Constable. The fee is believed to be 200k, which will see Constable become a Pirate friday afternoon.

James Constable would never accept going to Bristol Rovers. Why would he?
He's turned down BIG money at Bournemouth and Swindon.
He loves playing for Oxford. Why would he got to Rovers? haha

Breaking..Southampton have confirmed they are intrested in bringing back theo walcott back on loan .

We don't confirm anything until the deal is done

Old news heard about this weeks ago got any new news birdy numnums coyr

Hardly breaking when its been circling about for last couple of weeks

Would love this to be true but reality suggests that even if Walcott wanted to leave Arsenal Clubs playing in the Europa League would be above us in the pecking order. Plus and perhaps far more importantly the only players Arsenal ever let us have are players like Perry Groves and Luis Boa Morte

What a load of tosh.

Rubbish

No we haven't.
LLS83

Behave yourself. He is in the final year of his Arsenal contract - why would they loan him out and risk him leaving for free at the end of the season?

He will sign a new deal shortly I bet.

Nottingham forest Are in Pole position to sign Simon Cox. According to forest Manager Sean O'driscoll forest Have had talks with West Brom and have Tabled a bid that matches their valuation the cox.

Source: Nottingham Evening Post's post-match Interview with O'driscoll

What he said was that if Cox became available he would be interested. Rather different.

According to WBA website forest are the only team meeting their transfer requirements so could be good news coming soon

Whoever gets Cox will be getting a hard worker and if played in the right position will score goals. Hodgson played him once last season in his preferred position and he scored a hatrick. Not sure whether he would be a consistent force in the Prem as he was not played enough. This will be a good signing for Forest. Good luck Simon!

Would be a good deal for both sides, Cox is a quality finisher, and a really good championship player, but lacks the pace and the first touch to be a good premier league player.

Jermaine Beckford to Leeds from Leicester - which allows Ross McCormack to go to Huddersfield.

Will this never go away, but it would be nice.

Beckford is going nowhere!

Town to get Quinn and McCormack but they need a creative attacking midfielder. Maybe a defensive midfielder with steel also! They have the money! Still 4 players needed b!

Can't see it happening, if Beckford was trying to engineer a move, his agent would be saying the complete opposite of what he has. And Pearson won't just let him go for the sake of it

Unlikely Jermaine would be welcome back hopefully to play alongside Mcormack. Who is likely to stay now Snoody has gone and there are a few more shekels in the pot. Plus JB rumoured to be earning 25 k + per week and we dont pay that type of money currently.

They have signed southern which takes care of the defensive midfielder and have norwood for creativity cant see too many more players comming in to be honest not without some leaving first

We already have a creative attacking midfielder in Oli Norwood & we also have a defensive midfielder in Keith Southern.. Do try & keep up! :) {Ed044's Note - haha true!

Town to get Quinn and McCormack but they need a creative attacking midfielder. Maybe a defensive midfielder with steel also! They have the money! Still 4 players needed b!

why would mccormack go to huddersfield. he hates grayson and he has said he is happy at leeds and is waiting for an acceptable offer.

Now the take over has collapsed Leeds have to sell before any more signings can happen. McCormack won't get what he wants at Elland Road. Time to move on to HTFC!

Uddersfield fans live in a dream world

Didnt Mccormack sign a new contract?

Total utter rubbish cms will not leave brighton

Huddersfield looking at Harry Kane and Jake Livermore from Tottenham Hotspur for season loan deals.

Absolutely no chance!4get it!

Spurs have defoe, kane and coulibaly as strikers just now... unlikely to let kane go until we sign other strlkers! and even then, avb may want kane in the europa cup!

Kane might be a good aquisition upfront but he is a londoner thro and thro so may not settle up here at his age, as for livermore we are top heavy with midfielders, so can't see that happening.

Kane won't go on loan to the championship again, sherwood already said that. And livermore is part of the 1st team now, if he goes on loan it will be to a prem club

08 Aug 2012 01:46:22

Huddersfield trying to persuade Cameron Jerome to drop down from Premiership Stoke to Championship.

If he goes Huddersfield we should try to get Rhodes involved in a deal

Cameron would be awesome, and a return to his roots to become a legend

Not a chance. He left Birmingham to join Stoke when they went down. He's too good for 2nd tier football.

Grown up with cameron in the Paddock area of huddersfield. Under no circumstances will he join hudds, from the way they treat him in his academy days!! Thats a FACT!!

That's why he can't get to play in stoke's first team, because he's that good!!

He got absolute pelters when he returned with Birmingham in the cup & was the worst 'striker' to ever play at the Galpharm (John Smiths stadium) ever!

He hates huddersfield town... i know he came from us but we shut him out as a lad apparently

He doesnt get in stokes first team because TP doesnt like footballers with an eye for goal. eg.Tuncay. jerome is a great player with real pace and hopefully he'll play a bigger part this season, the fans were crying out for him towards the end of last seasonwhen walters looked spent. DL

I agree about the way he was treated when he was a town junior but that was under a completely different regime from top to bottom, so who knows.

Jerome is only pace has the touch of an elephant championship level player not cut out for the perm

Tal Ben heim is off to Hapoel Tel Aviv
Liam Lawrence is off to Sheffield United.

postmourh will be liquadated on the 11th
It is believed the club will be sold to the supports group, club will be kicked out of the league and new club FC Portsmouth will be placed in the Wessex League.

If first two happens, third wont !!!

Can see no logic in above post. If TBH and Lawrence go, then pressure to liquidate would be eased.

You really have no clue about Portsmouth do you ? if Ben Haim and Lawrence leave then they wont get liqidated as portpin and the PST will take charge of the club in joint ownership !

You've just made that up , nobody has confirmed that and Pompey want to be placed in south conference if they liquidates

Who are Portsmourh?

Wessex League is not an option for this coming season or any league other than League One as cut off times for applications have passed

Lawrence is not going to united lots of championship clubs are after him

Relegation to bottom tier of football league or large points deduction would be most likely punishment. Possible reform under new name like fc portsmouth but could be thrown out of football league all together but as someone else commented that could be to late to register in wessex or another non-league. Then the problem of replacing portsmouth place in div1 could prove difficult with a week to go before the league cup starts. What a mess, I think they will punish with 30 point deduction, and conditions on signing players with football leagues direct permission, freebies and low salary players but at least you remain in the league.

Lawrence will stay with Pompey and they won't be liquidated either! You watch them do well in league 1 aswell....

Liam Lawrence's proposed move to Cardiif City has stalled after Cardiff continue their interest in Craig Bellamy.

You seem to think if the last two players leave that's it, you won't be liquidated.

Absolutely deluded. You will find there are still a number of problems left to solve, and the odds are against it. Suggest you should be prepared for the worst.

They were docked 10 points last season and are on -10 this season coming that's bad enough for them. The way their fans have been treated is appalling and the way the club was poorly run was not their fault yet they the fans are the ones to suffer the consequences. Hope they survive football would be worse off place without them. And there fans are the best on the south coast. And I've been to all the south coast grounds.

To the person above. If the 2 players leave, we will NOT be liquidated. Portpin or the PST will take over

Agree with last poster, Pompey's fans have suffered three points deductions in a row and now face losing their club completely. The previous owners have escaped all punishment, the League have no questions asked about their ownership vetting process, only the fans suffer. This is terrible but those fans are loyal and easily the best of the south coast clubs and amongst the best in the entire country. Fingers crossed for you guys!

Sounds like tel ben heim has finally agreed to leave the club and lawrence future should be made clear this week. I'm sorry but the treatment being dished out to pompey might be appalling, but so is £56m debt. Many clubs have had rougher treatment for far less debt, but the truth is the possible owners are only staying involved because of their large investments in the club, if they could get out of portsmouth tomorrow with a large chunk of the invesment they would have been gone by now. It's always the fans that suffer but nothing is going to happen unless the vast debt is dealt with, no new future invester will touch the club with a barge-pole. Don't blame them for that as would you chuck your hard earned money away on a whim. At least you may be able to come out of administration with a agreed cva, but many people will have to agree to take small percentage of what they are owed and that's the next tricky challange.

Southampton fan, just want to wish you all the best in this battle of survival. Hope you can pull through and push onwards!

Good luck Portsmouth hope you survive. Looking forward to your visit for out first home game of the season. Col U fan.

The Santi Cazorla deal has been done, could this knock through the move for Arsenal star Theo Walcott to return to St.Mary's?

Why would Walcott want to join Southampton.?..I'd have thought he'd want to be challenging for honours and remaining a premiership player ...not spending the season in a delegation dog fight with a high chance of going down as well

From champions league to the championship next year sure that's not his plans.

Walcott isn't moving from Arsenal

Southampton have a massive future and will probably finish mid table this season

Hope so yes please

I see the Saints haters are out again. The Theo story is rubbish, but a lot of people are going to be surprised and proven wrong this season. Believe me.

Rambo rumoured to be returning to Cardiff on loan. If he doesn't impress at beginning of season for the gunners, Arsenal will be looking to loan him out but do not want him to go to another club in the Premier League. After the return of Craig Bellamy this seems rather likely for the Bluebirds, who are also looking to strengthen their defence by trying to sign Danny Potts on loan from West Ham and a Wigan centre half is rumoured to be loaned to the Bluebirds.

I would have him back , nut we have alot of midfileders now , and they are very good

Would be class if he did join I think him and Ralls would link up well in the midfield.

Of course they would Ralls reminds me of Rambo the only difference as a player to me Ralls is left footed and Rambo is Right just

Rambo is left and right

Walsall are hoping to complete the signing of former Leicester City, Watford and Sheffield United defender, Jordan Stewart before Saturday's game with Brentford. Stewart is currently on trial with the league one side

James Chambers has turned down a second contract offer at Walsall.

Craig Fagan is also being linked with the league one side after extra funds have become avaliable due to the sell on clause from Gerrard to Huddersfield from Cardiff

Chambers was injured yesterday so did not play against the Albion. He is still at the club

James chambers hasnt turned walsall down at all he missed last night with a tight hamstring so given a rest but we are also looking at jordan stewart aswell

James Chambers is still with us, he just had a strain last night so he was rested. He hasn't been offered any contracts yet..

Wrong we haven't got any money from Gerrard because we went to coventry city and the sell on funds will go to them from Cardiff

No he didnt, scott dann and danny fox went to coventry, ant gerrard stayed with us then left to cardiff

geijo says he's joining watford according to his twitter
DJ's apparent signing has been said to be premature but theres obviously interest
and smith is also looked into
zola has announced he wants 3 more players to join

This is to the Watford fan who seems to be ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with the DJ CAMPBELL rumour . CHILL OUT MATE youve even mentioned him here , when hes not even part of the original rumour . I think we have all got the point now that you think he wont be signing for us and your making Watford fans look silly.

Glad to see some one like my previous post so much , that you copied it word 4 word [apart from the making watford fans seem silly bit] .IF and I agree its a BIG IF we do sign Campbell fair enough as hes better than what we were left with at the end of last season . BUT IF we dont I woulsdnt shed no tears

This is to the guy who seems ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with USING CAPS LOCK. CHILL OUT MATE you've even used them here when they are completely irrelevant. I think we have all got the point now that you like using caps lock and you're making yourself look silly.

Geijo is watching Spain basketball at Olympics with 'new teammate' ikechi.

Mate he's saying DJ will join? its just premature, you should read the post before commenting like that

I think you should read my reply to the 1st reply on this , I at no time disagree with him about Campbell , I just say it will be unlikely in my opinion , what I actually am commenting on is his inability to post a reply of his own . Look at replies from the 7th and you will see what I mean . I admit I do use caps a lot but this is an unfortunate hang over from my work where emphasis of certain key sentences is the norm .

Martin oneill has kicked into action in the last week or two of the transfer window as he normally does. He has bids accepted for fletcher, Guidetti, Olsson, and nzonzi all should be in Sunderland for medicals etc by Friday. Oneill is looking at other targets but won't say who but has made other bids. Going out are Richardson to the gunners and campbell to Blackburn hence Olsson and nzonzi coming the other way.

Fletcher bid failed aston villa bid higher may be accepted also nzonzi bid failed going abroad

Fletcher put in transfer request.

Fletcher bid will be accepted. Nobody else bid

The fletcher bid hasn't be accepted or rejected ATM but wolves may still want 15mill for him I think safc should pay 13mill and no higher

CMS out, Carlton Cole in by weekend.

If Brighton were to let CMS go (big if) then they would need 2 new strikers. They are already looking to sign one more striker by the end of next week plus they would need a replacement for CMS.

Liverpool have given up their chase on Dempsey as Brendan Rodgers has convinced Craig Bellamy to stay at Anfield for one more year. Joe Allen is set to be the subject of bid of £15m, £12m initially and £3m in add ons. Liverpool's last offer of £12.5m and Jonjo Shelvey on a season long loan was rejected but Shelvey could still be joining the Swans on loan. Liverpool have managed to clear a few big earners off the wage list this summer Alberto Aquilani,Dirk Kuyt,Fabio Aurelio and Maxi Rodriguez. Rodgers will also look to offload Charlie Adam,Dani Pacheco and Jay Spearing as he reshapes the team. Liverpool are pricing Manchester City out of a move for Daniel Agger by demanding £22m cash, City made two bids of £13 and £16m which were immediately rejected but Mancini has now decided to look elsewhere with Agger's international teammate Simon Kjaer looking like he could be joining Scott Sinclair at the Ethihad this year both for around £8m each . Liverpool have convinced Luis Suarez to sign a new long term contract and one Uruguayan who will likely be joining him at Anfield this summer is Bologna's Gaston Ramirez, Liverpool have already been rebuffed with a bid but are hoping to land the 21-year old for around £15m. Rodgers is planning on completing his summer with a £6.5m move for Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama. FSG are willing to back Rodgers but they do not want to be ripped off like last summer, they will take their time with targets and look elsewhere if necessary. In-Borini,Allen,Ramirez,Wanyama Out-Aurelio,Kuyt,Maxi,Aquilani,Adam,Pacheco,Spearing,Darby,Doni

Could you create another box adding to believable and unbelievable with dont care.

I am sure every Liverpool rumour would be covered

You' sort of right in borini ramirez allen dembele and dempsey

Wanyama will cost more than 6.5

6.5m for Wanyama, I very much doubt it, the kid is class but ye celtic will sell for the right price.

But yet you felt the need to write a response? This is rumours page for all clubs at all levels, and this particular post is one of the more sensible and better written offerings. If you only want to read about particular clubs, go their dedicated pages. That's why they're there.

15mill for Allen ,15mill for Ramirez , 22mill for Agger , 8 mill for Sinclair ,20 mill for Henderson then you top it all 6.5mill for Big Vic ,you really are having a laugh. Joe Allen couldn't lace the big mans boots or Ki,s when it comes down to it.......DH

It appears that bellamy wasn't that convinced after all...

Bellamy is going to Cardiff :/

Wanyama £10million +

Wanyama shouldn't be that expensive he is inexperienced and young. Though he is a prospect he is a bit uncompromising. Little bit dirty.

..well he speaks very highly of you ^^

winger Chris Sedgwick to join Oldham on a one year deal.

Very good player hopefully we can sign him up

We've just signed Jordan Slew, so unlikely....!

But Jordan Slew is a striker not a winger so why would that make any difference...
