Ibra Sekajja has been told by Dougie Freedman that he may be good for him to go out on loan, clubs who are reportedly interested are Conference teams York City and Bristol Rovers.

Conference Teams? 2013/2014 for Rovers possibly.

23 Sep 2012 21:39:14
Malky Mackay is considering allowing Kadeem Harris to go on loan to Bristol Rovers, He is a old friend with the Bristol Rovers manager Mark McGhee.

But is he a friend of John Ward who is taking over from McGhee on Thursday ?

Aston Villa have made a £6 million bid for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha for a move in the New Year.

Bids not enough for palace board, doesn't matter what anyone thinks, they regard him highly and aren't afraid to wait to mould him and get more in the future due to new financial security. Also, surely young talent is the one thing that hasn't proved Villa good lately?

There will be better teams than Villa in for Zaha. I expect he will improve with Palace and sell for more in the summer to a decent Premiership team who can help him attain his potential.

For now, he and Palace are a good fit.

Am i mistaken or did Villa beat Man City 4-2 last night? with a team thats worth more than the team which drew with arsenal at the weekend.
Villa's academy will always be one of the best in the country. Though if think Zaha is worth more like £10m and I don't think Lambert would spend that much really on a winger with N'zog & albrighton back to form.

Francis Jeffers is training with Shrewsbury with view to permanent contract

Jeffers was training with Tranmere Rovers with a view to a permanent contract too - and ythey didn't sign him!

Not good enough fo Shrews, and on recent form no better than Morgan & Gornell

Francis Jeffers training with Shrewsbury and will sign on Monday

Good, a proven goalscorer in England. This is actually true, not just a rumour.

Proven goalscorer? are you having a laugh?

He scored goals at Everton

He was good 10 years ago. now he is awful, slow and can't finish. not fit for the conference. (from a sheff weds fan)

And Arsenal.

I saw him play a few games for tranmere the only place he is good for is the pub! Not even the pub team he scored 1 goal against a non league team tap in at that, no pace no vision doesn't even look like scoring when he plays he should have stayed in Australia trust me I got excited when I hears he was training with tranmere glad we didn't sign him now!

Gareth southgate will ne the next Ipswich manager

He is no good.gutless

Hopefully, so we can get rid of as many of them ITV pundits as possible. Adrian Chiles obviously doesn't know anything about football but hopefully he's a decent physio?

23 Sep 2012 16:45:40
Did Harty kewell really train with Barnsley as heard nothing since that rumour?

After that shocking refereeing decision at elland road I certainly don't for one

former watford manager sean dyche is seen as ideal man to bring wycombe wanders back to glory days.....still lives local and has good links with clubs to bring in much needed talent

Top manager at Watford, they could do worse

Agree a good manager and Wycombe could be a stepping stone to better things.

I read yesterday that former SWINDON striker Keith Scott is wanted by wycombe to be their manager , good luck keith

Andy Scott,Chris Wilder and Lawrie Sanchez other possibilities for the Wycombe job

Should be dychey all the way great manager at watford!

23 Sep 2012 13:20:25
Tony pulis sent a scout to watch Charlie Austin yesterday ahead of a bid of around £4 million in January.

Worth more than Jay Rod on current form and far better than Jordan Rhodes so 4m is a tad unrealistic

Five million plus two stoke players shotton amd jones

Hope so Swindon have a sell on clause when he was sold to burnley

If Rhodes is worth 8 , then think about it Charlie has already had a full albeit interrupted first season in championship and on course to be top scorer now

Barnsley fc could have new investors with two parties interested one is Arab and the other are Italians. Hope this is true!

Just hope they have the clubs best interests at heart. You have to wonder why on earth a bunch of Italians or Arabs would want to buy Barnsley?

The Arab investors are the same group who have tried to takeover Leeds.

They have their own management teams lines up, not good, need to keep Hillcroft

Leeds fan here, yes its rumoured its the same group after you thats after us but thats all it is at present, A RUMOUR, worst scenario for you is if we lose out to Barnsley you'll have a Leeds fan as your chairman

I hope this is false. Kieth Hill would be out, hes done an amazing job so far

There's been some reports that both consortiums have their own managers lined up if they take over.
If this is true I would rather stay the way we are. Keith Hilcroft are one of the best up and coming management teams around and sacking them now would be suicidal.

Why do Leeds fans think everyone supports them. Anyone with the finances to buy a football club is a businessman first and foremost. I'm personally not too bothered about these rumours and I urge all reds fans to not get too obsessed with these rumours. The takeover rumours and false reports have had the Leeds fans falling out with each other since June. Let's do our business on the pitch and let the money men worry about the takeover if it ever happens

Rotherham United manager Seve Evans could chase up to four strikers after telling current forward Kayode Odejayi, Danny Nardiello and Alex Revell that they need to put more of their chance away.
Evans may raid former club Crawley to sign Billy Clarke. Evans signed Clarke in January before he left the club and is keen on taking him to South Yorkshire.
The second forward is Exeter striker John O'Flynn. O'Flynn has impressed Evans at times this year and the former Cork and Barnet hitman could join on loan until the New Year with a view to a full transfer.
The third name in question is a short term loan deal for Charlton forward Danny Haynes. Haynes only moved to Athletic from Barnsley at the beginning of the year but is finding first team chances hard to come by. Haynes still has a house in South Yorkshire and could be tempted by the move.
The las striker in talks is a young Lillestrom attacker called Ohi Omoijuanfo. The 18 year old is expected to sign on loan for United on the 1st of January and has already flown to England for talks.

Haynes hasn't found first team chances hard to come by he's just got hamstrings that snap in half quite regularly. He is way to good for league 2 and if we let him got we'd only have 3 proper 1st team strikers, what a silly rumour.

Haynes... Not a chance as soon as he is fit he will be starting for Charlton, he's been injured all season so how can you say he's struggled?

Stockport County are close to signing two players.
Young Mansfield defender Jobe Shaw has been made available for a loan spell away from Field Mill and will sign on loan until the New Year.
Manager Jim Gannon is also wanting a striker. He is thought to be in talks with Southend forward Neil Harris. The experience frontman has been told he can leave United and will also sign a loan deal until the New Year.

Harris won't be leaving Southend seeing as he is out injured for a few weeks and he wouldn't leave his boyhood club.

25 Sep 2012 16:07:57
A source has informed me it is not Neil Harris he is too old and has tired legs but 18 year old peterborough forward Jonson Clarke Harris.

It's Danny Harris from Dartford

23 Sep 2012 12:02:09
Charlie Austin to move to Stoke city for 5 million and Burnley to replace him by signing highly rated striker Jake cassidy [January rumour]

Jake cassidy is a wolves player on loan at tranmere to get 1st team experience and is not for sale

Mark McGhee will return to Leicester again this week to talk about bringing Jeffrey Schlupp to the Memorial Stadium ....A deal could not be reached last week bur Rovers are very keen initially on a three month loan with a season option if it suits all parties . Rovers have been told they will need to fund some more of the deal.

MMc has also spoken to BCFC about the feasibility of Brett Pitman joining the blue half of Bristol on a three month loan.

Either way expect movement in the striker department at the Gas over the next ten days.

Divison Two ...Look out when all parts of the jigsaw are in place !

Div 2 watch out ? It may be a case that you will be long gone from div 2 if your current form does not pick up.

Latest Groves to be sacked Monday,Cotrill new Boss. Also Mitchell also on way out as the Russians are far from pleased.
As to the 4-0 defeat ok hats off to Swindon as they outplayed us no complaints. As we paid 800.000 for Tubbs. Would thinkink Rithie would be good investment over to the Russians.
Feel Mitchells remarks about Dicanio came back and bit him on the ass.
Again from real Bounemouth fans we were stuffed

Where did you get this info from? I think it's guesswork as Cotterill lives local

I love the way you threw in about buying Ritchie. He is never going to sign for you end of story, it'd be at best a sideways move for him!

This whole issue regaring Bournmouth signing M.Richie has now officially descended into a farcical joke. Town have now proved beyond ANY doubt that this club will be far more likely to get him playing in the Championship where he belongs than a little club on the South coast infront of 5000 in a small 3 sided ground.
Ed, for the love of god, please block any posts containing the words 'Bournemouth' and 'Richie'. It is just never ever going to happen!!

Ritchie won't be in a Bournemouth shirt for a good while yet!

As for Mitchell, the guy is up his own back passage but has helped turn around Bournemouth's fortunes. If he goes, could Portsmouth be an option for investment?

Strong rumour coming out of Wycombe is
Phil Brown to take over as manager and
Ian Ashbee to be his assistant. Just the
final financial package to be sorted for
both.

Good luck. You're going to need it with those two in charge.

Phill brown ,manager ,your joking ,

David Noble is set to complete a loan move to Exeter City following his bust up with Steve Evans. Plymouth Argyle and Bristol Rovers are believed to be in the frame but Noble wants to work with Paul Tisdale again. A permanent deal will be looked at in January.

After another city player ,change the rovers to reserves.lol

Harry Redknapp poised to return to the Premiership with either QPR, Liverpool or Southampton. {Ed025's Note - not a chance..

If you're gonna make something up at least make it half believable

Not a chance whilst bates is at the helm

I reckon he will be next liverpool manager but in January

Yeah he wont be southamptons

Did you not hear the chants for Nigel Adkins at Southampton? The fans love him and he gets on well with Cortese. He's going nowhere.
Brendan Rogers won't be sacked by Liverpool they have put faith in the guy and they won't go replacing him easily.
Finally QPR wouldn't surprise me if they wanted him as they are mad and will splash money at anyone they've heard of... But I doubt he'd want to go and work there.

Don't care where Harry goes as long as it's not Saints, and it won't be.

And I thought him coming to my club Ipswich was never going to happen!

Would love him to come to QPR even though probably not true

Would hate him to come to QPR, have hated him ever since he destroyed Portsmouth!

Adkins dont seem to be cutting the mustard in the prem true or fulse?

Adkins is doing "fine" & most fans are behind him. He is still on a learning curve as is the team. Yes some tactics were questionable but we will beat the drop.
As for Redknapp, if he was ever to return to saints you would se a mass exodus of supporters in one fair swoop for the duration he was in charge. That would be 100times worse than Fergie going to Liverpool or man city so not going to happen. If any manager was to come in it would likely be from abroad.

Yep if its true, Harry joining Liverpool, but its all on whether he can have the cash to buy Messi, Ronaldo, Aguero, llorente and Neymar. He believes he will be able to pick them all up for just shy of £5mill. Stop postin stupid messages, these guys are working hard to try to keep you informed and we would all like to read something true!

Stockport manager Jim Gannon would like former player Johnny Mullins back on loan to sort out his right back problem. Jim is also on the look out for a striker to assist youngster Danny Hattersley and may take free agent Liam Dickinson on n/c terms until he finds a club.

Joint Portsmouth administrator Trevor Birch is set to announce the successful bid for the club as the Portsmouth Supporters Trust's offer, as the Football League have passed them clearance as opposed to Balram Chanrai's Portpin bid which has been deemed 'unreliable', based on the broken promises his company had made to creditors the last time the Football League passed them clearance.

Utter rubbish! Birch's remit is to find the best deal for the creditor's, if he tries to force his 'preferred' bid through without having the proof that the PST's bid is in fact better for the creditors he is breaking the law and will be liable for the shortfall, also Chanrai will destroy the club through rent charges, remember his charge on the ground? If it was in doubt Birch would have gone to court by now in order to prove it as illegal! Anyway Chanrai's bid is a better deal for the creditors, simple as. The PST's (lower) offer will have to be funded in co-operation with property developers, not exactly a community owned club is it? Then there is the question of turning the pledges into the full £1000. No chance this will happen anyway as Pompey do not have the support (regardless of the spin).

Just checked, there is no basis for the FL to refuse a person for not being Fit and Proper due to previous club ownership, the fake sheik and CSI would have a problem but not Chanrai.

Wish this was true, but sadly it look's like it will be Portpin taking over again.

Chanrai won't last long - I bet £50 he's gone by the end of the season.

I'll bet £1000 he'll be gone before he has to pay the football creditors, my guess is that he will put Pompey in another administration sounding the death knell for the club, buy the surrounding land and sell the lot to a housing development once he has overturned the 'sporting use only' caveat.

Chainrai only got involved with Pompey in the first place because he wanted some way of getting back the money he was owed by Arkadi Gaydamak. He still hasn't recovered all his debt hence his continued reluctant involvement. Beware this man he doesn't want to invest in the club - he only wants to suck money out. If he gets in Pompey will die - simple as.
