Plymouth have agreed terms with recently relegated Barnet striker Hyde following his good season for the bees, Warren Feeney P/A

28 Apr 2013 23:03:26
After having an excellent season for Bournemouth Charlie Daniels been attracting attention from several top championship clubs including Leeds, Bolton and Ipswich and newly relegated Reading who are looking for back up to Nicky Shorey now 32. Eddie Howe would be loathed to part with Daniels who was central to the clubs promotion and still has two years left on his contract. Daniels is a high earner at Bournemouth and is currently one of the first names on the team sheet so it would need to be an exceptional offer tor both Daniels and Bournemouth to part company. It is likely therefore that interested clubs will take a closer look at him in the first few months of next seasons Championship before making a firm move for him.

He is class but he won't leave bournemouth now they've been promoted

No true in that what so ever. Why would he think about moving to a club which next season will be equal likie Leeds or Ipswich?

By all means take a look at charlie when he is tearing your teams apart. Play second fiddle to Shorey, ha ha good one. This boy is mustsrd & won't be leaving for less than 1.5m so either put up or shut up.

As bradders would say different class. stay with us chaz

28 Apr 2013 22:45:16

Liverpool - Ashley Williams, Gylfi Sigurdsson.

I'm so grateful that Rodgers left when he did. Don't get me wrong, every Jack is grateful for what he helped us achieve but if all he can do is go back for players he's worked with before, we'd be championship bound this year for sure!

Who else has been "linked"?
Vorm and Rangel, couple that with Williams and now Sigurdsson (plus the speculation he wanted Michu) and the fact he already has Allen, there's over half the Swans squad right there. WAIT, wait - that's right, he worked with Borini at the Liberty too!

What a joke. What you reckon Liverpool fans, how much longer is he going to be your manager for?

McGeady won't join a Championship side!

If this happens then Rodgers out

I thought that Rogers was after Mich in addition to Williams, Vorm, Rangel and our old boy Sinclair - all mentioned in the last couple of weeks. Where do you deluded Liverpool fans think the money will come from if this lot comes to pass - Bye Bye Suarez

Stoke won't go for whittingham. He's passed his time, not good enough for the premier league now

Obviously a SUnderland fan. Looking at the signings he thinks they are going to make. Astori won't go to a club around 15th in the table and cerci is a no go mate.

Liverpool going for Pearce on Free from Reading, not Williams, there is no money there unless they can offload Carroll or are forced to offload Suarez - an by the way they are planning to rebuild Anfield

Linked with pearce and mccarthy from reading too, two more players he has previously managed!

28 Apr 2013 22:31:12
Heard swindon are still linked with gavin tomlin

Be a good signing swindon have needed a good striker since austin left

29 Apr 2013 17:27:05
In his dreams, simply he is not good enough and the wrong age.

28 Apr 2013 22:17:51
Swansea City interested in the signing of Fernando Amorebieta from Athletico Bilbao to bolster their defence.

He has signed a pre contract agreement with Fulham

Apparently signed pre contract with Fulham. According to Daily Mail 15th April.

No player is worth 50mill

28 Apr 2013 22:14:02
Heard from a reliable source that lee novak will officially join preston on free transfer on 1st july done deal apparently.

Would he come down a league though if Huddersfield offer him a new contract which is likely? Assuming that Huddersfield don't get relegated which doesn't look likely now.

Preston to sign teenage prodigy Ryan Naylor on a free transfer from Winchester City.

28 Apr 2013 21:49:19
Derby to sign James Vaughan from Norwich this summer! Heard it here first, good source!

How much?

How many years does he have on his contract at Norwich?

Funny that this has come out after he scored a hat-trick at the weekend, and this had not been said at all before.

Isn't James Vaughan at Huddersfield?

29 Apr 2013 15:02:06
The origin of this rumour is that Vaughan's mum let it slip to a relative of a Derby fan. Don't know if this is the Derby fan in question but it's really picking up steam on twitter and other forums.

He has one year left on his deal at Norwich which runs out in may 2014.

Good goal scoring record. Was on loan at Derby with Nigel Clough being a long term admirer, unfortunately got a cruciate ligament injury.

Had a good season scoring 13 goals in 30 games at Huddersfield.

He is on loan at Huddersfield for the year. However they do not have a permanent option on him.

With the player in the last year of his contract Derby would need to bid around 1 million as Norwich have spent around 2 million on him with an initial deal that started at 1.5 million rising to 2.5million.

This rumour has only just come about and potentially his recent goalscoring has bought the attention of clubs.

Hes only on loan at huddlesfield

It has been reported in the Mail that Huddersfield and us are after him for £750. 000. I suppose it is a case of him getting a run in the side and staying injury free. {Ed034's Note - by us I presume you mean derby

Vaughan and Jackson both of Norwich seem to be the strikers Derby are after, suppose it will come down to which one has the lower wage and possible fee?

28 Apr 2013 21:40:01

28 Apr 2013 21:36:35
Tranmere have approached Oldham youngster Harry Sharples who plays centre back and is 16

Sam R

28 Apr 2013 21:23:56
Brentford could lose 3 of 4 key players should they not go up through the play-offs. Clayton Donaldson is being watched by Charlton and Derby. Harry Forrester is being looked at by Ipswich and Crystal Palace. Simon Moore is being watched by Premier League clubs including Sunderland and Aston Villa. Marcello Trotta will go back to Fulham.

I have heard a lot of rumors about Harry Forrester and Ipswich don't know if there is anything in it though.

28 Apr 2013 21:21:13
Leroy Lita back to City? Would anyone want him back

28 Apr 2013 21:18:39
Norwich are apparently in for Aubamyang from St Ettiene and Honda from CSKA {Ed034's Note - lol

I highly doubt that. I really hope for it though, we really need some pace up front!

28 Apr 2013 20:41:08
Arsenal are interested in Maxime Gonalons.
They hope to tie up a deal for Stevan Jovetic and want Marco Reus for 28 million.
Wenger will release Squillaci and Arshavin and try to offload Denilson, Santos, Park Chu Yong, Sagna, Chamakh, Bendtner.

Next Season

You still wouldn't have a decent centre half.

29 Apr 2013 02:20:56
Dropping Cazorla? Really?

28 Apr 2013 20:56:32
Veteran goalkeeper Brian Jensen (37) is to join league one side Walsall from Burnley on a playing/coaching role basis in the summer

28 Apr 2013 20:56:12

He is also on a free agent at the end of this season.

28 Apr 2013 20:06:00
The latest big transfer rumours

Bale to Manchester United (50 Million)
Lewandoski to Manchester United (25 Million)
P. Cisse to Chelsea (12 Million)
A. Taarabt to Swansea (7. 5 Million)
P. Hernandez to Newcastle (7 Million)
J. Hernandez to Chelsea (16 Million)
Walcott to Man City (23 Million)
Wilshere to Manchester United (24 Million)
Y. Benayoun to Reading (4 Million)
Rosicky to Liverpool (7 Million)
A. Lennon to Chelsea (14 Million)

I hope this list is good enough for you transfer lovers because this is all I know.

Man utd won't be spending 100 million I don't think, Chelsea will buy someone better than cisse also I don't think Liverpool will buy a 32 year old for 7 million and I don't think bennayoun would want to play in the championship

Terrible rumours willshere won't leave araenal benayoun won't go for four million you will be lucky to get 2 also rosicky to liverpool for 7 million are you mad

The only one remotely possible is lewandoski. Bale will go to RM, Walcott has recently signed a new contract, wilshere is Arsenal thru and thru, chelasea would never pay 14 mill for lennon and so on

Isnt benayoun out of contract or is that end of next season?

Pablo Hernandez to Newcastle for 7 million? I'd carry him there on my back, naked, walking 300 miles across fields of broken glass if that's true.

Abel Taarabt after yesterday's game against Reading, no thanks.

Haha at the pablo hernandez comment. but its true he offers nothing at all and he's to old as well as joining swansea for his last big pay cheque FACT. as harsh as it sounds he really is bad.

Good wind up or deluded ramblings?

Last big pay cheque? You know who we are right? The club with the lowest wage bill last season in the PL!

His form hasn't been great as of late and neither has most of the teams, but he's a dangerous player when he's switched on and I doubt anyone can deny it!

What the team are lacking at the moment is a bit of individual greed - Dyer proved that against Chelsea when he came on and looked threatening at times. Last pass recently is one to many and teams are expecting it.

But Hernandez will very likely still be a swans player come next season and Laudrup is pushing him to play through his current bad form because he has the quality and will be an important part of the European campaign! Just don't listen to the Hernandez rumors, he's already stated he's looking forward to next season with us!

28 Apr 2013 19:55:27
Daily Express: Swansea manager Michael Laudrup wants Sevilla to drop the £12million asking price for forward Alvaro Negredo.

Romelu Lukaku would be brilliant but Chelsea will want to hold on to him, just incase Fernando Torres and Demba Ba get injured.

1 striker who has a CV for scoring goals left, right and centre is Wolves striker Kevin Doyle who with the club set to be relegated to League 1, maybe less than £1million sounds like a sensible deal

My Swansea City transfer rumours

Doyle will never score the goals you want, works hard but never in the box for us,

28 Apr 2013 19:01:02
Andi Weimann is wanted by Swansea City and Newcastle United.

Hope so

Oh god no thanks there are better strikers out there no offence.

28 Apr 2013 19:18:48
southampton manager pochettino doesn't believe in puncheon or ramirez even though puncheon has signed a contract recently and ramirez's performance against west brom has disappointed the manager

And you heard this from where? What is your source?

Guly, are you posting dodgy rumours again?

I think we should buy the wolves ground then rent it back to them to help them out

Puncheon deserves a chance and with Ramirez banned he'll hopefully get it again, as for Ramirez he needs his time off now to refocus and prepare himself mentally for the next season.

MP has stated that he thinks Ramirez will come good next season and I think we may see more of Puncheon now that Ramirez will be banned.

28 Apr 2013 19:03:49
Huddersfield Town
Will Grigg 1. 3 Mil
Johnny Russel 1. 5 Mil
Mackay Stevens 1. 5 Mil
James Vaughan 1. 8 Mil
Neil Danns 500k

Jack Hunt-3mill Cardiff City
Arfield- Released
Tom Clarke- Released
Daniel Ward- 1. 5 Mill Swindon
Tommy Smith-Released
Chris Atkinson- Released

From a very good source. Chairman Dean Hoyle is willing to spend money on 4/5 players to avoid relegation next season.

From div 1?

I'm a swindon fan. love to have ward back. but we have no money so this is a joke!!

I thought mackay-Stevens was going to prem

I don't think Ward will be coming to Swindon we don't have that sort of money. Most of our players will be leaving even if and its a big if go up.

28 Apr 2013 20:56:38
Swindon will not pay 1, 5 million

for danny ward

28 Apr 2013 21:18:44
dont know much about, hunt.
but I know we (cardiff) wanted him in jan
so malky might go back in for him

Will Grigg is out of contract in the summer and will be available for a compensation fee which will be much less than £1.3m, However, it seems a lot of clubs are after him.

29 Apr 2013 11:52:25
good signings but not danns

I'd like to know where we would get 1.5 mil from, reliable source might be having a laugh, we are (STFC) "streamlining our budget".

I think you're in dreamland mate, I wouldn't be moaning if it did happen though, although I'd like to keep Ward and Atkinson.

Who's Tommy Smith

Development squad player mate

28 Apr 2013 18:50:53
Now Reading are relegated from the Barclays Premier League they are expecting a fair exodus. Here are some rumours that I have heard:

Tabb (Ipswich)
Harte (Leeds
Church (Leeds)
Roberts (retiring?)
Joseph Mills (Bristol City)
Pearce (Cardiff)

McCarthy (Liverpool, I believe we value him at about £5m)
Leigertwood (Leeds)
Pogrebnyak (Somewhere in Russia)

To sign a new contract

Possible ins:

Sharp (if Le Fondre was to leave. He'd be a natural replacement)
Ward-Prowse (on loan from Southampton)
Trotter (Millwall)
Tate (Swansea)

I don't think Ward Prouse would move but there is a chance that you would sign Dean Hammond, who was Adkins captain in League one and the championship and has had a good season on loan to Brighton

Er trotter is going to ipswich mate sorry

Sharp and Atkins don't like each other

For one thing it's Adkins not Atkins, and for another Sharp and Adkins did get on, it was Cortese who did not like Sharp.

Why does everyone say Sharp and *Adkins don't like each other? This is just made up, It is more likely to be Cortese and Sharp that don't like each other.

We wouldn't release Anderson. We'd sell him yes but not release him. Seeing as he's previously had Juventus sniffing round him we'd be stupid to let him go on a free.

If trotter is going to ipswich all i can say is 'good luck with him'! if true?

I can see Tate retiring tbh, he hasn't had a great deal of game time these last two seasons and when he has, hasn't looked that sharp. Very experienced and valued by us Jacks and has made Swansea his home and hasn't been interested in transferring but preferred short loan deals instead, so. ?

28 Apr 2013 18:43:29
Tranmere Rovers are set to sign Bradley Wright-Phillips on June 1st on a 2 year deal. Phil M

This has fallen through, Wright-Phillips is set to sign for MK Dons.

28 Apr 2013 18:40:47
Tranmere have expressed intrest in MK Dons out of favour striker Dean Bowditch and also former Dons striker Charlie McDonald you is currently at Leyton Orient but is looking for a move away. Winston.

Ready made replacements for Yeovil. as the Glovers will cash in on Madden, if they fail to go up.

"Out of favour"?

He's started virtually every game he's been fit for. No chance you'll match his wage at MK, even as a Championship club.

Haha so funny. Bowds. out of favour at MK. are you serious? he's loved by the fans and the management and is one of our better players.

Bowditch? Out of favour? Nice one Winston. LOL

Erm. Out of favour Dean Bowditch. Really hardly missed a game all season!. Been 1 of our better players

Bowditch should get the captains band

Yeah my uncle Bernard knows Dean and it sounds like the move will happen

28 Apr 2013 18:36:50
Tranmere Rovers are in talks with Hartlepool shot stopper Scott Flinders and also Burton Albion striker Calvin Zola.

Another rubbish rumour Calvin Zola was sold by us years ago because he's not a L1 player, if you ask not Crewe fans they'd agree

28 Apr 2013 18:36:50
Barcelona are appently interested in £15m Begovic.

28 Apr 2013 18:30:56
West Brom POTENTIAL signings in the summer:

Chris Baird (Fulham) Free
Nathan Redmond (Birmingham) £2,000,000
Wilifried Bony (Vitesse) £8,000,000
Romelu Lukaku (Chelsea) Loan
Scott Sinclair (Manchester City) Loan w/ with to permenant move
Matias Suarez (Anderlecht) £7,000,000
Franco Di Santo (Wigan) Free
Adam Le Fondre (Reading) £2, 500,000
Junior Hoilett (QPR) £4,000,000
Stephane Mbia (QPR) £4, 500,000
Bafetimbi Gomis (Lyon) £6,000,000

Expect a few unknown players too. Albion have a tendency to bring in players who know one have heard of and often do well e.g Yacob

Alf is 6m minimum

Would like more or less all ov them at the hawthorns, but there is no way peace will spend over 5 million in the summer

If they sign 2 of those players I will be very surprised.

Were most likely to sign hoilett and suarez, baird and redmond are strong possibilities aswell, sinclair may come in on loan, only if the hoilett deal does not materialise. lukaku on loan again would also mean plans to buy suarez are shelved and le fondfre would be looked at again. a lot depends on whether we can complete loan signings of lukaku and sinclair

6 strikers then?

We do need strikers if you think about it odemwingie will be gone as will rosenberg, fortune might not get offered a new contract and lukaku might not come back

Doyle will do for us, him and long up top

28 Apr 2013 18:01:46
Joey Barton to Norwich on a free transfer as deal between Marsille and his represitives has fallen through, player is thought to be wanting to link up with Chris Hughton again after their Newcastle days together

We don't want him thanks

Norwich City are bigger than Barton.

28 Apr 2013 21:24:56
He ain't good enough for us OTBC

P L E A S E god no!

Barton is obviously good enough for us as he has helped Marsille to 2nd in the league

If we sign Barton, then I refuse to go to another match.

28 Apr 2013 17:02:42

Honda to Norwich? Why would he go there? Awful rumour

Reading will get Albert adomah in

Reading lookin to kick jobi mcanuff out and bringing in matt Phillips who was admired by Nigel Adkins

28 Apr 2013 20:48:22
Honda could move to Norwich as he has been disappointing in Russia, but CSKA are top so maybe not

Cardiff have 4 strikers now 3 more,

29 Apr 2013 07:50:12
Darren Bent to drop down to championship. I'd be amazed if he did, sure to be a couple of premiership clubs wanting him.
Uncle Bulgaria

30 Apr 2013 00:29:57
Neil Kilkenny to Norwich. will drive him there myself if this was true, not good enough for League 1 yet alone Prem

28 Apr 2013 17:00:43
Burnley to sign Sam Baldock to replace Charlie Austin who will leave in the summer

Heard the same

28 Apr 2013 16:55:19
Portsmouth midfielder Johannes Ertl is wanted by league one sides Stevenage, Walsall and Tranmere

Ertl finished the 2012-13 season by receiving the fans' Player of the Season award

Not sure about this one, TRFC needs a centre back not a defensive midfielder once Wallace is a back I think our midfield will be him and max power

He can play centre-back.

Had Johnny Ertl at our loacl supporters club last week & he's going nowhere, said he is looking at moving to Chichester with his fiance. PUP.

He won't go he loves Pompey after the chance they gave him

28 Apr 2013 16:51:34
Ryan Tunnicliffe to join Burnley on season loan from Manchester United in the summer while Chris Mccann will join Ipswich Town

Pure guess work.!

28 Apr 2013 16:12:28
James Vaughan to Sign for Town in the summer.

28 Apr 2013 15:57:58
Chelsea youth team striker Islam Feruz to spend next season on loan at Crystal Palace. Source is family friend of his. {Ed034's Note - is this even if they get promoted??? Seems odd to be arranging loans when you don't know what division you'll be playing in

28 Apr 2013 15:48:49
Mansfield Town hitman Matt Green has agreed to join Wycombe Wanderers.

Notts county is who he's joining

28 Apr 2013 15:45:08
Reading FC to offer Ian Harte a new 1 year contract now they are relegated as he was twice in the Championship team of the year.

No thanks

28 Apr 2013 15:44:00
Stoke departures end of season

Begovic Palacios
Wilkinson Jones
Shotton Crouch

replaced by

Palacios, Wilkinson, Shotton and Jones hopefully will go. Begovic to stay for another season or 6 months and Crouch still has a season left in him; he is still useful. Replaced by Cornelius, Martin Olsson maybe. Loic Remy?

Wilko will not leave!

Redmond, N'Zogbia, Danny Simpson, Loic Remy, Cornelius and Figueroa

Butland for Bego
Cuvelier for Palacios
Simpson for Wilko
Cornelius for Jones
Agbonlahor for Crouch
Redmond for Pennant

Crouch does not have one more season left in him he's been pathetic this season and keeping him would be personic

28 Apr 2013 15:43:41
Derek McInnes to re-sign Richard Foster from his former club Bristol City. Foster will be let go for free as apparently Bristol need to educe their wage bill

I hope this is true. They deserve each other.

He can take Foster and the rest of the rubbish, he brought to Bristol, Pearson, Bates and Wilson. There are others he can have too, as BCFC shed their deadwood.

He is signing a new 3 year deal

Foster appears to have no future here, the fans have turned, its very hard to come back at Ashton Gate.

If McInnes sees something in him i'm sure he is available.

28 Apr 2013 15:41:12
Top candidates to replace lewandowski:Dzeko, kevin de bruyne, cisse, julian draxler

Top candidates to replace gotze:Isco, eriksen, son,

28 Apr 2013 15:39:27
Blackburn will be talking to Gary Johnson about taking over at Ewood Park in the summer.
Johnson has done an amazing job taking Yeovil to 4th in League 1, but has yet to sign a new contract. Johnson's current deaL expires at the end of June. While talks are be held with Yeovil, Blackburn are waiting in the wings until the end of their season.

I'd imagine Gary Johnson would want to be in a job longer than a few weeks

28 Apr 2013 15:35:28
Dirk Kuyt (Cardiff)
Joe Ledley (Cardiff)
Jamie Mackie (Cardiff)
Nedum Onuoha (Cardiff)
Adrian Mariappa (Cardiff)

Loic Remy (Liverpool/Spurs)
Scott Sinclair (Fulham)
Callum McManaman (Everton)

Esteban Granero (Swansea)
Alvaro Negredo (Swansea)
Romelu Lukaku (Swansea)
Jose Canas (Swansea)
Marvin Emnes (Swansea)

28 Apr 2013 18:13:09
Granero would be a great signing he's a top class footballer. Lukaku is a strong cf with pace and can score goals, class player. Negrado is rubbish, simple as that and emnes isn't good enough for the swans bench so that's the end of that

Shocking really, only legit rumour there is canas to swansea possible interest in lukaku or negredo

What a load of tosh. If your going to post rubbish at least make up something believable.

Why do people put such rubbish rumours up! Marvin Emnes isn't good enough for the Swans now, so why post such nonsense? Tell you what if he signs for the Swans I'll walk from the vetch to the liberty stadium naked! {Ed003's Note - Arrrrrrrrrgh! }

Which route will you take? I'd be spectating for sure. Please make it Mumbles Road and time how long it takes for the fuzz to tackle you like some crazed lunatic - I'd want to record it for youtube ;)

As I mentioned in another post, if it happens, it'll be for less than the 1.5m previously stated and the man will mainly be a reserve player.

Thing is, our strike force is diabolical, besides Michu who have we got that's a threat? Moore can be a descent impact player on times (as proven) but hardly a consistent starter!

I think we may possibly land Aspas but Negredo is doubtful and we need strikers so Michu can sit back in the hole where he is without doubt more more active and creative. Someone else has mentioned Tarrabt coming to us and why not? Good player but the price stated is a bit to high for what we'd pay I'd guess.

We'll keep getting linked with strikers until Laudrup says he has all he needs even if they are quite stale and old stinky rumors!

Granero aaaah no. marvin emnes big fat no.

Jose Canas done deal.
Others probably interested in.

28 Apr 2013 15:31:19
Rafa Benitez to replace pardew at the end of the season

28 Apr 2013 14:38:50
Nottingham Forest will offer a contract to Alan Judge from County who has admitted he will leave this summer as his contract is up. he has stated on numerous occasions that he wants to stay in Nottingham.

Sorry to say this but he's signing for derby nigel clough has said the deal was done in march :)

He would never cross the Trent, if he wants to progress joining f666st would be a backward step.

I can tell you now alan judge will not sign for us your just trying to get arguments started which is pretty pathetic A. judge wouldn't do that to county fans and B. lewis mcgugan doesn't hardly get a look in so no disrespect to judge but mcgugan is 10X better than judge so if he's not getting regular games judge won't tbh judge has made a massive mistake leaving notts yes they didn't get promoted but that's obvs because they didn't have good strikers

28 Apr 2013 18:55:17
No offence, but McGugan isn't 10x better than my grandmother, let alone Alan Judge. {Ed034's Note - I love bitter notts fans

30 Apr 2013 10:06:31
Forest fan, actually

28 Apr 2013 14:11:45
Leeds united are set to make a move for reading striker Adam Le Fondre when the transfer window opens.

Surely a prem club will take a punt on him

Le Fondre will stay at Reading

He will stay in the premier league

I'm sure Leeds can sign him when there's plenty of prem clubs after him.

Hes said he wants to go to leeds to be with mcdermot again

"Hes said he wants to go to Leeds to be with Mcdermott again" Can you find that interview for me please? no, oh yeah that's right, it doesn't exist

28 Apr 2013 21:23:14
yeah he's been heavily linked with leeds. so its a possibility

'He said he wants to link up with Brian McDermott' 'he's been linked with Leeds so yer'. ONLY in Leeds do these rumors exist.

28 Apr 2013 14:06:07
Doncaster will have sorted the manager problem by Wednesday, they will choose to stick with Flynn or he will go back to scouting or take charge of next years reserve team

Who do people reckon for the managers job if john ryan decides not to stay with brian Flynn, any suggestions?

28 Apr 2013 18:45:04
Dean Saunders

I'd personally like a proper experienced championship manager I'd like to think the board will stump up the money to get such a manager

Owen coyle?

Would love Owen Coyle if he would take it

Paul Dickov

Paul dickov? no thank you. I think dean smith of walsall

Paul Dickov?! Why? To get us relegated?

30 Apr 2013 15:17:20
I think rovers will go for brentfords manager if they don't win the play offs {Ed003's Note - What? }

28 Apr 2013 14:10:01
Leeds united are after the signing of niki wells from Bradford along with Huddersfield and burnley.

Its Nahki Wells and I very much doubt Bradford will do a deal with Leeds or Huddersfield unless silly money is put forward

28 Apr 2013 19:27:40
And why wouldn't a deal be done money is money and clubs won't care who they sell to just a deluded Bradford fan thinking they won't sell to rivals remember Alan smith to man u

Do not kid yourself, if Nahki Wells wanted out he's going to Huddersfield, Leeds or any other club that meet the asking price. Football clubs don't keep unhappy players anymore. Doesn't have to be silly money. He is worth 500k tops at the moment

Why won't they when thay did a deal with andy grey

Why on Earth would we want Nahki Wells. Do me a favour.

Read my post I said if only silly money was offered would Bradford sell to Leeds or Huddersfield never said they wouldn't sell and latest is Burnley Peterboro Huddersfield Leeds Sheff wed are all looking at making a bid if the bantams don't get promoted

Niki wells yeah?

28 Apr 2013 13:59:39
Wolves expect to be hit with a transfer embargo this summer as they cannot meet the div one wage cap with the current players reluctent to leave the club with as they have contracts that allow them to pick up premier wages!!

28 Apr 2013 22:10:51
qpr will be up against the same problem by the end of next season

28 Apr 2013 13:41:00
Steven Whittaker off to hull if promoted after a training ground punch up with Russell Martin, that's why lamber is trying to get Martin on the cheap.

Hull won't b getting promoted there awful.

28 Apr 2013 13:01:32
Bradley Wright-Phillips to Gillingham

What a stupid roumer. with teams like sheff utd mk dons brentford and notts county chasing him why would he choose to come to us I would love for it to happen but we have 1chance with bradley wright phillips and that's NO CHANCE

Why wouldn't he come to Gillingham? The teams you mentioned will all be playing in the same division next season

Yes I understand that but all the clubs I mentioned are bigger than gillingham can offer better wages and have more chances of promotion the list goes on i'm a addicks fan and bwp will go where his dad tells him to he came to us because ian told him to so basically its either notts county or mk dons because his dads best mates with chris kiwomys notts manager and mk don't because his dad works there if I was a betting man i'd say he will end up at notts county because he said on many accasions he would be interested in a move to them he evan tried to force a move to them in january. so evan if gillingham were interested he would choose them over you

Brentford are not bigger than Gills, but he might fancy a move there.

28 Apr 2013 12:59:17
Oxford manager Chris Wilder is set to axe many of the current squad after a disappointing season. Wilder who recently signed a new deal is set to sign Rene Howe from Torquay and Danny Hylton from relegated Aldershot.

Many if not most of the squad are likely to be on their way with 16 professionals out of contract. No announcement of leavers and stayers until Thursday apparently. The 2 players in the original thread would be welcome addition.

There's a reason why both strikers found themselves at the bottom end of the table, not what OUFC need to get promoted next season!

28 Apr 2013 18:47:18
They won't b signing for us as Howe as stated he thinks Oxford no bigger than where he is

28 Apr 2013 22:29:22
Where did he state that?!

28 Apr 2013 12:48:35
Everton to sign Wigan's Kone this summer, from a reliable source.

28 Apr 2013 12:39:30
Swansea have joined the race to sign QPR striker Loic Remy if they get relegated.

When they grt relegated, you mean!

They are relegated

Unfortunately I don't think the swans will be able to afford the wages that the top 5 or 6 teams in the prem will offer him

Dont want money grabbers thanks. we already have pablo hernandez who offers square root of **** all

Its hardly a race, QPR were so slow they couldn't catch a bus - that's why they are relegated.

28 Apr 2013 12:38:34
Swansea have joined the race for Ajax winger Viktor Fischer. {Ed034's Note - would be a great signing

Spoke to a bloke about this deal in the city centre this week. Would be a great signing, hopefully to replace Pablo Hernandez.

He would be a great signing and would suit swans but is unlikely as his price tag and laudrup doesn't sign danish players

Ajax is the best club in the world to develope as a young player. Fischer isn't stupid, so at the age of 18 he is going nowhere.

You can't say that Laudrup doesn't sign players who are Danish. I'm pretty sure that if a player was worthy of playing for Swansea, Laudrup would organise a deal for him without giving his nationality a second look. Just because Laudrup hasn't signed Danish players yet, doesn't mean that he won't.

Would be a great signing if it happens. Its quite clear Laudrup is scouting for talent on the continent. But personally I think this deal materializing is nigh on zero unfortunately.

28 Apr 2013 12:28:25
Rhys Williams to Everton £5m

Good player, had him on loan at Burnley 2008/2009 season. always rated him

Villa could do with him an at that price I think that would be a steal

28 Apr 2013 12:23:08
Jol just agreed personal terms with the ayew brothers to go to fulham

Thats good for us. Just to make sure where did you get this information from.

28 Apr 2013 12:15:06
following Plymouth Argyle's safety yesterday, the club is prepared to make sure relegation never happens again in the near future by backing john Sheridan in the transfer market this season - provided he signs the contract about to be offered to him - and sign 1 defender, 2 midfielders and 1 striker, as well as offloading the unnecessary players at the club and dipping into the loan market

One striker!

One striker? It will be more.

1 permanent striker, as well as a couple of loan strikers, hyde/howe/mendes/reid/richards rumored to be the permanent striker, with hyde the clear favorite. Argyle also looking to loan two 22+ year old's from championship teams - players unnamed

28 Apr 2013 12:14:00
Ronnie Moore said on Saturday that Owain Fon Williams is likely to leave Tranmere. It is possible that Cardiff could be his destination although Doncaster are looking at him too.

Going a bit further south than that Yeovil is his destination

I agree, we already have people talking nonsense. Sharp left partly because we needed the money and partly to better his career - he went to Southampton, had a day or two in the Premier League, and next season will be in the same division as us. As a human being he has worked tirelessly to start a charity and survived the death of his baby. Please do not write nonsense that demeans such players, which is also ill-informed.

Unless Yeovil go up I would be disappointed if he ended up there he's currently in the welsh set up so would like to think he is leaving for one of the established championship sides.

Jason Mooney had a good game yesterday so all wouldn't be lost if fonners does go, good luck to him if he does its been a pleasure watching him the last few seasons

Hope he doesn't go Yeovil like us this is their first decent season in a whole hardly a step up for him if he does go championship good on him he's earned it if he stays league one I'd be disappointed in him as he's a quality keeper too good for rovers and especially too good for Yeovil!

28 Apr 2013 11:22:47
Some reports are saying this morning that Boro are interested/have made a move for Lens midfielder Samba Sow. Not sure how reliable these reports are but Mowbray was supposedly flying out to somewhere in Europe last night to look at transfer targets so this could be the guy!

28 Apr 2013 11:22:20
Bolton shopping at Sainsburys. Inside source at the club says Bolton have tied up a 300k move for Right Back Sainsbury - very highly rated and Dougie is a shrewd business man.

Playoffs or not a list has been put together with 3 or 4 targets who will be cheap to buy and have the potential to make a name for themselves at BWFC. Mainly Kevin Doyle who would fit nicely into Boltons system for not much more than 1M.

In Dougie we trust.

Kevin doyle is not coming to Bolton! and good thing because he is all sorts of crap

Kevin Doyle has bags of experience for the right price. The elmander and anelka days are over at BWFC so it might be time to be a bit more realistic!

. Think that if we get promoted first move to make is a season long loan for Scott Sinclair aswell!

Trent Sainsbury is a Centre Back. Good young player I believe the Central Coast Mariners would be expecting closer to 600K for him though.

Sainsbury can play either right back or centre back. Highly rated young Socceroo. CCM would accept a fee in the region of £400. 000.

I watched him on TV recently winning the Grand Final with the Mariners.

I support Bolton but watch out for the Mariners in the A League and read up on his reports and rise through their youth academy.

I Dougie we trust.

I think we need a minumum six new faces for next year.

OUT GO - Super Kev, Matt Mills, Mears, Ricketts. We will lose Spearing and Dawson back to their respective clubs. Maybe Alonso too (HOPE NOT)

We wil need a left back and right back two centre halfs an attack minded midfielder, a defgensive midfielder and a striker.

I'd take city pair Sinclair and Guidetti next season. Both have not ben given a fair chance amongst the multi millionaire palyers there. Guidetti was fantastic for Feyenoord last sason.

Norwegian centere half Jonathan Tollas were linked with in January 13 would be another good signing. {Ed003's Note - Guidetti has been injured for a large chunk of this season,great signing if you did get him.}

28 Apr 2013 11:40:00
Just spoke to John ruddys girlfriend in norwich and he has been in north London the past wk trying to agree terms for his transfer. Although a fee hasn't yet been decided on there will be a lot of add ons including England caps, clean sheets and appearances. Listen guys this one will happen I can almost put my house on it. i'm Colchester fan and have a lot of time for norwich and I'm sure bunn can fill his gloves.

Utter garbage. for one ruddy is married so think his wife would have something to say about you talking to his girlfriend lmao. going nowhere as he is enjoying ncfc too much. however i do think the only way he will go is if we are relegated and that's very slim chance.

Sorry but John will be leaving and is actually been fully fit for a while.

Also work at arsenal and I'm pretty sure most of the staff here can confirm John has been here.

Haha. Stop wasting your time pal.

He has been there yes, when we drew 3-3 with Arsenal last season!

Load of rubbish that you are in the know. As you are prepared to put your house on this rumour and you live in Colchester l guess your pad must be worth about £1k.
Truth is Ruddy could well join Arsenal but it will only happen when Norwich agree and McNally has another replacement keeper lined up

29 Apr 2013 08:29:41
He has not been fully fit for a while. He has played 2 games for the U21 development side in which he looked extremely rusty in both, as is to be expected. He may well be off in the summer but nothing has been agreed as yet.

And to the person who said they work at the club and can confirm that he has been there, how stupid are you? An employee revealing behind closed doors transfer dealings would be out of the door quicker than a ferret down a drain pipe! Pathetic attempt.

Ruddy is dating theo Walcott little sister and wants to move closer to her. fACT

Ruddys girlfriend said.
sounds legit
not to mention he got married last summer and has children

he played youth developmental game (s) last week.

Guy above

ruddy isn't dating anyone, he is married to someone who is not related to walcott

Stoke city look to be having a spending spree due to all but guaranteeing premier league revival
the shortlist includes
Danny Simpson
Charles N'zogbia
Nathan Redmond
and wildcard Andreas Cornelius

Thats hardly a spending spree, that will all cost about 12 million altogether

No point speculating who Stoke will buy as Pulis may not be there next season.

28 Apr 2013 09:23:25
BLACKPOOL Transfer Targets summer 2013:

Anyone Free

28 Apr 2013 11:13:15
sounds about right they have no money to spend, even if they sold tom ince they would not spend oyston will keep all the money in is wallet

No he wont. He will spend the neccesarcy amount to get us up. Lecister have spent loads and they won't make the play offs, hull didn't spend much and their going up. Its not about how much you spend its what quialty you get

28 Apr 2013 20:36:54
8 sticks of rock will secure the laughing policeman from outside the fun house. Strong tip to be the top of the Ince list this summer.

28 Apr 2013 08:51:14

You will struggle next season.

28 Apr 2013 08:41:41
Leyton Orient defender Scott Cuthbert has agreed a new two year deal with the club.

He will sign next week.

Great news with Cuthbert.
Also heard that Vincelot, Baudry and Cook, happy to stay.

Don't want Cook to stay.

Lazy waste of space.

On his day, Cooky is a fantastic player. Just a shame that a) he does not have these days enough and b) never seems to go for a header!

28 Apr 2013 08:21:14
Rory Delap will reject Coventry, if Carlisle offer him a contract

28 Apr 2013 08:14:39
Shrewsbury set to sign Southampton duo Billiy Sharp and Lee Barnard. Shrewsbury will be able to afford this because the chairman is set to spend big.

Lee Barnard possibly, Billy Sharp never.

Realistic at last! about time us big time shrews got to the premier league! where we belong

You guys won't be getting Sharp. He'll be heading to a Championship club next season and probably one of the ones already established quite high up that league.
Barnard seems more likely, good quality player and hope you guys get good play out of him if he does move to you in the summer.
Good luck for next season.

HAHA. Lee Barnard and billy sharp will go to bigger and better clubs than shewsbury

This must be a wind up. Our chairman and spending big are not words that should be in the same sentence.

So Lee Barnard will go to a bigger club than the Shrews?

The same Lee Barnard who has just been on loan to that really big club. Oldham!

Seriously though, there is no way that Billy Sharp would come to the new meadow. I would expect Graham Turner to use the loan market heavily again next season. Perhaps a return for Eaves & Assante?

30 Apr 2013 19:40:51
Turner will not use the loan market, himself and Roland are prepared to spend. Not loan

Billy sharp league 2 your haveing a laugh

28 Apr 2013 07:31:03
The only players to be safe from the rebuilding job at reading fc are

Im sure Morrison gunter McCleary kebe akpan are safe

28 Apr 2013 02:48:00
Queen Of The South goalmachine Nicky Clark is attracting interest from plenty of clubs in England

Any ambitious club at League 2 or even Championship level short on cash but in need of a proven goal scorer would be nuts not to be interested. Class player. Full stop.

28 Apr 2013 02:45:15
Celtic scout john park was at dinamo zagreb v zilina last week to watch 17 year old croatian mihilovic, the superkid has beed compared to luca modric and celtic look to pounce for the croat, who is also attracting interest from chelsea, Manchester United and valencia.
They are also set to sign tangerines duo johnny russell and gary mckay steven for £3. 5 package.

Celtic could win the SPL with their U17s and have no chance in CL. So why the need to spend?

A £3. 50 Package I think that may be rejected :P

Na I know what you mean

28 Apr 2013 01:55:03
English league one side Walsall are being strongly linked with St Mirren's attacking midfielder Sander Puri who is out of contract in the summer

28 Apr 2013 10:19:12
Would be a great player for us. possible replacement for brandy! He played great against brazil!

Smith dropping mantom, after row on training ground will mean he's on his way from walsall,

Leaving after having a bust up? bit extreme

28 Apr 2013 01:49:19
League One champions' Doncaster Rovers are interested in resiging Billy Sharp.

Is never going to happen, he jumped ship, we didn't get enough back for him and he was one of the major reasons we were relegated. His wages were the highest at the club and we didn't make any money out of his transfer. Money man not a club man!

What a stupid comment I wouldn't be bothered if we had to pay him big money again I'd have him back, he was on that money for a reason because he scored goals

29 Apr 2013 11:50:28
seems legit mate

28 Apr 2013 00:53:07
Boro set to sign luke James from local rivals hartleepool united

27 Apr 2013 23:55:27
Luke Young to return to Middlesbrough as Tony Mowbray's asssitant manager as Mark Venus looks to further his career with a role in management

Would be good to bring him back

27 Apr 2013 23:21:58
Swansea City will try their luck with a £4m for West Brom and Republic of Ireland striker Shane Long. The Irishman, has struggled to get a lengthy run in the team since Christmas and could be tempted to cross the border and join the Swans in their Europa League adventure.

I'd personally like to see this, think he could do well for us; would be a descent second striker at a descent price!

Long is valued at 12 million so try and talk sense

Shane Long has interest from Germany, Spain, Italy and now Wales. He is very keen to stay at the Hawthorns as per several press reports. Sorry mate

28 Apr 2013 09:24:24
He is also in talks for a contract extension.

'descent second striker at a descent price'. are you being serious? jeremy and clarke would laugh at that price and he would be your first striker pal. But he's going no where he's happy at west brom

Why would long want to go to a team who is sat below the Albion and have an attendance of 19000 on average

Long doesn't have the quality to fit in the Swansea system.

12 million. Are you serious?

Why do people who clearly have no common sense or knowledge of football keep posting rubbish on here

Yes, SECOND striker if Laudrup gets his first choice in!

19k HOME fans at a PACKED OUT stadium which has just submitted planning for a considerably extension as there's never enough tickets available for the amount of people who want them - believe me, I've tried.

Just no, 12million valuation

Won't happen. Long was bought for £6.5 million, is in talks over a contract extension, wants to stay and there is a lot of interest from both Bundesliga and Serie A clubs.

The fee would be closer to the 8-10 million range if not the 12 some people have stated

Long 12 mill dream on

If carroll went for 35million long easy 12 million watch him play in the premiership dingles

01 May 2013 11:59:21
Considering Long is in talks over a new contract I severely doubt this would happen - especially for the price quoted!!2 million may be a little steep, I'd be thinking more like 7 or 8 and even though I wouldn't be surprised to see our chairman hold out for more considering we got 6 million for Kamara a few years ago!

Doyle is longs best mate, get him quick
