Wolves are set to sign Millwall centre back Karleigh Osbourne on a season long loan

Lets hope so if its true?

Just a note about Saturday's game. We were so excited at the start. Not because of result but it was quite disappointing to see the same old tactics of hoof it up the pitch from the keeper. JB must be wondering why he spent all that money on the pitch for the benefit of other teams to pass the ball around. Apart from a brief spell, kicking it up the pitch to Morison and hoping for a flick on nearly every time is not going to work. Keogh hardly came into the game because he hardly ever got a pass. It is predictable and can be defended en mass. The back four hardly ever came wide for Fordy (Lowry tried a couple of times, who I thought did well). We generally turned our backs on play as soon as Forde got the ball rather than pulling their team out of shape and giving him options. It reminded me of last season. Its got to get better than that otherwise we will win one in 5 only when we get the rub of the green rather than via good build up and clever football. Apart from that new guys did ok. MacDonald needs to let the ball go a little earlier than he did falling into the same mistake 3 times. Need to watch how Man U do it and if that is aiming too high then my sons U-12 team can manage up to 10 passes at a time (no hoofing up pitch allowed from keeper)- I can send highlights of this if required. I actually thought we were quite boring at times. Steve Lomas - they need more work on ball. It should not be that hard for professional players and can't have excuse of budget as Yeovil strung together more possession than we did. we have a good team on paper, please play football. Alex

Morrison is no we're near the Morrison off 3 years ago he's lost half a yard off pace and it seems desire. As a leeds fan I'm delighted u took him on loan. ( on v big wages as well)

Let's hope so there's a lot more who Jackett signed he can take as well

Having only seen the highlights of the game I can't really comment but us fans are judging the team and Lomas after one league performance the time Lomas has had he hasn't been able to put his ideas across and also enabled the team to gel!

Give Morison a couple more games with McDonald & they will be OK!Bet Morison scores against Ipswich on Saturday!

It's one game! Look at Palace last year lost their first 4 games and went up. Reading the year before didn't win for what 8/9 at the start of the year and finished 2nd. Not saying we're going to go up, but stop worrying and slating everyone at the club already!

Jose Semedo in talks with League One side Preston and seems keen on a move to Deepdale.

05 Aug 2013 08:00:40
If you get him there's no better midfielder for league 1

Who does he play for now/has he played for recently?

Sheffield Wednesday

04 Aug 2013 20:48:55
Former walsall player richard taundry (free agent) is in talks with portsmouth fc it i'd believed if all goes well he will be signed by thursday.

Could be true, as Adam Webster is off to Aldershot on loan till January

04 Aug 2013 19:56:52
Blackpool set to offer Thomas Hitzlsperger a one year contract in the coming week

Do we need any midfielders or is it a right backs we are after

We need an attacking midfielder with some vision like Sylvestre.

That would be a smart move he is prem class.

swindon set to appoint a permanent manager on wednesday. the chosen one will be at the game on tuesday. someone close to the club said five candidates were having final interviews today. the five are
1. mark cooper-caretaker manager.
2. dean saunders-ex wolves/doncaster boss.
3. alex inglethorpe-ex exeter boss/ ex tottenham youth boss
4. keith curle-ex notts county boss.
5. danny wilson-ex swindon boss-yes danny is seriously being considered by the board.
if mark cooper dosent get the job permantly he has been assured he will remain as assistant. whoever gets the job will not be allowed to bring in there own staff. this was the reason a deal could not be agreed with first choice stuart pearce

Can't see Wilson coming back or Dean Saunders coming either but I would gladly have either as manager.

05 Aug 2013 11:18:40
Load of B/S STFC Board again easy option Cooper as he will be on the cheap however relegation is a big possibilty this season as these kids from Spurs just ain't up for division 1 tactics especially long ball as was proved on sat at peterborough

Swindon matched Peterborough in every department they passed the ball round them they just lacked a goal

That list is a joke, all rubbish cheap options - why the hell would we take danny wilson back

what happened to tisdale?

We are wilsons red and white army.

Bring back Danny wilson, we can go down back to league 2 where we will be able to win again.

Why all the doom & gloom second half especially was good against Peterborough. let's see how everyone settles in the next few weeks.

You don't half talk garbage, Our best players on Saturday were the spurs loanees especially mason & luongo & they are all capable of playing in league 1 & higher, As for playing long ball you obviously never went as we played the passing game even wes was told not to hoof balls upfield as cooper wants us to be a passing team all over the pitch starting from the keeper, Get your facts straight first before posting utter trash.

I think the earlier post regarding long ball tactics was referring to the opposition (Peterborough). Hence can't cope with teams playing long ball against us.

Dont want any of those managers - it would say a lot about our board if one of those is appointed and relegation mid table or perhaps another play off failure under danny wilson at best

what happened to the spurs guys and tisdale? mark my words we are doomed this season unless we get this appointment right

I have heard Karl Robinson from mk dons he has been installed as favourite with tisdale on , personally can't see it myself. I do agree with the post above needs to be the right appointment, can't go with cooper as this will show no ambition, cooper is not going to take us forward even if he is a nice bloke, give him the job as the youth and academy director not first team manager, look at his track record as a manager, it's not very good reading.

I hope to God this is nonsense. we have been in the doldrums for so long now- we desperately need a manager who is proven and can take charge of the situation. The club has so much potential, all we need is someone like Tisdale to rally the team and get us on the right track. If we end up going for one of the cheaper options detailed above- we will once again fail to match our potential and I think relegation would be a very real threat for us.

Karl robinson 4/1 fav for town job

I have heard they have met him twice and he has expressed to mk he wants to leave, swindon sorting compensation out, personally can't see this as he is looking to leave a stable club to join the back street boys.

Dont want karl robinson hope its not true

100% cooper will be next manager, the players like him and respond to him and he is very very cheap so it's the best option and stability of which the club needs right now. This is all true.

Cooper to be announced as manager on Friday. Done deal.

watford are interested in rapid vienna's terrance boyd, who has made 9 appearances for the usa

Surely Watford have more than enough strikers already. Can't see this happening.

Watford do not have a back-up to Deeney, so this would be ideal

Looks a really handy player - pace is something that our current crop of strikers don't hold in abundence.

Not going to happen. He's playing Europa League football with the team he's in and would cost money when Watford aren't spending. More likely Udinese might buy him. But Watford more likely to get Ighalo or Torje or Ranegie on a free. We do need another striker though. An injury to Deeney or Acuna and were left with withdrawn strikers and rookies.

We only have one big striker in deeney. couldn't rely on forestieri or acuna to play this role, hence the need to sign this guy. then it would give us two players for every position bar rwb and cdm

Uche Ikpeazu is massive striker and is deeneys back up

Whilst Ikpeazu is a decent, strong striker he is in no way ready to play back up to Deeney. Has no professional experience and to come into a team like Watford would be a huge gamble.

Fabbrini and Forestieri could cover Deeney but I'd much rather have Ranegie for cover due to massive structure. We won't get many injuries but I'd rather not sign any more strikers as if all fails, Ikpeazu can cover

No he's not deeneys backup

Gillingham are looking to sign albert rusnak on a season long loan from manchester city the 19 year old who plays in cam is looking for first team action

04 Aug 2013 17:12:53
wba looking at andreas granqvist to help with the squad could be a very intresting signing

Shouldnt we be concentrating on our attacking options rather than another central defender or do we intend just shutting up shop

I think attack and defence are both priorities. We fell away badly in the second half of the season and sometimes 'shutting up shop' is a virtue we badly need. I do wish, though, that Albion would just work a little faster to bring in someone. We make tortoises look like F1.

04 Aug 2013 18:18:22
West Brom have Junior Hoilett and Jimmy Briand as alternatives to top targets Scott Sinclair and Salomon Kalou.

Joint Assistant Head Coach Kevin Keen was present to watch Hoilett play for the Hoops vs Sheffield Wednesday yesterday and a loan big could be made if Sinclair goes elsewhere.

Although previous links with Briand have been denied, it is understand an approach was made earlier in the summer as part of the clubs standard diligence process to gauge interest in several targets in the hope that one deal will materialise.

05 Aug 2013 10:57:01
Jermain Defoe to West Brom!

05 Aug 2013 11:04:55
West brom to bid 6 million for defoe

Hope that albion will put 6 million bid for him then our attacking force would be unreal.

Love Defoe at west brom and Moses don't need kalou

WBA would only take defoe on loan or on a free transfer which isn't going to happen.

Kalou and Defoe. let's try and get them in. Stop pussyfooting about Peace and get on with it

We won't spend 6 mill so let's try and loan Defoe and Sinclair

No chance of Defoe coming wages too high and would only be a loan anyway. Plus why would spurs sell then they'd only have adebayor and soldado

It is World Cup year Defoe would definitely take a pay-cut to play in his last World Cup

Confirmed by Stoke City Reliable source that Odemwingie in exchange deal which would take Kenwyn-Jones to the Hawthorns

04 Aug 2013 17:07:14
Huddersfield town are willing to sell jack hunt after a some poor performances and sign a new right back Norwich and Swansea and hull all interested and also htafc are about to sign Matt mills from Bolton if wages can be agreed

Wouldn't be too disappointed if we sold hunt and brought back peltier

Wheres ki seung yung these days? Why wasnt he on the bench against malmo

Why would Norwich Swansea and Hull, all premier league teams, be interested in a player not performing in the championship?

I know hunt has been shocking lately and defensively he is terrible and he gets torn apart all the time and and I think we need a more defensive minded right back

Defo need someone whos a much better defender, attacking wise he's tops just doesn't fit the bill for me at RB

Ki is still around, just the size of the squad and shelvey and Canas were preferred

05 Aug 2013 02:28:42
Ki isn't good enough to get on our bench mate (swansea city fan)

Ki is a class act and we'll be seeing plenty of him during the coming season. Don't disrespect him in any way, had a higher pass percentage than Britton last season, actually the highest in the premiere league.

The assumption would be that laudrup was giving the new boys a good shout to see their worth as he already knows Ki's qualities. How many other players do we have that can play CB, CDM, CM and CAM?
Expect to see some nice goals from the just married man this season with him having more opportunity to play an attacking role

Hull City are not remotely interested in any more defenders.

Ki has been a real flop! Scored screamers in spl but just can't score in bpl and he shoots enough! We will keep him just because of the amount of fans the club attracts from Asia

Jeez we have Russ Martin and Whittaker at right back, don't need anymore!

Huddersfield have already had a conversation with Swindons Caddis who was the best right back in the championship last year playing for blues. Swindon want 150k for him to get rid of the 6k per week wage, Caddis is expecting to match the wages though, hence why his black pool deal fell through.

05 Aug 2013 13:08:02
Ki couldn't lase any of the swans midfielders boots butty and we won't be seeing much of him. Kemy was, much better than ki and we just sold him. Ki qill be on his way soon!

Should Hunt be played further up the wing, More attacking role which he seems better suited to, prem teams could be looking at him for this rather than as a RB

Ki is class. Hasn't got very good shooting boots, but his composure on the ball is top notch. He came off the bench countless times last season and brought to the game composure and fluidity. Kemy did the same quite often as well, Manchester United at home last season he was a class act. Just inconsistent, whereas I don't think ki is. Lot of competition for CDM/cm this season, yet I still think we will see ki's class.

Caddis no thanks got to many right backs

04 Aug 2013 17:39:23
Gillingham manager Martin Allen has made an offer for Brentford midfielder Jonathan Douglas who had a successful loan spell at preistfield as a teenager. Its understood that Douglas is keen on the move as he has family in kent. Alan Gow and a unnamed championship defender are also in talks as the Gills are short on numbers at present.

JD is recovering from an operation and nowhere near fit

Can see this happening. can't see him getting much first team football this season with Brentford as he's in direct competition with McCormack now.

No chance he has family in Ireland too so I guess he's going to sign for Bohemians is he?

Douglas isn't expecting to start many games this season after the arrival of McCormack but does want to stay at Brentford to get promotion at this late stage of his career and wants to play a part in his 3rd season at the bees

04 Aug 2013 17:37:30
Enda Stevens is in talks with Bradford City.

Loan or permanent?

Permanent.

04 Aug 2013 16:58:53
Rotherham have rejected a 100k bid from Oxford for Alex Revell

100k is an insult.

I don't think we have that sort of money to spend in the first place. And unless a striker at the club is due to leave. offer made don't think a striker is on the cards anymore

Sheffield Wednesday manager said tonight:
“We know what kind of team Rotherham are, they play for free kicks, corners and long throws and if you don’t defend the first ball, you defend the second"
He must be describing his team as Rotherham played them OFF THE PITCH with Rev's leading the line - but with an all round team performance! All this and Nards to come back - UTM

04 Aug 2013 15:56:02
Leon Best will return to Yeovil on loan until January to regain match fitness.

04 Aug 2013 18:12:13
not likely as best has just scored a cracking goal against derby co

Unlikely after his goal today! Quality striker but yeovil have a striking force already, plus back up! Need another holding midfielder!

04 Aug 2013 15:36:36
Reading have had an £1m offer for Leeds striker Ross McCormack rejected. Leeds have enquired about taking Reading midfielder Mikele Leigertwood in a player plus cash deal. Brian McDermott has been keen to bring the holding midfielder to the club but couldn't raise the £500k required prior to Reading's opening offer for McCormack.

Rubbish
1) We don't need a holding Mf as we have Austin
2) Transfer funds are not an issue. It's getting players off the salary budget for FFP reasons.

Hope this is true would be happy with this :-D

Only offer made for McCormack was from Blackpool. Turned down because he is not for sale.
There is no truth in the suggestion we have no transfer monies but we do need to reduce our wage bill.

04 Aug 2013 15:11:41
Bradford have put a 3million price tag on striker nahki wells

Several clubs are stepping up their interest in Nakhi. Not sure 3m will be paid, but there's more than a fair chance that he'll be off for nearer 2m before the end of the window.

04 Aug 2013 14:38:10
Billy Sharp's missus admitted on social media than he wasn't at a game yesterday.

04 Aug 2013 14:06:47
tom huddlestone will sign for cardiff city this week for 6m

04 Aug 2013 15:02:00
I hope don't. Big mistake for him. Go to stoke or WBA don't go there.

That would be a brilliant signing if true. Thought he had signed for Sunderland though?

Well that says it all about that post, "I hope don't".

If he can stay clear of injury that would be a great signing we should pull out of the capoue deal If he still can't decide we don't want him!

Risky, see the injury list on transfermarkt. 1 year and 3 months in 5 seasons.

04 Aug 2013 12:33:21
Luke Rooney to sign for Crawley on a season long loan and an unknown striker signing, both deals to be announced by Mon/Tue.

Why would Swindon send a player on loan to a rival?

Rooney would have to be purchased.

04 Aug 2013 20:36:24
Rooney surplus to requirments at Swindon to join Crawley on a free

Swindon want to save his wages if they can't sell him they need to loan him out to get someone to pay his waged.

What if no one wants to buy him and/ or Swindon don't want to play him? A loan seems a reasonable option

Will not happen crawley don't have the finances for Rooney we will have to make do with cheap youth talent to boost our squad after the Richard low circus which has left big holes in the clubs finances

04 Aug 2013 22:27:17
Rooney training with Crawley at the moment to keep fit nothing else at the moment

He is training with Crawley you could see him on ssn 92 live

05 Aug 2013 10:05:53
Crawley don't need Rooney. There are other positions that need strengthening.

Well we will find soon enough. my view is Rooney wouldmonlynbe a back up player behind Drurry Adams Jones and Simpson.

Can't see why we would pay top wack by Crawley standards for a bench warmer.

He went to oldham like 2 days ago

Luke Rooney can play wing or in the hole behind a striker, he is capable of scoring goals, I have heard Swindon are willing to release him on a free due to his high wages.

Crawley will sign him today but on wages that fit there structure, and he is being signed as an impact player who can play as a striker when needed.

Send alexander the other way as part of the deal.

Would be a good signing

05 Aug 2013 19:32:37
Amir zaki set to sign for west Sussex side crawley Town

Marlon king thinking about a move to league 1 crawley Town

Amir zaki could be well on his way to crawley Town this will surely be the Sussex sides biggest ever signing zaki the former wigan striker and Egyptian international saw deal deal with salmaiyan fall through an is keen to play his football back in England the experienced striker should be a real asset to crawley

Zaki is going to join crawley Town he has passed a medical not sure about Marlon king haven't heard anything about him but just heard zaki passed a medical

Rooney signed on loan until January 1st - Club website

Rooney signed on loan today!

06 Aug 2013
Luke Rooney has signed on loan until January 2014 as confirmed

Luke Rooney has joined on loan. Zaki and King - very unlikely.

07 Aug 2013 10:48:22
Amir Zaki joined his new club a month ago so that rumour is terrible

If you read the papers you would see that zaki s deal with salmaiyan has fallen through

Luke rooney is on loan to crawley town until 1 january source official

04 Aug 2013 12:00:41
Manchester United have reportedly made a bid in the region of £8m for
Porto winger Kelvin.

I've heard Kelvin can blow hot and cold. Arf.

04 Aug 2013 11:26:46
Motherwell will sign Ex Bradford City winger Zavon Hines

He wants to be down south, doubt it

04 Aug 2013 15:42:31
He is to sign for MK Dons early next week

If he is fast wide player this will be fine. Just hear so much stuff about who we are signing. We need a fast winger. So Motherwell keep everything under Raps.

04 Aug 2013 10:54:56
Burnley to step up interest in Gary Madine this week with the hope of signing him before they play his current team Sheff Wed next week

Sheff Wed will sign Conner Wickham on loan to replace Madine

Doubt it dyche is supposed to be interested in either billy sharp, marvin sordell or clayton donaldson as a replacement for austin

Gary thinks he has it all, in truth he starts learning puts a stone on his body weight and keeps out of trouble off the pitch he has the making of a good player.

Sordell had gone to Charlton! Wake up.

Sordell has gone charton, hopefully it's billy sharp.

Yes i'm not stupid I know that sordell is at charlton i'm just saying what i'm hearing and when I heard sordells name I thought the exact same aswel

This is true - Dyche thinks he can get Madine to produce the League One form he showed for Wednesday when they got promoted.

Jones is willing to let him leave and is after Wickham

Oh god not madine if he can't get a game at sheff wed he is no good for burnley don't do it dyche!

Doesn't always work like that. Some times a new lease of life is all a player needs to regain form. There is interest from the club, although not as much as is being speculated on here.

04 Aug 2013 08:37:32
Wolves will be signing Bournemouth's Harry Arter before the window shuts. This has been ongoing with Bournemouth turning down two bids so far.

No chance, he was class yesterday and won't be stepping down, no longer afcb selling club. End of chat

04 Aug 2013 12:55:54
Why would the midfield star of the show in yesterdays Championship match drop a division? You're deluded.

Of course he is.

No chance! Why drop down to league 1? When he's a gaurenteed start in the championship?

Why would arter drop down a league when teams like swansea fulham and norwich are interested? not going to happen

IF Harry goes, it won't be to any club outside the Premiership, why would he? Ridiculous post LOL

Fulham? qpr? or wolves

No, wolves are signing Harry Enfield!!

He won't drop a division and kenny jacket won't like how many yellow cards he gets

Wolves have much better midfielders than Harry arter anyway out of his depth in championship time will tell

Arter is going nowhere.

Harry Arter is one of the best players outside the prem and would love to see him at Wolves

06 Aug 2013 17:51:33
I don't think there's any 'ifs' about it. Arter is a great player.

Dont think so no chance arter ain't going any where he played briliant yesterday and last season and he's one of are numbber ones this season

After watching Wolves against Morecambe last night I can't see how Arter would get into the team. It was a world class performance from Wolves and they look like a finely tuned machine *thumb to nose* SAUSAGE!

04 Aug 2013 07:46:10
Stoke have accepted QPR's £2 million bid + Junior Hoilett for Peter Crouch

04 Aug 2013 11:51:39
He won't be leaving, not after yesterday's efforts.

Hoilett is worth more than crouch

What Hughes buying a player he's ha before, bet QPR glad to get rid, as overrated rubbish

Would be a brilliant move hope it happens

Hoilett is fantastic his career is being wasted at QPR plus we have an extra 2mil towards a striker but this is an old rumour that will not happen.

If Crouch is rated at £4million you'd have to double that for Hoilett. If you have looked at QPR's transfer dealings this summer you'd have seen they are miles away from those of Hughes time. Newcastle £2million fee + wages for Remy Fulham big fee + wages for Taarabt Wenger told where to go after making a pathetic offer for Cesar Boswinga and Cisse forced into mutual terminations and Barton told except the reduced pay off or stay. I think a picture is developing of the board becoming more hardline in the transfer market so if Hughes decides he wants any of the players he brought to loftus rd expect him to have to pay top $$$$

We are not after any QPR players, Newcastle and Fulham are by the looks, Looks like the usual last minute buys for us, if that?

04 Aug 2013 07:45:07
Stoke have been offered QPR striker Loic Remy

What do you mean offered?

He will be going newcastle to join the rest of the french squad.

He's off to Newcastle

He is going to Newcastle on season long loan subject to medical looks like someone made this up.

Typical Stoke fan getting all mixed up its Zamora Hughes wants. Remy wouldn't go to stoke he's still traumatised from his last visit. After seeing all those gap toothed people on deadline day he ran back to France and has to take medication to this day to help with the nightmares. let's hope he doesn't have a face to face meeting with Kinnear I don't know if the poor lad would ever get over that

I don't know what the last post is on about lol

04 Aug 2013 07:29:51
Stoke City have received an offer from Nottingham forest to take fullback Andy Wilkinson on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent move

Wilko?! rather they took shotton!!

Take both please

I would let him and Shotton go. I love Andy to bit's as he's a local lad who always gives 100% but neither are premiership quality

Some Stoke fans are just hypocritical sometimes they moaned at Pulis non-stop for having no LBs now they want us to get rid of all our RBs.

Shotton and wilko are not good enough, nowhere near premiership quality, Shotton could improve maybe but wilko is technically very poor. Whelan, Jones, Wilkinson and Shotton need to be replaced

Wilko needs go
dangerous player will cost us big soon (getting sent off)
shotton has time

04 Aug 2013 07:28:04
Hull City, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion have also enquiries about Stoke Hitman Kenweyne Jones. Only Hull and WBA are willing to pay the £4.5 million required from Stoke

WBA would not and will not pay £4.5m for a striker who would not make it on our bench!

I can't see us be willing to pay that money on a donkey

Oh, god, another airing for this clapped-out old gubbins concerning a clapped-out player.

Could we swap mulumbu or jacob for jones, we have plenty midfield cover

The last thing west brom need is a lazy, slow striker. We would never pay that fee for kenwyne jones

Palace not interested. Possibly signing Chamakh.

Hull won't pay that much for him, plus we're only looking to sign midfielders now.

'Could we swap mulumbu or jacob for jones, we have plenty midfield cover'

Are you serious! mulumbu. 1 of our key players worth around 10mil. for a lazy striker who has only scored 3 goals last season? we need to strengthen our squad not make it worse.

Realy don't believe that the guy suggesting we swap 'yacob' or mulumbu for jones is an albion fan, I reckon its a stoke fan

Whats wrong with berahnio, he's done well, we always over buy an washed up old player

I can not see kenweyne jones going to hull because when bruce was at sunderland he sold him and called him a lazy.

Jones to Hull City for £4.5m is complete nonsense.

We can't play with 2 holding midfielders, mulumbu and jacob, we need to get more players forward, we got thorne waiting anyway, they both negative players for me.

04 Aug 2013 05:23:53
Following West Broms acquisition of Lugano at centre half, Derby County manager Nigel Clough has made an enquiry about the possibility of loaning Craig Dawson for 2 months before their own Central Defender Mark Obrien will be fit.

Dawson could find himself 4th choice behind Olsson, McCauley and Tamas.

I do not expect anything to happen until after the weekend has finished.

I think you'll find Bolton and Forest are infront of Derby if Dawson was to leave WBA

I can 110% guarantee that Craig Dawson will become a fans favourite, scores goals from corners and is a class act at centre-half. He would be your best defender and a great asset
to derbys squad.

rochdale fan

Get real, mulumbu better than essien.

Y would u swap a 34 yr old for a 27 year old. Total rubbish.

Bolton seem to want Dawson back. Was on loan last season with the Trotters.

No harm in asking though - maybe Clough had a bro talk with Steve Clarke over a root beer last Saturday?

05 Aug 2013 08:50:39
Who's 34 and who's 27.

Micahel Essien born 03/12/82 - 30 yrs old

Youssuf Mulumbu born 25/01/87 - 25 yrs old

Other than getting the facts wrong you're right about doing a swap would be stupid move for Albion unless there was some sort of "sweetner" in the pot such as Moses.

Come to us Daws you know you want to.

04 Aug 2013 02:08:52
Darren Fletcher will move to Celtic this window.

Dont think celtic will risk paying his wages when he is unfortunately quite ill.

04 Aug 2013 01:16:23
West brom in for straight swap for mulumbu and newly returned essien

Mulumbu has just signed a new deal isn't a player west brom need to sell or want to sell. Nothing story.

I don't see mulumbu going to Chelsea. He isn't good enough

Mulumbu is worth at least £10 million,
Essien, s age and dodgy knee, s makes him worth less than half that, not exactly a straight swop then is it?

Nooo mulumbu is better and esssien is an old man who is past his best

Easier worth less than 5 million? He's played in the champions league for years so that's highly doubtful

Ill informed rubbish, their are no WBA players who would be able to lace Essiens boots. Even to day!

That the silliest thing i've heard

Years being the exact word why his worth has dropped
his age and his injuries,

The person that said mulumbu isn't good enough for Chelsea, think again because he is too good for Chelsea! In all seriousness though he is a great player worth about ten million. He is so consistent and I bet in stats beats most of the other defence midfielders in the PL

Although it'd be interesting to see Essien in an Albion shirt I'm not totally convinced by him now. If Mikel can keep Essien out of the Chelsea side and I rate Mulumbu and Yacob more highly than Mikel then surely Essien isn't up to making our first team either. As for a swap for Mulumbu. jog on!

Sadly, I can't see this happening

Can't stop laughing at this one. !
And as for straight swap for mulumbu (who has just signed new contract. btw). well. unbelievable lol

Hull City are looking to sign Tom Carroll from Tottenham on a season-long loan

I would just look, not what you need to stay up, tidy player but doesn't contribute enough
