Celtic and Rangers are expected to try and sign striker benji from hibernian. the moroccan scored 4 goals in his first full season in the spl.

Celtic will be signing Roy makaay from Bayern Munich this week and the plan is to parade him and massimo donati at a press conference on Wednesday or Thursday.

i learned this through my work with a sports management company in Glasgow. I can also shed some light on the situation regarding keeny Miller. he will not be moving to Hearts or Hibs and is due for talks with Derby and Birmingham this week.

my dad is currently on holiday in las vegas and he told me he is staying in the same hotel as Wes brown, John O'Shea and Rio Ferdinand who are there to watch ricky hattons fight. he was talking to Wes in the bar last night and he advised him that he expects to move clubs in the next fortnight. he would prefer to move to a club in the north of England as he does not want to move house. this would put clubs such as Newcastle, Sunderland and Everton in the frame for his signature.

Hey AZ from Muppet Land and Goon Features from Cloud Cuckoo Land. GET A ROOM will ya. and stop hogging this EXCELLENT site with all these latent homo erotic love/ hate fantasies you've got going between yourselves. honest to God. Arsenal are NEVER going to be a force in European football again now Henry&Dean have fled the sinking ship

However. I notice you (and others) seem to think you've got half a chance (still) of signing Fernando Torres. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN BOYS. lol.

Senor Torres is set to sign for The Mighty Reds of Anfield and will be unveiled with Queresma and Mancini next week when Rafa, Hicks&Gillett unveil the NEW Stadium Plans (which make the Emirates Stadium look like a failed 1980's architect's sad&faded trippy wet dream. ). I've seen a snapshot of the artist's impressions of the new Stanley Park Stadium and believe me it looks INCREDIBLE

Rafa has nominated the brilliant Klaas Jan Huntelaar as the final piece in the new attacking format to blend in with the genius that is Lucas Leiva (alongside Mascherano, Alonso and Gerrard. what a dream team.). and 2007 – 2008 will see some GLORIOUS football being played in a stylish winning fashion both at home. AND AWAY.

Looks like the main North London threat to the top three will come from Tottenham this coming season. with Arsenal struggling to compete alongside Everton and Bolton for Uefa Cup places in 2008/ 09

. and at last. our Premiership Title is coming back home to its true and rightful resting place, alongside our five Champions League trophies at the home of the most succesful club in Britain.

Watch and learn boys

Loonerman. hahaha. I quote goonerman "Not only can you not read properly and confuse what I write you also cannot spell Adebayors first name. Its Emmanuel not Emmanuel" hahaha. If Arsenal sign one or more out of Owen, Gudjohnsen, Davies or Krkic I will quite willingly slam my genitalia in a door, because it aren't going to happen. Granted, Davies was linked last season, but AW isn't after a centre half now, and Owen is not the type of player that Wenger signs. Obviously, like you, it is impossible to say who AW is going to sign unless your stalking him. Recently he has been scouting right backs, such as Miguel or Sagna, so it can be assumed that he might move Eboue up the field to play more at right midfield. To replace Henry, I believe that the tabloids have some truth in their stories about a return for Anelka. Robinho could also be available (check the skysports website about a month back). Veloso could be seen as a replacement for the departing Flamini and act as cover for centre half. Babel is now unlikely, due to his wastefulness in front of goal. Theres no point naming prices or stating that these will happen, they are just logical assumptions. Apparently you were at the back of the que when God was dishing out logical intelligence. As far as Wengers future is concerned, you can't guarantee he will sign a new contract, because right now there is only one person who knows that, and your not him. Peace x = AZ

Once Duff has gone to Sunderland Newcastle will look at Wilhelmson for 4 million (Roma on loan) though there is a lad in the Newcastle camp that is talk of the town. Evryone thought that O'Brien was going to be the boy but Newcastle are happy to let him go as this little known player is to set the Prem on fire. . Carrol is to go out on loan and several of the strong reserves are to get a taste of Prem life. Look out for another left sided player Alex White who alot of the NE clubs are looking at. Newcastles top scorer in a recent comp. Even Shearer is impressed.

Paul ince new MK Dons manager just resigned as macc town boss

News from inside Sunderland.

Sunderland have made an enquiry to Arsenal about the availability of Flamini. Quinn is very aware that revealing targets can lead other clubs to take an interest so he and Keane are working very hard to keep news of potential signings under wraps.

Ferguson has allowed Keane to talk to Scholes also on a very preliminary basis. Nothing would happen here till much later in the tranfer window as if Fergy decides he can let Scholes go, SAFC will be Scholes' only destination (not Oldham).

Also, Sunderlands transfer 'mantra' is to sign young players as they are more flexible than those who have kids in schools/ are more settled. Expect bids also for Baines, Gordon and some relatively unknown young foreigners.

For those on the SMB this is not 'FACT.', it is the truth.

much love,

Notwhed

Man United. are set to sign Robihno for 8 mill. plus Heinze.

Robinho has become Manchesters' main target recently due to the 'brick wall' that has come up with the on–going Torres saga. Real Madrid have been eyeing Heinze for some time now and this swap seeing Robinho at Old Trafford does not seem too farfetched to be true. Robihno would fill the slot nicely up front, also being young enough to adapt to English Football.

If I know Wenger well, he won't buy A REPLACEMENT for Henry. His replacements are already in the team. Neither will he buy Nic Anelka at £11 million. He's only about 18 months younger than Henry and has been all over the world with not–so–impressive runs. Wenger will buy but most probably not any of d big names the press noises about. Huntelaar's 21 goals in Netherlands probably equals Bendtner's 11 (considering his period of injury). F. Torres may be fine by Wenger for £18/ 19 million– since Man United's&B. Munich's purchases have brought about some inflation in the market. Still, if I know him well, Wenger may rather go for a striker like Locom. Sofia's Tsvetan Genkov for £10 million or even less. A left winger is very crucial but meeting Lyon's asking price of £17 million for Malouda is unlike Wenger; £12/ 13 million or he rather goes for Argentina's Angel di Maria for £4/ 5 million or Babel for £6 million. At the close of the window, Wenger will keep his record of net cost of £5 million or in fact record a profit.

As I said previously other clubs will rival Spurs for Bent. Spurs have not had a bid accepted by Charlton. In typical Spurs fashion they will waite until late August. Then try to get a knockdown price just before the window closes. However Villa, Newcastle and Man City (depending on takeover) may bid beforehand.

Other rumours concern Nigel Reo Coker, Wigan made an enquiry last week. West Ham wanted Leighton Baines as part of the deal. Sunderland and Manchester City are interested. West Ham have a valuation of 10 million on Reo as the papers keep saying he only cost 500,000. I wonder why this keeps on being repeated. Anelka cost Arsenal 500,000 and was sold for 25 million. Everyone said clever Wenger great business. Surely the same must be said of West Ham a great bit of buiness if they get 10 million.

The last tip is Berbatov to Manchester United, his agent is pushing this one.

 – ARSENAL NEWS–

Arsenal will be signing nicolas anelka for around £11 million as a replacement for the legendary thierry Henry, the will also sign Ryan Babel for around £6 million there is a slight possibility of Michael Owen moving to Arsenal not sure if its true but there is ALOT of rumours that he is. I would LOVE to see ricardo Quaresma to move to The Arsenal as he is as good as Cristiano Ronaldo I reckon his quick skillful and knows where the net is Arsenal HAVE to buy a striker this summer with Henry gone Reyes nearly gone baptista gone and Aliadiere gone we only have 3 or 4 strikers Bendtner Adebayor van Persie and Walcott is more of a winger.

gooner for life

 To = AZ.

I do not apologise for my rant at you as I feel your comments where unheralded and personally attacking where they should not have been. I do however apologise for the Emmanuel Adebayor spelling rant. It seems that this site puts a capital M where there should not be one.

I hold my hands up and say I was wrong. Apologies for Adebayor, you deserved the rest.

OK – first of all I am not the groundsman gardeners pet dog's great aunt who has got an inside wisper of goings on at my beloved club, I'm simply a disgruntled Liverpool fan who cannot believe some of the tripe I'm Reading (god I do hope it's not true.)

Being serious for one moment, and recognising that on last years league performance we remain at least 3 world class players away from seriously competing over 38 games, can someone explain to me why we are being linked with Yossi, Diego and other 'average' players and we don't seem (at this stage – I'm really trying to retain my faith in Rafa/ Gillet&Hicks.) to be seriously in contention for the highest calibre players like Tevez/ Eto'/ Villa/ Torres/ Sabrosa/ Alves/ Malouda that we so desperately need?

Is being linked with the dross just a smokescreen to hide our real intentions? When will the quality signings be seen or are we going to be saying "I told you so. " 10 games into the new season when we've already conceded the title after failing to beat the likes or Villa, Sunderland, Birmingham, Derby etc (no disrespect to the teams listed – but I bet Man United and Chelski will turn them over) ?

I've read recently that we should be patient. Well, I feel that I am being patient and all I ask is that Rafa etc do not let us down over the next few weeks – make the commitment you promised and You'll Never Walk Alone.

Do any other LFC fans feel the same or am I just being unrealistic?
