On going talks involving PAFC Japanese owners and Torquay Utd have stalled again about the South devon super stadium opposite the Newton Abbot Trago Mills Business and Leisure Centre. However thesehope to be resolved quickly as this will depend on England world cup bid. Exeter Rugby Club have also voiced an interest, although this would only be around renting Training facilities.
