Berahino to Spurs is done deal in summer. All tied in with the Pritchard loan deal.
No loan fee and Spurs still paying most of wages on the understanding they have first refusal on Berahino.
Believe fee etc already agreed though. WBA not willing to sell this window as not safe yet.
