Moussa Sissoko is a box to box midfield player, not a cb or a dcm, that's his midfield partner Etienne Capoue who used to play CB but now plays dcm
Spurs tried to buy him last summer and were quoted 18 mill euro's.
He's not a cb, he's not a dcm and Toulouse won't be selling him for 12 or 13 million
He is an excellent box to box player though and this season has added a decent goal tally
Whether Wenger will be prepared to pay the money it would take to get him is another issue

Arsenal to sign a total of 6 players in the summer, of which 4 will be for the first team.
these are Adler10, Zapata11, ChamakhF and Hazard14, and then Lukaku8 and Savic2 for the future. if gallas leaves, another defender may also be signed. this player is likely to be Moussa Sissoko11, who Wenger believes can play DCM, CM and CB.
campbell will stay for a season, but gallas is likely to move on, possibly to roma. traore, fabianski and eduardo to be sold, replaced by Botelho(loan return), adler and chamakh respectively. hazard will be an attacking addition not intended to replace anyone as such, but zapata's arrival signals the end for silvestre and senderos. with nordtveit also being promoted, we may have adequate cover for gallas, but only if djourou stays fit.

To all of the people that keep saying 'the yanks will do a pompey' and 'they will sell their best players to pocket the money' IDIOTS! the yanks have officially put Martin Broughton in charge of selling the club, with an amount they want to make. Barclays and Broughton have already gone public stating that the yanks valuation is way of the mark, (yanks want £800 mil bank says anywhere around £500 mil would be a very good price) the valuation without the best players in the team would be considerably less so lets be sensible, it would be like selling a car with no wheels, not gonna happen.
My prediction for next season.. New owners, a handfull of mediocre players to add a bit of depth and fresh faces, but alot of pre contract agreements for star players that will stay with their current clubs at the moment to get champs league, then move to Liverpool if they get a top 4 finish next season.
Gerrard is 50/50 to leave, he is living seperate from his WAG but can't bare to move away from his kids, if he leaves he will take Alex & the girls abroad to try and save his family.
Finally.. Rodallega to anfield and Owen to Goodison

Thierry Henry to Everton, off mate there is more chance of them signing Messi lol, Henry will never play in the premier league again unless it was for a return to Arsenal.
There will be a few new faces at the emirates next season with Chamakh the only real defiante at the moment, but can see the likes of Hazard and Van der Varrt signing along with Lacina Traore of Cluj, at the back expect Savic and another center back with real quality. Definately a new goalkeeper but with so many names being thrown around it's hard to see who but I can see Hart being the front runner. Watch this space

Good news on the horizon for LFC.
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has made an offer to buy the club.
Torres is going nowhere – he didn't sign a new contract last summer for nothing. If you notice, alot of Liverpools players have signed new contracts recently – why could that be I wonder? None of them have any reason to leave, because they know that the club is up for sale, and whatever way you look at it, that means that things are only going to get better. Sorry to dissapoint the Citeh and Chavski fans too, but he would never play for another English club – has everyone forgotton how he turned down at least two approaches from Manure, before he moved to Liverpool – because he only wanted to play for one English club. The same is true about Spain – he will only play for Athletico in that country. When he does leave Liverpool, it will be to Italy only, unless he is very old, and then he will return to Athletico.
There are however strong rumours circulating about Stevie G. To be honest though, after the season hes had, if someone offered 40m for him, and they could replace him with Milner for 20m, then who'd be laughing?
Oh and just one final point. I would like to say that there will be very few if any big transfers this summer. Anyone that says there will be is lieing. It is World Cup year, and history goes to show that there are very few, if any big name transfers when it is World Cup year.

Real story. The Norwich manager Paul Lambert has just left the Celtic Ground after having a meeting with the chairman, seems like he is leaving to go to Celtic in the summer after winning promotion with Norwich.
Whoever wrote that has no idea about celtic. Celtic are not hiring Norwich at all they are hiring Zola as they like his style of football and bringing through the youth . You have no idea mate

To the person who suggested Magner and co taking over at Celtic this is a lot of rubbish. It is rumoured that more shares will be made available but these will be under written by Desmond and Sean Quinn to make funds available for the incoming manager. On that note i have heard that is very unlikely that Lennon will get the job as he has a pending court case hanging over him. He is being sued for 3million as he acted as a guarantor for a company in Ireland that went down the tubes and creditors now chasin Lenny for the dosh. Apparently Levein has been approached and is interested. I hope Lennon is still involved in some way at the club though.

Juan Mata was a Real Madrid youth player before he went to Valencia on a free trasfer in 2007. Plus he has played with Torres in the Spanish team a few times so it is possible they could be friends.
In other news Liverpool have made an enquiry for Thierry Henry who could leave Barcelona but most likely to Italy or France.

Sell the players, sell the club, keep all the money and then exit stage left. Nothing in place in Premier League rules stopping the present owners doing this.

The bank is part owned by George Gillett and I have it on good authority that Liverpool will snap up Latvian starlets Kristaps Blanks and Vitalijis Maksimenko in the summer. In for Deco it seems will come Rafael van der Vaart, though Pjanic, Dzagoev and Teixeira all play roughly the same role and are younger and cheaper, Dzagoev is known as a big Chelsea fan, Pjanic's UCL performances for OL apparently have sparked the interest of Real and Teixeira was the best player at the recent Youth World Cup in Egypt, all should at least receive some consideration. David Silva is another option, probably destined for one of Spain's big 2 but a true coup if he were to come to Stamford Bridge. Danny has often spoke of his desire to join Chelsea but I don't know if he is quite good enough.
For Joe Cole, the versatile Angel di Maria who can play on either side would be good, but a genuine right winger like Gai Assulin would probably be better. Quaresma is an option but the problem is which Quaresma you are getting, the guy who you want on your side or the guy you want to sit on the side. Thiago Alcantara is only really an option if Cesc returns to Barca, he's also really a central mid but could spend some time out on the right.
For Belletti and Ferreira obviously we have several young defenders coming through so we'll only need one signing. Neven Subotic, David Luiz and Bruno Alves have all been mentioned, with Luiz probably the best option.
As for Kalou there are several options, Moussa Dembele and Seydou Doumbia both highly talented and strong physical forwards, who as one_boyz87 has noted fit in well with our style of play. They are both young, 22, and though potentially outclassed by their rising countrymen (Romelu Lukaku and Lacina Traore) they would both be good signings (as would Lukaku, who is a virtual must, and Traore). To two Belgians, two Ivorians add two Brazilians Neymar and Nilmar, both of whom should also be considered serious contenders for Kalou's job.
For Anelka, the clear front runner is Aguero, he may not exactly fit our style immediately, but his class is apparent to all. David Villa is a difficult one, his class is also not in doubt, but he'd be rather expensive considering his age and probably not the best option. Pato seems destined to one day join Chelsea and despite current appeals by his manager that he will not he will remain a target my guess another year of failure at Milan will convince him to jump ship. Finally there is Luis Suarez who we apparently have first refusal on, presumably a refusal we'll only act upon if Citeh outbids us in the race for Aguero/Villa.
Michael Ballack should be replaced by Bastian Schweinsteiger, one of the big names not signed to replace Deco, or should we have a problem with our local player quota, Ashley Young. He is both very talented and very local two good things.
As for Ashley Cole, Juan Manuel Vargas is the only real option I see, I hope we don't loose Ashley, though Vargas is good. Dani Alves obvioulsy plays on the right and is not a real option to replace Ashley, but could be part of swap deal with Barca for Ashley, while if Real win the chase then perhaps a Kaka unhappy at Real could rejoin Carlo at Stamford Bridge.
As for youth players Romelu Lukaku is a must, Urreta would be great alongside Kakuta or di Maria he's probably a 2012 signing. Christian Eriksen has also been attracting a lot of interest. Ki Sung–Yueng is talented (interest from SAF) and would be a boon for Chelsea merch sales in Korea and Takayumi Morimoto, is a bright young star in Serie A, and would blast our Japanese Merch sales into the stratosphere (no load to carry either as he's also interesting Fergie) they could perhaps be used like that Chinese striker at Man U a few years ago, only a bit more regularly. Igor Akinfeev should be brought in to replace Cech in the near future (they can fight for the top job over the next 12 months or so until Cech leaves).

Man City have agreed a mammoth £65m deal with Barcelona for Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Barcelona feel he has been a big flop and will replace him with David Villa for £35m. Jerome Boateng will also be joining the Cashed Up Club. The deal with Hamburg was agreed last month but things have been kept quiet with Hamburg still in the Europa League. He will transfer there for £14m. Mancini also wants a centre midfielder and will go for Yoann Gourcuff. The man from Bordeaux is rated in the £25m bracket. A French guy I work with gave me an update on Mr Ribéry. Check out his history on Wikipedia, he is a troubled lad (my French pal used far stronger words) and, despite his huge talent, the other side of him keeps raising its head. The latest chapter for him is that he is no longer wanted at Bayern Munich due to his off–field antics. In addition, Real Madrid have apparently closed the door to him for the same reason. These off–field antics might even threaten his place in the French World Cup team.
Also, Mr Benzema is enjoying life in Madrid a little too much for Real's liking, which is why they want to off–load him. Old Red Nose has been linked with him and he probably fancies the challenge of taming him due to his regrets in relation to Gazza.
