I am a big St Johnstone fan and i'm gutted to report that Ipswich have had a bid accepted for Nigel Hasselbaink and Liam Craig. The bid is said to be about £400k and they'll both leave before the end of the window. Ipswich midfielder Josh Carson is coming here on loan as part of the deal.

Apparently they will be having medicals at Ipswich on Sunday with contracts already agreed.

We will need to replace the goals Hasselbaink provided and the Lomas will likely look to division one or the English league 1 for a replacement.

The Portsmouth paper has reported that ex-Portsmouth legend Svetoslav Todorov could be rejoining the club after issuing a "come and get me" plea to the club. He is currently at a club in Ukraine but says he is prepared to walk away from that contract, if Portsmouth would take him. Wages would apparently be reasonable to the clubs situation and he also said he would say if Portsmouth were to drop down to League 2. With only 3 Strikers on the books at the moment, I am sure Portsmouth will look to jump at this chance.

Should'nt be allowed considering their financial circustances. Not a relative of Dirty Harry still lurking behind the scenes is there ?

Im a Millwall fan and have been following saints since the Marcus/ Nicola take over and must say that they have come along way since 2009. Only information I can find is coutinho saying he wants to hold out for a better Liverpool bid. Fair play to him but to be honest I don't want someone playing for saints if they don't truly want to be there. No matter who they are.

The player which helped fire Pompey up to the premier league in 2003 with a sensational 26 goals in one campaign has said that he is willing to rip his current contract with ukraine outfit Hoverla Uzhhorod up. He isn't on 28k per week he is on 25k per week. Unlikely McDermott will follow this up anyway he has 4 centre halves to call on should the need arise.

Wages aren't a problem. Federici is on 35k, Guthrie on 40k and Pogrebnyak on 55k but Reading aren't as stupid as Brum and will ensure there is a relegation wage drop clause in there.

Guthrue is on 25k actually and pog is on 40k and fordham confirmed davies is on 28k

This could be a decent Rumour, as I have heard that Slade is after another forward, although I don't think orient will be paying money for players, let alone bringing someone from the north of England.

A player can play for a third team but not in a calendar year. He's fine to play for a third team. Plus his girlfriend was happy in southampton, we loaned him out because he is not premiership level. There are plenty of interviews in which the two of them talk about loving southampton

Sharp is on loan, so any club can buy him before end of transfer window !
