Klass Jan Huntelaar has been made aware of interest from Liverpool. Although having only signed for Ajax last season he is a target of Rafa Benietz and would cost in the region of £13m. Ajax are keen to keep him but he is mulling over the prospect of playing for the 2005 European champions. He cannot, however, officially sign for them until January 2007 when he would have been at his current club for the minimum of 1 year before a player can move clubs. Interest in Dirk Kuyt has cooled because of Feyenoord's asking price of £12m. Liverpool manager Benitez feels a better option would be to spend a further million pounds on a younger, more lethal finisher. He is also keeping tabs on Jefferson Farfan of PSV and believes he can tempt PSV with an offer of £8m if he cannot get his first target Huntelaar. A fee for Daniel Alves has been agreed at £9.3m with a medical taking place on the 2nd July.
Newcastle are looking at two Italian midfielders in Barone from Palermo and Chievo winger Semioli. They also are desperate to sign Kuyt after the injury to Owen.
Rangers set to complete the singing of clement by next week! and also starting talks with Johan Elmander he says he is interested to come to ibrox and work with le guen. Rangers are also set to make a bid for webster but may have to fork out a bit as hearts wont let him away easy to Rangers! Le guen is set to give nacho novo ricksen fan fan namouchi a chance to stay at rangers but if they dont reach his expectations they will be away right away! bob malcom gavin rae set to leave ibrox and go to aberdeen. uv heard it of me!
Charlton Athletic will sign Steve Finnan as a replacment for Luke Young who is going to west ham. We will also send warnock on loan for a season to the Valley.
le guen knew what he was signing up for he has already stated that he knew the transfer budget and he was also offered a helluva lot more elsewhere but chose rangers due to the relationship built up between himself mr murry and martin bain.for the hordes of celtic fans who cant accept that rangers just had a bad season and will be back with a vengance.i personally dont think ronaldo would sign.but if celtic can sign roy keane and by your own admission he is the best midfielder to grace this earth why would noone else of stature come to the spl.anyway.....clement done deal, elmander will also sign.expect one or two after this,Givet an option at the back and also poss filip sebo from austria vienna who can play on either wing
Everton do not have enough money o buy Malbronque (dont if spely right), Barton or Noalan unless they sell players. They could sell Kilbane, Davies, Valente, Naysmith, Van Der Meyde or Wright. Expect about 1 of these players to go for no more than £2m. That will leave Everton about £3.5m to spend possibly on Barton who is out of favour at Man City. If Barton deal doesnt happen Everton may look to Sidwell or Petrov. Another deal which could be done is Jeffers (god help us) on a bosman pay as you play deal. Everton will also get Andersson Da Silva back when he gets a spanish passport.
Everton next season-
Ruddy, Stubbs, Hughes, Pistone, Weir, Boyle, Davies, Kilbane, Carsley, McFadden, Anichebe, Vaughan, Da Silva
Hi, i'm a west ham fan. Alan Pardew will make a few singings this summer. He won't need anymore strikers because the harewood and ashton partnership is one of the best in the EPL & he has zamora and sheringham at his disposal. He needs a right back and a goalkeeper. The right back will be luke young although Man Utd might want him to replace neville. We will try to sign Robbert Green or Chris Kirkland as our goalie while we wait for Carrol to get fit.

Sheffield wednesday will defy the odds and get Carson, expect craig rocastle to go to Oldham(15k)and patrick collins(12K) to Swindon town
To the guy who said all those ridiculous rumours about sheffield wednesday buying graham branch for 1.4 million, and some unknown player called frank barry for excess of a million quid, shut up and research before you post. As for those rumours about glenn whelan, chris brunt and frankie simek going to non league clubs for pittance, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You clearly no nothing about Sheffield Wednesday football club. And also, Peter Gilbert is not going anywhere. Sturrock is a big fan, plus hes torn his ligaments and hes out until christmas, so hes not going anywhere too soon. On a more positive note, Paul Sturock will try and complete the signings of the following players.
1) David Healy
2) David Marshall
3) Charles Mulgrew
4) Duncan Ferguson
5) Allan Mcgregor (if he fails with marshall)
6) Steven Hammell
7) Leon Best
8) Dickson Etuhu
9) Chris Eagles (loan, 1 year)
Sturrock is also though to be interested in a number of midfielders, these are Luke Wilkshire, Yoann Folly and Kevin Nicholls
I have heard that Brentford are interested in bringing Stan Collymore to Griffin Park and offer him a player/manager role. I have no idea about how much truth is in this but it seems like a reasonable link.
Wigan will put a new double bid of around £5 million in for West Brom's Zoltan Gera and Nathan Ellington which will surely get Robson to sell. Curtis Davies won't head for Wigan.
Chris Kirkland will seal a loan deal move whilst Mike Pollit could be on his way to Sheffield United with John Filan and Kirkland fighting for starting places. Crystal Palace's Fitz Hall, the centre back will be the first signing with the West Brom pair following. James Milner could be the biggest signing of the summer for around £5 million whilst Bolo Zenden could come from Liverpool for around £1.5 million although Boro are interested in re-signing the Dutchman. The right-back to replace Pascal Chimbonda will come from the World Cup as Jewell has been scouting several defenders. Lee McCulloch is likely to play in midfield with either Kavanagh or Johannson. With Camara and Roberts both heading for the exit door, Neil Mellor will come in, although McCulloch may shift up front with Johanson and Kavanagh in the centre or Mellor may play up front or another striker from the World Cup could come in.
The world cup players Jewell has scouted are Paraguay's Roque Santa Cruz and Switzerland's Alexander Frei who could sign from Rennes for around £5 million. IF Frei or Santa Cruz don't sign, expect a bid for Collins John or Emile Heskey. Frei is the most likely striker signing. For a replacement for Pascal Chimbonda, Johan Djourou may come on loan from Arsenal or Mexican - Gonzalo Penida could come in. Djourou loan is a safe bet.
Arsenal transfer transactions:
Trabelsi(free), C.Davies(6 million), Yaya Toure(8.5 million), Gago(1 million), Klose(12 million)

Newcastle United have made a £4m bid for Emile Heskey, his current club Birmingham have told the Toon they want £5m
Blackburn are making a move for Milan Baros and are keeping an eye on Benni McCarthy and Robert Earnshaw
I think everyone knows that Portsmouth will be strengthening their squad this summer. There has been talk about players such as Sol Campbell and Stilian Petrov, but I know that Harry Redknapp will make Rangers striker Nacho Novo his first signing this close season. Novo is behind Dado Prso and Kris Boyd in the pecking order at Ibrox and is keen for first team football, which he'd get at Fratton Park. Redknapp would like to partner Novo with his star man Lomana Lua Lua upfront, and he'd be able to land his man with a bid in excess of £1.8m.
tim cahill is not going anywhere, for anyone that watched the aussies celebrate when they qualified for the knockout stages, you will have noticed that tim took off his aussie shirt and donned an everton shirt. Why do that if he wants to leave, everton are moving forward not back, they have no need to sell there better players if they dont want to move on. Everton are looking for one addition player to bolster there midfield, and no its not barton or nolan. Its wantaway malbranque for about 4mil
Paraguay striker Roque Santa Cruz is on the lookout for a new club after being told that he's no longer wanted at Bayern Munich. Santa Cruz led his country against England, Sweden and Trinidad at the World Cup, but didn't do too much to increase his market value. Munich are now likely to accept a minimal fee, or even give the player a free transfer in order to get him off the wage bill. Munich already have players such as Lukas Podolski, Roy Makaay and Valery Hashemian, with Ruud van Nistelrooy potentially on his way to the Allianz Arena.
ARSENAL NEWS Contact has been made with Gigi Buffons agent but we will have to wait and see.A strong rumour is circulating in Brazil that Javier Mascherano has chosen Arsenal ahead of Chelsea and Man Utd.Arsenal had a £7million bid turned down for him 18 months ago when he was still at River Plate and it is understood that he had set his heart on a move to the Gunners.Hatem Trabelsi is understood to be on the verge of joining Arsenal on a free transfer as cover for all of the back four positions as he can play at centre back as well as full back.Fernando Gago is a virtual done deal as he has been saying that he can't wait to play with Cesc Fabregas.A striker will be signed but not one of the widely rumoured one's!Expect Javier Saviola or Kahlenberg(auxerre).
I find it interesting that celtic fans are so adamant no big names would come to rangers to play in the spl before going on to say they want to sign crespo and ryan giggs. anyone spot the irony? anyway as this is a rumour site i thought id post some info i have with regards to rangers. i dont know the chairman and im not friends with le guens son but i do know for a fact that zinedine zidane has enrolled in the largs coaching centre this summer to complete his coaching license (i cant say how but i will say its in relation to my job) why do it in scotland when they have such good facilities for that in france? might be irrelevant but there are rumours around glasgow that zidane will kick off his coaching career under paul le guen at rangers, and when i heard this i thought it might be of some interest. as i say it could be coincidental and irrelevant but im sure we will all find out over the course of the summer

Manchester United are very close to signing Michael Carrick for around 15 million pounds. The Spurs star is supposedley 'tempted' by a move to Old Trafford.
The only other realistic target for the Red Devils is Fernando Torres who Sir Alex Ferguson has been a keen admirer of for the last 2 years.Man Utd are reportedley offering around 25 million for the striker who told press at a spanish press conference that he expected to sign for United after the world cup. If so carrick would play a good anchor role in midfield and torres and rooney seem to be a striking partnership to fear.
Arsene Wenger will continue his summer signings next week when he signs Curtis Davies from West Brom for around £7 million. He will then attempt to sign his number 1 target in Javier Mascherano, the hard Argentine from Corinthians for around £15 million in what could be the record signing. Wenger will then possibly sign a young talent from the World Cup and may look at Torres but he will probably stick with Henry and Robin Van Persie as a strike partnership with Walcott, Adebayor and Reyes all being available. Ljunberg could leave.
SUBS: Almunia, Djourou, Senderos, Clichy, Gilberto, Reyes, Diaby, Walcott, Adebayor
Stoke City and Leeds United are fighting it out for Rushden and Diamonds goal scoring defender Phil Gulliver, who is regarded as the new John Terry. Tony Pulis sees him as the spiritual successor to Gerry Taggert.
charlton news - they are currently in neogiations with a few of this summers best performers, they are close to a loan deal for maniche, they are also in talks to tie up a £1.5m deal for rusol, a loan deal for valencia is nearly done too. while the club are talk to auxerre about akale and a £1.8m bid has been made for jelen as well as a cheeky £7m bid for muntari (£3m upfront, and 2 payments of £2m over the next 2 seasons). on the home front a loan deal for rossi is almost done as is the sidwell deal after he was offered £21k a week. they are also in talks with chelski to get either swp or obi mikel on loan and to buy bridge for £3m. charlton will only go to £1m for mears.
With Arsene Wenger looking towards youth for the comming season expect Lauren to be playing his last season for the gunners this season. Also Wenger has been scouring europe for the best talent it has to offer and apparently he has found Sweden's new Freddie Ljunberg and is keen to snap him up before many of europe's top clubs. The player is a speedy right midfield player called Daniel Dunkinson, hes only 16 years old and plays for Helsinborgs in Sweden
arsenal are in talks with juve for a possible transfer of gigi buffon, according to his agent, but he says there is still a long way to go. so fingers crossed.
and all them chelsea and man u fans saying arsenal havent got a chance in signing fernando torres, weve got as bigger chance as any of you 2 teams, we HAVE got the money because of our champs lge run last season. wenger always takes his time to sign players,e.g he got scouts to watch reyes 50+ times before signing him, so jus wait til afta the world cup.
more possible transfers are yaya toure, curtis davies and hatem trabelsi
man utd news - the torres deal is done for £22m it is the talk of the press room. SAF is looking to play a 3 man midfield, which means he wants at least 5 new central midfielders. he will get carrick for £14.4m, then he will move on to the mascherano deal for £10m, roman will sign for £12.8m, as well as a £5m deal for petit. juninho will also join along with malouda in exchange for saha and £1m. SAF will also try for joaquin or simao. he will also do some more business with lyon for fred he will paid £8.5m plus mikel. howard and foster will be on loan next season so a move will be made for isaksson with a £6m price tag. a move will also be made for ferdinand £10m and even if juve stay up a £3m bid will be made for cannavaro too.
Grosso to inter-95%
Luca Toni to inter- stalled but depends on adriano situation
Maicon to inter-50%
Ronaldo-to inter depending on world cup form otherwise rafa may consider him as last option if he cant sign torres, simao or kuyt
riquelme wont go to manu-to slow
Cahill to Man u- currently being monitored as replcement4 scholes
SAF may look to veira as keane replacement if he fails to get Carrick but this is a highly unlikely transfer
Lucas Neil-Barcelona-50% AC Milan-10%
Viduka- Portsmouth30%Newcasle 30%Roma 30%
Dacourt to inter-95%
Aloisi to another la liga club most likely barcelona or osasuna
Emerton to Everton-90%
Wenger will almost definately sign a striker and a cb most likely striker is saviola or torres tho transfer fee may be in the way.
Bresciano and Grella will almost definately leave Parma tho destination unclear with AC milan and Juve situation
I've been reading this site for such along time now and some of the stories people make up are abslutely ridiculus. I'm a big Liverpool fan born and breed and it makes me laugh reading the players linked with our club. I appreciate its a rumours site but some of the stories people write are so far fetched. For example Garcia moving for 4m...laughable....or what about Cisse being sold for 8-11m. You have to be kidding.
I agree with Saviola being lined up 6m, and also Aimer is a strong possibility, discussions wont start until after world cup.Benetiz is a big admirer. Valencia don't want to sell him but can't offer he regular football. 6-8m will secure him. Mark my words.
Maxi Lopez is a target for West Ham but he is most likely to end up staying in spain with loan deal.
David Villa is will be going no where, all this talk of Liverpool being interested is a joke. All managers would be interested in a class proven goal scorer.
All the very best !!!
Martin Jol will want two quality players for every position for the spurs squad next season.

David Murray the Rangers F.C. chairman has always said if Celtic spend £5 then we will spend £10 if it means having an edge over their bitter rivals. He kept Rangers fans guessing for months who the new manager would be and managed to attracted one of the most sought after club managers in Europe who had already turned MASSIVE clubs. PLG has already comfirmed that he hopes to have Jeremy Clement in place for pre-season and at least 3 or 4 other signings before the new season £7 million has been put aside for the new manager and more funds if needed due to the JJB deal and the strip manufacturing rights with Umbro and David Murray, Rangers ARE NOT a PLC, so who knows could Rangers attract a player of Ronaldos quality or Zidane as a coach? Rangers are one of the biggest and best supported clubs in world football with the most trophys in their cabinet minus the big 1 BEWARE!!!!

Celtic fans expecting any more signings be prepared to be very disappointed. Celtics failure to qualify for last seasons champions league has caused their debts to spiral to upwards of £30 million. Dermot desmond WILL NOT go in to his own pocket again. Stilian petrov will leave and that cash will go to service the debt. So dont expect nakata, ono, kadlec, brown, etc. We're skint.

Hi from Belgium
Belgian press annouced today that Anderlecht star winger and Swedish international Christian Willhelmson will sign for Tottenham. Minimum fee asked by Anderlecht is 4M Euro.
With his incredible speed and unique dribbling skills he has the power to become a star in the premier league.
The only thing that might still block the transfer is the fee that Tottenham will have to pay for Zokora, a priority transfer for Spurs.
Chelsea are on the verge of signing Carlos Tevez. He is gonna cost a hefty 25million but will stay at Corinthians for another season. He will replace Hernan Crespo who will be allowed to leave at the end of the season as he wants to finish his career in either Italy or back home in Argentina.Other Chelsea players leaving will be Carlton Cole(Spurs,Charlton,Pompy,Celtic),Aisier Del Horno(only if either Lahm or A.Cole are signed),Lassana Diarra(loan) and possibly Carlo Cudicini as the club might let him go back to Italy after being a loyal servant for many years and with the recent purchase of Hilario being a factor.

With the sales added to the 3m put aside for Milner (who is not coming) we have 12m to spend. Expect to see young players to come in.
RB: Trabelsi(free), Mills (5ook), or G.Johnson (loan)
LB: Arca (to cover left midfield as well) (1.5m), Borrowdale (1m) or Kadlec (1.5m)
A six month loan on a centre half, so Laursen can be brought back slowly.
2 x RM Milner (unlikely) (3.5m), Gera (2.5m), Mallbranque (4.5m)or SWP (loan),
CM - Barton (4m), Sidwell (2m), or D.Murphy (1.5m)
ST - Mido (loan), Alan Smith (loan), or Mcleod (1.5m)
Personally I'd realistically sign Mills to add bite to the defence, and arca to cover the left side for a combined 2 million. Get Alan Smith or Mido on loan for the season to be our target man, and spend the remaining 10m on midfield, trying to bring in Barton, Gera and Milner!
P.S Mido and Anelka to Newcastle
You heard it here first
Manchester United are set to confirm the signature of Derby County's 17 year old winger Giles Barnes next week.
Chelsea have agreed terms with Juventus defender Fabio Cannavaro over a three-year contract worth ?15 million
Cannavaro will move to Chelsea for chump change due to his age and new FIFA laws regarding players over 28 years of age.
arsenalis signing torres for about 20m n trbelsi for free and bought tomas rosicky come on u gunners
just clear up, arsenal won't sign Torres, hes way too expensive! man u will probly do it as they hav a bit of money. man u will sign carrik 4 15mill - as they uped their bid. also man u r winning the race to sign Mascherano but im nt sure 4 hw much probly 16mill afta the wrld cup
Torres deal almost certain (23.5mil) might be swap deal with rvn plus cash for the new king of OT, chance of swap deal plus cash 30%. Rvn looks likely to leave OT for one of 3 clubs we all know half of europe would want him (14-15mil). Riquelme is a doubt is he made for the prem game, well maybe with the new protect the skill players thing i cant see why not. If u look at the players being lined up for UTD its a different style of play, cool possession work out the weak link and strike with Torres and Rooney. The two clubs to battle it out for the title (06-07 season) are liverpool and Man utd, (even though Liverpool are not great friends all hail Stevie G). Mascherno would complete the new system collecting the loose change but is the deal a go? erm no carrick deal is (13.5mil). I think because this is a RUMOURS site the transfer kitty for UTD is 56mil-Ish, (12mil) Jon obi pay-off, Rvn(14mil) to Inter AIG deal (20mil), total 56million. Torres 23mil, Riquelme 15mil, Carrick 13mil total=41million or so. There could be an under the radar big signing or more likely as other fans quite rightly said smaller deals done for young talent, Kerlon (I went to see this guy play people wow!!!). The striker that was said to be a clone of Rossi (Forget name sorry). Thanks to the WC the window shopping will provide great tasters and more rumours than u can shake a fat dwarf at. The Italian job aka the match fixing scandle, this might be a none event do you really think the Italian courts cant be bought. For some reason i keep thinking this has only come to the spotlight because someone wanted it to (clever way of knocking money off club debt). No bank manager in his right mind will liquidate a Seria b team wont get the the money back, but however will cut crippling debt to bring them back to seria a. Debt cut fans stay money comes in Italian football saved from financial ruin? You can post replys to this thought.

everyone now seems to be certain that we will buy kuyt after the world cup, but having actually watched him play it doesnt look to me like hes that good a player. i no players shouldnt be judged on just how they play in a world cup, but the few times ive seen him play for holland hes had poor control over the ball and seems to be far from clinical when having attempts on goal. i no hes got a great record in holland, but then so did kezman and he wasnt exactly prolific in the premiership (adding to mourinihos list of players he has overpaid for that havnt delivered). despite this though i trust any signing rafa makes, and he will have obviously watched kuyt to an extent where he is satisfied he will do well in the prem (if he is signed). i also think that the kind of player he must be in holland is what we need to complete our attacking foursome - strong, quick, powerful, someone in the shearer mould. i said about a week ago not to rule out a pennant transfer, and it could well be on if the alves deal really has reached a stalemate. it could well be though that benitez is using the 'take it or leave it' strategy to get alves at the price he wants, as alves has all but pledged his future to liverpool, according to his agent and chairman. by the way, it was me yesterday that explained about man u's takeover being hostile, my name just wasnt on the bottom. LFC
1st id like to say! SOCCER-ROOS got robbed!!! ITALY DIdnt deserve to win! NOT A PENALTY!
neway..alves wont b goin to LFC...rafa is fed up with it and will pull the plug. look for a bid with sum1 like lucas neil or belleti.
SOCCER-ROO 4 LYF!!!
Rafas is losing interest in Kuyt as he feels he is just after the biggest pay packet. He is attempting to hi-jack Bayerns move for Lucas Podolski as he sees him as a world class striker in a year or two.If that proves impossible he will bid 8m +Kromkamp for Klaas Jan Huntelaar. The deal for Alves is not dead yet, but if it isn't done by Friday a move will be made for Dario Srna. Pennant is about 4th choice. he is no push over like Houllier
Sir Alex Ferguson is to have another go at buying Gattuso if Ac milan are relegated or not. After his performance for italy last night fergie feels he must try and tempt the player once more to old trafford. with pirlo looking very impressive for italy this may not be too out of reach. both could be fighting for the same position for milan next season. Also if carrick deal falls through expect bids to be made for tim cahill, kevin nolan or a cheeky offer for schweinsteiger of bayern muich involvin van nistelrooy. although we all know the midfield is the area that needs to be fixed, fergie will spend most/half his transfer fund bringing fernando torres to old trafford. being brought in as temporary back-up to gattuso will be sulley muntari. also in will be a variety of youngsters from across the world with players such as kerlon and rafinha being whispered about. man utd line up next season: Van Der Sar, Neville, Ferdinand, Vidic, Heinze, Ronaldo, Gattuso, Schweinsteiger, Park, Rooney, Torres; Subs: Foster, Brown, Muntari, Smith, Saha
Man utd to go argentine. summer signings will be cambiasso, Mascherano and tevez. Fergie doesn't think buyin thes two defence minded midfielders to play together will cause many problems as cambiasso has shown he does try and get forward as regularly as possible. if they can't prise cambiasso away from inter another argentine will be bought, Riquelme. in champions league games and this world cup he has shown he is a tough player and doesn't shirk the rough stuff. he is nothing like the player veron was. veron couldn't beat players and shirked away from defence and strong tackles. it is totally unfair to compare riquelme to veron. just look at heinze and how well he fitted in. im afraid people may be stereotyping because of one bad experience. although you could say crespo has flopped to but he is still an awesome goalscorer, is twice the player drogba(sits on the bench behind him) and is still forced to play in a one upfront system that doesn't suit him. chelsea don't have the creaivt midfielders through the middle. lampard is a great player but he isn't a great creator. i think if joe cole was able to play behind crespo we may see the same sort of partnership argentina have with riquelme and crespo.
My good friend is on a frebbie at the world cup through his company and he's staying at the Kemplinski Hotel Bristol in Berlin. At dinner this evening he reckons Vladimir Romanov - Hearts owner - was at another table with about 6 other guys one of whom was Ghanas' Asa Gyan and another was team mate derek Boateng
A friend of mine who’s friendly with Dion Dublin has hinted at the possibility that Dublin is currently mulling over an offer of a player/coach role from new Swindon manger Dennis Wise.
The player is well known to Wise from his days at Leicester and whom he also brought on loan to Millwall whilst manager.
Indicators are that if he chooses to accept it will be in the next week or so if not he’s likely to head to one of three Championship clubs in talks with his agent.
