Sir Alex Ferguson is currently in Budapest to tie up the Krisztian Nemeth deal. Fergie is willing to pay 1 Million pounds for the youngster but MTK Hungaria want 1. 5 Million. I've received information from my Uncle who knows Krisztian's agent that a agreement will be reached by the end of today which Man Utd will agree to pay the 1.5 Million if Kristian plays a certain number of games. This will allow Fergie to talk to Krisztian to convince him to join United. It is believed that Inter Milan will match the offer so Fergie wants to be one step ahead.

Reading will make a firm bid of around £3m for Madjid Bougherra, now that Ibrahim Sonko is having surgery on his knee.
Expect Wednesday to fill the gap left by Bougherra, by signing Matthew Mills on loan from Man City until the end of the season.

Arsenal Rumours
IF wenger does not buy a left back now, he won't for at least 6 years as he has Traore waiting in the wings and Gallas as a makeshift leftback. No Ribery required as we have Hleb, Rosicky, Walcott. I have heard that Hearts will bring in another two players on trial this week - Mansfield's Gareth Jelleyman and Walsall's Hector Sam are being targeted as backup for the first 11. Either deal is likely to go through if Paul Hartley leaves as expected.
Sunderland will sign Capaldi for £350k later this week and also have made a further bid for Richard Stearman.
Keane will also attempt to bring in Maloney it has been agreed that Sunderland will match Fulham's bid of £500k for the Celtic player.

Will continue to try and buy hargreaves but will fail until the summer, Joao Moutinho is a target for SAF as he sees him as a long term replacement for Paul scholes, unfortunately for SAF, wenger wants the young portugese midfielder to partner fabregas. SAF will sign Arturo Lupoli form Arsenal as he sees him as the perfect partner for Rossi up front, Lupoli will be tempted by this as he wishes to move away from Arsenal

I have a contact in the Platinum Club Lounge at St James Park and by all accounts there are a couple of imminent transfers going to happen. Firstly Christian Dailey will arrive from West Ham to help sure up the defense. Secondly Robbie Fowler will join on loan till the end of the season. And finally Scott Parker will join Man Utd with Kieran Richardson going the other way, but only if the Hargreaves deal is not completed.

The Hoops will sell Boruc 2 Arsenal as Lehman is going back 2 Germany and with Celtic signing M. Brown from Caley as his replacement. Celtic will receive 7 million pounds from this deal and that will give wee Gordon the money 2 buy Brown&Thomson from Hibernian (£4. 5 million), Robbie Keane ( life long Celtic fan and unhappy at Spurs) from Spurs (£4 million) . This is the team that will be able 2 drive Celtic further on in the Champions League.
Plymouth Argyle will not be making an further signings this season. They have secured the services of Rory Fallon, Krisztian Timar and Peter Halmosi on permanent deals, while Kevin Gallen and Scott Sinclair have arrived on loan.
The only activity will see Tony Capaldi finally join either Wolves or Sunderland for a fee approaching £500k which is great business for Plymouth. Rueben Reid and Cherno Samba will also go out on 2-month loans.
Ian Holloway has been so impressed with Sinclair he may speak to Chelsea about extending the loan deal, possibly until the end of the season.
Holloway has been tracking MK Dons striker Izale McLeod but was concerned about his discipline, but still may return in the summer to secure a deal that will see Nick Chadwick go in the opposite direction.
The Plymouth boss will also be on the look out for a new keeper as Romain Larrieu looks set to move back to France in the summer, probably to Troyes or Sedan. Luke McCormick has impressed Holloway but feels the youngster needs to be kept under pressure.
Spurs Rumours:
After signing Rocha, in the summer Spurs will be looking at O'Shea and Richardson for more versatility. Also expect a shock move for AS Roma ace Christian Chivu. Davids wilopl be going back tp Ajax not Dallas and Stalteri will go to the Bundesliga. Arsenal will also make a cheeky bid for Aaron Lennon at the end of January!

Due to recent injury to AJ, Moyes has realised how heavily the Toffees rely on him up front with his pace and work rate, he is unlikely to put his faith in Big Vic just yet to lead the line alone so expect a move for Alan Smith or Lomano Lua Lua on loan for rest of season.
Although the injury to AJ isn't as serious as first feared Moyes realises we'r desperatley short of cover up top, especially with Beattie doing fk all all season
The lad who mentioned Robbie Keane, I can only hope your right but I very much doubt it as Jol rates him above Defoe and after Defoes outburst expect to see him leave in summer to one of "big four"

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has targeted Blackburn winger Morten Gamst Pedersen as the long term replacement for Ryan Giggs. The Welshman has entered the tail-end of his career and the Premiership leaders are eager to find a long term successor, and Pedersen fits the bill. Blackburn would demand a transfer fee of £11m plus add-ons, and the player would request wages in excess of £55,000-a-week. From what I hear, Pedersen would be interested in a move to Old Trafford as well.
Celtic have lodged a bid for James Beattie and if Everton accept, particularly with the absence of Andy Johnson for a good few weeks - David Moyes will pounce for David Nugent from Preston with a bid of around £5 million + Richard Wright.
If this bid fails and he has to move away from signing Nugent, expect him to make a move for Kevin Davies - despite the contract extention or perhaps even Robbie Keane.

I have it on good authority that Peter Grant travelled to Stamford Bridge tonight to watch Jermaine Easter and Will Antwi. I understand that if Wycombe are knocked out of the cup then Easter will sign a 4 year deal for £1. 5m&Antwi will sign for 3 years for £0.325m
Ipswich Town
Ipswich manager Jim Magilton is poised to bid £0.75m for local rivals midfielder Carl Robinson. The deal however depends on Peter Grant being able to get a replacement before the end of the transfer window. The player Grant is looking to attract is currently on the fringes of a North London team.

Heard from a friend in Spain who acts as a representative for footballers in Spain that fernanado Torres will join Man Utd in the summer for £22 million. he also informed me that they want rossi as part of the deal, but United do not want to do this if they can avoid it. they are more likleyto allow them to have pique for 2 reasons/
1/ they gave sufficient cover in defense
2. he is enjoying his time on loan, and would be happy to remain in Spain.
i also have it on good authority that uts £20 million bid for hargreaves will be succesful in jan.
