To the person who wrote the below the large manor house which you are refering to has been bought by the owner of Home & Bargain and i know this because i seen the planning application.
(Recently a very large manor/house has been refurbed and extended in the Liverpool area. the house has a full size football pitch just added to the back (with small stands) .I beleive it has bedrooms for 3 children. It is absolutely not affordable by your above average prem star. Infact it must have been bought by a mega player. Maybe someone like Beckham? Liverpool obviously need more players as there is no back up striker,and we play with Torres bruised,Carra stitched,and Skrtel with a fractured jaw. .if you play with players with injuries like that you'll lose,,remember the Wimbledon cup final. .)

As I stated earlier this week, I have friends that have been involved in meeting with Hicks Holding. They are very concerned about the health of club moving forward.
1) They don't see Benitez as the long–term manager of the club. Causes too many distractions with his comments and unprofessional attitude.
2) The U.S. supporters groups who have boycotted World Soccer Daily in states will need to be dealt with. They have caused great anger and resentment towards the club in the U.S.
3)These actions will postpone any U.S. tour in the next 4–5 years. I've been told that there is a possibility that Liverpool Football Club will ask that these groups cease operation/affiliation with the club.
Basically, what Hicks and Gillette are doing is trying to put the club in the best position to be bought. But the actions of the manager, the performance of the club and the actions of the supporters groups will make it difficult for them to sell a stained club.
Theres rumours that the US based group who want to buy Newcastle have agreed a price in principle and just have to show proof of funds before a takeover can go ahead. Part of all that is the wish list that Alan Shearer and Chris hughton drew up at the end of last season has been shown to all bidding parties, to show what theyl need to spend if they are to take over the club.
Obviously that list has shortened over the summer as people have moved clubs, but it is expected the buying will start hastily on friday, if not earlier for the loans.

This leaves Bayern Munich,Hamburg and Wolfsburg who all hold an interest in the playmaker but Madrid would demand Ribery from Bayern so this leaves Hamburg his former club or Wolfsburg the reigning German Champions and distant possibility being Arsenal if Wenger decides that Rosicky dosen't make the grade.
Arjen Robben is the most likely 2 stay as coach Peliigrini sees him as a good asset when fit. If a 20–25 million bid comes in however, Madrid will almost certainly b forced 2 sell.
The only active clubs from England are Arsenal,Aston Villa,Everton,Stoke,Blackburn,Bolton and Hull City.
Arsenal are searching 4 another DM but Wenger is concerned about hindering the development of Song,Denilson and Diaby. Matudi is a possibility despite Wenger saying that he had not made a move yet. Wenger would like 2 see another CB providing Senderos leaves, Sakho,Subotic and Steven Taylor are all possibilities.
In Italy, Juventus are closing in on Schalke RB Rafinha and Lyon's Fabio Grosso for 8 and 2 million respectively. Milan are also interested in Rafinha and Wolfsburg Cristian Zaccardo.
