hey guys.just wanted 2 clear a few things up..im a 16yr old and have been on trial at man utd for the last 3 weeks on a 4week trial at the club..

Ive been training with the youth players as the 1st team and staff have been in South Africa...but i read on the website that some guy saw veira and gattuso and also totti..not sure bout him tho..but neways this can be considered true because i saw veira 1st then later gattuso coming round the training ground with one of the groundsman shown them around. i asked one of the players if they were signing for manutd.. he just told me that it was normal to see all these players come round to get tours but it jst meant that man utd were intersted in them and not neccessarily signing them. in his time with the youth squad and reserves he had even seen ronaldo and figo, kewell, and evn michael owen get tours of the ground. So evn if players are seen walkn out of grounds it doesnt mean that they have signed for the club jst that they get a look around to see if it is actually the place they want to be...hope it clears up a few ppls minds who think that cos they saw a player near the ground that its a done deal

This is 99% sure!

NUFC will buy Robert Kovac and Christiano Zanetti from Juventus for 3m!!!

other bids include Camoranesi(4m) if loan deal with SWP falls through, Ujfalusi(he can play at RB what GR wants,3m) or Upson(2m), Bridge(3m), Iaquinta(5.5m) and one thing I can't be sure of is a bid for Duff(10m).

Out's: Boumsong(3,5m), Faye(1,25m), Carr(1.5m), Babayaro(1m).

Newcastle Utd next season:

Given

Ujfalusi Taylor Kovac Bridge

What are all these rumours being said about 5-6 summer transfers. AW has allready clearly stated thet he is getting 3 possibly 4. Curtis Davies as we need a new defender, Mascherano or yaya toure, for a replacement 4 gilberto because he is a possible transfer out. Babtista may be coming to the Emerites as a part exchange deal for cole as we all kow hw is going.

This should be the team if the transfers happen. Obviously we will get LB as we cant Flamini all season if we cant get all the transfers fabregas will appear in the midfield as well as a new player.

J-Madden

Martin O'Neill will take over at Villa and will bring Steve Walford and John Robertson with him.

The new owners will give him £40m to spend, but he has already idnentified players that he doesn't want at Villa Park. Hendrie, Djemba Djemba, Delaney, Hughes, Bouma, McCann, Baros, Philips and Angel. Expect to see Queresma, Petrov, Milito, Mackaay, Appiah, Chivu, Wes Brown and Meghni at Villa Park before the 31st August.

Watch out for the Abdul Rashid story, as I have been saying for months, there is a scandal that is going to blow football apart that will come out of Villa Park and Ellis would rather pay off Rashid than allow him to expose the truth about Villa.

NUFC NEWS!

Damien Duff to sign for 8-9mill

Boumsong to move to Monaco for 3-4mill

Negotiations are on at the moment for 3 Chelsea players to come to St. James before season starts

Being an insider at Arsenal i have heard Arsene Wenger would be brigin 2 bright stars of the future 2 the Emirates Stadium. They are Fran Merida and the Brazilian wonderkid Kerlon. Both very talented young player....deal be both done by ending of july begining of August

ronaldo for spurs 7 mill

For the person who said Zapatar is from Deportivo,

get your facts right. He plays for Real Zaragoza and he looks to be heading to Valencia in a swap with Aimar.I am a Liverpool fan, and I know it is a rumour site but if you are posting rumours please make sure you know a bit about them first

Rovers new!

because manager mark hughes has been unable to capture the signing of mido, he will now turn his attention to Lomana Lua Lua who will come in for 4 - 5 mil and provide a perfect partner for roberts. Also they will snap up the vastly experienced cb roberto ayala for around 3 mil. the last transfer for rovers this summer will be Pablo aimar an he will come on a free transfer. with this squad rovers will challenge for the champions league spots an go far in the uefa cup.

BLEZZ.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Arsenal have almost completed the signing of Juve full-back Chielini for £3m plus clearing the debt which Juve still owe them for Vieira.

This will almost certainly meant that A.Cole will be on his bike, most probably to R.Madrid in a deal involving Sergio Ramos (instead of C.Davies as the replacement CB for Campbell) and not Baptista or Robinho.

The only other probable signings will be Fran Merida, Micah Richards and Nigel Reo-Coker.

--L.M--

MAN UTD WILL SIGN THE FOLLOWING

GATTUSO

PIRLO

Maybe Torres

That's all SAF wont sign anyone else he knows that Carrick is overpriced and he wont be held to ransom, besides why would Tottenham sell someone if they were wanting to be ambitious? So Tottenham clearly wont sell, Also because of the Italien situation SAF will be able to get his long admirers Pirlo and Gattuso cheaper than before Pirlo plays like Carrick however is more experienced etc and Gattuso is just a quality player that would command a place in any team it aint half ovious that SAF has always been interested in these players, Also these two players have never come out and said "We're staying at AC" As for Torres it all depends on the RVN situation and what AT want for Torres, man utd wont sign anyone else though unless Carrick and Tottenham come to an agreemnet though i can't see anything happening.

PWoods.

Im a celtic supporter thru and thru but this whole thing about Sol Campbell coming to paradise "get real" his wages will be to high and as you have seen we are getting rid of our high rollers. Naysmith is a good shout as the reports have said and GS is looking for a striker. HAIL! HAIL!

First of all where do these Manchester United fans get there transfer budget from 63 million...ummmm ok if you say so.

Arsenal will not get lillen T as he joined barca last night on a two year deal....mexas is aw target now after being priced out over davies, also expect a goalkeeper maybe rob green for around 2 million, and a left back if cole leaves. Ya Ya wants to join his big bro but again arsenal are not preperd to be held for ransom. Those will be the only players brought in apart from a few young guns.

Mjw21

Nottingham Forest.

David Pleat will formally be announced as a Director Of Football at the Club in the coming weeks. Pleat who started his career at the City Ground in the early 60’s before going on to carve out both a successful playing and managerial career also has strong connections with both owner Nigel Doughty and new manager Colin Calderwood.

west ham will sadly not making much more transfers

victor and 1 GK expected to sign that is it

Scott Carson To sign for Sheffield Wednesday next Tuesday on one year loan deal.

I am a sports journalist working for sky sports. Basically I write what you hear read on sky sports news. Expect the following rumours to be confirmed within the next week. Man U have put in a loan offer for David Trezuguet and are considering a move for Steed Malbronque. I think Ashley Cole will stay at Arsenal!! Damien Duff prefers a move to Newcastle. Tottenham will bid for Luca Toni Which means Jermaine Defoe could go to Portsmouth. Man U also see micah richards as the long term replacement to neville, though I doubt the player is willing to move across manchester. Nicholas Anelka is more interested in a move back to France, probly with Bordeaux. As for liverpool and Arsenal, theres no big news within the next week. Expect Liverpool to make three MAJOR signings before september though. I can guarantee that at least 75% of these will happen by september.

just to let the disillusional celtic fan know who thinks celtic are going to sign jan koller, well he signed for monaco before the world cup, also graveson and cambell to celtic?? these suggestions are laughable, graveson will be back at the premiership and cambell will move abroad.

PLG has money to spend,he is just keeping most of this years budget for next years champions league run,he has alreay signed a brilliant player in clement, sebo will definately be unveiled at murray park by the start of the season,an coming from a source at murray park rangers are in discussions to bring in a right back from spain, maybe on loan.

Patrick Vieira will be at Inter next season, along with either Luca Toni or Ibrahimovic. Chances are it will be Toni, its been said that they will sign both but I've heard that it will be only Toni as Inter want to up thei quota of Italian players and see Toni as a more prolific option. Ibrahimovic will leave, and I reckon he will go to Spain. Buffon will probably go to Milan although there is still a possibility he will go to Arsenal, Nedved and Del Piero will stay at Juve. Don't expect many comings or goings from Fiorentina and Lazio until their appeals are over. As for Stephen Appiah, he looks set for a move to Roma. Fernando Torres turned up for training at Atletico Madrid, and people in Madrid have told me that he is likely to stay and see how Atletico start next season, as he will find it hard to leave, however he could leave in January or if a massive offer ( 30 million plus) came in for him, I really dont see Utd paying more than 30 for him, and could get him for cheaper in January if ATletico dont start well. Also keep your eyes open for gourcuff next season, I watched a Milan training session the other day and this guy stood out as the best player there.

CAESAR

Jose Mourinho tried to get one over Rafa Benitez by enquiring about Daniel Alves, only to be told a deal had been reached with liverpool. Mourinho is rumoured to have offered 25 mill for the club to perform a didi hamann style u turn but he was politly asked to leave. This just shows how much respect rafa has in spain. Mourinho was ready to tell the world about Liverpools agreement in his press conference on wednesday, until a phone call from an irrate rick parry telling him he would be sued if he did. Instead mourinho talked about being "ready for war", a hidden message for liverpool. It seems chelsea can buy liverpool targets for ridiculus amounts of money in england (SWP), but he cant do it in spain. Its not the first time rafa has outsmarted mourinho!!!

The rumour is that Croatian champions Dinamo Zagreb are buying 26 yo Colombian international Elkin Soto from Once Caladas(curentlly on loan at Barcelona (ECU))

duff to liverpool being followed by villa, cambronasi, viera and kuyt

on the way out will be kewell 7 million to newcastle, troare to wba and krompcamp to feynord as part of kuyt deal

ashley cole will join chelsea before the club fly out to america on the pre season tour he negotiated a buy out clause in his contract last summer which allows him to join any club who bid somewhere between 16 and 20 mill. so sorry arsenal fans your club cannot stop him joining chelsea. chelsea want to offload duffer del horno, huth and crespo but expect only ashley cole and micah richards( will b bought for 4 mill but loaned back 2 city for the season) to be the only new arrivals

Latest news from St James Park is that they will sell:

Boumsong 3.5 million

Babayaro 1.5 million

Harper 1 million

Chopra 0.5 million

Bowyer 1 million

Faye 2.5 million

Newcastle will also get 9 million from the compensation pack from the F.A on the injury on Owen

This gives Newcastle 19 million to spend on transfers this summer. T

Newcastle to buy Damien Duff for 8.5 million and Defoe will join on loan. Miroslav Klose looks set to join the toon for 6 million and Wayne Bridge looks set to sign too for around 3 million.

Some Old Firm News. Celtic will NOT be signing Graveson, Campbell or Koller. The reason is that these player are only attracted in playing in bigger leagues such as the EPL and they feel they have a few years left at the top. Also the combined wages of these 3 players would top 150k a week, far beyond what Celtic can afford, this is the reason why JFH didn't sign and he was after 30k a week. Naysmith is in preliminary discussions and Strachan is looking for a towering striker to replace Hartson. If Petrov leaves for £4.5mil, Strachan will only get £1.5mil to sign a replacement, expect a swoop for Kevin Thomson of Hibs in this case, as Parkhead drains Celtic £2mil a year in maintainence thanks to it being built on the cheap. Onto Rangers, Sebo looks to force transfer issue with Austria Vienna, Sebo is lightning quick and very strong, and has an eye for goal. The reason Vienna want £2.4mil for Sebo despite him only have a year left on his contract is that they are still feeling stung by Libor Sionko leaving for free. No moves for Zidane are in place, coach or otherwise. Gatusso will not be coming to the UK weather it is Rangers or Man Utd. PLG looks to seal Brechet on a years loan from Socieadad and possibly Revielliere from Lyon for aroun £2mil. Alexandre Bonnet from Toulouse is a target, but Jeremy Mathieu also from Toulouse appeals to PLG, as he is more versatile, as he can play LB, LM and CM and has a cracking left foot on him.

alberto zapater actually plays for real zaragoza and not deportivo. barca and liverpool intereseted in the spanish u21 international midfielder

GOONER NEWS Arsenal will not sign a replacement left back for Ashley Cole as he already has Gael Clichy,Mathieu Flamini and Justin Hoyte.Arsene Wenger has earmarked Franck Ribery and a centre back, this will be either Curtis Davies(if price is right),Jacques Faty(stade rennes)or Phillipe Mexes.Real Madrid are now favorites to sign Cole, with a deal likely to be done next week involving either Julio Baptista or Robinho.AW has also snapped up some of europe's best young talent for the new season.Fran Merida,Nacer Barazite and Adam Dudas(who is on trial for 10 days)should all be joining the club along with the new "jewel in the crown" Nuri Sahin who will sign in January.

Reading will announce the signings of John Mensah (£4m from Rennes), Dean Whitehead (£1.5m rising to £2m from Sunderland) and Darren Caskey (as Fitness coach) on Friday.

GUNNERS NEWS!!!

I guess it puts to rest that Thuram will not join arsenal because he has joined barca. There will be no signing of saviola, ribery, buffon,or torres( at least for now). Read yesterday Wenger will only open talks with Madrid if they are willing to offer Baptista and Robinho, which means it is impossbile.Wenger is in need of at least 1 defender. Trabelsi and C.Davies are the only ones linked so far. Also, Wenger has handed Hungarian 18 year old hot shot Adam Dudas a 10-day and are front runners to sign him. >100% accuracy.

Reading are hoping to tie up the signing of John Mensah by the end of next week. The Royals had a £4.2m bid accepted for the Ghanaian Defender and will hold talks over the weekend, once he has returned from Ghana.

The Royals are still awaiting a response from Sunderland after making a final offer of £2m from ex-Oxford midfeilder Dean Whitehead. Steve Coppell has already had 2 bids rejected for him and says he will not up his bid again.

Coppell will also try to make three more signings aswell, one will be a striker, one will be a midfeilder and one will be a defender. The Striker will probably be one of: Mikael Forsell, Javier Portillo or Heidar Helguson. Reading have targetted midfeilder Robert Koren and are set to make a £1m bid for the Slovenian International.

The other defender will most likely be one of the following: Matt Kilgallon, Danny Shittu, Youl Mawene.

I mentioned on here a long while ago that I have it on concrete ground an American consortium is trying to but a London-based football club, West Ham United and Cryatl Palace favorites... Well I can now confirm that the chosen club is West Ham United and the take over happens on the condition that the club is still in Europe by January. Current chairman Terrence Brown realises to get more for the club he's going to have to spend money, moves for Shaun Wright-Phillips, Damien Duff, Michael Carrick, Owen Hargreaves and Wayne Bridge are on the cards. Will keep you informed.

Reading are looking to sell right-back John Halls, after an unsuccesful spell with the club following his move from Stoke in January.

Halls is now extremely unlikely to get into the first team next season with Graeme Murty, Sam Sodje and Curtis Osano ahead of him in the pecking order.

Derby, Southampton and Preston are all set to match his £150k asking price.

Kegzy Blue nose rangers look set to get sebo after his meeting with his chairman where he made it clear he did not want to play for his club anymore expect him at rangers within the next week also le guen is looking for a right bak to challedge hutton rangers team next season as folllow gk letizi

Daniel Alves' transfer to liverpool is ON after sevilla signed right sided Andreas Hinkel from stutgart. He is seen as a replacement for the brazillian. Liverpool's next offer is reportedly going to include luis garcia and 6.5 mill.

Liverpool will sign Nicolas Anelka for 7.5m as Rafa is impressed with his passion for the club. This is because Valencia are asking 22m for Villa. Alves is no nearer signing and if a deal isn't done before we travel to Switzerland than Dario Srna will be signed for 4.5m. This will leave Rafa with 7m to spend and he will offer that plus Dudek and Kromkamp for Huntellar of Ajax. Watch the news next Thursday/Friday and all will be revealed. The Cat.

LFC

Ok firstly, Harry Kewell will not be sold, it defies the whole system that Rafa has setup- competition for places.

Before I get into anything else, what does LFC need?

-Striker(s)

-Right sided players

-Cover for aging players

Firstly to deal with strikers, Rafa has been very careful to keep everything under a close reign, and thus there could be a few surprises in the works.

Bellamy adds a lot to the front line, the pace of Cisse, but cheaper and with more goal scoring credibility.

However LFC still need that extra 'spark' upfront that crouch/fowler (in his current fitness or age) /or bellamy to some degree lack.

And thus Kuyt/Villa (Torres?) are all good options, and so it comes down to price as to who we see at Anfield this year.

On the right, Simao was almost bought last year but his club suddenly wanted a further 2M pounds for the transfer to be completed, after all paperwork had been done. Imagine if someone did that to you in a business exchange! So we most likely won't be seeing him come to LFC as Rafa is still frustrated/annoyed/upset at being treated in such a manner.

Alves is a good option- no doubting that- but will the price be the sticking point? Probably not- I'd expect to see him in a red shirt this year.

Now the issue of cover- Hyypia and Finnan aren't getting any younger, and while I am not saying that they should be sold or dumped, I am saying that responsible management of a team would mean that you start preparing for these things, so expect 1 or 2 new signings in the R/C/L defensive roles.

I will be surprised if Dudek and Kronkamp are still at Anfield next season, as they have/will be offered in transfer deals to save on transfer budget, and to free up some more room for wages- I am not saying LFC is struggling to pay wages, however freeing up some space by moving on players that don't have a real future at a club is never a bad thing.

Finally, with the Italian saga/relegation (depending on how you look at it) I think LFC will pick up 1 maybe two players on a two year loan, or buy back scheme. I don't think LFC will have much interest in these players, not because they aren't good, but because Juve will not sell players at a cut price, but will loan or come to arrangements with clubs. And as Juve is not selling at a cut price, LFC is not interested.

I think a thing people are forgetting is that LFCknocked back Aimar, why would any club refuse this guy?

The only reason I can come to is that under Rafa's plan he doesn't see the need for this player as when Rafa's team is finalised, Aimar would not get a place in the starting 11, maybe even on the bench.

everton will sign maniche in august - 100%.

I know this because i was talking to Nuno Valente in liverpool. He also tried to persuade Costinha to come, but he chose A.Madrid.

Expect Thompson + Nugent to follow, but only if we sell first.

Come on you Blues.

Mikka Koppinen is in talks with Luton. He is asking for a 3 year deal but Mike Newell only wants to offer him 2 years. Mikka is likley to accept two years if the money is right.

Alex Ferguson has told Newell to forget about signing G Rossi on loan, Ferguson wants him to go to a Premier club or a 'higher' Championship club.

This means Mike Newell is still hunting for a striker and has made an enquiry about Owusu of Brentford...

Following the arrival of Damien Duff at Newcastle United it could see the departure of Babayaro who could join Olimpiakos with N'Zogbia playing left back. Sol Campbell is set to follow Duff into tyneside and Glenn Roeder is to make a 9 million bid for Dirk Kuyt. Another striker set to join Newcastle is Anelka on a season long loan. Boumsong is set to join either Marseille or Monaco in the next 2 weeks for a fee of around 4 million. Stephen Carr could leave tyneside for around 1.5 million and could open the door for Philipe Mexes. SWP is set to join the toon for a season long loan.

Newcastle's team for next season:

Given

Ramage Taylor Mexes N'Zogbia

SWP Parker Emre Duff

Kuyt Owen/Anelka

Claudio Ranieri is in contention to become the next Aston Villa boss. Martin O'Neil and Alan Curbishley are the other 2 big names to be interviewed and although as of yet not being considered by Doug Ellis, Sven Goran Errikson is interested in managing in the Premiership.

=v1=

I work at Carrow Road (Norwich City) as a secondary caretaker and this week three new players have been shown around.

Also i had a chat with some training ground staff about departures from the club and a few names were floating around.

The three new players shown around were; a young lad from Manchester United - Christopher Eagles i think he's name was, the legend of Chris Sutton appears to be returning to the Canaries, and also a young lad from Wimbledon (or MK Dons).

However, Darren Huckerby's name was mentioned as a departure along with Robert Green to West Ham.

Newcastle United News

The Damien Duff deal is all but completed, costing 10m. Next to follow will be Dean Aston for 10m also. Alan Pardew has resisted to sell, but Ashton will see it is in his best interest to go to Newcastle because of the eventual pairing with Michael Owen and the better chance of an England call. Alan Pardew will therefore have no choice to sell the wantaway striker. Expect to also see bids for Bridge and Micah Richards.

To all Man United fans worried about their teams lack of activity in the transfer market (and to all those fans of other teams making ridiculous statements about what hasn't happened at OT this close season) - things will start moving in the next week. I can not say too much here but expect the first major departure (a defender) to take place on Weds / Thurs next week. The drawn out RVN striker is pretty much resolved; expect a departure next week. Inbound - the first major announcement will be late next week / early the week after, a major European midfielder arriving. A European striker and English midfielder will follow before the end of July. All the deals are more or less complete, just waiting on key personnel to return from holidays and, in one case, for image rights to be agreed, in another for a player leaving as part-exchange to agree personal terms with the club he is moving to.

Mark De Vries will join Colchester if former foxes boss Craig Levein gets the manger's job at Layor Road.

Valencia CF have finally completed the signing of LB Asier del Horno from Chelsea for 5 million and have also captured young CM Raul Garcia from Osasuna for 10 million. The question I have is, do these signings have any impact on their pursuit of LB Taye Taiwo of Marseille, CM Alberto Zapater of Real Zaragoza, and CM Gabi of Atletico Madrid? They are also in active pursuit of ST Francesco Tavano of Empoli and/or ST Obafemi Martins of Inter as well as RW Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United, RW Simao Sabrosa of Benfica, and/or RW Mauro German Camoranesi of Juventus. ----------------Canizares----------------- --Miguel---Navarro----Albiol---del Horno-- --Ronaldo?---Albelda----Baraja---Vicente-- ------------Tavano---------Villa----------
