Arsene wenger has done a 24,000,000 bid for franck ribery and buyern munich are willing to sell but might do a counter offer
This is more of a theory then a rumour. . After seeing West Ham sell two of their best players from last year (Anton was good on his day). and seeing no replacements as yet – i think BG is selling players without curbs knowledge, in the hope he gets so annoyed, he resigns. saving the money they'd use to sack him. Then, they'll hire Bilic and give him plenty of funds in January. . I'm hoping that anyway!!!
lfc to be takenover in december by dic. dic wanna make a statement 150million pounds will be added to rafas bank account. and the reason for owen being free, rafa contacts him and makes him wait it out and promises him a contract.
Sergio "Kun" Aguero 32 mil
Michael Owen (free)
Ashley Young 22mil
Ribery 34 mil
34mil worth of squad players
with money from squad players used on youngsters
most squad players ie. pennant, hyypia, finnan.
Ha!!, Can you believe that city have got that little brazilian Robinho!, damm i am so jealous.
I don't recall this WOW Signing that M Ashley has promised, can anyone fill me in on that please??.
To the guy who said that Rafa Benitez will sign Kaka who will play in goal due to his versetality and Reina will be played in centre mid with Mascherano that was very funny. Almost as good as the guy supposidly standing outside Anfield spotting loads of players like Henry and Eto around the stadium. Now seriously, deadline day is over and dissapointingly Arsenal have failed in their pursuit to sign a central midfielder, however do not fear my fellow Arsenal fans, as Rosicky will return from injury this month. Expect Rosicky to be converted to a centre mid and play alongside Fabregas, with Nasri on the left and either Walcott or Eboue (please god don't let it be Eboue) on the right. Rosicky is very experienced at 27/28 and is very creative. Another possibility is either Song or Silvestre to be played alongside Gallas at centre back and Kolo Toure moving into central midfield, anchoring behind Fabregas, with Rosicky on the right and Nasri on the left. Once again, don't expect Wenger to make any major signings in January, but probarbly some promising youth material for the reserves.
Thanks for reading,
Is anyone else as shocked as i am that robinho signed for manc city?
Some Signing amazed people. . Well. , who have thought that Robinho will be playing at Manchester this season? Manchester City it is and NOT United.
Hmmm. . Well, I'm still hopefully that Mr. wenger will do something about defensive m/f. Cause Denilson or Toure looks less impressive in that role. I'm looking forward in what install at Wenger's mind in january transfer. .
Mark Hughes now knows he has the funding and so they will have time to plan who they want to sign in January and in the summer.
Apparently, they want to bid for the following:
Jaou Moutinho (18mil)
Xabi Alonso (18mil)
Miguel Veloso (18mil)
Goran Pandev (10mil)
As a Liverpool fan I get fed up with ridiculous rumours concerning the purchase of new players. The board made a huge mistake when after agreeing to sell Liverpool to DIC, they reneged at the last minute to line their own pockets with a few extra millions.
Who pays the price for that incompetence? The fans and Manager.
The 2 monkeys and parry who now run the club and who have passed the cost of buying the club onto the club do not care about the club.
We have seen other teams steal a march on LFC over the transfer window and without doubt we will struggle to get a top 4 spot this year. The new ground is shelved and the team lacks real talent. Yes we have good players and a few top players but so do a lot of other clubs.
I wish Man City all the luck with their recent change in ownership but sometimes promises can be nothing but words, though the acquisition of Robinho shows great intent for the future, sadly lacking at our club.
Why havent west brom signed a striker????????????
HAMMERS. . . . . Clearly the board have no faith in Curbs, they openly don't back him with tranfers and sell behind his back, please don't let this drag on till christmas when it will be to late, get someone else in and stop torturing the fans who pay good money to watch you run the club in to the ground for a proffit, i for one won't be wasting another hard earned penny watching a depleted team with a unwanted tactically suspect manager run around like headless chickens waiting for the january sales to find out if they are next, sort it out you morons. . . . .Rob
Walter Smith will wait until January to add to his squad if required, and if the right player is available. Walter is waiting for the return of Steven Smith from injury to see if he can re–establish himself as a quality LB. If he can't then expect another move for Reynolds of Motherwell. This will pave the way for the deputising Sasa Papac to leave in January or at the end of the season. Smith will also monitor Andy Websters loan period at Bristol City. If he can find his form then he will return to the first team at the end of the season, if not then expect a deal for Berra from Hearts, possibly in January to let him settle in. Cousin has left to join Hull and Smith is hoping that Gow will make his move permanent, or alert other clubs. Smith will scour the globe for a quality RB (but he will also allow Whittaker to try and make the position his own), it is thought he is looking at 2 to 3 targets to fill this spot. Hemdani, Weir, Dailly, Broadfoot, Darcheville and Papac will all be allowed to leave at the end of this season. Three players have also been told that this is their last chance saloon at Ibrox, Chris Burke, Charlie Adam and Kris Boyd. If they do not perform, then they will be put up for sale by the board.
4–2 Bouncy Bouncy.
As you well know, man city were bought yesterday and are ready to spend big. The family that bought city have a collective wealth of 1 trillion dollars. About 665 billion pounds. One of the buyers is married to a woman from the Dubai investment Group. (DIC) The Dubai Group have a collective wealth of about 3.4 trillion dollars. Because these two families are rivals in investment and business, DIC will now step up the game and fork out as much as it takes to buy Liverpool FC. This will be a war of spending for years to come. With liverpool having the bigger fan base to start with, the more money, and already better squad/history, they will sign the higher class of player because of reputation.
These coming years could be boring or exciting.
Dubai are already thinking of giving benitez 150 million to spend in january alone, then moving on to an unlimited tranfer kitty from then on.
Abramovich is the 16th richest man in the world.
The head of Dubai is the 4th richest man in the world.
Enjoy your glory man utd and chelsea. It won't last ;)
I like a good rumour as much as the next guy.
However, to all you guys who put your names to complete twaddle here – get a life. Kaka to Liverpool etc. . Apologies if you are aged 12 or something. .but otherwise. .
Berbatov to United – good business!! Almost a goal every two games and Spurs have even agreed to train, pay and give experience to Campbell as part of the deal!!
Its a shame that in todays football world all it takes is somebody rich or a rich group to take over a club and throw money at the premier league. If Man City become another Chelsea, it will surely ruin the face of the premier league. Teams like Liverpool, Arsenal and Man Utd have respectively built up teams over the past few years due to their successes on the pitch. Man Utd in todays football world are rich because they were successful, unlike chelsea who are successful because they are rich. I understand all City and Chelsea fans would be quite happy to be in such positions, but in all fairness, we are now in a situation were anyone can buy a club and virtual buy the premier league.

Tottenham are looking to sign Emile Heskey for around 3million pounds. . pending if Dimitar Berbatov moves to Man Utd or Man City. .
Man City have made a bid for David Villa, Berbatov, Mario Gomes, and Robinho. .
William Palcios of Wigan has been spotted at Manchester Airport just now. .City,or United? Maybe?
Huntelaar is definately not going to Man Utd
Fraizer Campbell looking for loan move to Wigan
and i have a mate who works at man utd who says the reason why Man Utd have not bought Berbatov earlier is because they are going to annonce the signing of a world world class player. .and have used the bulk of their transfer budgjet on it. . that's why they are trying to negotiate as low as possible on berbatov so they can sign this player. . Kaka? Henry? i dunno. .but whoever it is. .my mate says its going to be massive and may raise a few eyebrows. .thats all 4 now
Berba to old trafford for 25mill plus frazier on season long loan to spurs. never a prayer of him joing city
What numptys are posting rumours about Kadlec signing for Celtic from Sparta Prague – he signed for Bayer Leverkusen almost 2 weeks ago. Riordan has signed for Hibs also, so I take that means him signing for Hearts wasn't 'FACT' after all.
