Blackpool will be spending a lot of money from the latvian investors in the summer if they win promotion to the championship. First Wes Hoolahan will join for around 400-500k but only if we win promotion as he is too good for league one and is the best player in the league at the minute. Also former legend John Hills will be bought after being released from Sheffield Wednesday. Peter Clarke will ask to rejoin Pool if we go up but Grayson and the fans don't want him back. We will sign a young 20 goal striker to partner Morrell in attack. Chris Brandon will be signed permanently for 100k if we go up or not and Paul Rachubka's loan includes a deal to buy him for a minimal fee. Grayson also wants Chris Shuker for 300k because he wants to play championship football.
Wolves will spend 5mil+ in the summer with the new chairman. First a 2m rising to 2.5m signing of Billy Sharp will be completed this week. John oster is being targeted after falling out of favour at Reading. Kightly will sign a new deal and we will get a centre half. Unfortunately Matt Murray may leave for the Premiership with Everton the most likely for around 6m because he is 10 times better than Tim Howard.
ARSENAL RUMOURS
Sadly most people on here live in a dream world, we don't have enough money to buy Eto'o, tores etc. Even though I would love us to, Wenger will only buy one/ two players max, this will be Babel of Ajax as his cheaper then Ribery who we sadly won't buy as we will get out bid. The other will poss be a young midfield who no ones ever heard of! Sadly we will be further behind Liverpool who will spend loads and Man United and Chelsea, although if Henry and rvp stay fit we may win one of the cups. And Spurs will spend another 25/ 30million trying to buy there way in to the top four but won't as they are bottle jobs when it really matters.
I hope I'm wrong and we buy world class stars but judging by the past 10 years I doubt it
Mike newell and Brian Stein are set to become then new managment team at MK dons. Newell's first signing will be free agent Peter holmes and he will sign Luton midfielder Steve Robinson and full back Kevin Foley. Mcleoad will sign for Leicester city for 1.5 million and Dean lewington will leave for Norwich he will sign lewis eManuel as lewingtons replacement and sign Cheltenhams Kayode Odejayi for 250,000 as Mcleods replacement.
Reading are looking into signing Valencia midfielder Vicente Rodriguez. The 26-year old has been sidelined all season with injuries and Steve Coppell is looking to give him a chance in the Premiership for around £4m.
With Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp having just bought two centre hAlves in Sylvain Distin&Hermann Hreidersson, expect Andy O'Brien to depart for Sheffield Wednesday.
My brother is groundsman at Villa and has told me that Darren Bent (striker), Wesley Sjnieder (Midfield), Luke Young (right back), Curtis Davis (Centre Half) and Artur Boruc (Goalie) are all certain to be in the claret and blue next season
Sam Allardyce, Sammy Lee and Roy Keane are all eager to sign Robbie Fowler who is officially a free agent. Fowler will stay in the English Premiership and is likely to stay up North by signing for either Newcastle, Bolton or Sunderland in the next fortnight.

Tottenham will use the money from berbatov sale to land Adriano who none of the big clubs seem to want. ( he also may end up at Newcastle) .
I'm a Liverpool fan and I want to give a reality check to our supporters. Eto'o will not sign for us, as he said himself! I've also heard of ridiculus rumours of Liverpool bidding 11million for a centre back. Why would Rafa do that? He already has one of the best centre back partnerships in Europe. He will not spend 11 million to bring competition, instead sami and palleta are likely to stay. Rafa is going to go all out for the Premiership this season, meaning he won't be signing Torres, quasmerra, Simao or any other ridiculusly over priced foreigners. Instead he will go for players who have proven themselves in the English game like Michael owen, Carlos Tevez, gareth bale, morten gamst pedersen and leighten Baines. Bellamy will be sold to the highest bidder but Crouch will stay. It looks like Sissoko will be sold too with leiva joining Stevie g, Alonso and Mascherano in the centre of midfield.

Rumours are that Liverpool are trying to secure the services of Phillip Lahm. Zenden has been told he can speak to other clubs Gonzalez hasn't had the impact Benetez hoped for and Kewell will probably be allowed to leave in Jan if his fitness doesn't improve. Lahm and Riise on the left. Strikers are the main priority though with Tevez and Klose giving the best attacking option with Adriano also wanted. The other big rumours will be the departure of Alonso to Barcelona in exchange for Messi. Final piece of the striker jigsaw will be Aguero who will feature in the League and FA cup to get him used to Premiership football.

Fergie will also think about the future and will buy no less than 8 players forthe Future- Alex Pato from internacional, Nathan Porritt from Middlesbrough, Madi Elito, Eden Hazard from Lille, Mata from Real, and will raid Barcelona by signing Guy Assulin, Giovanni Dos Santos and Bojan Krkic!

ARSENAL RUMOURS
AW will be told his budget for the coming season in the next few days. The board will try to prove to fans that an investor is not needed by giving AW a £30 million budget. They will tell Arsene to allocate £20 million for a world class player to prove that the club is not in need of funds. The rest AW will be allowed to use freely.

The Reyes transfer to Atletico Madrid will be concluded this week but I will include more details later. Flamini, Poom and Aliadiere are the other players leaving.

Strong rumours that are coming out of Parkhead are that Celtic are going to scupper Rangers chances of another signing yet again by signing Steven Naismith from Kilmarnock as WGS also sees him as a great prospect for the future .
