Liverpool will not be signing a huge array of talent listed, however will sign a right–back in Dario Srna and will add the the Croatian signing with young midfielder, Luka Modric. Javier Mascherano will complete his £17 million move while Klaas Jan Huntelaar will be heading for Anfield before the end of August.
STOKE CITY have made an attempt to bring Coventrys Michael Mifsud to the Britannia Stadium in a £3.2 millon package. Breaking the current transfer record of £2 million paid for former Old Trafford trainee Ryan Shawcross.
Cech to FC Barcelona. Rijkaard wants an world class goal keeper, Lampard is not still fully commited to Chelsea and did not even sign the contract. do not kno if FC Barcelona needs more center back. they already got world class dfndrs such as Puyol, Marquez, Milito. their back up dfndrs is also good like thuram. but just read it on a rumour site that FC Barcelona is on for Alessandro Nesta.
newcastle united breaking news
To the guy who said 'Martins, Smith, Geremi and Enrique will be leaving Newcastle in the Summer'. Read the news, Martins has just been offered a deal to keep him at Newcastle until 2013 worth £26 million, Smith is loving Newcastle and the fans love him, Enrique is young but has a bagful of potential. However you are right about Geremi he willl no longer have use and will leave for Middlesborough.
This is what will really happen:

SWP (£10 million) Chelsea
Arshavin (£7.5 million) FC Zenit St. Petersberg
Chimbonda (£5 million) Tottenham
Pandev (£7 million) Lazio
Van Buyten (£6 million) Bayern Munich
Bridge (£4 million) Chelsea
Brown (£2 million) Man United
Stockdale (£500 k) Darlington
Abou Diaby (£5 million) Arsenal
Outs (Summer or January) –
Geremi (£2 million) Middlesborough
Barton (£5.8 million compensation) Jail
Ameobi (£3 million) Portsmouth
Carr (£2 million) Wigan
Tozer (Loan) Preston
Kadar (Loan) St. Mirren
Rozehnal (£3 million) Lille
Ramage (£2 million) Bolton
With the refinancing of Liverpool, hicks has basically come out and said that Rafa ( who he is backing therefore not leaving) will have around 45 million to spend + any money from sales.
there for expect Liverpool to sell.
Sissoko (8 million)
Carson ( £8 million)
Voronin ( £2 million at best)
and believe it or not Mark Gonzalez he only agreed a loan move to betis and we still have the 3–4 million pound fee we agreed to come in.
i have a feeling Kewell will not have a contract re–newed.
total out – 21 mill
the players I think Benitez will bring in is
Huntelaar – 12 mill
Mascherano – 17 mill
silva – 12 mill
Quaresma – 14 mill
kompany – 5 mill
total spend – 60 mill
i do not claim to know anyone or that I know these people are coming this is just what I think will happen based on what players he has been interested in, in the last couple of years.
i think it is common knowledge that the people I have said to go will go as well.
With the refinancing complete, it looks as though Liverpool will be owned by Gillette and Hicks for the foreseeable future. This does not mean however that DIC have lost interest. They will always be waiting in the wings for the Americans to slip up. So yesterday was by no means the best day for Liverpool, but it could have been a lot worse. After the refinancing Hicks has come out and issued his full support of Rafa, not sure how long this will last though. Benitez will be given £45 million to spend on players in the Summer, + money from departures. Sissoko's imminent move to Juve will give us an extra £9 million, six of which will take care of the Skrtel transfer. The £17 million deal for Mascherano will finally be financed before the end of the window. In the Summer expect 4 or five players coming in with 3 or 4 first team players and a whole bunch of reserve players leaving just to lower the high number of players on their books. Heading out of Anfield will be Riise, Finnan, Voronin, Kuyt/Crouch. This will bring in an extra £15–20 million to spend on new quality players. Heading in to Anfield will be David Villa, Kenwyne Jones, Mancini, Heinze and Daniel Opare. Together these players will cost something in the region of £40–50 million. Maybe the Americans are not all that bad? ,, but DIC would be nice
Hot off the press aimar and podolski along with masch in January then it's Silva and Villa witth Gudjohnson as well as two or three defenders
Afc Bulletin \\
Possable last minute move by Eboue 2 AC Milan or Juventas. Arsene Wenger may move 4 a defender might be NUfc Steven Taylor as he would be cheaper then Micah, as 4 the rumours about Walcott going on loan 2 Stoke or any where else are absurd as Arsene Wenger has said so.
The list of the Hammers "signings" and the £100 Million + it would take to get them has given me the biggest laugh EVER on this site–and that is saying something. Cheers mate–whoever you are–keep taking the pills and checking in with your support nurse.
Onto firmer ground and news relating to Norwich City, Leeds United and Manchester City.
The respective CE's at Norwich and Birmingham have fallen out over the long winded attempt by Norwich to sign Martin Taylor and the Blues will now refuse to sell him to Norwich, under any circumstances–it is thought they will part with Taylor now for as little as £400'000 to prove a point, this reduced fee has seen interest from Ipswich Town, Leicester City and ambitious Peterborough United.
Ryan Jarvis could leave the Canaries for Orient, while his brother, Rossi, has been interesting Darlington and Blackpool.
Leeds United could sell midfielder David Prutton to Sheff Wednesday while forward Tresor Kandol could move to Cardiff City.
Manchester City have opened talks with Celtic keeper Artor Boruc. Celtic will replace him with their former number 1, David Marshall, currently impressing at Norwich for the sign back fee of £1'500'000 set in his contract. Norwich will bring back an ex–keeper themselves to replace Marshall in Sunderlands Darren Ward, while Manchester City will loan Joe Hart to a CCC team for 18 months.
Woodgate set to talk with Newcastle after snubbing Totenham.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, FC Barcelona and Valencia have all been alerted with the red hot from of Osasuna's on–loan Arsenal teenage prodigy Carlos Vela.
Derek Riordan of Celtic to sign for Birmingham this week in a £650,000 deal. McLeish also rumoured to have done a deal to sell him on to Rangers in the Summer if it does not work out at St. Andrews.
Also, heard from a normally very reliable source that Peter Lovenkrands will return to Rangers before the deadline on Thursday in a straight swap deal with Thomas Buffel going to Schalke 04.
Discussions also taking place with Sir Alex about Darren Fletcher moving to Ibrox on loan for the remainder of the season as cover for the injured Kevin Thomson.
The Newcastle will complete the signings of Woodgate, chimbonda, Deco and Defoe. And the person who said they will sign Gavin mcann. I do not think so as seen as though he is one of the most hated players ever amongst Newcastle fans. fact.
Arsene Wenger has now finally snapped ujp the signing of Ghana International Andre Ayew as a £2 million fee was agreed between Marseille and Arsenal on Friday Evening and the signing is reported to be annoucend next week. And the signing of forward Luke Freeman should follow. the signing of Tresor Mputu is still on but when he arrives he will quickly be loaned out to Spanish side Espanyol until he is allowed to work in England.
Arsene Wenger will drop interest in signing Mesut Ozil but Bulgarian Mistro Nikolay Dimitrov the winger will join on a four year deal in the Summer for £700,000.while Arsenal will welcome back Strikers Carlos Vela, Jay Simpson and Vincent Van den Berg from there loan spells with various clubs with the trio all doing well and wingers Fran Merida and Pedro Silva. and Striker Rhys Murphy and U17 Netherlans international Nacer Barazite will make it big at Arsenal.
Liverpool will sign:
1) Javier Mascherano (17 million) DM
2) Pablo Aimar (8 million) CAM/SS
3) Wayne Bridge (6 million) LB
4) Jeremy Menez (11 million) LW can player as SS
Leaving will be:
1) Scott Carson (10 million)
2) Momo Sissoko (9 million)
3) Andrey Voronin (1 million)
4) Sebastian Leto (2 million)
5) John Arne Riise (6 million)
Pablo Aimar will be the forward to drop deep next season and Rafa is hoping for an effective partnership between him and Fernando Torres.
He can also drop into midfield if needed as we will only have 4 central midfielders next season apart (excluding guthrie and spearing)
Leto has not made an impression on Benitez and does not have the potential Rafa though he had.
Menez will have half on next season to settle in. This is why Kewell will get a new contract. Once Menez has settled, Kewell will be sold (for a fee) and therefore not lost on a free.
Babel will still be a left winger next season.
Hyypia will get another contract and Hobbs will once again join up with the first team. Guthrie will also be around the first team.
Alan Curbishley to be sacked in the Summer due to his lack of knowledge of buying forean players, it's also because he is not ambitious and cannot take us any further. In other words were going to do what Manchester City did with Stuart Pearce. Giovanni Trapattoni to become new Technical Director and our new manager to be Claudio Ranieri and possibly Marcello Lippi coming out of retirement to be assistant or the great Paolo Dicanio
Martins is going to be offerd a huge new contract by Newcastle as he will become first choice along side Ashton. Owen has been given the captains armband but this is just to see his worth.
Ahston will be joined by Chimbonda who is looking for yet another wage hike as well as the big news of Diego. Several players from the African nations have also been mentioned but they will not be risked in the January window unlike Daniel Opare who IS a Real Madrid player and will not be going to Liverpool unless on loan. Keegan will look to take several players on loan in the window too with view to Summer signings.
Gordon Strachan could launch a £1.25 million bid for Southampton's rudi skacel. Skacel almost signed for Celtic two years ago, first before he signed for Hearts and again the following January when skacel first became unsettled due to the way Romanov was running the club. On both occassions though skacel chose to stay loyal to the edinburgh club. Now the departure of burley has left skacel pondering his future at st mary's and a move to parkhead would be of great interest to the former czech international. Strachan wants to add versatility to his squad and the fact that skacel can play anywhere on the left hand side makes hin a priority target. Skacel would also be available for the Champions League and this could see the deal being rushed through to ensure he is signed before the deadline. Strachan is also looking to sign andrew driver, kanu and guille franco (as competition to both JVOH and McDonald) and in a shock move, Sebastian squillaci could be brought in (although squillaci would not be available for the Champions League).
I work at the Adelphi hotel in Liverpool. We received a booking yesterday for a suite commencing on Monday. The name the suite is booked under is Colin Gordon, from Key Sports Management. To those who do not know of Mr Gordon, he is Theo Walcott's agent. It does not take much to work out that Theo would not be in Liverpool to discuss a move to the red side of the City. Wenger would hardly let his young star move to his rival, Benitez. That leaves us with Everton. It is known that Everton manager David Moyes is a fan of the young Englishman. Couple this with the fact that Moyes is actively seeking another loan move, and we can safely assume that Walcott is on his way to Goodison Park.
Breaking news from parkhead wgs will be sacked in the Summer as the board are getting increasingly fed up with his snidey comments and his poor transfer record, he was only given money for a full back as everyone knew that we needed one, the board are desparete for a tic man to be in charge so expect either Mark mcgee or Tony mowbray to be asked. iam the mole from inside paradise.
Woodgate to sign for Newcastle within th next 48 hours.
Ashton to start talking terms if Curbishley can bring bent to the Hammers.
keegan unsure about chimbondas recent tabloid problems and has withdrawn interest in the player.
if the current takeover at Blackburn falls through then Newcastle also have first interest in daivd Bentley.
rumour has it that more clubs are becoming interested in Shola Ameobi, Viduka may leave now if not in the Summer and a few other players becoming unhappy with their lack of playing time.
Pablo Aimar poised to sign for Liverpool. (mb) Geremi to complete a move to Villareal by Friday. (mb) Diego Milito could join Tottenham if Berbatov leaves in the Summer. (mb) South African left back Tsepo Masilela will join Newcastle from Maccabi Haifa. (mb) Benni McCarthy set to complete a move to Werder Bremen by Wednesday. (mb)
David Nugent to sign for Bristol City on loan til end of the season
Drogba to Barcelona, possibly linking with MoreWhinio
