Cesc Won't be sold this summer. Koscielny will come in for £7m + Sell on Clause, Appearance bonus and National appearance bonus. will Add up to £8.5m, and will sign a 5 year contract as the no 6. There's about a billion rumours on here that are just complete rubbish, But the ones that keep coming up that aren't true are Ozil and Gourcuff. Yes Arsene is an Admirer of these but He has clear intentions to keep cesc and is not going to invest in a replacement as he believes he's not leaving. Schwarzer is also expected to sign but arsenal need to agree a fee, this will probably depend on whether Hogdson goes to Liverpool. If he does i imagine Schwarzer will push through for a move to Arsenal. Another defender Then depends on Sol. If he goes to celtic which is looking increasingly likely, Arsene will make a move for javier Rodriguez of PSV. He would cost in the region of £6m. This is just at the Enquiry stage though as Arsene will wait to see if Sol moves. Arsenal may make an Enquiry about Joe Cole. I'm not sure yet if they'll be able to match his wage demands. But yeh Koscielny is a definite. Schwarzer a Maybe. Cole and Rodriguez a Possibility.

I am a scout (kids level) at Everton so am often in and out of Finch Farm. Rumours are circulating that Moyes is keen on little "dirty" Sanchez, right midfield for chile cheaper option than Donovan for our troubled right side.
Addo {editor's note – he would cost a lot more than Donovan, so I very much doubt that one. Though, if you could get him, he would be a fantastic signing.}

Lazio are after Portsmouth duo Nadir Belhadj and KevinPrince Boateng and have already offered 10M Euros. Although, there are a few English clubs looking to sign Nadir Belhadj and he may want to stay in England. Lets see.
Thierry Henry is looking to sign a deal with New York Red Bulls and end his career over there.
There's talk of Stehephane Sessegnon, PSG's midfielder of wanting to move to England. Potential destinations are Arsenal, Aston Villa and Tottenham.
Simon Kjaer is most likely going to end up at Bayern Munich or Wolfsburg since he loves the Bundesliga. Inter Milan have an outside chance.
Milos Krasic of CSKA Moscow is wanted by a few major European clubs. However, he has repeatedly stated of wanting to move to Juventus. Recent contract talks have broken down but Krasic remains hopeful he will end up at Juventus.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are tracking Catania's Japanese forward Takayuki Morimoto and offers may be made as soon as this week.
Pablo Barrera of Mexico is wanted by many European clubs. PUMAS have rejected a few bids for him as their evaluation is much higher than the 34M offered. Manchester United and Arsenal are also interested in the young and skillful winger.
David Silva is highly likely to join Manchester City in a swap deal including Roque Santa Cruz and loads of cash.

I doubted this rumour earlier in the evening, but have phoned around. Pearson and backroom staff will be announced on Monday as new Hull managment team . They have been negotiating for two weeks.
Mandaric was not willing to offer new contract which is common knowledge. You have to wonder why he would be unwilling to offer Pearson a new contract when he has clearly produced the goods for the last two seasons. Maybe not in it for the long haul.
Hull have money to spend as premiership quality players have been sold and this includes Bullard. Hull are gettin a very, very good manager with excellent links, and a real chance of going up.

News from Pittodrie is that Zoltan Harsanyi is almost certainly going to be a dons player next year, although the deal isn't 100% complete just yet.
Mark McGhee is also very interested in signing up Celtic's Pat McCourt who will apparently be allowed to leave by hoops manager Neil Lennon.
I have alos heard rumors of Darious Vassell and Barry Robson, but couldnt tell you whether these are real or just pure speculation.

It's pretty much certain Nige is on his way to Hull. Agreed in principle to go. I don't see what he gains from going there either, but his relationship with Mandaric isn't great and they've been negotiating a new contract since October with no success.
Also, we're not in a great financial position so I can't see us getting a big named manager. Powell will be considered.

Ok, I've not been on in a day, but I'm led to believe that a few ppl jumped on the critcism bandwagon when I mentioned Robert Fleck, well It wasn't a mistake, yes I MEANT Robert fleck, I just presumed when I said that he had just signed a one year deal (this info was obviously for the Rangers fans) that you would have known that when the family member was speakin about a player, they were talkin about John, I was trying to save typin pointless words as i expected you' to know I was talkin about John, and yes he did sign a 3 year Contract in March (just slightly less than what Wilson was offered) however after Murray took the club off the market, Fleck (john not Robert, just wanna be clear) sat down with Murray, ally and walter and extended the recently signed 3 year deal to a 4 year deal (hence the 1 year mentioned the other night) in line with what Wilson was offered. Not only did he want the even deal, but Rangers wanted to offer the extra year to secure him LONG term, as Everton, allegedly, were interested in taking him and wilson on a deal, so sorry if I didn't make it plain enough for you all, I just presumed you would know what I meant, I was out, and wanted to pass on the info, but from now on, i'll keep the rangers info to myself, and just post what I hear about other teams, then there's less Hassle

Liverpools new managers is defo a current world cup manager, process of elimination tells us that its either Lippi, Erickson or Capello. Why would any top team spent so much time appointing a manager at such an important time unless they were busy elsewhere (world cup) hence the rumour of the manager being named on July the 15th. All the nonsense of Hodgson and Rijkaard is just that, if any of those were going to be manager they would have appointed them as soon as possible to ensure keeping thier top stars. My son has just trained with a number of professionals at Cardiff City, apparently a number of them were taking their coaching badges. He recognised a few people namely Didi Haman ex Liverpool and Craig Bellamy. When one of the boys (as you would expect) asked Bellamy whether he was joining Cardiff he replied "they would be the last team I would sign for" then he winked and kissed his Cardiff Badge and said see you next year. Make of it what you will.
I'm sure you can check the coaching session happened if you look hard enough, a number of schools were invited.

i work at a big (hint hint) branded hotel on deansgate manchester, and we've recently took quite a few bookings from some usual suspects who book in when either we have players down as either new signings or negotiations
i'll keep an eye out for any big names checking in
the teams that use the hotel regularly our, everton (weird i know, but heigtinga lived here with his wife while looking for property and senderos stayed here for 2 weeks before moving into a apartment above the hotel) bolton and blackburn. if its players in i wouldn't bet on it being man u or city, city use the raddison, and although man u do use us now and again its usual staff and not players.
as for players out, if representatives our coming to players, villa, spurs, sunderland and chelsea (had gill in a few weeks ago but it seemed to have nothing to do with football)
i'll keep an eye out for anyone of interest and hopefully get a heads up of any potential deals.

Well Hoskins did sgin for the gas, I said it would take a massive u turn and it did because he was ready to sign for Charlton who then delayed and he decided to sign for us.

Just wanting to clear a few things up. Campbell to celtic is not that clear cut. yes Thompson said he bought a house next to him however a couple days later he cleared this up and confirmed it was in fact a house beside him in north england. also to the guy spouting off about goodie and conway and if they are good enough for Gers or not, as a Utd supporter id snap your hands of for 1million for conway. he had 6 great months but his final ball and crossing is not that great. ALAN THOMPSON has dropped the biggest hint yet that Sol Campbell is on his way to Celtic by revealing he's going to be his NEIGHBOUR.
The new Hoops firstteam coach was paraded yesterday and let it slip that Campbell is moving in next to him.
Thompson, whose Parkhead playing career ended threeandahalf years ago, said: "He's just bought a nice, big house not far from me, so we might be able to share a few lifts.
"I think he would be a great one to have around. He has great experience and he's still got pace.
"I watched him in the odd game with Arsenal and he's still got that mentality to win games.
"I spoke to someone the other day about him and he'd seen him recently and said he's in great condition."
The Gunners want free agent Campbell to stay, while West Ham and Newcastle are also interested.

Im a keen reader of this page, but never submitted. I have no inside information to offer, but maybe a fresh perspective in combining some of these LFC manager rumours.
The answer must be: FABIO CAPELLO
Roy Hodgson will replace him, and has agreed to go along with the pretense that he is in the frame for the LFC job to deflect attention, as his dream job is to be England manager.
That would tally with (1) why we have had such a delay so far, (2) why Roy Hodgson is in South Africa, (3) Why Christian Purslow is in SA (surely Roy and Christian could have met up in England if necessary?!) and (4) any prospective new LFC owners wanting a top top name to attract top players.
All the names linked to this point (Mark Hughes for gods sake!) have been too low key for any potential new owner to make a statement.

Sources tell me that Celtic are interested in Dutch left back Wilfred Bouma who is currently unattached after leaving Aston Villa. He has been recommended to Neil Lennon by former manager Martin O'Neil, who is an admirer of the Dutch international, but decided to let him go due to ongoing injury problems. I've no idea on the time frame, but it seems that an initial trial at Celtic is most likely due to his recent lack of football, though exemployers PSV are also strongly linked. Bouma would offer the vital experience that Lennon is looking for, though at a considerable cost in wages. It could be a decent move if it all transpires.
It's all quiet on the Rangers transfer front, with much of the clubs momentum being on the Club sale and all that it entails. Aside from the usual links of Goodwillie, McArthur, Conway etc, new transfer leads are really proving hard to come by, and are pretty much coming down to the imagination of the press room, or whoever Ally McCoist praises on ESPN. I'm sure there will be some suprises; Gattuso would be lovely but extremely unlikely, though I never thought I'd see Robbie Keane at Parkhead.. Bougherra is widely accepted to be on his way, as is the youngster Wilson. However I stand by a previous post on here that the Kris Boyd saga is not as cut and dried as it seems, and he could still very well be scoring goals for Rangers next season, despite all that has been said and done.

It looks very much like Mascherano will not be going to Inter as their President has ruled him out now as being too expensive. Make of this what you will, but the fact we are holding out for big money suggests that we either, do not desperately need it or secondly he will be resigning with us.
I also have a contact who works at the Football League and he has told me that speaking with a couple of friends they have told him that a deal is in process at the moment, but not signed to a wealthy Arab. Make of that what you will, but he is adament his contacts are reliable. Let's just hope the deal goes through. I also think this backs up the non appointment of a manager as yet.

I've been given some insight regarding the future employment of key
personnel at Liverpool Football club and why the situation appears to be
in a state of flux, despite a clear direction actually having been
resolved a few weeks ago. Please absorb the following and use your
brains to digest the following, calculate its merits and don't let any
existing passionate bias for OR against Liverpool dictate your reaction
instead just think about it with a clear head 1. 8 members of the
background team staff have been released to work elsewhere and
replacements have been interviewed with offers pending.
2. A radical change in policy for youth team structure and development
is being resolved currently with an exchange system being negotiated
with a specific overseas country (haven't been told which one).
3. The ownership of the club has been resolved in terms of an offer that
HAS been accepted on behalf of the existing shareholders, the deal has
yet to be formally concluded in terms of exchange of money for stock
so no announcement will be publicly made until the deal is officially
sealed and maximum positive publicity can be achieved.
4. Tom Hicks had been trying to influence the buyer to work with him in
future projects in the buyer's native homeland and surrounding countries
totally unrelated field to that of football but he has been trying to
use Liverpool as a bargaining chip to get himself into the alternative
commercial environment in an alternative niche.
5. Tom Hicks holds no existing interest in building the new stadium for
LFC any suggestion otherwise is purely speculative. The original
design is to be redrawn by the new bidder and a resubmission to the
Council will be made by March 2011. No additional onsite work will
become effective until then.
6. The manager identified by the new owner is one that some of the KEY
1st team personnel already know nondisclosure clauses have been
distributed to all personnel that know his identity and they all have
been contacted to explain the sensitivity of the situation and will not
be drawn on commenting in the press, to family members or members of the
public!
7. The manager elect has carefully deflected attention from his position
and it will NOT be Kenny Dalglish or Roy Hodgson. The debate is a
convenient public distraction being played out to divert attention from
the identity of the soon to be new owner and his chosen number one.
8. The club is gearing up for an announcement in July and not before and
will not do so until the World Cup is concluded. It is imperative to
both the commercial value of the announcement and in particular the
selected manager that the team he is currently involved with is not
distracted by press questions or club business. Success in the World Cup
under this manager will greatly increase the attraction of new players
to LFC and significantly increase the commercial revenue stream.
Carefully engineered distractions are already in place to handle
identities of both buyer and manager until mid July.
9. At least 16 first team members are certain to be leaving. All player
sales NET income generated will be made available to the new team along
with an initial cash injection (advance allocation of commercial
revenue) to build a squad now for the next 45 years under the new
manager.
10. The 1st team will be permanently reduced from their present numbers
to allow an increase in wage levels for the main squad, allowing a
competitive level of salary for high gross revenue earning players to be
maintained at a sustainable level. This will assist in attracting
foreign players to the UK, despite the higher tax band and wages offered
elsewhere, without dramatically increasing the outgoings of the club.
It has to be stressed that all of the negotiations to purchase the club
and the appointment of the target manager has been done through
representatives of all parties and you will NOT have seen or will see
LFC board members at a hotel/bank/airport/stadia etc with identifiable
individuals!! It is too sensitive a time; the process has not been and
will continue NOT to be played out in any public areas.
Please note that only the select few within the club know the intimate
details of the owners elect and the manager elect this does NOT
include ground staff, reserve team, youth team players or most of the
first team. They have NOT been informed of any of the developments other
than all will be announced mid July.

Im a delighted Norwich City fan after the signing of Andrew Surman, for a rumoured £1.2M, but this does not mean we have ridiculous amounts of money to spend so can people stop putting so much rubbish on here about joint offers for 3.5M for example, and just stop the talk bout ledley now mate ur just making yourself look stupid.
i do however expect Simeon Jackson to sign, the recent report that no bid has been made is prob a smokescreen to fend off interest from other clubs while the clubs sort out a fee n personal terms with the player. Another striker MAY be Bournemouth's Brett Pitman, with cash + Wiggins going the other way. A pacy rightsided winger is also needed, may well be Danny Green but we have to wait n see. As for Forster and Ranger, Chris Houghton has said time n time again he does not know what he's doing with them until he gets his squad back on July 1st so we have to be patient there.

I very much doubt that Osman will be leaving Everton.
Moyes has often spoken of how highly he rates him, even suggesting he is worthy of an England call up. (.and based on the rubbish on show in SA he is right)
He is pretty much first on Moyes team sheet and a die hard blue so I would rate this as very tenuous.

I doubt you even knew about ozil before the WC because in his interviews he has clearly stated that barcelona were his favourite club and it is his dream to sign for them. He has also said that he liked bayern munich and manchester united's playing styles. The question of the manager will I believe be resolved in the very new future it may be Roy Hodgson it may not there is a short list of five and always has been. As I predicted a last year, Chamakh is an Arsenal player.
